It is clear there is some thing going on. when shit coins can surpass BC on pumps all the time.
Yet a good coin with much going for it can not move over .00044 with out major dumps.
But those coins will and have dumped. I'd rather that not be the case for bc...I'd prefer a slow and steady rise, based on good news and developments and a supportive, growing community. in terms of reasoning, if I had to guess, I'd say it's happening partially because we are on our 2nd or 3rd rise up (in addition to whales and manipulators, that naturally will be eliminated as we gain marketcap and volume if we can diversify investors). The first pump that of course didn't last, and casual observers now assume blackcoin is just another p&d, creating a self-fulfilling prophecy in a way by treating it as such. Also that 90k pump left more exit points for short term investors who bought in high the first go to get out of on this rise up (around 38-40k and 50-55k resistance predicted before, which so far seems to be holding true). Plus now there are so many more coins out there for them to want to cash out for, and to try to catch the next train up. I like your sentiment although we have seen .00009 then .0009 then .00012 then pump and dump prices as other coins see. manipulators is what hold this coin down not pump it up. this coin is worth way more then where it is at. manipulators have a hold of this coin. That's the problem. there is no reason this coin is this cheap. it has everything on every other coin out there. But yet always way to cheap. It does not add up. Sure it does. We are relieving the manipulators of their coins. Once that's over and we are undervalued, then it goes up. |

You cannot compare that to our situation. CoinKite chose BTC and LTC because they already were the two BIG coins with real world acceptance. Then they chose BC as the coin that is (technically and speed wise) superior to BTC and LTC. I used the Coin Kite beta for LTC in early November.... But I don't think it was responsible for the crazy price jump  How does Coin Kite work exactly? Merchant with Coin Kite be able to accept BTC, LTC and BLK? |

thanx for sharing actually this happened with me . Once I received some amount of money and that was reversed in not more than 3 days. When I contacted PayPal they told me this was not authorized transaction and I lost my money.
How can moneypak be reversible if you have to pay for it with cash on the spot? LBC also flagged this payment method as totally not secure, but I don't fully understand why. I've bought moneypaks several time and gave it to someone to load it into their paypal. boopy never said anything about MoneyPak. If seller receives direct MoneyPak that is not reversible. However if buyer use PayPal with MoneyPak funds that is reversible unless it's stated for intangible goods. Then it's not reversible. However you don't know if they pay with credit card or MoneyPak. Credit card is reversible. |

Trend is obvious- this coins is heading up. Smart people slowly buy in and wait for big price jump. DRK and XC are going down, more and more people leave them (including me). BC has its worts behing and there are big news behind corner. So lets just wait a bit...
so enter even now at 30k is a good idea? I'm already in at 33k and 26.5k If the coin is going up it is best to enter it ASAP. There can be some bounces on 31-32k wall in next hours, but I do not think it can go lower than 29k and waiting can cause that you will miss the train. Looking at the book on MintPal I think a pull back to at least the 29k level is inevitable. I think (hope actually) the 'train' is nice and slow leaving the station this time around. Is it fun to see your investment double overnight? Of course, it's delightful. However, the only time that ever happens is when it subsequently loses 50-60% (or more) soon afterward. Someone's wall just got eaten 28 BTC bought at 30.2K haha Still 27 BTC left though. Huge sell wall! Wall removed Edit: Back at 30.3K now. |

I see 8.x BTC, that does not seem too big to me? OK, with the rising prices it is 5000 USD again but i saw 50 BTC chunks eaten at once today and yesterday when someone wanted to buy into BC w/o much "shenanigans". I don't have anything left, spent my last BTC at 26519 and took it off the exchange so i cannot take a bite unfortunately. Maybe I should clarify as in walls. Ironically it's 31 BTC to 31K. We're not quite there yet. Maybe as we inch closer to 6/1/14. |

Look what the DOGE Nascar promotion did for it's price. Nothing. The price is 50% lower relative to BTC now.
Each fund raising campaign is going to find it more difficult to raise funds until BC price shoots up. We should put a lot of thought into what we fund next. I'd prefer something more solid rather than a gimmick.
I don't think DOGE expected the Nascar to raise the price or does anyone holding DOGE expects anything but the price to go down. That's just the nature of their currency. |

As far as I can see this looks like an attack on Libertycoin for whatever reason and I haven't seen ANY convincing evidence that Libertycoin is a scam coin, the only thing that made the price go down was Iconic Expert's twitter announcement - and I don't believe that for a second that he is the victim here, he obviously profited from this.

It was the IRC pic that started the major dumping. That was at 9:30AM PST. There was about 30 BTC dumped before that. Now IE is saying the dev dumped on MintPal, Cryptsy, and Bittrex. But I don't see where there's 500K+ XLB dumped. Although I haven't looked into how much was traded in Cryptsy or Bittrex at that time. I'm also operating under the assumption that IE had more than 100 BTC worth of XLB and would dump it all before his announcement. |

You want to know how I knew the dev was scamming us? Because on Liberty Day XLB was taking off and then all of a sudden 500k+ coins came out of nowhere to fill orders. Who in their right mind would dump 500k+ coins when they know the price is just starting to go up? Whales do not dump for peanuts, so who could it be? You know who? The dev! Why? Because he had to get out quick before we all caught on to the scam. He did not have enough time to let XLB "mature" because eventually someone would have found out about line 39.
Point out to me on the MintPal timeline where there is 500K+ XLB dump since your announcement to when your IRC conversation was posted here. It wasn't just Mintpal..it was all 3 exchanges. Go look for yourself. I am done trying to "prove". We all got scammed and even now people do not want to believe it WE WERE SCAMMED You mean the devs dumped on 2 other exchanges where there's hardly any volume and massive slippage?  |
