I thought .004 would be bottom, one week later holy shit we're at .0027!
I twill go even lower , most of the coins are outside iceland and there is no actual buying/selling happening there with aur. So , as a national coin it has failed. it will end just like the others , trading only considering that only 9.5 percent of the airdrop is complete its hardly surprising that most of them are with outside investors who are looking at aur as either long-term or other reasons. How that reflects on the price is not really known so i'm not sure how you know. What is likely to happen is an increase in price over time as the airdrop gains momentum. There are a few reasons for this: say for example, you are an icelandic merchant, and you sell bouncy balls at $5 a piece in FIAT, and whatever that translates to in ISK, but now as a merchant you are selling for both ISK and AUR, because u are going to be selling the same product in aur, you are naturally going to mark it up because it is relatively new/unknown/not-trusted yet, etc, so you start selling the same $5 bouncy ball for $10 to people buying in AUR, because you don't know if you are going to lose out and its still quite alien to you. That $10 equivalent in AUR basically becomes absorbed, because its unlikely that people are going to use their airdropped coins (nationally, within iceland) for anything more than a novelty or 1 time purchase to begin with, which means that in effect, that AUR is wiped out.. meaning increased value for AUR over time as this AUR is sucked in to merchants who will be unable, for the most part, to give change to someone for their AUR purchase if they do not yet hold their personal airdropped AUR themselves, and if they do, it would be initially a hassle to give change until it becomes more streamlined. All in all, you are not basing your argument off anything other than your opinion and a quick look at some charts. Face the facts, if there was no 'actual buying or selling' of any coin then the price would remain static... so uhh what are you talking about? I've seen you on these forums for long enough to know that you literally thread hop and inject your negative and obsolete opinions. Anyway, please feel free to come back with a meaningful reply, I look forward to it. Warm Regards Sevordsbjorngen the Icelandic You lost me at those two thing that are contradicting themselves. Let's talk about charts. 9% of the coins have been dropped. Yet we see less than the number of transactions that have been made daily before the airdrop. This is even while we have a large amount of coins (the mined ones) in the hands of other people who can only use them in exchanges (and most of them are responsible for two transactions daily reward.wallet.exchange) This means that 10% of the coins in the hands of 10% of the population and take into the account those are the more IT inclined users are not even making a dent in the actual use of the coin. And besides that , seeing you , the creator of the the panda-monium here and praising this coin , that can scare off anyone.

Useless talk about how to collect addresses legally, we will do it legally don't worry. This is not the issue, such problem cannot be brought into discussion by a normal thinking mind, everything will be 100% legal don't worry, we know what we are doing. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) So who is the registered company for covering the aspects of 677/2001 ? Do you have a number we can check at the ANSPDCP ?

We also need more services like games (gambling), a new block explorer and more trading sites.
I am talking to someone about a new block explorer so that shouldn't be long before it's available. What I'm trying to do is source some companies in Greece who might have an interest in crypto currencies and greececoin. Companies who can accept greececoin for a payment, in their terms it would be purely for investment because off the low volume and buy orders but even if it can get accepted for small items. So , you as a "developer" or your developer team are not able to set a block explorer but you claim to release a coin that is safe and easy to use for an entire nation? Look the polar bear opens his trap again. As long as Greek People get greececoins that's my biggest priority. I can assure you there will be a lot of Greek People claiming But you can't make a block explorer , can't you? There is an open source code for it , you the dev of a nation coin can't do it?

Yes we know exactly what we do but we take into consideration the suggestions of you the community also, as it is normal. Thank you for your pertinent postings here.
Then how about you make that website in romanian. and romanian only. Why do you care about english speaking people? It's a coin for romania not for senegal or indonesia. I think it's normal when developers wanted to bring the world's attention to the project, so for this to write in English. Do you think that Aurora would have success if only Icelanders knew about it? I do not think so. But I agree with you that developers need to add the Romanian language in official site. As they did in the Romanian forum: http://bitcoin-romania.ro/index.php/board,14.0.htmlPlease let him. Every of his messages are only about spreading FUD regarding this coin. He is against this coin by default. Every of his messages contains FUD. But he will not be able to prove anything like I have been proving about other coins before. He is practically suggesting to cheat on the system on 1st of December and use many Personal Numbers to receive more BitLeu for each person. He doesn't know yet that there are ways to avoid what he is talking about. He even says 'we don't know how to do it' but It is simpler than anyone can think. We can apply the same procedure as in any exchange that verifies the identity of a person. He will submit a generated CNP but then he will have to photoshop the hell out of an ID at high resolution which is pretty hard to do. There will be other protection procedures that will make sure no one can use those online generators. Only FUD comes from his keyboard, he really hates BitLeu but as of now he is the only one left. He will give up soon though, it's like trying to stay in front of a tsunami. We are only one step away from developing something big. You my friend have no clue about romanian laws In order to collect the cnp of citizens in romania you have to be a registered company . Somebody from your pack has to come in front and be responsible for this. You can do jail time if you start collecting personal data without authorization. Of course i bash some of those copycats clones that just make promises while they don't even make a clean copy paste coin ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) )). You have nothing but a wall of text , no plan , no nothing. As for your high res id's . I will sell 1000 /100 euros on the 30 November if anyone is interested. In the days of SR you could buy those for every damn country in the world. Other protection procedures? Care to elaborate? There are none!

