301  Economy / Lending / Re: Lending Lendconnect: Best platform for loans and large community on: February 14, 2018, 10:39:05 PM
This group is created to have a good atmosphere and will be dedicated to the Lendconnect loan platform.
First of all I want to say that this is a high risk investment but the community and the official lendconnect telegram is one of the best, not to say the best.
It is currently in Coinexchange and will be removed from there. What will be in a few days? They will open their own exchange, will be synchronized with the CMC (the price if it is synchronized and there is a maximum of 500lct withdrawal), and many more things, the currency had a maximum of $ 40 and is currently at $ 1.25, his daily interest is wonderful and he promises a lot, also something very important is that his total supply 5 times less than any other loan platform, only 3.5million !!
This group is dedicated to helping and winning among all the benefits obtained from referrals in group all, it is very important that we all win and not only the promoter or group administrator and I think it is something that will benefit all the lenders!
MY RECOMMENDATION : LEND 30% HOLD 50% AND TRADING 20% = WIN
I have in mind later when the exchange is active to make draws for the people here too! weekly raffles according to the price of the currency will be more LCT or less LCT!
This group will consist of each member that makes a lending will automatically receive ETH or LCT 50% of the value of what the member receives.
The other 15% will be kept by me, and the remaining 35% will be kept in a pool where I will update it every week and we will divide all the profits weekly among all the groups.
My first goal is to reach 50 members.
Here I leave the group that I just created in my telegram: https://t.me/LendConnectM0bys
LendConnect Moon ! Cool

Who is he? People who promise a lot are usually not trustworthy. Over-promising is a suspicious trait.

This group will consist of each member that makes a lending will automatically receive ETH or LCT 50% of the value of what the member receives.
The other 15% will be kept by me, and the remaining 35% will be kept in a pool where I will update it every week and we will divide all the profits weekly among all the groups.

Sounds like a Ponzi scheme in the works.
302  Economy / Exchanges / Re: 2017 Bitcoin Debit Card Reviews on: February 14, 2018, 10:04:47 PM
I would like to make sure in tax matters. Let's say I'm a tax resident in Spain and I use Bitcoin Debit Card issued in England or Lithuania. I understand, that i have to pay all taxes from deposits on that cards in Spain, right?
Sorry if it is off top for this thread, but i'm sure that if you use this cards, you have to know things like this.

Have a look at the card limits:

Card limits
Maximum monthly transactions limit €15 000
Maximum annual transactions limit €20 000
Maximum card payment limit per day €3 000
Maximum per ATM transaction €1 000
Daily ATM withdrawal limit €1 000
Minimum ATM withdrawal limit €10

The maximum annual transaction limit (the maximum amount you can ever spend with the card each year) is only €20 000. So taxes are negligible.

I think you're confusing the Mistertango card from the Mistertango account. You will be depositing money into the account (not the card). The account itself is a regular IBAN account. You can deposit as much money as you like into this account for as long as you can justify the source of those funds. They will close your account if they suspect money laundering, just like what happened to this guy's account:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2029966.0

The card is linked to the account and it's the card which has transaction limits. Not the account.

If you are a tax resident of Spain, you might need to declare your Mistertango deposits to Spanish tax authorities if the total monetary value of your assets outside Spain (not only the Mistertango account but all other accounts you might have) exceeds the threshold stipulated by the Spanish authorities. Here it is:

Tax resident individuals are obliged to report (720 Form) the following assets and rights located outside of Spain to the Tax Authorities:

  • Accounts in which the individual is the titleholder, or in which he is representative, authorized person or beneficiary, or in which he has disposal powers.
  • Securities, rights, insurance and life or temporary annuities.
  • Real estate or rights on real estate.

There will be no reporting obligation for those assets or rights which value (considered in aggregate for each group of assets listed above) is lower than Euros 50,000. The deadline for filing the 720 Form is from 1 January to 31 March of the year following that for which the information must be reported.

Hope this helps.
303  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: i have 18000 $ neteller , need exchange it to btc on: February 14, 2018, 01:51:29 PM
Well, we all know that Neteller is a reversible payment method as per their Terms of Use:

6.5.3 The amount of any Payment made to your Account will be credited to your Account balance, less any applicable Fees, on receipt. If a Payment credited to your Account is reversed by the sender prior to you performing a Transaction, the amount of the reversed Payment will be returned to the sender and no Fees will be owed by you.

6.5.12 If you receive funds into your Account that were not intended to be transferred to you, we will be entitled to remove these funds from your Account.
(vague wording which should be treated with caution since it opens up a window of opportunity for scammers to claim the funds were not meant for you!)

I'm not sure how one can protect oneself from these risks. $18k is a large amount of money and I'm sure transferring it will not go unnoticed.
304  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 2 Bit Coin to anyone who can get my Coins back into my Wallet on: February 14, 2018, 01:33:32 PM
I might have a method. DM me your XMPP or Telegram.

