Isn't it weird how all the old bears have slowly faded into obscurity.
People like Roach, Proudhon, stofl and the like.
I guess good old bitcoin proved them wrong eventually.
Go Bitcoin Go.

This little dump is a bit premature.
Still a week to go before the halving.
Maybe whoever it is is hoping to scoop up some cheap coins if any noobs follow his lead.
Don't be fooled gentlemen the long term future is bright.
Keep HODLING.

You sure about that?

Yep.

I can definitely live with that.
This time I’ll sell some, I was like a rabbit in headlights last time & sold nothing (idiot).

If, or should I say, when we hit 50k you will thank yourself for not selling back in the last bull run.

<900 blocks to go.
Let's get this party started.

Is 7950 a good time to sell? And buy a rebound at about $7880?

For you maybe yes, HODLers just keeping the HODL modus

Don’t try & catch the peanuts cafetools, the fucking halving is in 13 days - https://www.bitcoinblockhalf.com/
We’re set to enter a proper bull market again now over the next 12-18 months. Seriously only an idiot tries to trade now for such small profits.

Hold onto your coins for at least 12 months, trust me.

Great advice.
I mean how much are you going to make on a trade like that anyway?
Unless you are trading vast amounts of BTC then your profits are going to be pitiful.
Just HODL dude.
Think again in around 12 months.
Something tells me that you won't make it till then though.
Good luck.

Jeez V8.
I love all the jokes you have been so diligently posting for our delight.
Thanks and have another merit.

Shit is getting real in my personal surroundings. An acquaintance of mine (visited hem 10 times over the years) has died. My Gf works in a home for the elderly, two people have died there, one has recovered, one co-worker was tested positive. My GF got tested yesterday because of a cold, results tomorrow.

Same here, lost a personal friend already a while back, but we are up to 4 now friends and family DEAD in the UK here between me and my partner.

People are saying the media is just scaremongering?

Well let me say I wasn't scared by the media but I am by my empirical experience.

Some of these deaths are not the weakling old and sick they are strong healthy people. Shit is fucked up.

Often its just as well this is a forum. I feel like punching some people straight in the face.

Sorry to hear that Globbo.
I am a UK resident too and in my mid 50s so being quite cautious when I go out for my daily walk. Trying to maintain some distance between people where I can.

Hardly doubt that someone who sold @0.30 would have HODLED on the way from 0.31 to 20,000 and back.
This is why this kind of "what if had I bought BTC in 2010" are just worthless speculation.

At least hold on to some of it. Why sell everything?
Stagger your sell positions for all eventualities.
293  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: April 22, 2020, 09:52:15 AM
In a few years people will look back at the price of $68xx & be depressed at selling in that price range.

Please fellow HODLERS, don’t sell at this pathetic price - DON’T BE A GREG!

Whats more, If he had held on to them till today he would be getting close to $12,000,000
Something to think about guys.

I wonder if people are still meeting up on those casual sex websites?

How’s Grindr going r0ach (if you’re still alive?)

A son of a co-worker is still hitting up Tindr and hooking up with random slurries. I told him he was a fucking idiot and to kick the son out on his ass (he's a dead head anyway)

So yes, there's still fools out there

Maybe that's a chance your co-worker is willing to take?
I know I wouldn't but I guess he figures that the chances of him catching something from his Son that will kill him is slim and not something worth kicking his Son out for?

Keep 2 metres, that is six feet 6 inches in old money, apart.

Can you imagine going to a dance, asking a lady for a waltz, she agrees then you have to keep two metres apart – interesting.

Regards and keep safe,

#dadjokesversusthecough

Only way of having sex outside your immediate housemembers (I know that might come off sounding a bit incestuous), is to have a 2 metre long c**k.
Only wish I was that we'll endowed!

Oh and thanks for the laugh V8.
I merited your first one.

"The cornerstone of today’s actions is a new $600 billion “Main Street Lending Fund” to offer support for mid-sized businesses. The plan is to offer 4 -year loans to companies, with principal and interest payments deferred for one year."

In Greece it has two parts, and usually you qualify for both.
One business loan to cover losses and upgrade the business to a more competitive state.
And another to cover the added tax on the first. Wink

Also a third one for consumers, with no questions asked. Government guarantees. Huge interest though.
What I'm trying to figure out, is how much BTC I'm gonna get from all this, and when. Grin

All we need is a few "employees" and we should have a loan in no time.  Cheesy

^Nice both. It's a travesty that long-serving people like you and the others don't have more recognition, title and merits. Maybe there could be advancements for 'contributing while keeping the signal-to-noise ratio up'.

Meh, it's not that important to me tbh.
Just being able to have my questions answered in a civil way and to be able to contribute when I can is enough for me.
I would be happy with a thumbs up type button.
