321  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 41% of people globally say they trust Bitcoin over local currencies on: November 20, 2021, 11:14:27 PM
Don't you think that this set of numbers is too small to consider being an opinion as conducted on a 'global scale'? A web portal needs to be set up to let a huge set of people take a survey about btc, that's how we can know about how much % of people even know about btc! We know that btc can be more reliable than local currencies but to know how many people think the same way, a global survey needs to be conducted and it will also need a very huge budget to do that, and we can't say whether all of them will provide honest answers in the survey or not.
322  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin the king on: November 20, 2021, 10:54:37 PM
Bitcoin holds a marketcap of a trillion and a few billion dollars, and for any other cryptocurrency to take over btc, it needs to reach such marketcap. To make it happen, a cryptocurrency needs to provide all the features that bitcoin possess, while also ensuring that the security is kept very high and at par to meet btc's mining capabilities, then we might see another cryptocurrency to take btc's place but btc had been there for over a decade, who knows which crypto will take it over and till when will it remain at top?
323  Economy / Economics / Re: Possible market crash in the near future? on: November 20, 2021, 10:37:15 PM
Market does involve pumps and crashes and someone should really realized those things because thats how market works on the first place and you should really know by means of that.

This is why we should 'only invest what we can afford to lose' so not to regret later even if losses come all of a sudden due to a crash.

Quote
Crash is inevitable and you should always think off about these probabilities could really happen thats why when making out positions then always be cautious from time to time.

Nobody can predict them but taking timely profits and enjoying with our money is what crypto has been here for, so why to remain in a position forever? Take out your money and enjoy.

Quote
You wouldnt know on whats next but if you do go hold for long term then these things shouldnt bother you but its not actually easy for it to be done.

This is also good only for those who held from the bottom because investors who bought btc at this price will never have that capability to hodl it for a long time as btc is very high in value and it will not let these investors sleep during nights when it crashes (if possible) back to $30k or under. I'm not discouraging anyone but that's the truth.
324  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A positive evaluation of gambling. on: November 20, 2021, 10:24:32 PM
What exactly do you meant by being negative, I have been playing gambling for more than five good years now and till now am yet to be addicted and I will never be addicted, I always wonder why people do get addicted. If I want to stop playing gambling today I will stop that is to tell that am not addicted.

You can't play gambling, you gamble.
Op, there had been some drastic changes that I observed in myself after I started to gamble. I learnt self-control which never let me go out of my limits to gamble and I always stayed calm while gambling, so not to get the itching in my mind about doing it more or recovering what's lost. I always had a never quitting attitude but till I had a bankroll with me, but after that, I stop till I manage more to gamble and although I had so many btc once, I have lost so much in gambling and I regret those days' gambling.
325  Economy / Services / Re: 🤖 CryptoBotly.com 🤖 - AUTOMATE your Cypto Trading. Make INSANE $$ on Auto Pilot. on: November 20, 2021, 09:48:24 PM
Is this bot stress tested on older data or is it tested live?
If tested live, can you give us a sneak peek of the generated results here?
Why is the minimum portfolio value too high at $1000? What will happen to a trader's portfolio if it is $100?
Will your bot not work or will the trading principles be different for that small-sized portfolio?
326  Economy / Gambling / Re: Fairspin.io | Blockchain Casino to Play & Earn on: November 20, 2021, 09:32:29 PM
Do we need to conduct the KYC before we deposit on your site if it is mandatory? Or after we have deposited and at the time of withdrawal do we need our KYC done? You did not mention anything about your bonuses in details, I am getting free spins every week on some gambling websites for depositing their mentioned values in emails, do you also have such type of promos available? Are they player by player based or do we all get the same perks?

