1681  Economy / Gambling / Re: SportsBetting Picks! Premium Service (Guaranteed Sports Wins) on: March 31, 2020, 06:35:48 PM
Nevermind it was a last point battle

it lost.
ok I owe this guy nothing and I'm done doing business with him. I owe him nothing and he owes me nothing. I would advise everyone to stay away from this kid. its bad business.

Your bad, but surprised that you actually tried him out.
Totally insane, but this is the fact that most tipsters (who believe they can beat the markets and/or they have got an edge over others) just post their wins and not losses. Just like tradingview where all our trades can be verified whether they were real or demo, there are some tipsters-review websites too which allow you to link your sportsbetting website account with those websites and then place bets and let people go there straight away to check your records and see for themselves if you're worth it or not. I've got my own thread (old days, not tipping now) where all the bets (I bet not a single bet was removed), even the lost ones are still available to check. If you'd like to visit my thread, let me know.
1682  Economy / Economics / Re: Will India be more progressive in the coming years? on: March 31, 2020, 06:18:45 PM
Trust me when I say this (as I'm from India itself), I don't really believe in your belief. Many reasons are there including but not limited to:

- We had been enjoying some really good profits until this allowance, but this has now shown that the Governments will involve completely into this by initially breaking our privacy (which is what BTC is for) as well as levying unnecessary taxes (you know the cost of Petrol in India right now, even when the price of oil in international markets has stumbled down badly due to Corona).

- As Coronavirus has impacted us all globally, I believe it won't be easy for India to get out of the economic slowdown for the next few years considering that the lockdown period may still be promoted ahead.
1683  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading on DEX's - What's your experience? on: March 31, 2020, 06:09:42 PM
IDEX had been one of my favorites, but when I experienced lots of downtimes due to maintenance, I stopped using it and other DEXs thinking that all of them used to have the same problems including; like no liquidity, no volume, not much stronger user-base, etc. I'd like to ask you if this BlockNet has some amount of traders available for some specific coins to be traded with ease? Or do they also lack orders?
1684  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Old lesson: Don't rely on your phone. Always save your wallet seeds on: March 31, 2020, 08:03:01 AM
That's true. That's the reason many big wallets stored into different things were, at first, sent to some wrong places mistakenly (like that HDD the guy threw out thinking it was holding trash). If he'd have kept the seed itself, he'd have been able to move out his 7k BTC and sell them today which is worth millions of $$$. I've seen some cases too where privkeys get stolen and everything, if kept in a single address, gets compromised which is why I recommend HD wallets with in-built ability to get you a new address every time you transact, and also asks you to save your wallet seed at the very beginning.
1685  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for long-term affiliation partners, paying high salary. on: March 30, 2020, 07:17:55 PM
I believe this wasn't needed here but you already have a thread in gambling section and you can post this there already, and there's nothing new in getting paid commissions for our promotional works and we can choose and even promote more gambling sites too (I hope you are familiar with comparative articles which compare many gambling sites and give their referral links there to join those sites where a potential customer decides which one to join). This gives even more ^salary^ to a promoter than promoting a single gambling website. You can go another way by just having a PR article released on a popular gambling-specific review site or even better places for some bucks, which will gain you much better conversions than relying on people trying to advertise for you for some pennies.
1686  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I quit my job to do full-time crypto-trading. Made 12 BTC profit last month on: March 23, 2020, 08:43:01 PM
I have tried many times. But I'm not as lucky as you. I lost all my BTC by trading. Which was the biggest mistake of my life. But now I am trying to gain knowledge about trading well. That might help me in the future. However, it is not possible to quit my job and trade in the position I am in. So full time job good option for me.

I think everyone in the merry world is free now as they've got a work from home possibility for all types of jobs (except the ones that are managed by manpower like Hotels, food deliveries, car washing, etc.) and for the exceptions mostly, I see more of an opportunity to read and understand the charts very well and spot some opportunities which knock during day trading.

