321  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 23/24 European basketball discussion: Euroleague/BBL/ACB/LegaA/LNB/TBL.. on: February 15, 2024, 04:49:18 PM
There is no Euroleague games this and next week, but it doesn't means that we won't have good basketball soon. This week in most countries is dedicated to national cups - Spain, Italy, France, Turkey, Lithuania, Serbia, Germany, Greece and so on. Some have Final 8, some Final 4 tournament, but due to nature of tournament, it delivers plenty of upsets usually.
I'm going to follow Lithuanian cups  for obvious reasons and Spanish cup most closely. But will tune in some games or final at least in Turkey, France or Germany if schedule won't overlap. Also, it's possible to have big derbies like Partizan Crvena Zvezda or Pao - Olympiacos in Serbia and Greece, but watching it comfrtable on big screen will be more difficult as these cups aren't shown on TV in my country.
Gran Canaria playing with Valencia and despite that Valencia is Euroleague team, I wouldn't call them favorites. In other 1/4 final Real vs Murcia, don't see any surprises here.

Bayern come on lads , you had a great first half now atleast get ahead of the competition and show the world that you can still win games despite a silent hiccup that happened in Germany.

Shit it's a penalty in the direction of Lazio and a red card, it's over!!!

Too many wasted chances for Bayern, now they get to lick their wounds.
It was hard foul, but giving red card and penalty is double punishment, what is a bit too much IMO. I really counted on Bayern, as said above, they're not great, but same can be said about Lazio. Bayern wasted lot of chances, but it's not disaster, they still have great chance to go through.
PSG - Real Sociedad, 2:0 is a bit too much, Sociedad played solid match, but PSG simply have players like Mbappe who can decide game alone. Sociedad have to to something with their attack, they made 0 shots on target today and it's already 5th game in a row when they failed to score goal, what is crazy.
323  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: FreeBTC CSS broken? on: February 14, 2024, 08:43:26 PM
Interesting, I haven't seen such issue with Freebitco.in before, if I haven't missed anything, nobody haven't reported it. Seems that it's something wrong with your internet provider. As I understand, you tried to change DNS to these give by Google, but it didn't helped. Have tried to go with other DNS like Cloudflare or 1.1.1.1?
Accessing website through VPN itself isn't something wrong, but yeah, if you're claiming their free BTC, it's not best idea. I would suggest to contact their support, but they're not very responsive nowadays and I see that you already tried.
And one random idea, maybe it won't help, but no harm to try. Try to connect other router if you have or borrow it. Not sure how likely it can be, but maybe it's something related with router.
324  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Stand with Ukraine: Petition to sign. on: February 14, 2024, 08:18:51 PM
I support content of this petition, but signing it not going to help. Does anyone remember when such kind of petitions helped to solve big questions like this one? And it's not even proper petition, nobody aren't going to consider it, no matter how many people will sign. There is no way to identify that it was signed by real person because it only asks your email. So, it's easy to make so many fake signings.

After terrible Monday, today's CL helped me to recover a bit as I won my bets. Though, Real wasn't confident and I wasn't sure about their win until last minute. How many times they were saved by Lunin? Leipzig played solid game, but it's loss and going even with minimal negative result to Santiago Bernabeu leaves them not big chances.
City - nothing extraordinary, solid win and most of work already done.

Don't know why but I sort of think you have the best chance to answer correctly on Biathlon question.
Am I right?

Just submitted my answers, zero research, all by feeling, super busy today.

All Norwegians know who is going to win this race 😁 The time is always difficult to predict, but I am confident in my answer😁
I'm confident that Norwegian will win race, their dominance recently is huge and they don't get much competition. Most likely it will be Johannes Boe, but time is more tricky. I expect slow race because of weather conditions. There was lot of rain, high temperature (+7°C), so, you can imagine that's very far from optimal conditions and in previous races biathletes struggled with skiing.
327  Economy / Reputation / Re: Where do we draw a line? Signature campaigns or shilling campaigns on: February 13, 2024, 08:40:22 PM
Personally I agree with icopress position, though, maybe removing participants from campaign is a bit too harsh. Maybe I would just send them warning to PM with warning.
When you join campaign, you're not asked to be their paid shill, but some common sense should be used too. You're getting paid by one company and you're literally suggesting to use their direct competitors. It just doesn't looks good. I know that most of users don't care what they're advertising and don't use service that they promote, but maybe feel some loyalty for company which is paying money to you.
I can give not the best, but very obvious example. Let's say Leo Messi have have contract with Pepsi and Adidas. You won't see him drink Coca Cola and wearing Nike anywhere, otherwise he would get huge fine or even can get contract terminated.
Personally, I wouldn't advertise service that I don't use, I just wouldn't feel right if I would do it. Though, now I advertise Betcoin, but I actively participate in promotions made by their direct competitors - other bookmakers. But I someone would ask me which bookmaker to use, offcourse that I would mention service that I promote.