I believe the method involves paying a "coin recovery fee" upfront.

Knowing bitcoin's irreversibility, you can accept the following as fact: retrieving those coins is a myth except and unless the thief returns them to you.

Anyone who claims he "might have a method" is exploiting your desperation and is simply eager to get the promised 2 BTC.

It hurts but I will put it this way: harsh reality is always better than false hope. I'm sure you will get tons of PMs promising to undo or reverse the theft. That reward, if genuine, is a tempting incentive.

Accept they are lost and learn from the situation.

Registered on MisterTango, verification done after 2hours with passport.
Card will sent soon;
is there anything else ?

Wait for the card, load your account with money, then swipe and spend away!

I miss my Mistertango card. It was deactivated because I live outside the EEA. Can't wait for them to introduce a new card. Tough times for non-residents of Europe.
306  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Antminer T9+ 10.5 TH/s + APW3++ New - (At cost price!) on: February 14, 2018, 12:45:54 PM
You might want to edit your post and add that all-important buyer protection factor: escrow.

Without escrow and if you expect the 2500 Euros to be paid to you upfront, selling this Antminer will not be easy, even at cost price.

For your convenience, here is a list of trusted escrows:

307  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Selling About 100k USD worth of Bitcoins Daily at live market rate - Singapore s on: February 14, 2018, 08:48:30 AM
That is a lot of money out there imagine 100 USD worth of bitcoin in our country that would be 100k/100,000 x 52 (the value of dollar to our currency) 5,200,000.00. It could buy a house and lot plus a brandnew luxury car. Girls will be gone crazy with you and you have all the drinks and party for one week or in a month. That is a very good holding of bitcoin you have there and I hope that bitcoin or money could be put into good use. Anyway that is your investment and we all have different kinds of priorities in life. Let me take this opportunity to make a piece of advise with your bitcoin holdings, better save your money from the profit and make a percentage to invest again in bitcoin and make another gainful transactions and lastly help other members here in our forum if you have some extra time and fortune.

HuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuh

That's what the entire post was about.

The rest was all about how to squander money on "a brand new house and car, girls gone crazy, drinks and parties for a week or a month". Having shared with you those priorities in his life, he then graciously takes the opportunity to advice you how to financially manage your life.

I'm guessing that would be someone from the Philippines, given 5,200,000 pesos being the rough equivalent of 100k USD.

Please note that I will only release the BTC escrow once the funds are in my account, as bank wires can be cancelled/reversed if the funds have not gone through. Please acknowledge this before you decide to trade with me. I will not release the escrow after you've made the wire instruction, but only after the funds have gone through. So you should check with your bank how long roughly for the transaction to go through. That's why I've been asking where you are based.

Yes, that's a very important part of the transaction process. I will repeat what I posted on another thread:

Just like the back of our hand, we all know (and must always remember) that bitcoin is irreversible while a bank transfer can be recalled if circumstances warrant it:

The ability of an originator (or the sending bank) to recall a wire hinges primarily on whether or not the payment order has been accepted by the receiving bank. That principle applies to both domestic and international wires.

Knowing this, even if the transferred funds are credited to your account, check and double check that they are cleared (spendable) funds. If the sending bank sends a Stop Payment Order to the receiving bank on the SWIFT MT492 system while final credit is pending or being processed, that money will be reversed and if you already sent the coins, you know what that means.

  • Engage a trusted escrow to hold the coins and
  • Wait for funds to fully clear and reflect as POSITIVE available balance on your account with no holds whatsoever.

Never send or release coins based alone on screen shots, pics of receipts or similar proof of payment. Wait for cleared funds to appear on your bank account.

Please use a trusted escrow with an established and solid presence on this forum. Contact that escrow directly on the escrow thread or profile page. And most importantly, rely solely on instructions sent directly by the escrow. If the person you are transacting with requests you to provide your email address, ignore it or treat it as a red flag. The purpose is usually to send you a spoofed version of the escrow's email instructing you to deposit coins to a BTC address. When contacting the escrow, ensure and ascertain that the profile or thread is the genuine website and not a spoofed or fake website.
308  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Selling BTC for USD Wire Transfer on: February 14, 2018, 01:08:30 AM
What is the purpose of due diligence for wire transfers?

It serves two purposes:

  • To prevent scammers from stealing your coins and
  • To avoid being jailed, if you value your freedom.

If you do not do your due diligence, scammers will exploit this situation by pulling the MITM trick on you. Scammers post ads on Craigslist, Backpage, eBay etc offering cars, boats, cellphones, laptops and other high-end products. When a buyer responds and agrees to buy, the scammer will (in the meantime) contact you and make an offer to buy your bitcoins. When you give the scammer your bank account information for the wire transfer and if you are not careful, this is where the scam happens:

Scammer will now give your account information to the person buying his car, cellphone, laptop etc. That person thinks it's the scammer's bank account and he wires funds as instructed.

