FOR NOW its not a problem for european football, but i repeat FOR NOW, or NOT YET, whatever you prefer, because like you said, today they only own old players that are in his final efforts, or in the last of his carrer, or someone who for X reason dont have a space in the team, so they send him to another team to catch minute or make money.

But with 2 years of this transfers..... i can see a bad situation for european football. Lets see how all this develop.
Well I don't really smell trouble for the European football given that, not all players would be interested in moving over there, we've seen cases where some players rejected juge offers from the SPL in this recent transfer window, and also the European learn far more better and developed than the SPL and alot of players would love to play in major tournaments in Europe than  down grading to the SPL.

However it's nice to see that the Saudi clubs are now able to attract youngsters into their league, according to the news, Everton youngster Demarai Gray is so eager to switch to the Saudi side and has made it clear that he wants to move to AL-Ettifaq and theirs was an ongoing talks between both clubs and it's advancing to the final stage.

Also everything is done on Gray's side  and both clubs are getting closer to an agreement, he's expected to sign a four year deal with AL-Ettifaq,  and it is said that he's already accepted a move to the club last week.

Bailly is definitely a better defender than Maguire and the other players at Manchester United but they never thought of him in the squad as he is an injury prone. While playing on loan last season, he could only stay on the field for 90 minutes in one game. In other matches, he was always included in the game later or left the game before completing 90 minutes. If there is no injury problem, he will make a great contribution to the team. He may be one of the ideal players for Beşiktaş. Getting a big player of this level for free is a huge transfer success. However, if the player is injured and cannot play in the matches, Beşiktaş will have problems in terms of numbers in the squad. Şenol Güneş may have to play with Necip at the center back again. This is not something that can be sustained throughout the season.
I wonder why a club would buy players for huge fee and let them leave the club cheaply, it happened with Paul pogba and now they're loosing another quality player for free, that's to show how poorly the club is been run, i expected them to utilize him at the central back position since they lack options in that wing currently.
Apart from getting injury Eric Bailly would make a fine player for the and is a very good addition to strengthen their backline and the good thing about this deal is that, they've got several options for that position in a case where Bailey sustains injury and they won't be much worried cause they got him for a free and could sell him off to the Saudi and benefit financially next summer, but one thing I like about the player is that he's very fierce on the pitch with his defense but just that it attracts cards to him alot.
3703  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: September 05, 2023, 06:08:58 PM

Both teams have played great in the first three matches, but I agree with you that Bayern will always be favourites, because they are always considered the strongest team in the Bundesliga. But now it's really hard to say who can win. It's even likely that it will be a draw.
Everyone including the bookies see Bayern Munich as the preferred winners of the match based on the fact that they're the current champions and had  dominanted the club over the years, but in my opinion I think this is a very tough on to decide because if you noticed these are the most outstanding clubs so far this season and are in the first and second position of the table, also Leverkusen who are the underdogs have won all three match as well but has more goals than Bayern Munich,  they even won Leipzig who won Bayern in their DFL Super Cup Final, which makes them very top contenders this season.
But if you check their head to head stats you'll see that Bayern Munich have been very dominant in their last 5 matches though Leverkusen won in the recent one but Bayern has won them thrice conceding one Loss and a draw, which i think is going to be the result of the match after the International break because no clubs would like to drop a point making it to end in a draw.
3704  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: September 05, 2023, 05:52:16 PM

Napole take first defeat with Lazio and stay to 6 points, and Inter and Milan are the only with full points (9), Inter seems in good shape, 3 wins.
Milan suffers but stay near Inter.
Intermilan and their rivals Acmilan are currently the most outstanding team so far, well I'm not suprised though because last season they were both outstanding in their domestic league and even in the Champions league and both even reached the Semi-finals and Intermilan went further to play in the finals, so it was expected of the to start the new season with that form, and I believe the fact that they really strengthened their squad depth helped to look stronger so far.
As for Napoli they refused to pass on of the test by winning Lazio, I expected them not to drop any point but the deed has been done and I'm looking forwards to a better performance from Garcia and his boys, he has a big test ahead and it's retaining the title that matters because failure to do so would definitely get him sacked and I believe he'll work very well to try win there next match.
3705  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: September 05, 2023, 05:42:19 PM