The other option would be buying that land (Alaska precedent). Given that Ukraine has a large debt, the value of that debt should be subtracted from the purchase price. I remember that recently Germany actually offered to buy some islands from Greece and write off their debt, so it seems to be an EU-approved venue. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) That is exactly what Putin is going to do. May be we can fix the price at $150 / hectare. lol , lately the numbers you post are beginning to resemble more and more like they are taken right out of.... no offense ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Kiev does not see any reasons to pay for Russian gas at the new prices so they are stopping all payments for the duration of negotiations. So, what's new? They didn't pay before, and they are still not paying... ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) OK... here is a compromise. Ukraine should clear its debts to Gazprom within the next 7 days. If it is not doing so, then Russia should seize Eastern and Southern Ukraine, and write-off the Ukrainian debts. I take this as a joke... if not I will cry ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

I see a fall in transactions for doge and a constant graph for litecoin. One coin is falling and the other not. which of those two lines will hit the bottom first ? \ or - ? One thing is for sure the madness is losing steam and that might end bad for all cryptos , thus my concern.

note,
this is a straight up clone from Cinnamon Coin (a coin I am the developer of) with an increase in max money
I don't care about that ,since Cinnamon Coin was cloned from something else,
I do think however the developer(S) should have changed the ports from being the same as my coin since according to the main post here they are the same.
Since they did not change the hex (magic) numbers and are using the same port (or so it appears) this can in theory cause the two networks to 'talk' to one another. Since my coin was certainly launched first (mid september of last year) I have no intention of changing the ports of mine.
I also noticed they cloned my github recently to put the kgw into this codebase.......
Keep in mind guys this is designed to be mainly proof of stake and proof of stake blocks (the way it is now) are always going to take priority over proof of work blocks. I am not a big fan of the kgw either. The linear retargeting should be sufficient........
I cannot control other peoples coin networks nor do I want to sound like I am looking to start trouble.
I support (almost) all other alt coins or can be at least neutral (large premines I feel are unfair and doge is something I think needs to be 51%'d out of it's misery)
I just thought I should bring these points up since either no one else has noticed or cares.
I care.
I have spent many hours and other resources working on cinnamon coin (and other projects) It is traded at Coins E and on Coin Warz , so it is a successful coin that is by design resistant to multipool attack not just because of the retarget system however because of how the proof of stake settings are.
Honestly I was considering recoding Cinnamon Coin with level db support and possibly 'tweak' the proof of stake settings in a future release but that may be a few months away. There are lots of open ports still. I guess someday there may be so many coins that every port is taken !!
But not yet ...... just some food for thought...... cheers
Oh god!!! They've started creating perfect clones ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) . Funny to read this.

why have you called this coin a nation coin if it does not benefit a nation?
Because it's the new trend lately? No other reason. and to have an excuse to pre-mine. Lols, and this is another trend lately ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Most "country" coin premine 50%. This coin just premined 1%. An acceptable amount in my eyes, if you use it for the right reasons. I guess they call it GB coin because they target the GB market with workshops and marketing. In the end this can benefit a nation. Great coin, with great potential! Those words who thousands of newbies have used fro coins that are now in the garbage can are making me sick ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

The Romanians The premined coins will be distributed to National citizens of Romania via their national ID number as proof of identity to receive coins, in the next years, making sure that the coin will have a wide spread. A database will be created for this purpose and the Foundation will play its role in making sure the spread is fair and there will be no people receiving the same amount of money twice. Each Romanian will receive 100 BitLeu coins. The first delivery will take place at the 1st December 2014, the National Day of Romania!
So, what you are actually saying here is that in order to receive my share I will have to give up my anonymity? Wasn't that one of the main goals of crypto? You should probably re-think this until the delivery date. If there will be any delivery date, that is... I doubt this crap will live that long... coming from a Romanian citizen. Some things will have to be adapted and remade, of course. We will work on few sensitive issues, and all suggestions are welcomed. We take into consideration all comments and feedback. We want to make this coins real success with sustainable support. Thank you very much for all who are posting pertinent comments here. So basically you launched a coin (project) and have no clue how it will be done ? What part of the project has been done till now? website (5 mins) copy clone coin (10 minutes) wall of text 20 mins? All this little ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) in one month ?
