341  Economy / Economics / Re: Biden announces $200B U.S. investment in global infrastructure at G7 summit on: June 29, 2022, 10:43:38 PM
On the surface, it seems like a generous initiative. Until he mentioned china and turned it into a pissing contest.
US will definitely use this to build strategic alliances with developing countries and sell more coca cola(lol) to boost their own GDP in turn.
Here comes freedom aka democracy in countries that are already at peace. More work for CIA too, to usurp local leaders and start civil wars. Nice job Biden.
342  Economy / Economics / Re: Real M2 Money Stock (M2REAL) on: June 29, 2022, 10:22:26 PM
At this point, the Feds are only fooling themselves and the administration.
M2 isn't even a real indicator of the actual money supply. Use it in whatever model, however you like, you will end up with false results 100% of the time. But ofc, Feds can keep on correlating all night long. It still won't change the reality, which is : M2 doesn't deal with offshore money but only domestic money. M2 became useless the moment economy went global.
This is misleading and I hope Feds can stop jerking off the administration.

I suspect that the joke may be on the 'pro-life' side on this one.  They may find out that the 'vaxxed' have had Jeff Epstein and his creepy friends 'run a train' on them resulting in the equivalent of multiple fathers.  Epstein's breeder ranch in New Mexico was all about his ideas to 'seed future humanity' with his and his friends own genetics.  Look it up.
wdym, he wanted to be another Genghis Khan?

Here's the answer that could have taken care of the whole thing from the start, long before Roe v. Wade.

But she IS kinda cute, isn't she?

344  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "I'll wait for the dip!" - The Crypto Noob Cycle on: June 29, 2022, 06:12:11 PM
I would advise treating bitcoin as another risky asset, before purchasing it(if your sole purpose is holding for its value).
The people that you are referencing in your noob cycle, only invest in safe assets. There's nothing wrong with it. You can never turn them. To each their own.

Bitcoin's purpose was never to make people "rich". It's a revolution against centralized institutions, for a more just society. For the most part, bitcoin's role is over. God can rest now.
It's going to be belittled by pagans with gambling addiction for a long time.
345  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The unpredicted rise of BTC in 2022-2023 despite predicted bear market on: June 29, 2022, 05:54:32 PM
When it comes to crypto, the technological advancement within the sphere has no major effect on the price. Unless it's some breakthrough stuff, which can be used in other fields as well thus encouraging its adoption. But I don't believe we will witness any such advancement from a place with guys like DoKwon,Justin Sun,Su Zhu lol

It will continue to fall with the US economy. Thanks to all the money printing and free money that was distributed last year, the market is inflated now. This isn't the bottom yet. Expect another 30~40% dropoff in this year and the effect will resonate till the end of 2023. Bullish after Q3 2023
This is my prediction  Cheesy
346  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tom Lee's Fundstrat Warns of Big Bitcoin Sell-Off !!! on: June 29, 2022, 05:46:19 PM
Quote
In April, Lee opined that Bitcoin was not "speculative" enough.
What does he mean by this? Bitcoin has turned into a memestock in the recent market. It's just another speculative stock now.

Tom lee has been a good guy for bitcoin. I wouldn't disregard his opinion. Obviously, he knows a lot more about the market and its functioning than any of us here.  Maybe he's right  Cry

347  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Today is the story of my investment in Bitcoin on: June 29, 2022, 05:16:48 PM
I am in debt myself after recent crashes, but I got a steady source of income from multiple sources.
I would advise investing your money in some biz instead of keeping it locked. Sell something on amazon(or its equivalent). [Make sure you don't get into competitive keywords. Stick to new viral niches in your country. Start small. Test the water first.]
At least this way, things will be under your control and you will be taking a manageable risk.

If you need other biz ideas, check what's trending on Google in your country. Run an ad on it by selling related service/goods. Just don't keep it locked as bitcoin, it's not your money.
348  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Roger ver got liquidated and owes like 47 million to CoinFLIX on: June 29, 2022, 05:03:36 PM
That reddit post is so incredibly biased that it would be smart to disregard it because many of the statements made by the author are likely to be false.
There's still some truth in it.

Check the formatting of this tweet https://mobile.twitter.com/rogerkver/status/1541822377461415936
Copy pasted message + clearly too scared to even reference them directly by name(~Counter-party).

So this means that Coinflix offers an APY in the form of IOU since the payment will be coming from Roger Ver pocket which he keeps denying until now? This is bullshit and I still not gonna bite this even with 1000% APY since Roger has no sign of paying the debt unless coinflix is willing to sue him which will be a long way to retrieve the money. I mean what’s wrong with this people that offering someones debt as payment to stake money of there customers.  Roll Eyes
Yea, it's bound to fail.