Last season's Ligue 1 champions PSG will see if they can retain the Ligue 1 title this season. Most of the players that were in the PSG team from the previous season are absent this season due to which it will be very difficult for PSG to win the League One title this season. PSG's most notable achievement throughout the season is the Ligue 1 title. PSG can't achieve much outside of that. If they fail to win the Ligue 1 title this season, they will truly be an all-round failure. If PSG fail to win the league title this season then Luis Enrique will be a failed manager because for good reason he was hired by PSG. Luis Enrique will definitely work on the team's weaknesses and he will definitely want to win the League One title again this season.
PSG is one of the best teams in Ligue 1. But the status of the team cannot be considered by the performance of PSG in League One, because the PSG team has to be compared with other big league teams.
They've been very dominant in the league over the years and have won it multiple times effortlessly, since last season their main priority have been to win the Champions League and that's why they signed a handful of experienced Champions League players into the team but it didn't work out, so I believe they'll still try to achieve it again this season even though they've offloaded most of the top players they got.
And thing I like about PSG is that, even if they fail to win the Champions League, they'll still managed to settle with a trophy as compensation, which is the Ligue 1 trophy, atleast it's better to secure a domestic title than losing both, however their squad look great, they've got a good experience coach and some top players to help them on their journey to getting the Champions League trophy this season.
3706  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: September 05, 2023, 05:32:26 PM
Newcsatle has not proven to be a stable team in any season. I was feeling worry for people who being very optimistic about this club. Eddie howe had so many home works that must be done as soon as possible.
Newcastle is now placing at the bottom caused by this club was getting a lose streak. Im feeling that if newcastle is still far from being a top candidate to win EPL this season.
I hope people are aware of how inconsistent the performance from newcastle at this moment. Howe needs to learn a lot from the different club like manchester city. He was making so many blunders that was making newcastle lose full points from the previous matches.
I hope that eddie will realize his mistakes during the previous matches.
They were very impressive last season and it was their good performance that got them into the top four, which made everyone to think that they've turned into one of the big contending clubs in Epl, prior to their change of owners, but this  season they've failed to leave up to that standard and have drastically reduced to the small club we knew them as, I'm suprised at their poor form and I think Eddie Howe has a lot to do to take his club back to winning ways.
Newcastle's poor performance is very suprising though they started well but have failed to keep up after their first game, they're currently 14th on the table and have lost three  matches out of four winning just one which was their first match against Aston Villa which they won with a 5-1 victory, and I think the earlier Eddie realizes his mistakes and make some changes after the International break, the better for him amd the club because if they continue losing it might cost him his managerial position.
3707  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Saudi Professional League 2023/2024 on: September 05, 2023, 05:16:41 PM

But usually the different places of the character of the community so do not have to use the same method, this kind of thing cannot be compared from both, as you say the standard of life in Saudi Arabia is different, but in my opinion they also get a different payment offer, humans have Eve want to be successful in their respective hobbies and humans also have high hopes or greed in this case, if the payments given by the soccer team are much more expensive in the academy or team they enter, it will be enough to motivate in my opinion.
The Saudi's know that it might take quite a long time to build their academy and based the fact that most of their youth players are not playing up to the standard of attracting other to their sports they decided to use the strategy of signing European players from top clubs to help attract viewers and so far it's payed off this season, because this new players they got are now making the league more competitive and interesting to watch as well as helping to build the youth side into future prospects, with their experience playing alongside them.
The Saudi's are not like most South Americans that depend solely on future to elevate their families from poverty they're already financially stable need the experience of the top players to help build their league and the price they have to pay is using their financial capabilities to attract them into their league even though it means overspending, which is ongoing currently.
3708  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: September 05, 2023, 04:59:44 PM

It is surely unbelievable that Al Ittihad wants to pay 251 million euros for Salah. Although he is a top player, he is no longer a young player and he may already pass his golden performance. Although he still contributed well for Liverpool now, we don't know what to happen with him in the next 1-2 years. He can drop his performance because he is getting old, and it is not impossible if he begins to have injured problem.