@Op, if BTC falls below $3k, is there a possibility that it'll rebound from $2560? I saw it as a dream and couldn't believe the next day it literally fell down to $3700 on many exchanges.
1687  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin was $3,871 on this day - 1 year ago on: March 23, 2020, 07:23:32 PM
I believe that the shittiest of what we could have seen, has already happened and there's that least possibility (but yeah, a possibility of course) that we will be seeing a new fresh low of around $2560 before we see those huge spikes where each candle will be writing a new history for BTC and its hodlers. BTC has already proven its supremacy over all asset classes by showing the gradual recovery that none of the International markets have shown.
1688  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Important Point of Earning Merit on: March 23, 2020, 07:12:17 PM
Thanks, Sir, I'll do my best. The first impression was that it’s scary even to write something here among the big experts.

Scared for what? Don't be. You're not a criminal nor am I, so chill out as this is a place where you can speak freely (by saying freely, I mean with facts and evidences). If what you've spoken does not butthurt anybody intentionally (or even if it does in cases where you try to expose some scams), it's fine. I'd say nobody's a born expert and everyone learns from their mistakes. Be concentrated towards your goal and your name will also be called among those big experts some day soon based on your experiences.
1689  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Things you shouldn't do when gambling at casino this time... on: March 17, 2020, 11:18:44 PM
How will you be gambling outside in a casino these days when even Las Vegas resorts have shut its doors due to Coronavirus spread?

Anyways, keep a hand sanitizer with yourself.
Don't sneeze or cough out without having your mouth covered with a tissue paper. After doing it, just throw it in the dustbin (no need to keep it aside).
Don't greet by shaking hands, just join your hands and greet (Indian style).
Keep a safe distance from people you suspect them being infected.
1690  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which altcoins will grow in price faster if the market recovers? on: March 17, 2020, 10:58:50 PM
Are you really waiting for some alts to start pumping? Don't do so, or you'll miss the already-served opportunity on your table. This is semi-alts season and alts are already doing good although you may see the total alts' marketcap below a substantially low level, but trust me that's all because of BTC's drop against USD which will show you less prices for alts too. Now is the best time to get into good alts like Waves, WRX, Mana and some of those coins which were through an IEO by Binance.
1691  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Simple Guide on Bitcointalk on: March 17, 2020, 10:47:59 PM
Good job bud, out of sMerits or would have sent them to you. Smiley
While you asked about investments, investing is of two types according to me. One type is investing money while another one is investing your time. It doesn't cost you anything but your time to learn here a lot and even earn. If you have upgraded yourself to a rank which can be accepted in a campaign (though less earnings but something is always better than nothing), then you should start grabbing those opportunities and earn while learning, where you'll be investing your time and getting rewarded BTC in return. Smiley
1692  Economy / Speculation / Re: The only way to identify the BOTTOM. on: March 17, 2020, 10:35:36 PM
I won't say that your article helped me learn a lot about catching the bottoms for BTC (or may even help out in doing so), but yeah, the logic you have used in displaying those figures and how to determine the buy phase of a crypto is meritorious. I have bookmarked the link and will definitely watch out for more such articles to learn something different and take important points from this one as well. Thanks for the content, mate. Smiley
1693  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin price drop 40% we thing causes "Corona virus" and world economic problem on: March 17, 2020, 10:13:21 PM
I'm more worried about, how people, whether infected or not, will be able to manage food if some will get removed from their jobs due to the fact that employers don't have money to pay their employees because their Head officials have asked them to stop all the operations and wind up everything due to facing sudden miscellaneous losses based on Coronavirus outbreak. Even if Govs will provide food to our homes, it'll be for a limited time only and when our cities will look like burial sites because everyone is scared of this virus and nobody will come out, how will all of us manage to get food. A person earns to fill his stomach, what's the worth of our money when we won't have our appetite satisfied?
1694  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How do you know when to sell on: March 17, 2020, 09:58:23 PM
The state of mind that gives you a positive click in your mind and wants you to get out with your current profits and/or even losses (so to save further loss), you should sell at that time listening to your instinct, to your sixth sense that asks you to do so. Don't regret of whatever happens the next moment. If you'd have waited a bit (like while we were all getting news of a pandemic spreading in a country but it has now spread globally), you could have got BTC for around half the price you paid for your coins (considering your purchase date to be exactly the day when you posted here or before).
1695  Economy / Economics / Re: Coronavirus is very harmful to fiat currencies, not bitcoin on: March 17, 2020, 09:45:27 PM
I do not understand how people all around the world think that gold is unaffected by this and they are buying gold like crazy but they are selling crypto for no reason at all. If you think that gold and silver will be really high because of the inflation and bad markets and devaluation and all that reasons, why wouldn't bitcoin be like that as well?

