The model of high TPS with low transaction fees is the only reason why these outages are happening at first place. Solana is by far the best blockchain which has high TPS with low transaction fees and if it can't stop the network outages then I don't think any other blockchain will be able to sustain it either. But I guess Solana will make it up to the mark soon. All these outages are a good sign that the team is actively working on fixing the issues. That's why if he has said this and said that, he'll surely going to do something different this time and will do what he has said. It is the reason why many are counting on him but we're not belittling what Inoue can do. My PC is 5 years now and I only use the default windows defender since then, so far I haven't been hack or discovered a malware that will cause my crypto assets to be stolen. As long as you know what websites you are visiting and not clicking some malicious links then there is no need to install other Antivirus. If you have some large assets, it's always best to have a hardware wallet to secure those properly.
I agree. We have to be aware of the websites we visit because it's the only protection that we can do to ourselves together with our PC and crypto assets. There's this teaching to me that anti-virus companies are also the ones that make viruses so they know how to tackle and delete them. And that's why they come with a price. I have read someone just now that DCA doesn't work. Well, I didn't been able to get a reply as that person seems there just to drop by a comment and then won't reply back to the debate that he has started. Talk to the people that have been DCAing with bitcoin and you'll all receive a positive response from them. Not to mention those that have bought a bunch during the early days, they're still on bitcoin and keep on holding it because they have a goal and vision towards its future.
As we know dollar cost averaging is just a strategy, and like any strategy it has limitations, in a market which does not move much then I would guess this is a strategy which will not work very well, however when it comes to an asset like bitcoin which can show extremely strong trends then dollar cost averaging is without a doubt a strategy that can work, it is just that it needs to be performed regularly and for a significant amount of time. Yeah, that probably didn't worked for him but he just said that it doesn't work and there's no justification on why he said that. Well, that's social media and there's no need for anything to prove whether they say a truth, an opinion. I saw someone replied on him that exact thing you've said that DCA works for bitcoin and then, that's all.
