2741  Economy / Gambling / Re: A New Era for Betting - (After Corona Circumstances) on: August 19, 2022, 10:38:04 PM
There is a new era after covid-19 since most businesses have transformed from what there used to be to a more virtual world, my boss from the office asked most of the staffs to work from home after the lockdown and things have continued that way even after the lockdown period and vaccine policy that lifted the social distancing order. Even the gambling industry has also transformed in that direction too with most platforms having their casino transferred online with so many new options and development that will attract potential clients.
There are many existing online casinos and they don't have to do any transition but, I haven't really seen a physically established casino to transition that quickly into an online one.
It's a business that focuses on physical attributes and services that it can offer so, I haven't seen those that did it. Maybe I've just missed those that made their business and operations from physical to online so fast in adoption that they did it easily.
2742  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What Type of Gambler Am I? on: August 18, 2022, 11:37:15 PM
First of all if you are in the classification you should definitely start questioning yourself. I think it is unnecessary to categorize gambling addiction. Because if you are addicted, there is no class and you should get help from your loved ones. You shouldn't gamble to make money, but everyone prefers to double their money. In the end, it turns into a disappointment that the table wins. Use it for fun, not to make money. But I don't think most people will understand this. So if you are addicted to gambling do not classify yourself and immediately seek help from your loved ones.
It's normal to have a classification for gamblers to know what type of addict they are in gambling. Yes, addiction is addiction and in no means, it's harmful to the person being involved. And that's why these classifications are existing to know the cause and behavior of the people that are experiencing and dealing with gambling addiction. It's true, that gambling shouldn't be your gateway to make money but this topic will be repetitively being said and people won't stop thinking about it the way you are telling that they should just stop. We can't control ones behavior and belief towards gambling.
2743  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Christian and politics on: August 18, 2022, 10:31:00 PM
They can, as a citizen but if they're defending their faith against the policies of the government, they clearly have to do whatever it takes to prove their faith. But for me, they should just focus in saving souls rather than joining these debates and supporting political parties and personalities. Known is that politics is dirty and they should be the one to clean themselves or avoid anything related to it unless the politicians are the ones asking them help but, we can't be sure if those are pure intentions. Because we know that politicians will always be politicians that will make politicking obvious when they approach a group, religious or not.
2744  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casino2x.xyz NO KYC! Instant crypto deposit! Only in house games! on: August 18, 2022, 09:34:32 PM
Actually, there are too many websites that do have that type of extension but the catch is that most of those websites with that extension aren't good and untrustworthy. There's still a lot to fix on their website and as they start, it's a challenge for them to gain trust of many gamblers that do stay with the reputable ones instead of going with the new ones and with the impression of having a not so good extension.

Thank you for your support.
We continue to work on our website , also planing to change extension

Stay tuned.

Wish you best!

That's commendable to know that you will follow the request of the majority of people here, it already cost you money and will cost you more to change your domain and transfer it to a new domain but you have done the right thing following the advice of the community, although xyz is already ok the first impression about a domain still matters and will have a lasting impact on the life of the project.
They don't really have to follow the request of many of us in here. But if they think that suggestion is fitting the need for change on their casino they can adopt it for the good of their business.
It's a matter of business principles and matters that they need to take care of while they're just starting. They can do it later when they're already known and branded if it's costly to them as they start out.
2745  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think metaverse have a place in the world on: August 18, 2022, 08:40:03 PM
When the issue of NFT is getting more and more massive, many people say that the NFT era will end to be replaced by Metaverse, but until now there has been no large Metaverse project that can have an impact on the market, it may take longer to see Metaverse can affect the market.
I think with the past bull run, many metaverse projects became trending but they didn't last when the bear stomped all of them. I'm optimistic in the future and Metaverse is relevant on that growth but I'm sure that not all of the metaverse projects are going to be needed when that time comes.
That is obvious, there was a good bear run that stopped the improvement. But that doesn't mean that it's gone, there are still a ton of projects that are working towards making it big, and there are many that offer something that is unrealistic as well.

All you have to do is make sure that you are getting more and more features in right now during the bear market and any project that looks highly developed when the bull run comes, could make it big, they could start on early days of the bull run and go well into high levels thanks to that during all of bull run. Some will try to start building during early bull period and finish during later stages which won't be big at all.
The problem is, most of these projects are dependent to the situation of the market. But, I know a few of them probably are focused and just keep doing what's on their roadmap and never changes any single plan and they just continue to develop. As I've said being dependent on the market, when it's bear, they're likely to be distracted and discouraged by it and they can't do anything against the market so value is going down and their development is only going to be more when the bull run comes. This sucks for most projects and not just in Metaverse projects but in the entire crypto market.