I assume Liverpool will consider to sell Salah if Al Ittihad wants to wait until the season is over. I doubt if Liverpool wants to sell Salah in this season. He still has a big role for Liverpool, it will be difficult to get his replacement. But for selling him in the end of the season, it is very possible because Liverpool has a lot of time to look for his replacement.

Now,  I think some of the Saudi clubs are over spending just to attract top players to their clubs, no doubts Salah ís a great player and currently in a good form but then he's not very younger and i think such figure is too much for a player in his 30's and if you're spending some top club's total transfer budget on one player then he should be able to score in every match and deliver the league trophy to them, if not it's not worth it, because that amount is enough to get about five or more  younger talented  players from South America and across Europe.
Before the transfer windows was over for European leagues, Liverpool manager Kloop said that Salah is happy where he is and a move won't happen this summer, though the money is tempting but i believe Salah is a very important player for them this season and the won't sell him currently even for that amount,  but i think a deal might be possible next summer if they're still Interested in getting him for same offer.
3709  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: September 05, 2023, 04:46:51 PM
According to the news by the famous football journalist Fabrizio Romano, the Villareal head coach Quique Setién has left the club and seize to be manager and the report says that it's due to his one win and three losses in for games this season that's made him lose his managerial position, the club director of football Miguel Angel Tena, will replace him on an interim basis and resume training tomorrow.
Now this is what happens when a manager leave up to expectations and fail to deliver his club, he's a fine coach though he's currently very old but has managed in other Laliga clubs like Barcelona, and Realbetis but failed to be successful at Villareal, well I hope the former club director of football would be able to handle to the position of the head coach and probably win their next match, if feel they should had signed a new manager instead of appointing the director as an interim manager.
3710  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: September 05, 2023, 01:41:25 AM

PSG just returned to winning in Ligue 1 that is not a good indicator for success of a coach in PSG. They want Champions League and hire Luis Enrique to win Champions League. They will wait for performance of their players and Enrique in Champions League and we should wait for it too.

The coach is experienced in Champions League as a player in the past and as a coach with Barcelona but he is assigned a big task in PSG. They have some big losses in this summer, Neymar and Messi left, and seems to rely on Mbappe for scoring goals.
The good thing about Luis Enrique is that he's got a very good experience in the Champions league coaching at Barcelona and that would be very good for PSG cause their coach got a winning mentality and knows what it feels like to lift the trophy so I believe he would work very hard with his team to try archived winning the Champions League which PSG as a team are really desperate for.
Well even without those big  players they lost, the new signings are beginning to adapt and they had quite a very good performance so far and look like a team that would do well without them being involved, thank goodness they didn't lose Mbappe as well because currently he's he most outstanding player in the team and a key to them performing better in the Champions League.
3711  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: September 05, 2023, 01:32:33 AM

Ramos already had a verbal agreement with Sevilla, he is going back there at the moment. I think it is quite good and important to make sure that we are going to end up with something different, it should be important to realize that Ramos will not accept to go towards teams like that just yet, he wants to play a bit more at teams that matter.

