The bomb will not effect us for a few months yet.  We can code that out without a HF, i believe.  The dev team will not release anything until it has been fully tested.  We don't want to rush and make mistakes.  That's what the foundation do.  Let them rush into unthought out changes and knee jerk reactions.  We have some of the best coders working around the clock in order to get things right, and we will get it right.  The tech matters more than the market.  Without the tech, there is no market.

ethereum upto 5TH/s  that difficulty as got to be hurting now.  Any more and they will not be able to mine at a profit. They need a big jump in market price more than we do.  It's only time before the Maths wins over.

I am not nanopool BTW, just a user.  They were one of the first etc pools to show up after #1920000 and i had dealings with them before, so i switched from solo onto nano,  been there ever since.  
At the time they were telling people to mine direct to poloniex address if people didn't want to use their own wallet (which would have been new forked eth).

I agree with ocminer.  Morover: pool hopping will lower your luck even further because of the lost time in taking to start returning shares again.

I'm mining ETC with nanopool.  I am mindfull about having all eggs in one basket. Remember: etc cannot put all its haspower in one place and still be decentralised and resistant to attack..  There is enough cake for eveyone to get a slice

bitpop is right, when we forked, they took the database, we took the blockchain.  If eth does not fail, crypto has failed.

Wow, I take a break and see what happens,     I saw that big green candle on my kitchen monitor when I came back from the beach yesterday and just had to post.  My other half can't wait for this war to be over.  He's had enough of me talking crypto, he is happy enough to help me spend it though.

So eth had a big green candle too.  What's going on?  Glad they got somthing cos they've had a hell of a time.  I got so much reading to do.  It's a full time job just trying to keep up.  I'm glad some good stuff came from the London meet,  Shame they  never pulled it off with the streaming. It's to far for me to travel this time of year, all the roads and trains are chocka at this point in the holiday season. 5 Hours to London (standing room only) via train and £380, errr...  no thanks!
