4301  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: DISCUSSION-How hard is it to beat a sportsbook? on: July 04, 2023, 10:47:51 PM
To the best of my ability,  I've always seen gambling especially sport betting as strictly a game of luck and I've always believed that it has been programmed for games to always have greater house edge over players.
This very option  and opinion of mine is backed by the fact that the casino  is in business and anyone in business is expected to be making profits and not losses and if people are winning on them, then they should  be considered lucky  and not skilled because it is luck based to me and not skills.
And with all this been said, I believe it is hard to beat a sport book expect there is a great strategy  already in ground.
4302  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who is to be blamed, the gambler or the betting agent on: July 04, 2023, 10:28:05 PM
That is a personal question  for the gambler because how his expected to pay the money is no man's business,  and what is exoectedbis that he pays the money in whatever way he hopes to pay.
Now I believe the bet shop attendant allowed the gambler play games upto such amount because of trust and let the principles of preferential treatment  come to play but I'm sure the gambler missed used this trust now and it will be very hard for that shop  and it's attendants to trusybsuch a person  again. I think the best way to recover this money is to hold some valuables from the gambler possibly worthing thrice the amount gambled, and this will give him the drive to repay his debt.
4303  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How is your Gambling Pattern Like? on: July 04, 2023, 10:17:51 PM
Currently  I don't intend taking gambling  anything seriois than this because Currently  I'm enjoying  all the moments I have now there isn't any need for unnecessary pressure.
I don't personally have any fixed or strict principles  for gambling  because Currently  I'm sure that im not using any reasonable  amount of money for gambling  no matter how tempting that game might look so im not tied to wanting to have a fixed bankroll for gambling .
I don't know if I enjoy gambling while listening  to music or in a quite place bjt what truly matters is that im doing  what pleases me at that time.
And I also don't have any fixed date for gambling, I just make some picks when I see wbays right for me.

Funny and weird right?
4304  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling scenario that keeps repeating on you on: July 04, 2023, 10:01:14 PM
I'm glad you already identified  that you're putting  some unnecessary  pressure on yourself which wasn't right and that pressure alone can lead to chasing loses and revenge  gambling  which is very much frowned at in the forum becausebthe results are always tragedic and always leads to blowing of ones account.
I have a gambling scenario  that keeps happening  to me which is the attempt to always want to increase my leverage  whenever  I have a large capital  and most times infeel the casino is spying  in my balance  as it seems my losses are too much when my capital is high and it always seems difficult for me to desist from this act to increasing my leverage when my capital is high.
4305  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does lottery rewards expire? on: July 04, 2023, 09:50:13 PM
Yes, you read that accurately.

If I buy several lottery tickets and then leave my account dormant for a long time, say at least 6 months, and my ticket wins the jackpot during that time.
Will anything happen to my prize money? Will the casino refund my money because I never claimed any of the rewards?

It's just a thought I've had for a while and decided to ask here in the community.

I don't know how this gambling things actually work especially  when it comes with winning big,  but common sensically, I think any tocket should have an expiring date and 6 months is a very long time to stay dormant  and I've read of threads where gamblers have to pay some fees for dormancy and some  casino also have some very strict terms for dormant accounts even upto  seizing all the available balance left after dormancy.
But just as my curiosity  has always been eben of the previous threads,  I want to know what a person must have been doing to have forgotten  an account with balance on it for over 6 months and then suddenly  remember and expect full payment without any charges

List Of Crypto Casinos with The Best Faucets

Faucets are for gambling experience, you won't get rich with faucets.

