281  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin remains the king of Crypto Market? on: June 30, 2019, 08:40:09 PM
You maybe asking this question because a lot of people are talking about the coming of Facebook’s Libra coin? Well, we won’t really know but with what Bitcoin has been through, all the ups and downs, the criticisms, all those negative predictions and speculations, all the regulations being imposed and other hassles and disadvantages, and yet bitcoin is still at the top. I believe that this success will be difficult for any rising altcoins to beat.
282  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: cryptocurrence progressing in poor African countries full of wars? on: June 30, 2019, 08:32:54 PM
how are poor African countries with wars benefit in cryptocurrecy system or blockchain tecnology ?
If the country is in war, it must be chaos and the government is busy with other affairs and more focused on the present problem of the their country, I thought of one good possibility, that there could be no regulations for cryptocurrency but I’m not sure and people can also freely use crypto in illegal activities. Only my opinion.
284  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Pagbagsak ng ICO on: June 28, 2019, 08:53:53 PM

IEO boss baka pwedeng dagdagan mo to kung ano to kasi ngayon ko lang talaga to narinig.
Tama.
285  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Ethereum drop below $240 again do you believe? on: June 28, 2019, 08:46:48 PM
If we remember when bull market happened in 2017 we saw that a lot of altcoins also followed along with bitcoin and ethereum was one of the most loved altcoin due to its stability but I wonder, bitcoin at this moment  rose already but it doesn’t reflect much in ethereum and other altcoins.
286  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty that paid you some good reward on: June 28, 2019, 08:31:22 PM
I got a good one in 2018, because of the project’s promises and efforts I didn’t sell immediately hoping for a better price. Now the project is improving and moving forward which is a good sign for the token price to rise but still until now A lot are dumping their tokens which cause the price to be low.
287  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Maybe the crypto market will never take off! on: June 28, 2019, 08:25:02 PM
There are many reasons why this market will never amount to anything: The list goes on and on!
Is it time to sell and get out of the market?

And then what, take the money and use in something tangible? We all know that involving in cryptocurrency can be likened to gambling, we take risks because we don’t want to be left out. Cryptocurrency is the future as speculators say, though we have no solid proof to it, we believe, why? Because we don’t want to regret when an event like the latter part of 2017 happens and we don’t have any holdings.
288  Economy / Speculation / Re: what is the prediction BTC as per now on: June 28, 2019, 08:16:00 PM
Actually no predictions did come true in 2018 and everyone is predicting in favor of their own interests, because they want it to be like this and like that but actually what happens is bitcoin price goes opposite of what most speculations say. It can surprise us in a short time and it can bore and dismay us for a long time. Whatever it may be, for me it is just a matter of time, 25-30k is surely reachable we just dont know when.
289  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will there be an altseason this year? on: June 27, 2019, 08:48:29 PM
Well, I am also thinking the same, hoping for a breakthrough in alts too. Usually as it happened before, alts prices went along with the rise in bitcoin price but we’ve notably seen already the rise in bitcoin price but altcoins are still below. I really don’t know what will happen to some altcoins I am keeping an eye on in the future.
290  Economy / Economics / Re: When the government forbids cryptocurrency on: June 27, 2019, 08:41:57 PM
If they will insist of banning cryptocurrency in that country then you as a bitcoin enthusiast must do something like opposing this action by means of social media with the groups of investors who also be affected by it.. Revolution is one way to push crypto to the world that’s the first option that this is build..

This oppression is also a human right violations or freedom to choose what is right for people been compromised.. But if this won’t change a thing then use Virtual Private Network(VPN) to hide from authority and the last option and must be think carefully is leaving that country behind..
That will be nice but to fight with the government is not a good idea. Not everyone who oppose the government by means of rallying do not always win. The government can also impose a rule in social medias to prohibit any anti-government posts, so that is really sad. Let us just hope leaders in that country will come to realize the benefits they and their people could have with cryptocurrencies and start changing their minds about the law they’ve passed.
291  Economy / Economics / Re: Hong kong and China war can lead to possible Bitcoin popularity on: June 27, 2019, 08:33:44 PM
Closest possibility will I think be for Hongkong to be a separate country from China. To be totally disconnected like Taiwan. If we remember how Taiwan won its plea to be an independent country, now they have a more peaceful and quiet life. Besides China is becoming too dominant and harsh by meddling and prohibiting any religious activities in the country. If this situation could bring good effect to bitcoin, that will be uncertain yet.
292  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Social network cryptocurrency on: June 27, 2019, 08:24:33 PM
Social network cryptocurrency. In the near future we want to present such an online resource. Do you think this social network will be popular?
I'm pretty sure you are considering or having this idea on mind because of Libra. If yes, then you should make your platform to be popular first. hehe
We offer a specialized social network.
What could be special with the social network you’re going to offer? Not to discourage you but a lot of social network platforms had came up already and were not successful. if you are planning of launching or offering another social network it should be something different from the leading ones right now and should contain some features the the leading networks do not posses to make a difference and catch the attention of users. It must contain features that are badly needed that are not in existing networks. Only then you will be able to launch your coin if your network is already established.
293  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why I hate Banks and love Bitcoin :-> on: June 27, 2019, 08:12:42 PM
A lot of people would have said, "Use your credit card" because it would have been much faster, but I prefer not to use credit cards to pay for things, because I hate adding to the debt problems of this country.