Submitted my picks in both pots, though, I don't have much chances to go up in both. My expectationsfrom today's games that City is going to solve most of things today and take comfortable lead. Though, Copenhagen isn't easy team, other Manchester team already experienced it Smiley, I expect that they can score once too.
Leipzig - Real. Hosts aren't doing good at all recently, while Real showing some good performance lately, expecting them to win.

Congrats to all winners! It was good tournament to watch, but so unpredictable that I was barely makesd bets after many loses. Amazed by Ivory Cost, team that was so many times on verge of elimination - in group stage, in knockouts, but they finally won, wow.
Still don't know my final position as it doesn't lads for me on Superbru, but I will be somewhere in the bottom. I'm seriously considering skipping upcoming pools of knockout tournaments because I'm performing terrible there.
330  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: February 12, 2024, 09:09:47 PM
I would say Horner looks EXACTLY like the type of boss you wouldn't want to have that does mobbing. I mean he looks quite intense and quite arrogant and he thinks he knows it all because he holds the power. So, if some smaller level employee did something he didn't like, he probably "abused" as in like yelled and threw stuff and so forth.

This is still a quite terrible thing and yet it is so normalized in society that we do not see that as a problem, we just warn him and move on and he tries to control himself a bit more, loses himself a bit again time to time but tries to be better. It is of course not as terrible as abuse in other sense, that would be disgusting, but I really doubt that would be the case, it is just bullying because he is a real bully, we can see that.
I'm very sceptical about this kind of stuff, things like #meToo and similar. Nowadays it's easy to ruin someone's reputation, and even if you're innocent, it still leaves mark in your reputation.
If it wasn't sexual harassment, it would be interesting to know what exactly was that "controlling beheaviour". Not defending Horner and not saying that boss can do whatever he wants and whatever he likes to his employes. But in general, some people nowadays are soft like snowflakes and you can't tell anything to them.
It looked that everything goes almost perfect for Red Bull, it would be shame if team will collapse in this way.
331  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Tucker Interviews Putin on: February 12, 2024, 08:46:10 PM
During his announcement of the interview Tucker Carlson said that the western media is/was ignoring the Russian side of the story on purpose. Which I believe it is a lie.
It is more likely hundreds of journalists asked the Kremlin to have a chance to interview Vladimir Putin and he was simply not willing to accept. The difference between Tucker Carlson and any other person who works in the media is how important he has been for the spread of Russian propaganda inside and outside of Russia.
Were you aware much of Tuckers content which is critic about the United States is dubbed in Russian and broadcast in national television there? No wonder Tucker is the only media worker from the west being allowed to ask questions to the president of the Russian Federation.

A true journalist would have thrown more uncomfortable questions, but I guess Tucker does not want to risk to be poisoned before leaving Russia.
Yeah, I'm more than sure that in almost 2 years of war there was more than enough requests from Western journalists, but obviously it was all rejected. While Carlson, knowing his views and stance towards Russia, he was good choice. As you say, his was getting lot of popularity, I think it says a lot. Difficult to expect that he will ask inconvenient questions.
That 28 minutes history lesson from Putin. It was interesting interpretation of things from Putin, but Tucker don't had much to respond because he obviously don't know history of this region in detail. Same can be said about target audience of interview. It's not secret that average American redneck don't know much what's happening outside US, not even talking about history. They don't believe in mainstream media, but have lot of trust in Tucker. In US sending military support to Ukraine is getting more opposition than it was in first year of war. And interview like this can increase this public opinion even more, it's important before upcoming elections.