Sevilla is a good one at that, they are both at La Liga and they are also in the UCL as well, which gives him chance to play at the top flight a bit more. Doesn't mean they will do well, but it is better than Saudi or MLS situation for him, it still gives him chance to go against the best in the world and try his luck. It could definitely be a good thing for him to do that for a year more.
I think he made the right decision in moving to his former club than moving over to the MLS or Saudi league, well he's had a good time playing European football and has many trophies to show for it, he's a great player and would forever be in the heart of Realmadrid fans, that's the club he was most successful in a had quite a lot of experience with the team, anyways moving to Sevilla would be of benefit cause he'll have the chance to play champions league football again.
But his current team are underperforming this season and are currently at the bottom of the table, so they'll definitely need an experienced player like Ramos to  help restore a balance to their defence line, and since he's a defender that moves forward and is capable of scoring goals he'll definitely be of help for them during corners and set pieces to get the ball into the net.
3712  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: September 05, 2023, 01:22:37 AM
Who's topping the Bundesliga league table? Ofcourse is Bayer Leverkusen with goals slightly more than the Bavarians records. Bayern Munich facing Bayer Leverkusen in the round 4 of the Bundesliga league this season, definitely a tough game to predict. I'm just going to relaxed my nerves in the coming  weekend because both teams have the same quality game pattern with lengthy experienced coaches. I'm definitely going to book a bet slip for the game, not going to check the odds but playing in favour of Bayern Munich because they are the conquered team with enchanced capacity.
They're a strong side in the Bundesliga but they'll only top the table for a short period of time the later Bayern Munich would go back to their position which is the top of the table, well I know some people would be like anything is possible and it's possible for the Bavarians to lose the league this season, of course they're right because anything is possible in football and records are meant to be broken I'm the world of football but Bayern Munich don't have any reason or excuse for loosing the league this season, they've got to maintain their record of winning the Bundesliga because the have a very good coach, a squad that's balanced in several areas and now have a quality and  proven  goal scoring striker so theirs no excuse for failure this season, in their next match against Leverkusen, they're still the favourites to win the game, they've got better players and are playing with a home advantage so I think they'll win the match though it's going to be tough, we'll I don't now about Sane but I feel Harry would score in that match.
3713  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Turkish Super League 2023/24 Season on: September 05, 2023, 01:11:37 AM
It's official now, Eric Bailly to Beşiktaş confirmed! He's signing one year contract, Beşiktaş won't pay to Manchester United any transfer fee.
He's a fragile player but if he stays healthy that would boost Beşiktaş's chances in all leagues.
Fans were expecting number 10 transfer but it looks like it didn't happen. The squad looks good though it could be better. Now the transfer for Conference League is over, they can still add players for Turkish Super League but it won't be logical to buy expensive players only for the local league.
He's moved permanently to Beşiktas and would be free in June 2024 since he signed just one year contract with his new team, he's a fine player and one you could rely on when he's fully inform, though he prone to injuries and not a player you could rely on to play numerous matches without sustaining injury.
Was getting m suprised is that his former club Manchester united are letting him go when they could utilise him due to their current injury crisis in that position, Bailey is  fine player and is even better than Harry Maguire and Evans and instead of pairing Maguire and Evans or lindelof to be honest I'll rather prefer a  Bailey and lindelof pairing, they would had utilitized him in the centre back area for their next match and probably sell him by the winter windows, too bad Manchester have given out a fine player to Beşiktaş when they lack options in the area he plays.
3714  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: September 05, 2023, 12:57:03 AM

Juventus is a prestigious and competitive club that only selects the most outstanding players. Allegri Massimiliano had previously spoken publicly regarding Paul Pogba's injury after he came on as a substitute in the second half against Empoli, which they won 2 nil. Conditions will undoubtedly get more challenging for the player this season, but let us hope for an imminent turnaround and a quicker recuperation process. The Frenchman is highly susceptible to injuries, which is clearly impacting his professional sports career. It still astounds me how famous stars can slip back to average levels.Paul Pogba is a wounded player who has encountered difficulties on many different occasions.
If Paul Pogba's injury persists I think it could cut his career short and sooner or later even Allegri would get tired of his situation and seek an alternative player for his position, if not for his constant injury streaks we would had make a very fine player for Juventus but his injuries have prevented him from getting much playing time but I just hope it's not something very severe this time around and he'll return back to the team after the international break.
Paul Pogba was and still is  great player he left united because he fell out with the club to Juventus where he was welcomed with open arms, but it's so sad how he's declined from a world class player to an average due to numerous injury crisis that's reduced his form.
3715  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Saudi Professional League 2023/2024 on: September 05, 2023, 12:42:36 AM
It seems that Al-Hilal this season will really be a team to be afraid of in the Saudi Pro League. Because until now only Al-Hilal has not suffered defeat since the beginning of the season. And what surprised me was that Al-Hilal was able to beat Al-ittihad in the match 2 days ago. Benzema cs must submit to and accept their defeat. Even though both of them play very well. So I personally think a draw is more appropriate in this match. But it is still the final result that determines which team is superior. K. Koulibaly cs seems to be having a good day with AL-hilal.