After the money is wired, the scammer will let you know he wired the money for the bitcoins. When you check your account, the money is there but what you do not know is the money was wired to you by someone buying a car! You now release the bitcoins and you're happy you made a nice trade.

Well, happy for the next few days, that is...

That's because in a few days, the person who "bought" the car and who wired the money to your account will find out there is no car and will now contact police. And when police finds out who the account belongs to, guess who's in hot water?

That's just one scenario. Another is outright fraud. Scammers will wire you money from a hacked bank account and when the true owner later discovers the fraudulent wire, his bank will have a nice little talk with your bank... and with law enforcement too.

Another situation is when scammers wire funds originating from pending payment instruments (for example, a fraudulent cashier's check). Wires are quite quick while check clearing takes time. So you get the wire first while the check is pending. When the check is later found out to be fake, the bank will now try to recover the money and will check how the scammer spent it. Some of the money might have been wired to you so they will contact your bank. And that's when your bank will do something you will hate. They will freeze your account (and the entire money in it) often indefinitely or for a very long time while they investigate the issue. Most banks do not want problem-causing clients and the end result is usually account closure.

Due diligence allows you to verify that the person buying your bitcoins is the same person paying for those bitcoins.

Things you wish, holidays, flights, online subscriptions - spend it on anything you want.

Airline tickets and anonymity will never tie the knot. They are forever incompatible.

How do you book flight tickets while guaranteeing an anonymous service?

Very nicely designed website. Awesome idea, that concept of copy/pasting the product link with a fully automated fulfillment system.

Will you source anything anywhere irrespective of the buyer's geographic location? Or is this service restricted to US retailers?

Bookmarking this.

You know the drill, guys. Engage a trusted escrow and stay safe.

No matter how small or large the transaction, do your due diligence. Just like the back of our hand, we all know (and must always remember) that bitcoin is irreversible while a bank transfer can be recalled if circumstances warrant it:

311  Economy / Services / Re: Hacker services WTB on: February 13, 2018, 08:46:58 AM
I have an inkling of what this is about. He wants to hire a hacker to hack a domain aka a website.

Impressive. The matter-of-fact way he worded his post. As if it’s perfectly alright to recruit manpower of this sort.

What’s next? Lock pickers, ATM skimmers, account phishers, card cloners? Experience preferred. Escrow, sure. References and prior arrest records a plus.
312  Economy / Lending / Re: Requesting short term 0.068 BTC Loan on: February 13, 2018, 01:22:25 AM
He obviously didn’t count on old posts being dug up and exposed in all their dirt and glory. His very first post was about getting someone to apply for a CA driver’s license and sending him a time stamped pic of it in exchange for $1000. People who make such outrageous offers are criminals. There is no $1000. It was meant to entice the naive few here to send him a pic of that license so he can steal their identities.

This is the new Drivers liscence https://imgur.com/a/vVSfF. It was released 4 days ago. If anyone lives and California, will go to the dmv and get the new liscence and will send me a time stamped image on wickr I will send you $1,000 in crypto. If you think you can do this add CaliforniaDL123 on wickr and message me. Thanks.

He probably did get the ID which is what he is now offering as collateral here. People who cheat others at the expense of previously cheated people are serial scammers. This is a loan to avoid, with or without collateral.
313  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Looking to buy BTC with my PP... please help! on: February 13, 2018, 01:01:13 AM
If the funds were fraudulently sourced, the payment can and will be reversed. Gift payments and friends & family transfers too. With a new account here, you are likely to get offers from those with new accounts too. And that’s how the cycle of scamming continues. Reputable and seasoned members value their unblemished PayPal accounts and will not take risks. Nobody wants a limited PayPal account.

PS: Nice forum, wish I would of found this sooner!
Nice interplay of words there. Are you sure this is your first and only account here?
314  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Selling BTC in Bulk on: February 12, 2018, 06:24:11 PM
The proof of funds needed is something like an MT199 or anything similar issued from your bank. For all those unfamiliar with an MT199, anything issued from your bank will do as long as it confirms a balance amount around the value of the amount of BTC you're looking for. In regards to information regarding the transaction such as escrow, names of lawyers and the like, only serious inquiries will be entertained. A proof of funds must be provided before any negotiations take place or any information is provided. There is no incentive to entertain an inquiry from a buyer who cannot commit to a purchase. I hope you understand.

Providing you with a MT199 literally means preparing an irrevocable bank guarantee in your favor. It's basically someone's bank "chatting" with your bank and telling them money is guaranteed available for this transaction. It's a way for a buyer's bank to tell the seller's bank "we are ready to transact".