I'm not a fan of this guy but the way he talked is obviously why he is the leader of a powerful nation today, he is just real and expresses his opinion without any boundaries and he also talks neutrally without anything too worried if you are a potential enemy because he doesn't want any war to happen and because the other nations won't stop to widen their territories, Russia was just defending what theirs and they will just continue to do this while they also improving their military capability to be able to counter any potential threat. I wish we had the same capability as well so that our resources would be secured and we wouldn't be bullied by the other nations.
Looks that we found someone who was bought by this interview. Yeah, Putin doesn't wants war, he is peaceful guy who started "special military operation" that killed probably at least half of million people from both sides. "Other nations to stop widden their territories" - could you be more specific which countries? Because only country that mananaged to widden their territory is Russia by taking about 25% of Ukraine.  And yeah, they're just defending. I'm just wondering who prepared to invade them, Ukraine?

After final results was counted, looks that I lost quite big. And even if Asian Cup question wouldn't be voided, that wouldn't help for me.
I have to win in last round to survive and wait for poditive results from other games. And I'm facing league leader vd309 in final round - just perfect, something what I really needed lol. I guess it's time to say goodbye to Division 1, it was fun ride.
Can't believe that you added Biathlon question. I think I'm only one in BSFL who follow it that closely, saw almost all races this season. Hope that will help to answer question, but sorry, no tips for free  Tongue

Well, well what a surprise we received today, Ajax again with problems?, what happened to them?, not a good time to have a lost like this, it was also a chance to took the foruth position and start to look in the third one, but ended up being a very bad day for them, i cant see the match, they play good and had bad luck? or they play horrible?, anyways you cant allow 3 goals from Heereven.
Didn't saw their game too, but at one moment they were down 3:0, and it's embarrasing because their opponent was just mid table team. But their loses isn't something surprising with squad that they have.
After draw with Ajax, PSV put their anger on Volendam and destroyed them 5:1.
And Rotterdam derby, it took almost hour for Feyenoord to score, but it doesn't reflect game well, difference of level between them and Sparta was just too big.
334  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Portuguese League - Liga Portugal 2023/24 on: February 11, 2024, 05:43:12 PM
Sporting - Braga starting soon. Odds for Sporting went up a bit, but when you see how they're playing, especially at home, it's difficult to expect for upset here. Though, they lost to Braga in League Cup few weeks ago, but I think that it gives them some extra motivation. I go with over 2.5 goals in this game.
Vitoria Guimaraes - Benfica, one of rare cases in Portugal when odds for Benfica win looks a bit attractive. Vitoria is having good season, already achieved win against Sporting, took a point from Braga and gave good fight against Porto.

Well... After a goal from Stanišić Leverkusen scored two more goals so it wouldn't make a difference even if he wasn't playing. They would have lost either way. And that's good news for me because it means that I have secured the win in this round. I might be wrong because I can't make myself checking on the phone, but if memorije serves me right, LTU_btc and me had only three different answers and I'm up 2-0.
Congrats with a win, deserved. It looks that curse of Harry Kane moved from Spurs to Bayern and he simply can't win titles. Xabi Alonso is doing amazing job with Bayer and nobody won't be surprised if he will be next manager of Liverpool. Though, despite everything I still believe that they still can choke somehow in final rounds of league and give title away to Bayern. They're called Neverkusen not without a reason.
336  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: F1 Formula Sports Racing - Sportsbet.io promotions & discussion thread on: February 10, 2024, 07:17:59 PM
Heard some news most hadn't heard before but they have something going on brought to the Swiss courts in regards to the branding of this F1 car.
On several podcasts I had briefly heard F1 sponsorships can not include anything to do with gambling.
So maybe they will just have this livery for testing in Barcelona set to take on this week and Kick promptly placed on the livery when they race.
As I understand, gambling advertisements is allowed in F1, but in some countries where they're racing it's illegal and probably they wouldn't be alllowed to display Stake name there. As of going to court, Sauber is Swiss team, while Stake don't have license which is accepted there, their license as usual in crytpo gambling is issued in Curacao.

