301  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: No debits from the ledger possible. Who can help? on: February 24, 2023, 05:26:06 PM
Ledger nano works fine with Electrum for me too, but i don't have that many inputs there.
302  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: No debits from the ledger possible. Who can help? on: February 24, 2023, 05:20:20 PM
that worked now.
However, it took 20 minutes for the 5, I have about 400
I've made transactions on Electrum with 50 inputs, and that didn't take a second. I can't tell you what's wrong though.
303  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: No debits from the ledger possible. Who can help? on: February 24, 2023, 03:51:53 PM
I've never seen that. Did you follow Ledger's manual to use Electrum?

You are a totally ignorant rude cunt.
~
I asked a civil polite question.
Lol. Do you feel better now that you've got that off your chest?
306  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitcoin's age of legal competence on: February 19, 2023, 03:33:19 PM
If you don't want your kids to mine Bitcoin, don't let them have a mining rig.

309  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Be careful with saxydev; he is a scammer on: February 13, 2023, 08:51:26 PM
I will share it to a trusted person outside the gang of ShitBaboonNewsletterBitcoin aka GazetaBitcoin to verify the transaction, my personal specification is that it is a private matter and I do not make public any of my own addresses or information related to any of transactions public. Working in my domain you may understand that sharing an address is the same as doxing yourself.
Feel free to PM my main account all the evidence.

bot asks for my UID. where do I find mine? it can't be the password coz the password does not work.
Click your username. If you entered your password on a third party site (face palm!), you should change it now.
311  Economy / Reputation / Re: Discrimination against bounty hunters on: February 09, 2023, 09:51:16 AM
I don't like spammers, which includes bounty spammers. If you want to call that discrimination, I'm fine with that.
312  Economy / Economics / Re: Untouchable Savings: Do you have it? on: February 09, 2023, 09:49:25 AM
The difference between savings and no savings is often just a few percent in spending. If you spend a tad more, long term you have no savings. If you spend a tad less, you'll always have something left. I like having something left.
313  Other / Meta / Re: bitcointalk forum vs OpenAI - ChatGPT on: February 07, 2023, 06:32:56 PM
And I would like to know what are the forum general rules against AI, Are that kind of post allowed or those accounts will get nuked if they abuse?
I think the normal rules apply, just like they apply to automated posting. But it's fucking annoying to read insincere posts. It's just a waste of time.
314  Other / Meta / Re: Use Of Multiple Accounts on: February 06, 2023, 09:43:43 PM
There are good reasons for using multiple accounts. Keeping the main one secure for instance.
315  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can anyone tell me what is the best way to gamble w/ BTC on online casinos? on: February 06, 2023, 06:41:14 PM
Choose a casino with low house edge. Wager as little as possible, so a few high risk bets instead of many low risk bets. Do the math. The more you wager, the more you lose on average because of the house edge.
Know when to stop. Don't chase losses.
If you want to win prizes from tournaments, interesting bonuses and to rank up, in order to get a positive EV unfortunately you need to wager a lot sometimes.
They want you to wager a lot, because that's good for the casino. Is it still EV+ if you count everything you had to wager to get there? If it's not, my advice stands.

I'm going to break my spaghetti in half before I cook it next time.
I'm having cappuccino after lunch.

317  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Electrum Account Limits on: February 05, 2023, 02:09:58 PM
I got contact with someone from Trade Control
It's email spam. Answering it means they try to scam you You don't have Bitcoin, and chances are your computer now has malware. Backup data, wipe your computer, and start over.
318  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Electrum Account Limits on: February 05, 2023, 01:33:36 PM
Electrum is a wallet, not an account. If they ask for money, you are getting scammed.

Start from the beginning: what did you do, and how did you send money? Who did you send it to?

320  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Suggest me an exchanger ? on: February 05, 2023, 11:19:37 AM
Acually I am making a long-term strategy for 10 years where I will invest 10 dollar worth of Bitcoin in every week. That's why I need to find a exchanger where withdrawal fee is close to 0  Roll Eyes .
I have already passed two weeks in Binance.
My advice:
Forget Binance, use Kraken. Read my topic on consolidating small inputs. Get a hardware wallet. Exchange weekly, withdraw each time the withdrawal fee is less than 0.5% of your balance. So if the fee is 1000 sat, withdraw when your balance is more than 0.002 Bitcoin. That's close to once a month at current rates. Don't use LN for long term holding.
Good luck!