One important question, please give us more details about the TFS tokens and how are they going to be useful at your site?
327  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Making profit with a bubble on: November 20, 2021, 08:57:16 PM
Your short position can only sustain if it has the potential to absorb the possible loss that can happen with btc going more high before taking a dive, so your leverage and level of market intelligence is much more important. I can take risks even with high leverage and decide some areas where I can enter partially because taking an all-in entry would be foolish and can take away my capital if gone wrong.
328  Economy / Speculation / Re: will we witness year end bullrun or bull trap? on: November 20, 2021, 08:41:12 PM
While it is December, market is still very bullish and times are different than 2017, so it is not going to be the same this time as institutional bulls are here to absorb all the selling pressure and take btc to a whole new ath except in cases like the MtGox release if takes place next month. 100k is not going to be a big deal if market absorbs the upcoming dump we are aware of, else there will be too much panic.
329  Economy / Economics / Re: Are we in a bear trap? on: November 20, 2021, 07:46:10 PM
There was a misunderstanding here by me.
It wasn't 35k BTC but they will be giving back around 142k btc + cash + bitcoin cash worth 150k btc in total which is much more shocking because it takes the number to a mindblowing $9 billion at present and they have not yet planned to distribute it till over a month (which is good news actually), but it will be a watchable thing when it happens because if those investors do not want to remain as long term holders and liquidate their btc, then market will not be able to absorb the huge selloff (even if 50% of those btc will be sold).

You can watch full news here.
330  Economy / Reputation / Re: "ROOBET'S HOUSE OF CARDS" on: November 20, 2021, 07:18:28 PM
Op, did you base your accusations on these videos? If that's true, can't you summarise the major substantial portions out of it? Watching it will only make my time spent on videos with so much 'nonsense' in it and I am not fond of doing that.
However, you must have opened scam accusations against those names if you believe that they cheat on their users or don't follow AML guidelines themselves and even launder money. And instead of telling all this to the community here, there are authorities which these gambling casinos claim to have been licenced by, if so, can't you throw a complain there?
331  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Great 6-part Bitcoin documentary from 2021📺📽 on: November 20, 2021, 07:08:09 PM
Not working for me as well.
But unlike others who gave up on this, I'll be bookmarking this entire documentary link by link and watch it via Tor (I don't use it at present). Thank you cygan for those links, I am very much interested in all these, if you can find more stuff like these, please share them here as I want to see btc's use in movies, documentaries, major news articles, adverts, everywhere.  Grin
332  Other / Meta / Re: Generous Source of Merit Only In Global Section. on: November 19, 2021, 09:50:11 PM
Then either you lack of merit sources in your local board or people with good knowledge of your language, or may be they don't want to spend time giving merits. If it is about local, it depends on the users from your own local community if they understand your contents and see it as a (merit)worthy contribution, they will give you merits without any doubt.

As your thinking about the release of mt.gox funds, people who are eligible to receive it might dump it as soon as possible, is that what you're thinking about them?

I have a thread already to discuss the MtGox matter - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5370600.msg58417739#msg58417739

However, I do fear that they can dump the market to those points we have no idea about. Because if $57 million worth of seized cryptocurrencies are being liquidated by US Department of Justice and this is what we are seeing, then what will happen when we will see $3 billion (almost 53.6 times bigger) worth btc coming to exchanges?
334  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it true that Mt Gox funds are going to get released? on: November 19, 2021, 09:16:53 PM
Price has already being to show instability and dropping too fast in the last few days.

Is this the reason of current bitcoin dump as people are afraid of the Mt Gox funds release and selling pressure is developed even before that event.

Not that alone seems to be the reason as I also came across one more news that US Department of Justice seized ~20 wallets with $57 million worth cryptocurrency in the Bitconnect fraud and have started to liquidate it officially. Based on the official article -

"As part of his plea agreement, Arcaro admitted that he earned no less than $24 million from the BitConnect fraud conspiracy, all of which, according to court documents, he has agreed repay to defrauded investors. The order entered on November 12, 2021, begins the process of making those victims whole by liquidating the fraud proceeds in Arcaro’s possession—the vast majority of which were in the form of cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dash, and several others."