Still not so sure about the name as it looks like a mashup of advertisers names. Thought the RB was for the obvious naming format but it is not.
https://www.the-race.com/formula-1/visa-cashapp-rb-worst-f1-name-red-bull
Great article, nailed it what's wrong with their name. Simply everyting is wrong with it and it's hard to remember worse F1 team name. I'm still wondering how commentators are going to call them. Racing Bulls sounds most logical, but it makes confusion with Red Bull.
337  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Sportsbet.io ⚽ Spanish La Liga ⚽ Football Pool Discussion Thread 2023/2024 on: February 10, 2024, 07:01:58 PM
After today's game it's difficult to imagine what have to happen that Real wouldn't win La Liga this season. In one of key games of season they're destroying Girona, 4:0 already with more than 20 minutes remaining. Girona can be great in rest of games, but in both meeting with Real they had no chance completely and they return to reality now. Yeah, they still have great chances to get spot in Champions league, what would be something what nobody expected before season, but dreams about title is over. A bit sad :/
338  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 23/24 European basketball discussion: Euroleague/BBL/ACB/LegaA/LNB/TBL.. on: February 09, 2024, 11:12:20 PM
Yesterday I forgot to mention one extremely rare thing in Euroleague - Baskonia's Codi Miller-McIntyre achieved triple double with 11 points, 10 rebounds and 20 assists. It's just 4th triple double in Euroleague's history. And also, 20 assists is new record.
Looks that Crvena Zvezda will have to play next one or few games without spectators. Even if referees did mistake there, it doesn't gives right you to start throwing stuff to referees and players. While Zalgiris is on fire, they won 4 from 5 recent Euroleague games and getting closer to playins. Coach Trinchieri really changed face of team.
Panathinaikos got nice win vs Fenerbahche, they got advantage in 2nd quarter and didn't let their opponents into striking distance until the end. And Virtus - Monaco, great game between two similar level teams, just someone has to lose it and it was Virtus this time.
No Euroleague next week as we have time dedicated for National Cups.

Is someone watching the woman's olympic qualifiers which are taking place since yesterday?
There are some great games in the books already. Japan made it rain from 3 beating Spain in the "group of death (other teams Canada and Hungary).
Team USA came from behind after being down big against Belgium. After the comeback in the 4th Belgium took the lead again shortly before the end but USA won by 2, really sad because Belgium really deserved it ( they have been a 16 point underdog by the way ) .
Have nothing against womens basketball, but in general, I only watch it when my national team is playing. After watching mens basketball, it's not easy to watch women's basketball with lover speed, less phisicality and other stuff. I didn't even knew that there is Olympic qualification now. Why USA and France is playing there, despite already having spot in Olympics as World Cup winners or hosts?

Efes had to play their home game in Riga, Latvia, but they felt like at home. They got very solid win against direct competitor and now just 2 wins away from play-in zone.
Milan - Real, in 2nd half Milan had 21 point lead, but that's not enough to feel confident because Real is team that never give up. They made strong comeback in 4th quarter, but Milan survives somehow and got very rare win vs Real, just 5th in XXI century if I hear right.
Wow, such painful defeat for Partizan at home. They had chances to close game in 4th quarter, didn't managed to do it and paid huge price. I really can't understand how it happened that Kaminsky was left to defend against Francisco... And still, Punter was so close from winning game in 0.8 seconds

the reason for this is that the potential involvement of an investor in the german football league (DFL) is viewed critically by most organized fan scenes. they object to the further commercialization of football in germany and the potential influence of the investor.
it started with chocolate coins being thrown in front of the goal - now tennis balls are being used because they keep on flying...
Thanks for explanation. Union is unique club with unique fans. It's one of few old fashioned clubs in big leagues who still keep their strong identity and it's more important than doing business for them.

Really respecting what Germans managed to do with their league. Full stadiums and healthy financial status should have much higher priority in football than it does.

4 points from this postponed game came handy for me to keep in touch with top positions.
Man, I sometimes randomly tune in Bundesliga 2 games and it's amazing. Probably they are in Top 5 by attendance in Europe and we're talking about 2nd division.
Though, not everything is so great. Schalke have big debts and if they will relegate to 3rd division, it probably will be the end of their glorious story as club wouldn't get license to play. It would be a shame.