A first Bitcoin faucet from Freebitcoins.appspot.com
https://web.archive.org/web/20100703032414/https://freebitcoins.appspot.com
Straight forward answer and I think there are several other nice faucets but faucets to me are waste of time in general and I don't see any reason why I should have to extremely be committed to claiming some  irrelevant coins that it will be very difficult to trade. I wouldn't advice anyone i  know to partake in faucets because the price is always very small and sometimes wouldn't be worth the commitment.
Rather than go for faucets,  I will rather chase referral bonuses and atleast i know my rewards will be dependent on how much work and effort I put into bringing  serious and frequent bettors to a platform.
4307  Economy / Gambling / Re: Is Stake.com allowed to lock account with $6,000 untill I lose it all? on: July 03, 2023, 11:43:20 PM
Firstly, I think you should  have a little recheck on the image link you posted because it doesn't seem clickeable else I would have helped you repost it for clarity.
This thing already happened over a year ago and man you should have let go and if It was truly of keen interest  to you then you would  have definitely  followed it up why coming now to talk down on someone's else's business and I'm sure you know that's not right.
I'm not a frequent  user of stake but one thing I love about them is the fact that they have an active customer  support who is always ready to assist their customers and your post already stated reasons to why your kyc was denied,  why didn't you go back to upload more better pictures of the documents  than just giving up then and showing up now
4308  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Quit gamble! Easy or Hard? Let's talk. on: July 03, 2023, 11:18:02 PM
Your previous thread was very interesting  to me and it also made me see reasons to my actions but condemning gambling  simply  from your own perspective isn't the right thing and to also counter your motion, ive personally  seen and also have very close relationships with about two persons who live off their lives from gambling, one built his life after winning over 65k USD and starting making several  investments  and even had to take a break from gambling to build his life, while the other was a weekly  certain earner from gambling and doing absolutely  very well than a regular 8am to 5pm worker and you can now imagine how lucrative gambling can be if you know your skills very well.
4309  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino on a cruise ship? on: July 03, 2023, 10:57:56 PM
Specifically, I would like to know:

Operating Hours: Do cruise ship casinos operate 24/7 like their land-based counterparts?
Payouts: Are the payout rates comparable to land-based casinos?
Betting Limits: What are the minimum betting limits? I know that some land-based casinos start at $20.
Game Variety: Can I find the same range of games offered in land-based casinos on cruise ships?
I haven't  been  on a cruise ship neither I have used the casinos on a cruise ship but I think if a casino  isn't online then it should be physical  and to the best of my ability,  I haven't had the time to make research on types of casinos but I think the two basic ones often spoken and talked about on the forum is the physical  casinos and the online casinos.
I'm sure affording a ship cruise ticket isn't cheap and as such, I don't think the minimum deposit will be $20 like the regular casinos and this will the only difference  i presume should be between this two.
And outside the rascality in the regular physical casinos, which I don't think should be on the ship,  I think other things should be similar  except the minimum deposit.
4310  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bet on live game or while game hasn't started yet? on: July 03, 2023, 10:49:49 PM
In the first place,  why will I have to wait for a match to start before having to bet on them? If there is a consciousness  for me to even bet two months earlier on same game that I wanted to bet when it starts, then I will gladly do it because there are more chances of having more odds and bigger wins and Cash out.
I really want to know what will prompt a player to wait until start of match before betting on such a match? I hope to get some responses.

I would prefer to bet before the match starts.
Because I really like things that make myself curious and doing independent research before placing a bet and betting before the match starts for me it will be more profitable for me because the odds haven't changed quickly and we have plenty of time to do research.
If you bet when a match starts, the odds will always stop and when any club looks to win the odds will get worse and the profit you will get will be bad.
If its not a virtual  game, then I see no reason why we should be in a haste to play such games.
The only reason to me that might make me bet on a game when it already starts is if the game code was personally booked by my friend whom I trust his predictions so much and if the game is only about 5 to 10 minutes into the match else I'm letting it slip.
4311  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The fight between Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk. Who you betting on? on: July 03, 2023, 10:00:55 PM
It seems i forget to ask the stipulated date for this match because it will really be a great match day for internet enthusiasts and alot of book makers and casinos if they ever list this match, they should be in massive cash outs and if all this things are just some form of internet promotions for a project,  then its a big one for such a project because alot of their customers would want to try the stuff that lead to such huge publicity.

I doubt that this would be just a marketing stunt, because what would they would they be even marketing? Unless Mark isn't buying twitter and integrating it to meta i can't see anything they would build together. Their values are too far from each other and they are in direct competition. I really think they are just bored billionaires. And i agree that this fight might not happen. Elon will be the one chickening out.

Well, this better be a real fight because I typically want them to show off their  physical strengths outside that of space.
I don't know for sure, but one thing I know about Elon is the fact that, he really knows how to draw attention  to himself and if chikening away will do the trick, then I'm counting on Elon to do that,  that guy isn't just serious with things.
4312  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Minimum Age to gamble on: July 03, 2023, 09:52:24 PM
I came across an article How Old Do You Have to Be to Gamble in USA?. In this article, i saw that the minimum age to gamble is between 18 to 21 years. I wonder if the online casino do follow this minimum age for gambling.

Yes, the gambling sites have our age data through the KYC documents. Do they ever restrict anyone who is underage to not to gamble?
Also, if we find any site allowing minors to gamble, can legal action be taken against them?

