1882  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Justin Sun Makes a Bold Statement on Facebook’s Libra on: September 02, 2019, 05:33:50 PM

Nothing is wrong with what he said about Libra though. Ain't nothing wrong help promoting Libra, its coming launch seem unstoppable anyway.

Libra is not even approved yet and maybe will never launch. I am getting sick about this threads and believe that the main part of our community won't use this coin, because it is not an investment, it is a stable asset.

They are seeing it going to happen. Big company like Facebook will not stop til they have it and Justine Sun knows its going to happen eventually.
1883  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: China Urges Philippines to Ban All Online Gambling! on: September 01, 2019, 06:33:09 PM

I don't think China was serious about this. They were just suggesting what could have been done since the government is banning POGO.

The Chinese are like:  If you are baning POGO, you might as well bann all kinds of online gambling.

If an ambassador has to read between the lines, its like Try baning all the online gambling in the Philippines and see what it can do to Philippine economy.
1884  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: charge fee for IEO listings on: September 01, 2019, 05:31:15 PM
I found this article:

https://www.theblockcrypto.com/2019/07/29/a-blockchain-project-founder-says-a-crypto-exchange-swindled-him-and-it-points-to-a-broader-problem-in-the-ieo-market/

It says that Shawn Key, the promoter of the Cybr IEO paid a total of 11.5 BTC ($76,500) to the Coineal exchange for the IEO listing. He lost all of that amount, as the project failed to cross the soft-cap and whatever funds that were collected were reimbursed to the investors.

I am not sure about Binance, but I heard that most of the exchanges ask for a certain percentage of the sales revenue in addition to the listing fee. Christopher Franko of Expanse once claimed that Binance was asking 400 BTC ($2.6 million) to list his token. Changpeng Zhao (CEO of Binance) later denied the claim by Franko and said that they'll not list the Expanse shitcoin even if the team is willing to pay BTC4,000. Etherscan reportedly paid around $1 million for a listing with Binance. In Binance DEX, the listing fee is around $100,000.

Chinese exchange ZB charges around $640K for a new listing (2 million ZB tokens, worth $640,000 at current prices). The now defunct exchange Cryptopia had a listing fee in the range of $20-25K.

Its not wonder creating small exchanges today with IEO launchpad will be worth developing. A lot of the teams are doing this right now even with a website domain that you can't hardly imagine, totally unrelated to blockchain but they go on. I believe the fees to listing in the IEO launchpad is a big motivation to them.
1885  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Bulls Struggling to Surge above $0.26? on: September 01, 2019, 05:07:56 PM

There is nothing to this coin anymore after the it dips below $0.50 last year, it has never bounce back since then even with all the volume it has that its listed being the 3rd of all. When they say you can't go wrong when you invest to the top coins, its not really true. If you picked XRP right now because you see it dips this low, you just lose some money.
1886  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bulls vs Bears: Social Binary Options with revenue sharing on: September 01, 2019, 04:35:42 PM

I have been following a lot of projects which are providing dividends to their token holders, this one must be worth looking into.  Are you just going to open the trading and let players mine the tokens without doing promotions like bounty campaign?

When trading of your dividend token is planned to begin?

They haven't launched yet, there is no trading anything soon.
1887  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How the government definition of Bitcoin, influence addoption. on: August 31, 2019, 08:30:35 PM
Its protecting their reserve currencies will be the priority of the government but I think they are going to be open to state backed crypto to somehow make it legal for bitcoin to be currency. Its just to much of an effect though, I wonder if they will add BTC on the FOREX market, will we be able to see BTC in the meta trader software of FX brokers?
1888  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No matter how hard you look at crypto, there is lots of improvements so far on: August 31, 2019, 08:19:15 PM
The noticeable achievement of crypto since 2018so far are
1. More banks are making use of blockchain tech
2. Binance chain was launched
3. More institutional adoption
4.  Hashrate increases
5. Code development
6. More new crypto user
If i could judge this i think crypto is getting more better but with slower pace which is what we need to avoid unnecessary crashes, crypto future looks brighter

Despite all these, BTC price didn't soar high enough to kickstart the bullrun we are hoping. The trauma it put to the people who have seen the price crumbles to the ground in less than a year the price dive to -80% almost impossible to rebuild the reputable of the altcoins that died in the process. No one in the right mind will stick to crypto all the way once they know the history of what just happen last year.
1889  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: China Urges Philippines to Ban All Online Gambling! on: August 31, 2019, 08:08:44 PM
What do you guys think about China urges to ban all online gambling in Philippines?. One of their reason is that "The embassy said many of the Chinese citizens working illegally in Philippine casinos or POGOs and other forms of gambling entities are subjected to what media described as modern slavery due to severe limitation of their personal freedom and also Beijing welcomed the suspension of the issuance of new licenses for Philippine offshore gaming operations (POGO).