The same thought, it's the first thing that I've ever thought upon seeing the thread. .xyz as a domain doesn't really a good one if it's a business like this casino.
The owner should have taken a better extension than .xyz because it's known as a sort of random website that doesn't really have a sense. Well, maybe as a start it can do but if success comes around to you guys, it's better to replace it.
Wouldn't noticed it if not because of your reply. This is my first time to see a domain extension like that but it does not feel weird or anything but in fact this could make them unique and different from the others which is a good thing imo. Upon checking their site I noticed that there is a big empty field when I scroll down but I guess this is only normal because the number of players on site is only 6.

On the very bottom, I can see their terms and conditions. By the way I am using a laptop right now but maybe they have a problem with their display if you are using a mobile, resulting for some users to not see it. There's still a room from improvement anyway, so good luck.
Actually, there are too many websites that do have that type of extension but the catch is that most of those websites with that extension aren't good and untrustworthy. If they can survive in bear market, they can return in next bull run but not all Metaverse projects are legit. If they are scam projects and developers only want to collect money from their promises, white paper, and run, they will not continue developments in bear market.

I think Metaverse will be another big trend in next years but I don't like it too much. With Metaverse, people will connect more with the Internet that are harmful and negatively affected their mental health. I don't like it. Even the Internet, social media already change our lives. We have less family interactions in real life because of mobile devices and other things on virtual world.

Metaverse will make it worse.
True, there could be very few that can survive but the majority of them will eventually die and won't survive. The sad thing about these scam projects, despite the situation of the market, they can still scam people that lack knowledge about the market and how it goes.
I actually like the use case of the Metaverse where it's like social media and you're more interacting with people that are inside the location where you're at on that metaverse. It's the virtual reality that we're just watching in futuristic movies and now it's happening.

The personal bias won't be gone for most of us when we bet on sports. Out of the hype that a team brings even if the odds won't be good for you to bet, you'll still take it because you're hyped and a fan of that team or athlete.
You don't mind how heavy will be the loss if you're in to have this mindset and you'll take your bias against the odds and it's your choice but someday as you bet again, you'll belike to undo it.
I think most of people are fans of popular and strong club/fighter which will not against the odds, the thing is favorited club/fighter wouldn't always win and it's often happen on football or other such unpredictable sports. IMO in boxing it's unlikely the underdog would pull an upset since he's always win the whole fights. This make betting in boxing have higher chance to win, but the profitable one if you bet on football.
Yeah, that happens mostly in those unpredictable sports. As you have mentioned, in boxing, the underdog isn't the crowd favorite but is surprisingly able to beat the crowd favorite. So, sometimes it's good to have those times that you really aren't expecting yet most of the time, those odds that are showing on underdog were mostly correct too. This is the actual in sports betting and that's why before placing a bet, you should know who you are betting and what you've done before betting like research first.

The bitcoin whitepaper might be the answer that you're looking for: https://bitcoin.org/bitcoin.pdf

Hello,
Thanks, but on the other cryptocurrencies blockchain like the Ethereum many DApps running, How about Bitcoin?
It's incomparable. I think this could also explain well why you're comparing smart contracts/dapps of Ethereum to bitcoin.

Bitcoin or Ethereum: Which one is Better?

[..]While Bitcoin works better as a peer-to-peer transaction system, Ethereum works well when you need to create and build distributed applications and smart contracts.[..]

I'm sure that you have an idea of the huge difference between bitcoin and Ethereum and other projects that has the feature to build dapps or smart contracts. It's like a project that can build another project.

OP thankfully posted many great suggestions but I wanna focus on personal bias. I definitely agree that completely kills your winning chance/luck. When you feel like that specific team is your team and they will always make you win bets, you are clearly mistaken. When assessing risk with sports betting you should definitely consider talents and performances. Even tiny info on injured players can make a difference.

Those people that are living in the countries where their banks hostage their money will look for a solution and bitcoin shall be the first one that they'll recognize to protect their assets. We understand how good it is to have bitcoin and if you're looking at the current monetary system of governments, they're the ones that really give value to their fiat. While having bitcoin, we're the ones, each and everyone of us contributes to its total value and with the fixed event that occurs estimated every 4 years for the halving, it makes the value higher due to the lesser supply that it shall reward to its miners.
2753  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your General Feeling After Playing In Casino In the last 10 session on: August 15, 2022, 07:19:14 PM
It depends on the outcome of those sessions, if the winnings ratio is higher than the losses then that will make my entire feeling to be happy and I'd be happy to go back again to play more. But if it's the opposite then that's sad and the opposite feeling as well.
Those results are going to vary and that's also why our feelings vary on what we like to do, emotions do click in based on those results too and we can't alter that if we're having several bad days.
2754  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does bitcoin dump have any impact on gamblers ? on: August 15, 2022, 06:14:07 PM
It's better to tell the actual situation to know if he needs more emotional help. They tend to hide it but the real thing is that they need help from someone but they are shy to tell it because they will be judged as they thought.
I agree, but the way to never force him to tell his gambling defeat, we can divert the conversation as if we have also experienced a high loss and are willing to accept someone's motivation not to repeat the same thing in the future, so that way is more effective to make he is open to talk about the details of his losses.
It will depend on your technique on how good you are as a conversationalist, you can convey topics that you can base on how you talk but not everyone can do it because not all of us can divert the topic into telling others their real struggle, especially in gambling.
There is the type of people that won't be open in telling their struggles so does the impact of the market not just on their own portfolios like bitcoin and as well as gambling.

