2721  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Amazon Will Accept Bitcoin Speculation on: June 20, 2018, 10:59:03 AM

The first post of this thread was last september 2017, he probably meant the announcement is to be made in october 2017 but now its already 2018 yet there were no announcement from amazon about accepting BTC as payment to their store. This means there is nothing to wait for it now. Amazon is just not going to accept BTC.  They would rather create their own if they want to be in crypto which is something that can promote their store as well.
2722  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think ETC will BOOM again on: June 20, 2018, 10:49:46 AM

Half the ETH community or maybe even more than the half supported the ETC that means ETC will survive. The price was lesser the first time its launched so the price today is a proof that it will boom again. There is just time to wait after all most of the alts are behaving the same way as ETC does now. All these altcoin will probably boom when banks finally accepts cryptocurrencies,.
2723  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buy low and sell high is very tough on: June 20, 2018, 09:59:55 AM

If its that easy to just sell high and buy low the people of bitcointalk would have been doing every time as the market fluctuates. This is because you'd get burned when a slight movement of the price you try to sell, you're going to spend transaction fees and then when the price doesn't drive down even after you sold, you are already at risk and the problem is that you can't wait when to do it. I have to admit I get burned too.
2724  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are you using ETH for? on: June 19, 2018, 02:12:41 PM
Apart from holding ETH for profit, its also good for investing.
ETH is the easiest to use to invest on ICO because most of them accept ETH and its the platform used for the ICOs too. Recently I have also invested to an ICO. Everyone does bet on a token so we gotta make use of the bonuses we get at every ICO, its the easiest to get profit.

2725  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Microsoft buying GitHub for 7.5 billion, Good or it's Death? on: June 19, 2018, 01:52:13 PM
I guess its fine if Github changed owners, I just hope Microsoft is not going to mess with Github too much. If MS actually screws Github we always have bitbucket that is also enjoy using. Free private repositories FTW

You can't expect that to happen though. I suspect they bought github just to ave the data of the developers. What would happen next is very much unsure, how many anon coins developer are there whcih is now exposed to them? Is XMR coders in there too? They value so much of privacy, now look what privacy means for these people.
2726  Other / Off-topic / Re: Backup is important on: June 19, 2018, 01:37:29 PM

Since this time phone is necessary to use phone for google authentication to login to to exchanges like binance, i think its better to just trade on exchanges with few amounts and just keep the stash of tokens you got on your wallet that needs not your phone verification but then of course you make it safe that no one knows your priv key and wallet password.
2727  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will be the faith of bitcoin investors against next year? on: June 19, 2018, 01:12:43 PM

What happened in the past will always happen in the future, just as they say history will repeat itself. Bitcoin had risen up from the past from $1200 down to $200 and now goes up to $20K, I'm pretty sure that isn't just something of a coincidence when you think of how much people knew about bitcoin investments right now. Its probably just less than 10% of the worlds population.
2728  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do I need to sell all alts? on: June 19, 2018, 01:05:29 PM
If you are more of a bitcoin fan than stick with bitcoin there is no wrong to it after all BTC is the best among the crypto. No argues to that. But to me, there are lots of tokens that has potential to be used widely and its just a matter of time that the world will embrace all these apps which will help the rise of blockchain markets.
2729  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Hello, How much would you pay for very well made solid business plan which will on: June 18, 2018, 12:18:41 PM
Hello, How much would you pay for very well made solid business plan which will outline all important aspects of running ICO's  brokerage companies?

People are selling business plan creation services for $5 on fiverr.com,you are proposing a price of 100+ USD.
I don`t know what factors determine the cost of a good business plan.By the way, what is "ICO brokerage"?
Do you mean companies that organize ICO projects for their clients and charge them a fee?

What I understood to what he is saying is that how much would you pay for a well detailed ICO project. He probably is creating ICO plan, including the whitepaper and all he is offering is the buying can get funds through it.  He says "ICO brokerage" some people may interpret as "ICO scam" which means he only have the idea. No team but only an ICO plan.
2730  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I do not believe ico anymore on: June 18, 2018, 12:12:57 PM

Even if you don't like ICO, its till going to exist. Its what makes the crypto lucrative, its the lifeblood of crypto which is why platforms are being developed today and the tokens you invested so much like ETH and EOS are the ones initiating all these ICOs. If it weren't for these ICOs, those tokens may still be worthless.
Be grateful to ICOs, keep that in mind.