Why "lawyers and the like"? As I mentioned on my earlier post, private attorneys are not suitable escrow agents for cryptocurrency transactions. Just because they passed the bar and hold admissions credentials for certain states does not mean one can entrust them with 500 BTC or more or that they can be relied upon to send those coins after the SWIFT transmission of funds.

I'm sure you will require MT199 + ID of some kind. These are sensitive personal details. I'm not sure if it would be safe to disclose that kind (and extent) of personal and financial information.

There is no incentive to entertain an inquiry from a buyer who cannot commit to a purchase.

There is also no incentive to commit to a purchase with a seller who cannot provide proof of BTC assets commensurate with the required bank guarantees or similar proof of liquidity. What good is it to provide this sensitive information if negotiations later fail?

What are the maximum limits for a single ATM transaction?

If you go here:

Maximum monthly transactions limit €15 000
Maximum annual transactions limit €20 000
Maximum card payment limit per day €3 000
Maximum per ATM transaction €1 000
Daily ATM withdrawal limit €1 000

[H] Paypal [W] Bitcoin , Etherium , Skrill

as i mentioned, i don't here to scam. so dont waste your time to put comments like high risk payment method bla bla bla.
if you like to trade please add me through skype or telegram

skype/telegram : stockimageboss

I don't mind wasting my time, no worries. Here we go:

PayPal is a high risk payment method. It is reversible up to 180 days. If you trade bitcoins for PayPal to anyone who has no track record vouching for his credibility, you risk losing your coins AND PayPal funds AND your PayPal account's functionality. If funds paid to your PayPal account were sourced from a hacked bank account, phished or stolen credit cards, your PayPal account will be limited.

If the sender disputes the payment and/or requests his card issuer to file a charge back, your account will be limited while the charge back is being processed.

Trading on Skype and Telegram is a scammer's preferred communication method. That's because he will try to convince you to send the coins first, in full or incrementally. Don't fall for this. Trade here and insist on an irreversible payment method. Alternatively, PayPal is good if the buyer agrees to wait for 180 days for escrow to release coins.
317  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Lost Relative on: February 12, 2018, 07:50:24 AM
First things first, secure the HDD and never share its contents and any information about your father's wallet with anyone here. If you are contacted by PM by strangers offering to "help" you recover or unlock or access the wallet, their advice is welcome but never disclose sensitive wallet information, especially keys, mnemonics, seeds and recovery passphrases.

Refuse recovery services requiring you to pay a fee upfront.

I recommend that you discuss non-sensitive matters publicly on this thread. Doing this allows genuine assistance to be rendered by people who know how proper recovery processes work. They can also quickly expose any attempt by scammers to defraud you.

Be careful of people who might ask you to Skype with them. This is not meant to generalize all Skype invitations as fraudulent but most of them have ulterior motives. One of the reasons for using Skype is privacy. It allows scammers to communicate without exposing and endangering their scam's modus operandi.

Sorry for your family's loss.
318  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Selling a large amount of any crypto currency on: February 12, 2018, 07:31:55 AM

the only way that any deal here is made is like this.

Step 1.- Seller anounces he is willing to sell ( usually gives price and preffered payment Method )
Step 2.- Buyer gets in touch and offers the cash offer ( usually not many buy more than 1 BTC)
Step 3.- Seller deposits the BTC in the Adress of one of the Escrows ( the Buyer Usually chooses it)
Step 4.- Escrow gets in touch with the Buyer to let him know that the BTC is in his adress.
Step 5.- Buyer Makes the deposit, Transfer or the desired payment method.
Step 6.- Buyer Shows proof of deposit or transfer or any other usually with a picture or video
Step 7.- Escrow Releases the BTC Sending them to the Buyer´s Adress- AFTER SELLER CONFIRMS AND SIGHTS CLEARED FUNDS ON BANK ACCOUNT

_Bussines Concluded_

That's the safer way. Never rely on screen shots or pictures alone. Ascertain, check and double check that funds are 100% cleared and credited to the account without any form of holds or restrictions. Then and only then should escrow release the coins.
319  Economy / Lending / Re: In need of a .1 btc loan on: February 12, 2018, 07:23:16 AM
Without an exchange listing or a listed trade value, how will the lender set the collateral value? How did you derive or calculate 2400 Kapu coins as collateral value for 0.1 BTC? Just curious. Isn't the price listed on an exchange a more reliable price indicator for setting the collateral?
320  Economy / Goods / Re: WTS token FSBT (Forty Seven Bank Token) cheapest! (Under ICO price) on: February 12, 2018, 07:13:57 AM
why would you sell it so cheap?

because i need money fast. and I received my token not buy from ICO. but from selling service to forty seven team

And I'm sure you understand and agree that the transaction should be done with a trusted escrow, correct?

And how do you want to be paid for these tokens?

You should move this thread to the currency exchange section.