I don't know legal it will be to take actions on online casinos who still after getting the age of a player through their kyc still allow minors to gamble and that's simply greed to me. The actual age for gambling  should be from 18 years because at such age, a child should be own to own up to his actions and if flaunts any legal regulations at such age should  be able to face the law but  any child found below this age should be classified  a minor irrespective  of how big or built they might be physically.
I don't think even some physically casinos in some Africa countries actually follows the age restriction principles in gambling  what they're  after is just making money through  betting which isn't right.
4313  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 02, 2023, 11:29:21 PM
With the transfer window still on, it is said that Chelsea Fc are looking for a striker who would replace Lukaku if he leaves for another club this summer, so to bluster their attack it is said that they are prepared to offer a cash plus Christian Pulisic in other to tempt the Italian gaints Juventus into giving them Dusan Vlahovic as they continue their striker search.
Chelsea fc are willing to include a significant cash price + Pulisic to get their target while Juventus would be willing to let go of their man for a fee of about €80million, it is clear that Dusan doesn't have any future with juventus no more so they're willing to let him go for the right price, he's a very good striker and good at getting the goals but I still feel he won't adopt to the style of play in the Premier league but with pochettino so desperate to begin with a new striker let's see if Juventus will be willing to accept a cash price of €60million + Christian Pulisic.

4314  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamble Responsibly on: July 02, 2023, 11:10:52 PM
Gambling is very difficult to quit one become additicted to it and one of the major reason why people become addict is greed, not knowing when to quit, if you're new to gambling I'll advice you stick to a particular predictions strategy for a start, master it then start with smaller wins and stick to it. Do not let the greed of making quick money push you into staking high on risky odds.

One of the best way to approach gambling is to see it a side hustle or means of fun during leisures not as a major source of income because there's no refund when you lose, it is said that one should have several sources of income but then not gambling because you could lose everything while trying to make more.

Keep record of your games both winnings and losses to help you when you pause or quit it would also help you to know the level of your progress and also most gambling are about sports so you ought to be a good in sports and know about several sporting activities which would help you with your predictions. And if you feel you're not satisfied with your predictions you could seek help from experts and help perfect your predicting skills.
4315  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are there real sports bet groups on: July 02, 2023, 10:46:46 PM
If someone claimed they have the right strategy for gambling and winning more times than losing, why can't they use the strategy for themselves and change their lives first?

Why did they go around looking for people to teach? This is why experience after following a friend to a gambling group on telegram, but I am not ready to take the step in any other their predictions..

My question for you my friends is are there sport betting groups that gives betting calls that are legit? Because I believe that if anyone knows a way to change their life around, they won't tell anyone, they will enjoy the moments and pray it last forever.

If as a punter, I have strategies thats yields profits with little risks why won't I want to share it with friends and families interested to help them benefit from as well.
I came across this dude one twitter called David then I followed him and even joined his telegram group but before then I discovered he's very good at what he does and most people refer him as the bookies nightmare due to his steady winnings from several gambling sites, of which I played once and it came out good, then played the second time, 4 games in bracket of (1.30 to 1.98 ) odds and won all games then i was convinced to join his telegram group.
When I entered the group I noticed that he advises his followers to play small odds with high stakes and it was in his telegram group and learnt of rollerovers and staking small odds with high stakes, which turns out good most of the times. This dude is  risk taker and has got lost of profits from bookies to the point that he could stake millions on smaller odds and get double his stake.
4316  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Minimum Age to gamble on: July 02, 2023, 09:25:18 PM

It is very inappropriate for an undergraduate to participate in gambling because we all know most people that fall below those age bracket spend recklessly and don't know how to manage money since they don't have responsibilities, however gambling is very addictive and comes with many disadvantages that restricts an underage from doing it, most underage are not working they still depends on their parents for financial support and if addicted to it could end up stealing from their parents to gamble, it aslo has some psychological and other repercussions which might not be good for the mental health of some teenagers, however in my country the gambling age of most casinos and gambling sites is +18 and it seems good to me cause 18 years above is the working age and most teenagers that fall beyond this age have had experiences in life and are old enough to makes choices and determine what's good or bad for them.
4317  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A qualified strategy exist in gambling? If yes, come and talk. on: July 02, 2023, 09:01:09 PM
It is without any doubt that most times the loss from gambling is greater than the reward but just like the OP said their are people who have mastered the risk management in gambling and know how to balance their profits and loss, most times they make greater annual percentage in profits than loss, these set of people makes gambling looks very easy, I feel they acknowledge the risk and go for it, just like a saying "the reward is in risk and only those who take it wins".