Hello,

Thank you for advice we will think about to chance the extansion.

Wish you best luck!
Wish you too the best and many are telling you good advice for your casino and as you start, it's up to you if you're going to consider all of those. Extract it and assess the good ones and apply them and you're free in doing that. But most of them that catch the eye of everyone are all about really your domain. But anyway, good luck with all of your operations and it's hard to remove the thought and the first impression of everyone that knows most ugly things happen with those websites that has the same extension as yours.

Welcome aboard.

But why .xyz extension? Are you out of option naming your domain? Having .xyz extension is always suspicious, its like you're just a random unlicensed gambling website.
Do you have terms of service/use? I see nothing on the website (in mobile mode). Also, is the website licensed? I found nothing too.

2757  Economy / Economics / Re: Most people more and more people depend from this on: August 14, 2022, 05:14:33 PM
Hodlers don't depend on anything because it's not all about the day-to-day basis of what you're explaining. As a trader, that is what you're talking about.
But it's not just all about asking a simple question if you should short or long because if you're doing that, you're easy to be tricked by the person you're asking.
It's better to learn trading on your own and don't be dependent on others as what you're trying to say about knowing if it's gonna be a short day or long day as if you're trading in futures.
2758  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does bitcoin dump have any impact on gamblers ? on: August 14, 2022, 03:39:14 PM
That is why we rarely see most gamblers telling us that they're in the right condition or the actual condition of being in control. Because as you observe those that are actually who have lost already, they're the ones that will tell good things about themselves but trying to avoid the conversation that they're no longer okay. They can't control themselves anymore and they're hyper and hyping themselves just for them to put the conversation into other topic and not focusing on them.
Many gamblers try to hide the real conditions of the losses, but we will eventually find out after we observe his awkward and uninspired behavior. But we shouldn't pressure him to question his condition because he's trying to recover from gambling losses, it's better to invite him to relax in a cafe or other place to relieve stress.
It's better to tell the actual situation to know if he needs more emotional help. They tend to hide it but the real thing is that they need help from someone but they are shy to tell it because they will be judged as they thought.

It is because of this that the first thing that has to be done when it comes to dealing with an addiction is to recognize the you have an addiction, otherwise there is no way to help that person because they are always going to come up with excuses to justify their behavior and somehow try to make it seem rational, but as you say for the people that are not addicted to gambling their behavior is very telling and we can see that they are not in control regardless of their claims, but unfortunately we cannot do anything to help those people until they are willing to help themselves.
Yes, they're the only one that has to work on it so that they'll overcome it. The sad situation for these gamblers is that because of their intensive addiction, like looking in the market is no longer important to them even a huge chunk of their bitcoin investment, they're spending it.

Imagine me creating a topic in 2017 asking if doge coin can hit 0.70$ some day the answer would have been NO from almost everyone, what I have learnt from crypto projects is no matter how stupid a coin looks and you need to get out because its not doing fine always leave a bit behind, I sold all my doge coin 120k before 2021 bull market and left only 1067 Doge coin in my wallet, learn from my mistake.
Just think of it that whatever the price when you've sold, you're happy with the profits. This is the crypto market and it will never stop wherever it is right now.
The price could be low this time and as you've said, we don't know what will happen in the future. But to say that it can also happen for other coins, well, just to break that. It's possible but don't expect that it can be applied to all.
2760  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does bitcoin dump have any impact on gamblers ? on: August 13, 2022, 11:03:34 PM
It's quite rare to see those gamblers that will admit that they're no longer in control. They'll tell that everything's under control despite that they're already totally devastated by their addiction and that's why even their investments, all of it are being spent so it won't matter to them the usage of it whether bitcoin pumps or dumps. But I do recognize that there are gamblers that no doubt are in control of what they do.
The truth is that in those cases where a player affirms these things, I consider it dangerous, because he can deceive others, but in the same way he deceives himself, this is something that I do not see well, because a person must accept his condition, if he is addicted so that he can receive help, I know it can cause you shame, but it is better to do it that way, because otherwise you will stop having friends and your family environment will also be affected, these are things that a player or a person who is at risk must accept, of course everything is also in the personality of each player, and the way they attack those problems, it's all about seeing and knowing the details, and sometimes it influences how they should let others know, not everyone has the same understanding of a problem.
That is why we rarely see most gamblers telling us that they're in the right condition or the actual condition of being in control. Because as you observe those that are actually who have lost already, they're the ones that will tell good things about themselves but trying to avoid the conversation that they're no longer okay.