China want's to microhandle its citizens while gambling is deep rooted in Chinese society. There are many Chinese going to bordering town to gamble and many to launder their money. Macau and Hong Kong has been more restrictive that's why they are moving further. Chinese are familiar to online crypto gambling and a large amount of gambler comes from China.
Well, I don't know if the President of the Philippines will follow the demand of China because this is not their territory anymore. Yes, maybe there are dozen of Chinese people who live in the Philippines but banning gambling just because of them perhaps, hell NO.
Indeed, the Philippines has a good tax on the gambling industry and it also helps to grow the economy. I think that will never happen, they will never dictate the press. Duterte. Well, OP, good to see if you have a [link] for reference. https://www.philstar.com/headlines/2019/08/30/1947660/china-cant-dictate-online-gambling-ban-philippines

Duterte has nothing to do with it, its the opposition in the government that tries to bann Chinese gambling operation and since they are picking just few of these established ones, the Chinese instead urges to bann all. This is politics in the Philippines, those who doesn't like Duterte wants to break the current relationship of Philippines and China. They all put in the mind of the Filipinos that Chinese are not good and tries to colonize us which of course isn't true.

1890  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The fuel for the next bull run on: August 30, 2019, 05:52:12 PM

It will be the same thing in my opinion. The altcoins we think are shitcoins are still alive and kicking and it shows no sign of unhealthy market. They are still here and come maybe 5-10 years when finally bull run comes, we will still be able to see those coins moon like the last. I can only assume its Libra, BAKT and ETF will help the next bullrun.
1891  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: All these guys claimed to be Satoshi Nakamoto ! on: August 30, 2019, 05:35:57 PM
I would only trust in a person claiming to be Satoshi if he or she or the group can access the account of this forum and post here
About the keys, I suspect that real satoshi never lost the keys, it's a false information  Grin

Someone could access Satoshi's forum account if that gmx email he used will be compromised. The ultimate test would be the sign message nad probably sending a btc fomr satoshi's wallet. Unfortunately non of these people has successfully provide a verified sign message.  Craig Wright though not enough, has been very strong to his claim that he will pay a ton of BTC for Kleiman's percentage.
1892  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Any successful bounty projects since 2018? on: August 30, 2019, 04:36:46 PM
The only successful bounty project since 2018 that you can consider is if you as a bounty hunter dumped the tokens you got the first day of trading. There were many real projects though such as the gowithmi and there's also ferrum network just recently.  Its not just the users with high rank in the forum that gets more of the percentage but translators and article writers are earning good.
1893  Economy / Gambling / Re: ♣ BetHash.io | Free $4,000 GiftBox Offer! Crypto Gaming Hub |💰Lottery 🎲 Dice ♠ on: August 28, 2019, 01:40:29 PM
So how does the the Giftbox work? How does one get the $4000 Offer… do we have to make use of the site and play the games and reach a certain requirements before we get access to it? And I noticed that there is no faucet in the site, but that's not really much of a problem for me because all you casinos, your faucets are always useless, it's even best to just deposit money and start playing instead of wasting with the Lind of faucets you're all offering. I have never gotten any decent amount from the faucets all these Casinos are showing, all I get is rewards that are worst than getting pennies .sucks!

Players can earn Level UP Rewards when their level goes up!

They can earn 7 rewards in total. Each level of reward can be claimed only once. Players can choose one of the supported tokens as rewards. Prize would be sent out in real-time market price.

How to Earn:

1. Player need to reach the level required.

2. In order to claim the reward, players need to post a screenshot with the account name and tag #BetHash on either Twitter, Facebook, Ins, Naver, Coinpan, etc.

3. Send the post in BetHash telegram and ask the Community Manager in the group for the request form of the GiftBox.

You reward usually arrive in 24 hrs as all rewards are processed manually.