However there's no 100% guaranteed strategies in gambling because a good number of profits are out of luck but left for me I'll say that one of the best strategies to be a successful gambler is by avoiding greed, greed is not a friend to the casino and you ought to know when the quit cause the more you're trying to recover loss or make more profits from little stakes the more you stand a chance of losing.

Another method I could recommend is staking high with little odds, this strategy had been of good benefit cause I've come to understand that the lower the odds the higher the chances of winning a bet and it also makes betting easier for me, you can join me and make a roll over of 1.50 and stake with 4k and make a profit of 6k.
4318  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Saudi Professional League 2023/2024 on: July 02, 2023, 08:20:59 PM

It seems De Gea will be the net target for Saudi teams and Al Nasr since his contract with Manchester United is over and they asked him to extend his contract with a lower salary and this player didn't accept that, I think De Gea is not going to stay in Manchester United anymore, Also Manchester United is seeking for another goalkeeper.
It seems Al Nasr wants to hire this player and he is going to work with his old teammate Ronaldo once again.
Manchester United just changed their mind after agreeing to keep De Gea. He has made some blunders in recent times but he is still the best choice of Erik ten Hag. The Spanish goalkeeper is one of the highest-paid players at Manchester United. He earns about  £375,000 a week, which is quite high for any other team to afford. Moving to Al Nassr will be his best choice if he wants to still maintain his high wage.

But it seems he is attracting interest from clubs in Spain. Real Betis and Sevilla are also interested in bringing the Spanish goalkeeper.  If he wants to end his career with a good financial package, the Saudi league will be his best option, but if he still wants to play quality football, moving to his homeland will be better. For now, I think the Spaniard is more concerned about his marriage that will be coming ][/img]
I don't feel David De Gea would be likely to move to Saudi with reasons that talks are still ongoing with the Manchester United Club and though withdrew his offer and decided to go for a lower terms, the Premier league gaints are still in talks with the Spanish goalie and hoping to secure a new deal with him after his wedding which is taking place this weekend.

But left for me i think it's time for the Spaniard to be replaced as the No 1 goalie in Old Trafford, though he had the golden glove in the last campaign, he made errors causing the team to loose the Fa Cup to their rivals (city) and doesn't suit the coaches style of play, from the build up, Erik ten Hag  likes a goalie that's has a good passing ability and launches a from the back when starting an attack of which De gea is weak when it comes to those abilities.

4319  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The fight between Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk. Who you betting on? on: June 30, 2023, 11:58:38 PM

What kind of sh*t did I just read lol. Sounds funny. Cheesy

Can't believe both billionaires stepped down on their respective levels and take this challenge seriously.

Reading some related news around, Musk even wants to fight in a cage match, yes on OCTAGON lol.

If that is really serious, meaning no script or any kind of related stuff, that depends on their respective health status. Not sure about their current medical condition but of course, the younger one has the advantage here especially if physically active in their everyday routine.

Though believed that the match won't happen for real. If happened, curious about the odds if ever bookies will even consider listing that match.
I thought this was funny to just me and I can't wait to see such a match in bookies and just as you said that the younger will be at the edge of winning and judging  from the statistics  on the image you posted, it seems lesser odd will be given to mark because it is been believed that Mark  is younger and if kept on with his physical and mental routines then Elon should  losing the match  hence greater odd will be placed on him and I think as a smart guy, I will be betting on them both because this match if it truly happens, then it will be a very difficult  one to bet on as truly this is an example of the uncertainty in gambling.
4320  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you find it offensive to be referred to as an addicted gambler? on: June 30, 2023, 11:51:12 PM
Many people find it difficult to accept who they are and the bad habits that they have, accepting a habit is the first step that will determine if any help offered to you will work. As a gambler, will you find it offensive if you are referred to as a gambling addict? will you easily accept it or try to give excuses like some other people do, saying that they are not addicted to gambling when the signs are clearly there. Do you think identifying as an addicted gambler will make people stereotype you. The answer is different for every gambler here.
Accepting  that you're wrong is the first step to healing and change and no one will want to associated openly with negativity yet indulge in such activities.
I wouldn't say for sure how I might react if someone calls me an addict especially  if I have no close rapour with such a person, then he or she will have to tell the grounds on which they call me an addict.
Players have made gambling  seem too bad to the society because alot of them are already chasing after their losses and yet wouldn't realize it that they're already getting addicted in quest to wanting to recover their losses.
Just as op already made it clear that, opinions matters, same thing also applies with manner of approach  and if suddenly I starts gambling uncontrollably, then it wouldn't be bad if someone calls me  back to my senses and not making it seem I'm been mocked.