It will definitely be affected in a good way but no people can see that. Hopefully overtime bitcoin will be able to explain itself better to masses so that next time something like this happens we will go up instead of going down like stock markets. We are more correlated with gold than stock markets but for some reason we act with stock markets. Maybe it is because many stock market companies also offer bitcoin as well nowadays.

I believe that even Gold is not a good example here if you point out the physical version of the Gold which will probably come with the infection and may prove to be the buyer's final mistake they'll do, why BTC is the digital version of Gold and should definitely be worth at least 10 times of what Gold is at. A brief explanation of what could be the reason for this crash can be found here - "Game Over" a thread by logictense.
1696  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Does Bitcoin Have Value? on: March 17, 2020, 09:18:25 PM
The best answer about this can be given by a miner, the one who gives birth to new coins every single time a new block is found. The energy and electricity consumed by a mining machine is not less than what a mother collects inside her in order to push her baby out, just go and ask that mother what's the worth of that baby to her. She'll say, "Priceless". So, don't just look for a few aspects about BTC while considering it to have a value as it'll take years for you to understand what exactly is behind it that BTC has tethered all of us who never even knew each other during our lives.
1697  Economy / Reputation / Re: Another Lauda topic : Can we review the feedback she lefts? on: March 17, 2020, 09:07:25 PM
@Side Chain,
What exactly do you want? Why are you not purely decisive in your own words?
Do you want Lauda to stop giving (any sort of) trust ratings to people and stop thinking that it's solely her responsibility to keep the forum clean?
Do you want DTs (who trust Lauda and her tags) to come ahead, take time to review her rating/s and tag that user based on what they find or just because Lauda tagged them?
Do you want DTs to tag Lauda for wrongly tagging people? But then, you are also trying to woo her by saying that scammers would get away easily if her work (those tags) is to be ignored. I'm confused about what you are trying to convey.
1698  Economy / Exchanges / Re: > 🔥 Bitcoin Fees 50% Less with Coinbase Batching🔥 < on: March 17, 2020, 08:49:56 PM
I've been complaining about this for a long time. It may have been long delayed, but I'm very happy Coinbase finally made the change. This will greatly benefit the network.

Definitely, while those one transaction per person kinda transactions were happening from their end, they were also charging big amounts out of our pockets and we were bound to pay it to them just to get our coins released from their possession.

Quote
Don't forget BitMEX, while we're on the subject of bad actors on the network. I see very little public pressure on them mitigate their spam.

Mex is more of a mess to me that I clearly pronounce it as BitMess. And these exchanges are not just eating us through their transaction fees alone, but the trading fee that they charge behind each trade is making them millions while we just try to recover our paid fees and/or upcoming fees that is to be paid as transaction fee.
1699  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Do you use crypto.com? on: March 17, 2020, 08:33:36 PM
Actually, I encountered an advert of this website over Blockchain while checking a transaction recently, and read that they are allowing their users to buy XTZ (Tezos) at 50% off ($500k allocated for this) on 17-18 March only. If you are a user of crypto.com, can you please confirm if this is true?
1700  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen tomorrow when the stock markets worldwide crash again? on: March 17, 2020, 08:17:30 PM
I don't believe BTC is following global stock market crash as it has nothing to do with it except that the investors are losing trust and confidence everywhere due to the fact that almost all types of services have been either stopped or closed due to novel Coronavirus outbreak and during this panic sell, I bet many small investors have sold their coins just to keep some money ready on their hands if emergency situations arise and they need it during the same.
