321  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you convince the people to invest in Bitcoin? on: February 07, 2018, 01:31:44 PM
I dont really like convincing people into it because they might blame me if they lose some money. I just mention investing in Bitcoin and if others seem interested, I recommend investing in it and back up my story with some examples of people getting rich with Bitcoin or show if I get profit. If they dont like it, I am not going to force them into it, its their loss.
322  Economy / Speculation / Re: When is the right time to buy on: February 07, 2018, 01:24:10 PM
The perfect time was yesterday, but sadly some people got paniced and sold everything. If you were lucky and smart enough to buy yesterday, you would be sitting on 25% of profit right now, and it will get even higher in a few days, just hold and be calm and the money will come to you.
323  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC is recovering? on: February 07, 2018, 12:57:46 PM
I normally dont get scared when the price drops, but this one sure scared me, I thought it would stay there around 6000$. It sure did recover, but I think it would be great to get back to about 10000$, maybe I am asking too much but maybe it will get there in a few days. At least we had a nice buying chance.
324  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the difference between bitcoin and bitcoin cash? on: February 04, 2018, 01:30:06 PM
Bitcoin cash is a Bitcoin fork, or a version of Bitcoin that is more stable, has lower fees and faster confirmation times. Bitcoin Cash is pretty much made because people want to mine Bitcoin with the older mining rigs, and that is not possible with Bitcoin. They are pretty much the same, but BTC Cash is more profitable and it is faster.
325  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you want to Buy with Bitcoin? on: February 03, 2018, 05:54:51 PM
I am thinking about wheter I should buy my favourite car or hoard more Bitcoin to trade and make more money. It is a really hard choice, but I think I will hold my to my Bitcoins because I could buy a car with cash and it is better to make more money and spend it when I get older.
326  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin loses its popularity ? on: February 03, 2018, 05:49:21 PM
Nope, Bitcoin is still the most popular amongst investors and users and the media. Cryptocurrency users still mostly prefer Bitcoin over the others. Media still write actively about Bitcoin because it still has a high value, highest matket cap and more and more people know about Bitcoin.
327  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Starbucks ready to accept crypto currencies but says no to bitcoin on: February 03, 2018, 05:41:12 PM
I think they wont accept Bitcoin right now because of the problems that are currently haunting Bitcoin, just like Steam doesnt want to accept until things get settled. At least they accept other cryptocurrencies, but if they dont accept Bitcoin even when its over, that would be pretry dumb, Bitcoin still has the largest community.
328  Economy / Speculation / Re: Time to buy! on: February 03, 2018, 05:35:29 PM
I wish I had money to buy at least a small amount, the price is really good, you'll make around double in a few months. And I like how everyone is panicing and selling and then they will regret not buying as always. The price is already higher than your buy price, and it is  still going up steadily.
329  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If someone hold few bitcoins at 2013, do you consider him a good trader? on: January 28, 2018, 10:59:23 PM
Mostly, I consider them lucky, because more than 80% of the early adopters didnt even think about what is going to happen in a few years, they thought only of it as fast money, very few of them were serious and succeded because they knew and believed that Bitcoin will get to these heights. They are mostly lucky because they got into Bitcoin when it was most profitable.
330  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: will people lose intrest? on: January 28, 2018, 10:45:50 PM
I doubt that they would, people know that money lays in the cryptocutrency, they would just move on to another currency that seems good and stable for a 'new Bitcoin' and it would go around in a circle. But, Bitcoin wont fall, and it will stay here for a while, cryptocurrencies are still a new thing, I dont think people will lose interest in them.
331  Economy / Speculation / Re: what you think about bitcoin in like 5 years? on: January 28, 2018, 10:39:35 PM
I think it will be more popular, that you can buy daily stuff anywhere or pay coffee in caffees and things like that. The price will probably get to at least 10 times of todays worth. Maybe more countries like Japan will recognise Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies as payments and common currencies like fiat.
332  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is privacy ? Why does it matter on: January 28, 2018, 10:33:22 PM
People dont want anyone tracking them or their transactions and blockchain does not allow that. No one can know who are you, who are you sending money to, they can only see the adresses, but no names and information.  And thats the beauty of Bitcoin, you cant track it unlike cash and credit card balance.
333  Economy / Speculation / Re: Holding will be a risk or not?? on: January 28, 2018, 08:32:15 PM
It is a risk only if you plan on holding on short term, it can not be a risk if you plan to hold for a longer period, because Bitcoin wont go down, and if it does, it wont be forever just temporary. The only way the price is going is up, you will profit for sure, you just have to wait and hold and just be patient, it is worth it.
334  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you suppose will happen when BTC loses it's dominance? on: January 28, 2018, 07:57:37 PM
You mean 'if bitcoin would lose it's dominance' , that sure wont happen. If it were to happen, it would probably still be the same as it was. Of course, more people would use that other currency that would be dominant so the user base would be smaller, and the price would probably go down a bit, but nothing much would change except that.
335  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Group of BTC ownership do you belong to in January 2018? on: January 27, 2018, 11:35:27 PM
I think I am in Group B - if 0.006 counts as Group B. I have been around this number of Bitcoins for about a year now. But, I was spending everyday then.. I am holding now and I am planning on getting to at least in the middle between Group B and Group C - around 600-700 $. Also hopinh to get to the entry level of Group D by next year - but that is not really guaranteed in any way to happen.
336  Other / Meta / Re: The reality is 99.9% members can never rank up with the new merit system. on: January 27, 2018, 11:27:52 PM
It is a good idea- to keep the non quality posters from ranking up, but you are right, many people wont even bother sending merits even if the user deserves it. I'm happy that I have already ranked up to Hero before the system started Grin
337  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: restaurant in bali closed on: January 27, 2018, 11:19:07 PM
Are you sure that they closed it because of the Bitcoin payments? That is pretty stupid, Bitcoin is nothing bad and it is legit. I mean, if they do not like Bitcoin, they could have just warn them or fine them, not close the whole restaurant, that is really ridicolous! I do not even know why would they be so much bothered about that, it isn't a crime or somethiing.
338  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Helping a Beginner on: January 27, 2018, 11:10:12 PM
I would recommend showing some sites like bitcoin.org or similar, shoe them these fourms because any problem can be solved and every question can be answered here. You should explain how to set up the wallet and explain how the price works. Then after the explanation, show some good sites for buying Bitcoin and show some methods for earning Bitcoins.
339  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Can a jr.member still participate in a campaign? on: January 27, 2018, 10:58:08 PM
There are a few campaigns that still accept junior members, but you need to have quality post history, the campaign owners will surely look into your history, because they wont let anyone get paid with such a small rank if they do not post quality content. If you do not get anywhere with junior member, wait until you get to Member, then you will get into some campaign for sure.
340  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What should I do to get bitcoins? on: January 27, 2018, 07:33:57 PM
You should try enrolling in signature campaigns when you get a better rank on this forum (you just need to post and contribute to get ranked up) or try doing small tasks like signing up on sites or something (it pays small amounts, but you can rack up some money). If you have some starting budget, try trading alternative cryptocurrencies.
