Why would you even need BTC just to ask for their support? Isn't their service free of charge? Some issues are mainly caused by them, so I think it's not right to have some fees when asking for their help?... Pretty big reason why I don't ever go to real-life casinos at all; the entire space just feels pretty closed as a whole and I'd rather just play similar games from the comfort of my own home or wherever I'm travelling.