Meanwhile, Al-Nassr is still struggling to cover their deficit due to 2 consecutive defeats in the first match. For now I am a fan of Al-Nassr. But honestly, I still see many gaps in some of the line-ups at Al-Nassr. As for Al-ittihad and Al-Hilal, I think they are getting more mature this season.
So far in their league they're the teams with the best signings in the transfer window, the got the right players and are benefiting from it that's why it's very good for team to bluster different sections of their team in the transfer window to prepare for a tournament ahead and not just signing anyhow but the rightful players into their team.
In the match against Al-ittihad I was so suprise with their comeback, they were losing 3-1  in the first half but managed to have a very good comeback in the second half to end the game with a 3-4 victory thanks to their new signing Mitrovic he had a hat-trick in the match, the Ballon D'or title holder scored a goal for his team but couldn't lead them to victory.
Al-Nassr are in a position where they're not expected to be due to the 2 loses they had and alot of people who are Cristiano Ronaldo's fan would be so disappointed because they're not in the top 4, but the league is still fresh and they have to do all they can to cover up for the points they've lost and meet up with their arch Rivals.
3716  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: September 05, 2023, 12:28:28 AM
Yes right you are. Barcelona, Real Madrid and Athletic Bilbao is must potential team on LaLiga series to win Championship. These 3 teams always win LaLiga series. And among them, Real Madrid and Barcelona have the record of winning the most matches. Xavi is one of Barcelona's best guides Barcelona has become a very famous team thanks to Xavi. Watching the game between Real Madrid and Barcelona feels like watching a tiger fight
The list of potential teams to win the trophy this season should include Atletico Madrid, which you forgot. Just like Barcelona and Real Madrid, it's coming again with promising performance. I remind you that if atletico madrid was able to taking the third place last season with 1 point gap to the real madrid. Atletico madrid has almost the same record as real madrid last season. It's only less 1 point compared with madrid's final points which were 78 points while atletico was 77 points.

It surprises me that how girona will able to perform greatly during the early season as it was almost winning all of matches. The winner of la liga will always be real madrid/barcelona/atletico madrid.

Bilbao was not strong enough in winning la liga.

Over the years it's either Real Madrid or  Barcelona that's dominanted the Laliga and the next club that's always follow suit either in third or fourth position is Atletico Madrid, they don't really put more effort like Barcelona or Real Madrid put to carry the league, they're always comfortable with the top 4 position so far they qualify for the Champions League competition, they're currently in the fourth position and have won 2 matches out 3  drawing 1 which makes them unbeaten so far, I would had love to see how they'll perform against Sevilla but I got postponed.
Sevilla is another big club in LaLiga, they are the club with the highest holding Europa League trophy and has been competitive in the league over the years but this season they've not been impressive since losing the Super cup to Manchester City, so far they're currently at the bottom of the table and has lost all three matches they played, Girona is surprisingly impressive and are above Barcelona in the league, but  don't think they'll be able to maintain their form they'll begin to drop points sooner or later.
3717  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: September 05, 2023, 12:14:36 AM
In this case I understand why Manchester United don't buy a lot of good players in the transfer market. Because we know there is a budget constraint problem at the Man Utd club. And this happened also because there was a problem about changing the ownership of the club. So that Erik Ten Heg can only use the club's budget to shop for the players he can buy. So for me it is very natural that Man Utd is currently not very good.