Roger Ver is one of those Bitcoin personalities who has destroyed his own reputation, and probably wasted his precious Bitcoins to invest in business/companies based on his forked-shitcoin Bitcoin Cash. It would have been his best move if he kept quiet and did nothing. He would probably be one of the biggest Bitcoin billionaires in crypto.

During the scaling debate, I believe Jihan Wu used him.
His reputation was already exploded when people got to know about his ebay fiasco  Cool
But this time, he's left with no reputation+probably no money either

At least they are selling it to only accredited investors.  People with fuck you money won't care if it fails.
If it works, his debt will be sold to other people at 83% through this token(someone in the reddit comment section did the math lol, not me)

Man, they’re really moving on this. I don’t know what Roger was thinking with this arrangement, but apparently it isn’t as cut and dry as him being liquidated. He had some sort of a handshake deal from what I’ve read where he has historically been adding liquidity as needed when requested. This time instead of adding liquidity, he asked for the remainder of his funds. That’s where the problem lies. Roger thinks they should have returned his balance and they think he should give them more funds. My guess is that the funds are already gone and Roger knows it, so instead of tossing more money their way, he’s going to dispute this and then recoup what losses he can when they file for bankruptcy. They’re trying to shame Roger into giving them more money and he’s playing chicken with them being able to stay solvent. Both parties are huge losers here. An 8-figure loss hurts. I don’t care who you are.
++
It all makes sense now.

Didn't Roger Ver have like a crap ton of bitcoin due to him being so early? All he literally needed to do was to hold on to it and chances are that he'll be far wealthier after 5 years; and he managed to mess all that up.
yea, in thousands ig
Probably even more than what Winklevoss twins had
Poor guy got scammed into shitcash at 0.5 BTC lol
350  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Roger ver got liquidated and owes like 47 million to CoinFLIX on: June 28, 2022, 10:04:46 PM
In order to fund other user's withdrawals, Coinflix turned his debt into a token with 20% APY
Read all about it here
https://www.reddit.com/r/CryptoCurrency/comments/vmuc02/roger_ver_has_been_liquidated_on_coinflix_and_now/

Apparently, he went looong on his shitcash

RogerVer and his shitcash are officially over.

And stay away from coinflix's 20%APY ponzi token. He's never going to pay.
351  Other / Politics & Society / Re: USA Bans the right to abortion on: June 28, 2022, 04:41:51 PM
An abortion rights group in the US is fighting for restrictions on medication abortion at the state level.
Meth is illegal, but you can still get it without a sweat(and a few OD when it's cut with a bad substance/additive).
Lawful restrictions on procuring these medicine will put women at so much risk. There's always a blackmarket for those who dreadfully want it(it will mostly be pregnant teens who don't know any better) and you can never regulate it. Some will end up with fake medicines(this is certain), which will definitely lead to medical complications.

Things are going to get very ugly in a few red states.

352  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blockchain.com issue on: June 28, 2022, 04:14:09 PM
I saw your post in Stake your Bitcoin address here. If you can't access your address anymore, you should remove it from your profile. Small chance, but someone might send something to your address.

Your 1edgy addy looks like a vanity address. That means you've imported the private key into Blockchain.com at some point. Any chance you still have a backup elsewhere?

Yes, the private key was imported to my blockchain wallet.
I honestly can't remember whether there's a backup for it, it has probably been 4~5 years since I made it. There are 2 laptop drives, a couple of external drives, and drives of two desktops to scour for it(and backup phrase) lol
There's no balance on any of it so there's no hurry. Phone wallet will be my first objective.

Any chance it supports wireless charging?
Any chance the charging cable is the culprit?
I wish it had wireless charging, then I would be able to ride public E-scooters downtown without worrying about battery lol
It's a cheap android(Samsung M51, which was gifted xd)

I suggest you once your account wallet were covered, just transfer it your assets quickly and it's better not to use this as your wallet.
Most definitely.

heh, I'm watching roobet cup rn, BIG went from a 12-3 comfortable lead in the first half map2 to an absolute shitshow in the 2nd half and we're now in OT  Roll Eyes i knew this was a coin flip lol

-dexter soon
Frozen, bymas and torzsi are a solid trio. They should poach the IGL from mouz NXT already.
-JDC, +f0rest or +shox, -Dexter, +Snax. There, a tier 1 roster ready to win the next major  Grin
idk about shox in another intl' roster. He will definitely perform in a french roster but not sure about international. Poor guy had to leave his home & family, just to get benched in NA.
French scene looks very promising right now. Maybe we can make a gambit like team(4 french youngsters+1 old dog=shox). Gambit formulae definitely works(heroic is another proof).

forest and snax are solid, but no team will buy two old players at once. They are a kind of bad investment. Hard to flip later on.

Anyways, Dexter has to go or mouz got no chance.