335  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Shiba INU tokens continue to rise? on: November 19, 2021, 08:51:32 PM
That's what it gets if a coin depends fully on a hype, and when the hype is over, eventually its value will never be the same again. I had never invested in Shiba Inu too and even in other meme coins because i know how will their future look like. And considering how bitcoin price was affected with the present crash, so what else do you expect from a meme coin. They have no strong foundation so if ever serious price correction will appear in the market, meme coins will break and fall easily. Too far from those stable coins because they can easily recover after every price correction.

I hated Shib because Elon Musk used its name and it pumped this high. Friends of my community also invested in it and made lots of money, and they scolded me why I didn't go for this. Few friends invested $1000 each and one of my rich friends threw $10k on this meme coin, and became a millionaire with his holdings (yeah, he was already rich), so they asked me what did I earn till now if I could not invest in good coins? I said, "You call Shib good? I don't even call it Shib but shit." I am wondering about those who bought the top, how are they feeling now!
336  Economy / Economics / Are we in a bear trap? on: November 19, 2021, 08:28:43 PM

Seeing the funding rates above, it seems clarified that btc had a 'fakedown' and was a bear trap, but how low do you think will it go? Is the trap game over and we lost the 55k buying opportunity? Or should I wait for much lower value of btc to get an entry? I am still confused about that MtGox releasing their customers' btc tomorrow, which is making my nerves go wild when I think of what may happen.

337  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: New trading channel no targets no waiting instant results on: November 19, 2021, 07:42:29 PM
Yes fib and other indicators ...well usually it is when short or long the coin will go that direction...
With good leverage its easy to earn  like 50-100% ROI in less then 30min ....as you see BINANCE ROI STATEMENTS WITH entry close prices are posted there.

Its simple signal channel dont make things too complicated...just signal short or long and we see thats what the traders want they want fast results and simple way

Wow, 50-100% ROI in less than 30 mins?
Please share your signals here first and if you have a track record already, please share that too because without showing us what you've got, nobody is going to believe your words. Be it free, we would still look for proofs before joining any telegram channels that claim to give results with such assurance that they can turn their investment to 150-200% in just 30 mins. Do you do trades that you are very sure of, or are they all random trades?
338  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: correction or start of a bear market? on: November 18, 2021, 10:03:13 PM
When markets are very bullish, there come news or chaotic statements that can create panic in the market. I think that the news have helped btc to settle at an important level from where nobody from both sides can decide the direction of btc.
Correction was about to happen considering btc's steady growth without retracing back at some points below, so I think we may see an under $50k btc soon before the next upper wave again.
339  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Shiba INU tokens continue to rise? on: November 18, 2021, 09:44:45 PM
The rise and fall of Shib - I will soon be writing on this topic because Shib has got nothing but a wave of money came into it from a community that is interested in making money only. Now, the hype seems to be settled and coming down because the faster Shib went up, the fastest it will fall. I am not an investor because I don't like such coins that have no inbuilt utilities and solely depend on the volume of people, and I am happy with its fall tbh.
340  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it the end of crypto? on: November 18, 2021, 09:16:08 PM
Lol I had been waiting for such threads to arrive to take a jibe on.
Btc had crashed so many times but reached $67k as ath, various other altcoins have shown the same attitude but attitude of a novice trader has never changed and sometimes, even pro traders behave like kids. Come on man, grow up. This is the reality and you have to accept it that crypto is dead now, pack your bags and go home. (lol enough sarcasm). But grow up, crypto is not a human being who may die and his story gets finished, crypto is a never ending story.

Bitcoin just went down by almost 5k from 65k and people are now calling it a crash. How about that dip to 32k?
<<>>

I am curiously waiting for a dip to come and let btc dig deeper under $20k and give me a chance to fill my bags with btc and a few selected coins.