I also did not anticipate that it would take this long, because I pay this before the payment date every month and my viewing has never been blocked before.

The problem is, Bank transfers between different Banks sometimes takes between 12 to 48 hours and in todays world, this is unacceptable.  Angry

Sometimes its not just the banks that are problems, bank transfer delays plus poor services companies offer. The length of time it takes I think varies with different countries but sometimes even if you paid already and payment been confirmed, you call the company to reconnect your subscription and would take hours too for them to do the action. Like when my home internet connection was interrupted, my call couldn’t be accommodated because the queue was much so I had to wait for them to call back, and it took them 6 hours to call back too and fix the problem. Indeed disgusting.
294  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does gambling sites needs to be a mobile friendly or not? on: June 23, 2019, 06:27:07 PM
I often use my smartphone to Gamble, it is better for a gambling site to have an application to be more convenient because when I play using the browser on my phone there are features that is not available and it will attract more players because most of us today always bring our smartphones anywhere
This idea is pro-mobile companies too  Grin. Playing online on phones  consumes more space, weakens battery life and usually makes the phone slower and hanging wich will cause the owner to buy a more advance and more latest model of device. It gives more convenience to the player, he can sit anywhere and play anytime without being confined at home with his computer.
295  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why casinos want you to stay long in their area on: June 23, 2019, 06:16:09 PM
A friend who plays a lot in the casino told, I do not go to offline only on online casinos,
Do you know that Casino manager and staff want s you to stay for an indefinite period of time
and they are doing this for you to stay ..

They are giving a lot of perks like free food drinks and energy drink, they do not have windows in the casino or even clock so you will not be aware of the time and if it is night or day they will loan you so you can keep up playing, this is the reason why some people take days before they go out of Casinos, they have everything there.
Of course. Because whether you win or lose they gain. The more rounds you play the more money they gain regardless if you win or loss. They don’t really care about, they give free food and drinks so you will not go out and change your mind not to come back. The more players they have the more profit they get plus your loans, they are not interests free.
296  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are ICOs gonna phase out very soon? on: June 23, 2019, 06:10:28 PM
Everything is possible especially now that most of the investors have less confidence on supporting ICOs and they are now emerging another options like STOs and IEOs. Well, as for me the only constant thing in this world is CHANGE so if they are better than ICO then so be it. We are just here to support good projects.
True enough. Investors will always go to a more profitable and sure ones. Anyway even developers the moment they realized that the old trick is no longer working, time for them to think and shift to a new one. ICO’s reputation has already been damaged, no wonder why most of them are failing by not reaching their soft cap dues not having enough investors.
297  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Future of bounty hunting is uncertainty on: June 23, 2019, 05:49:03 PM
,especially IEO projects from binance excluding harmony only which i think its the best bounty project of the year so far, I think bounty hunting is fading away
IEO has just been operating lately compared to ICOs where bounty hunters classically got good profit from during those times when ICOs are still reliable and trusted. Platforms like binance are already known platform, founded and rooted already so whether they get little promotions or big those who’ve known about them will themselves spread the word and besides they already have plenty of users compared to a just starting project that have not done and anything yet.
298  Economy / Economics / Re: Repeating of all time high has begun on: June 21, 2019, 09:05:39 PM
Bitcoin is going back to $5000. Money will go to Gold. Look at Iran and middle east situation.
It possibly will but not at the moment. It is natural to expect the ups and downs in bitcoin price since we’ve seen it already in the past but we always believe that whenever it hits low level it will always return back high. We’ve already known the price behavior of bitcoin and nothing to worry about.
299  Economy / Economics / Re: The Blockchain technologies on: June 21, 2019, 08:34:40 PM
Blockchain technology can be very helpful in keeping records, transactions and funds but I’m thinking of what if a country’s national fund be recorded in a public ledger where every in and out of funds are recorded publicly so the public knows where the money is going and spent and by this corruption can be eliminated but as to how it will work, i don’t know.
300  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: this is what every country will do on: June 21, 2019, 02:57:57 PM
This AML regulation is common in a lot of countries and not just in cryptocurrency but also in fiat or local currencies. I happened to send $1000 to other country and I was asked for a passport or a driver’s licensed while when I was sending a lot of times below $1000 it was not asked and same with bank transactions so I think it is just proper for a country to impose this regulation if majority is doing it.