How long does it take form someone to become level 4 and can they reach this level by posting screenshots with the account name and tag #BetHash on either Twitter, Facebook, Ins, Naver, Coinpan, etc?

I notice the project distributes a lot of tokens including IOST and Lynx, can a holder exclude some of these like he only wants TRX and EOS to receive as dividends?

1894  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is expected to be found by investors in the new IEO? on: August 27, 2019, 05:11:15 PM

What is to expect to a project doing IEO today is that and this is certain because I already see this happening, the tokens are certainly going to be listed since its the exchange that is selling the token. But you should also expect that the price will dive low because these exchanges also hold the tokens which they will dump by themselves. they control the market and control the price.
1895  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the difference between binary option and gambling? on: August 27, 2019, 05:07:00 PM

You are playing binary option in the trading platform so basically you are a trader in the market but betting to which the trend is going in a given time frame. I would still consider it trading if you are using the broker's platform. If you play the binary option in a Casino that I think would be considered gambling. Smiley
Even if you are playing on a gambling site you can still see some brokers platform and take your decision from there which means its still tied up with your trading analysis unless if you do just bet for the price movement without any basing then its pure gambling but if you do apply some analysis with it then its not considered as gambling.Fairness of the platform will be the issue here yet price ticks should be based on top exchange.

I'm pretty sure a trader will be looking at a chart when they play binary option so they are not gambling for they do have insights as to which way the trend goes in certain time frame. but if he isn't watching the chart, he sure is just guessing where the market goes. Some users playing binary option don't trust the brokers in crypto, they prefer the brokers in forex market where they can use the metatrader software. We've seen it many times crypto binary optoin brokers turned scam in the end.
1896  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the benefit of being Satoshi Nakamoto? on: August 26, 2019, 08:16:38 PM

In the case of Craig Wright I think the aim to claim bitcoin trademark is the prime intention. The benefits of it is enormous that its like you own bitcoin and the altcoins are just copies of your product. Having trademark is like having rights.  Besides fame that Craig enjoys, he earns money thru it. He speaks in conferences, its odd that people in the forum despises him while the rest of the world appreciates him being fraud.
1897  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲EOSBet.io - Licensed Casino Platform 🎲Provably Fair 🎲NOW ACCEPTING BTC ₿ on: August 26, 2019, 07:37:35 PM
20 eos of betting but considering the house edge is %1.5 it comes down to 0.3 on average loss, of course some people may lose more or some people even profit but the average comes down to 0.3 eos total for one bet token. There will be people who got it for cheaper and they will sell it but there will be people who lost more who will keep it so in the end we will have a price that will go down for a while but then keep steadily go up because people who got it cheap will eventually run out but people who lost more will keep hodling their coins until the price hits to a profitable range.

This is more of a long term play for holders, you have to trust that the casino will continue to be great and you have to keep getting your dividends and on top of that have a chance to sell later, so if you hit a profitable mark with your dividends at whatever price you sell will be pure profit.

There's the bright side to the casinos though and its them that always win. Holding BET tokens is like part of being the house and the odds are always stacked in casinos favor. Now that the project is going to be listed in a reputable exchange, the project can easily get support for the marketing which is what it will need for dividends and price to riseup.

1899  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is expected to be found by investors in the new IEO? on: August 25, 2019, 04:19:32 PM
Really i would like to know what is expected to be found by investors in the new IEO, for myself i am looking for stable token which the prices always increase and can be used in buying goods and services, so what others looking for and what them needs?

If the price always increase then it certainly isn't stable token. a table coin is pegged to either usd, GBP or cYN or so. If you are looking ofr a price that will keep growing, you already have found it, BTC. BTC had always grow since 2010.  BTC can also be used to buy goods and services.

For me I'm looking for profit. I don't care which coin it is so long as it can be traded in the market.
1900  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New Instagram-like service running on the NEM blockchain on: August 25, 2019, 03:09:11 PM
Problems and a change of leadership and other negative events in NEM negatively affected its price and popularity. Perhaps this service will help NEM become popular again and begin to grow. It's great that the Japanese NEM community is so active and developing the project.

This is one of the oldest project in blockchain with communities in every country we know, there are just not much projects developed under them. Its probably not a very friendly platform for developers. I've read a thread here telling the team was in the brink of bankrupt but that might not be true. They will eventually regain if the the lose money during the last bullrun.