355  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blockchain.com issue on: June 28, 2022, 01:46:24 AM
I remember it was originally blockchain.info right? This was also been my very first Bitcoin wallet way back then 2016 aside from my local wallet app.

I also encountered an issue same with you where I lost access to my account because I can't retrieve my 12 seed phrase saved on my broken laptop. During those times, I am not yet fully aware of keeping the private keys safe and secured so I thought the log-in details is enough to remember.

I also tried to recover my account until I get tired so from that moment I already gave up because it is now complicated to use when they started to change to blockchain.com. It seems they changed a lot even the account details like wallet ID and displaying an unknown error.

You can still log in to your account but you need to confirm your device that will be sent to your registered email and then you can view your recovery phrase there. (I'm using the android app and a different account from my first account.)
Yes, the same blockchain.info

I am unable to authorize any new device for some reason. It's failing.
I will definitely report this issue to them. Maybe it can be reproduced on a pre-blockchain.com wallet, after pairing it up on an android app and trying to login again from some other device while the original paired-up wallet is offline or not synced up with them. Maybe.
356  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blockchain.com issue on: June 28, 2022, 12:09:34 AM

Since your problem with your old phone is the charging pin/port why not disassemble the unit there are some guides on youtube on how to disassemble the unit and try to fix the charging port replacing it actually is very cheap it's around 10 cents but if it's iPhone charging port is around $2 I guess.
After you fix the phone maybe you can still able to access it with your old phone like someone said to me before that you can only access it with the same device where you created your wallet.
Nice suggestion.
If I am unable to find the problem, then I will just take out the battery, and charge it externally. Once it's charged, I will extract and delete important data. Then give it to some service center for repair.
I don't have any merits, else I would have merited you. In future perhaps.
357  Other / Meta / Re: Stake your Bitcoin address here on: June 27, 2022, 11:35:29 PM
I am making that claim just to highlight the fact that 1edgy is not compromised. Nothing more.
Be sure you do not throw away the private key. This is unlikely thought however if anyone is able to find the key and they are able to sign the message using the address then everyone will believe that 2nd person over you. You can not prove your ownership anymore. So that 1edgy address is as important as your new one.
Agreed.
358  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blockchain.com issue on: June 27, 2022, 11:26:41 PM
Hopefully you find the key. If you do then make sure you write down the 12 word seed in a paper and keep it in a safe place.

Best practice is to forget about this wallet. Once you get the key, create a new wallet in Electrum, transfer the coins to the new wallet. Write down the seed of the new wallet in metal or in something that is fire proof. There are many techniques to keep your seed safe in physical form. Use whichever easier for you.
Yes, tried it on all browsers. Same thing, the button transitions into loading style then back to active with no message. And on my backup mobile, it's displaying "authorization failed" followed by "pairing problem" constantly now.
I will wait until my primary phone is back, as my wallet is logged in there. If for some reason I am unable to access it on my old phone too then I will contact support. Maybe they can help.

Honestly, wasn't expecting their wallet to break like this lol
Maybe I still have backup, I will have to go through a dozen of hard drives. Since there's no balance in it, I would rather wait for my old phone for now lol
359  Other / Meta / Re: Stake your Bitcoin address here on: June 27, 2022, 09:23:28 PM
Can't access my primary wallet. This will be my secondary address for verification of ownership if any need arises. My primary address(1edgym1sR5wLyhiziT8nk5spF1MUWAJcA ) is still valid and is not compromised.
Code:
Address:1SiDiZqbAUN4TvyCCbSM4g1SLiwxedgVt
Message:Today is 27th of June 2022. This address is owned by edgycorner.
Signature:HIVJozDmMMtjnAKGUhcjT98OLIOcwUQZhSiVV05Rp2gQPl314TqwHTqcOWwonLlBZSNMgvVG18M/Us89vHUvKrE=
Simply stated, there is no issue with signing with the 1SiD... address, but if somebody signs with the 1edgy... address, we should believe them over anything that you say. That's how signature proofs work.
Typically, if you want to use a different address, you would sign a message with the original address saying so. Then there is no question, even if the original address is compromised.
Yes.
1edgy is still mine but no access for now. If I am able to recover it, I will post a signed message here. It's not compromised for sure.

You can continue repeating that 1edgy... is yours as many times as you want, but there is no reason to believe you without a signature. Somebody else could claim that they own 1edgy..., and their claim could be just as valid.

It's not a big deal as long as the address is never compromised, and you never need to prove that you are the person that posted the 1edgy... address or that you owned the edgycorner account before now.
I am making that claim just to highlight the fact that 1edgy is not compromised. Nothing more. This fact is valuable. Not the other one.
In case I am unable to recover my blockchain.com wallet then this new address can be used to verify my identity. Or if anyone wants a second confirmation, they could reach out to any of my connected accounts as well. But again, 1edgy still supersedes any of the above methods.