But talking about Newcastle which is famous for being a fairly rich club. So I feel like they are not shopping for players wisely enough. And yes, we can see the results at this time, Newcastle have lost 3 of 4 matches. I think this is the worst. Chelsea is the same way. Because Chelsea actually has quite a lot of money in the transfer market this time because they have sold many players even to Arab clubs. But I think they again didn't take advantage of it by buying lots of other quality players. I don't know, I'm a little disappointed with Newcastle and Chelsea. Well my disappointment also had to do with my bet. Tongue
Everything that's happening at Manchester United falls back to the Glaziers incompetency, and I think they need to sale the club instead of ruining it  totally, I dislike how they run the club on and off the pitch, infact the whole board members are filled with incompetent people that are poorly running the club and it's high time the Glaziers come publicly and tell club if they're selling or not, left for me I'll say, a change of ownership is needed imminently to take the club back to glory days, they need a rich football minded owner that would invest big into various aspect of the club.
Talking about Newcastle,  they've got rich owners but are not investing on the right players and that's what affected them this season I expected them to sign a good number of quality players due to the fact that they qualified for the champions league but they weren't impressive in the transfer window, I wonder how their performance would be like in the Champions league tournament, they're a team without champions league experience so they need some players with such but since they didn't get good players it would affect their performance and they might  probably not qualify from the group stage.
3718  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: September 04, 2023, 02:22:23 PM
For some reason, a lot of players who actually have a great physique cannot avoid the injuries. Paul Pogba is one of them. He definitely has a great physique, but he is getting injured quite often. That has been a big barrier to his success in his career recently. Correct me if I’m wrong, but this time he has a muscle injury in his thigh, at least that is as far as I know. And his transfer value has definitely gone down because of him being injured very often.
Paul Pogba is a very good player, he's skillful and has the vision to deliver good passes, he performed very well at Manchester United and even helped them win the Europa League trophy during the Jose Mourinho era, he's one player I really like to watch in the France team and has been brilliant for both club and Country side, I was shocked to see Pogba leaving United for a free transfer to Juventus because I couldn't imagine they'll lose such a quality player for free.
But since he's arrived at Italy again to play for Juventus he's not quite have a good time with his new team due to injury crisis and I feel that's what might cut his career short, because the more injuries he sustains the lesser playing time he gets and that's very bad for a plater of such quality because with time he'll be forced to retire from professional football in his early 30's if it persist.

Since the transfer window is still open for the Turkish league, their clubs are bent on strengthing their squad depth and according to the news from the famous Fabrizio Romano Galatasaray who are one of the giants of the league have had an agreement with Tottenham over a loan deal for Tanguy Ndombele, according to the news he's already completed his first medical with the team and would be flying to instantly today.
Ndombele is a good midfielder with experience and would make a fine player for Galatasaray and with a buy option clause included in the deal if he performs well he'll end up moving permanently to Galatasaray and I think he's not the only player moving there,  Davison Sánchez could also move to Galatasaray on a permanent transfer but the deal is not yet finalised it's still being ironed out

Anything can happen during a match and sometimes some of the referee's decisions will not be in your favor. The fans complained, the coaches complained, and so did the gamblers who felt they deserved to win their bets. Things like that happen often and are quite disappointing, that's what Ten Hag said after the match even though he felt his team had done their best.
Yes, this will clearly not be beneficial for Manchester United who feel at a disadvantage with VAR because they will claim it was not offside but the referee and VAR assistant have given a decision with analysis that it is offside, especially if the goal occurs it will be Manchester United's win, but the facts different. Tongue

This often happens in football matches, not only is this the only controversial incident, but several others have also experienced the same thing, just accept the referee's decision and that is the final decision.

Obviously Manchester United bettors will be disappointed.  Grin
It suprises how people risk betting in such kind of match, because it's one that involves two big teams and is expected to be very tough, in matches like this I know right that there would be too many goals because if you check their previous meetings they always have 3 to goals in the matches so to be on a safer side I  expect people to bet over 1.5 goals, which has always worked I'm their past 3 meetings even in the preseason.
In my opinion, to be honest I think the Var robbed Manchester united of the game and that call wrong because it was clearly not an offside and if the goal was given the game would had been in favour of united cause the would had blocked their defence line instead of coming out to score an equalizer anyways the decision is being made an there's nothing anyone can do about it, Manchester United are left with no choice but to accept defeat and work on performing better on their next match which I feel would be very tough cause they're facing Brighton.