Don't just say you don't believe in ICO when you guys are wearing ICO signatures.
2731  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🌟🌟🚀📈[ANN-ICO]ATLANT Real Estate Platform| 📈🚀🌟🌟 on: June 18, 2018, 03:17:27 AM

Although I feel doubts about this project anymore. I kept believing because I do have a stash of this ALT. Its the only that holding me to keep an eye still on this project. I'm regretting a little but maybe they are indeed trying and the reason behind a project being fud is because those people knew the project will skyrocket just like AirBNB.
2732  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]EON - The World's First Decentralized Game Network on: June 17, 2018, 03:10:26 PM
Are you guys aware that there are already 3 of you who are using EON as ticker?

EON of EXSCUDO
EON of EOS network --already listed on binance just yesterday.
And this EON of ETH.
2733  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Next best of best Alt coins for the Year End 2018 on: June 16, 2018, 12:32:07 PM
TON or GRAM the Telegram token is rumored to have done it's two pre sale and would likely come as an ICO within 2018.
If it does, it would be the largest and most talked about token ever. The secrete private sell supposedly confirmed the token to be used in the app within 2019.

Gram I think was already done. I have heard about it long time ago. Its ton that I haven't heard of, Most of the ICO isn't open to public are the ones going to rise up and most probably will just surprise us all that there are some tokens listed on coinmarketcap that we haven't heard of like the MAKER.
2734  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buy tether when the market is crashing? on: June 15, 2018, 10:05:30 AM

Its being done by most of the traders, they always buy usdt when the market crash that is why sometimes the price of it reaches up to $1.02. You will have to make sure you aren't losing money after you buy back the coins. The trading fee is something to consider, the first time I did buy tether I lost few bucks still so always try to set up the buy order in low price that you gain more coins.
2735  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Successful ICO Experiences on: June 15, 2018, 09:37:32 AM

I invested on waves platform since 2016 and today I'm still holding the tokens I got which at that time its less than $1 each. Today the price is more than $3 and it did reach up to $16 last year, ain't that a profit to consider already. ICOs are good to invest with but an investor has to be very careful in choosing which ICO.
2736  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When it dips . do u buy favorite Cryptos or bitcoin on: June 14, 2018, 01:10:41 PM

If I have the money I would but with the situation right now, its not a good time to buy.

If you are not sure whether the price of tokens are going to dip once more, its better to just keep your money. The more you see red to most tokens listed on coincap, the more you should be avoid buying. Losing money isn't what most of us here are doing.
2737  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When will ICOs die? on: June 14, 2018, 12:27:11 PM

Its going to stay because some companies will soon be creating their own economy as its much easy to collect fundings in crypto than in stock market. The more ICOs coming and we'll all see them even in the next years to come.  Although there will still be a lot of scams just when regulations ares furnished. Even SME's will be joining the crypto.
2738  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Looking for other forums similar to bitcointalk... on: June 14, 2018, 12:22:57 PM
DeepOnion has its own forum.
https://deeponion.org/community/

And maybe CryptoCompare, but it's more comment based than a real forum.
https://www.cryptocompare.com/forum/
I'll add those to the list, thanks!

A lot of altcoins has their own forum some are gone. I remember Litecoin has its own but I don't know what happened to it already.
The ones listed above are general cryptocurrency forums, I'm also a member of the two forums listed above but there's not much activity to these forums. A lot of us are more busy here.
2739  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what makes you trust a new altcoin? on: June 14, 2018, 07:59:05 AM
The main thing that I pay attention to is the idea of the project and the readiness of the product or work on it.  The next is the work and seriousness of the team.  And one more important point is marketing policy.  If the team is able to advertise itself and its project, it will attract more investors and create an agiotage.

One thing that you shouldn't forget is if the altcoin is already listed on bigger exchanges like binance and kucoin. If all these are already done to an altcoin that had existed in less than a year then the team is giving all their energy to make their project be adopted. You can then expect the price to moon when time comes.
2740  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Binance will allow CRYPTO/EURO trading from 2018 on: June 13, 2018, 02:53:04 PM
Binance is raising :After quadrupling its number of users since the beginning of the year, the second largest exchange platform of Cryptos announces the arrival of exchange pairs in euros this year.
Binance has therefore unsheathed a weight argument with the addition of the euro as currency of exchange, from 2018.
Even if the addition of the European currency is going to attract investors who want to use their euros directly, this might scare some others.
Also the introduction by binance of trading via fiduciary currencies will subject the company to a series of regulations that could discourage those who, among its current users, prefer to trade anonymously.

More info : https://www.ccn.com/binance-has-quadrupled-its-user-base-since-january-will-launch-eur-pairs/

Having EURO pair will be good in most case.
Do you think they will not require us to submit documents like passports and drivers license?

The time bittrex did this mandatory submission of ID, they lost a lot of users. I think I only register in binance and not submit anything to it and yet I'm allowed to make transactions.
