381  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If you were me , Do you buy this coin ?? on: January 09, 2021, 02:50:33 PM

Hi , As my hobby im searching on new projects , So this time i found a Low risk project among 15 new projects . They have a Ann thread on bitcointalk --> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5286191.msg55504061#msg55504061

Im telling as "Low Risk"  because they have provides every thing clearly with the videos  , And they have NO ICO . What do you think ? shall we comment on that thread if you have any doubt on this project , then it will be helpful for others as well.

There are a lot of low risk no ICO project where you can get their coin or token through mining and participation, UTOPIA is an old project I used to have it in my wallet a year ago but I stopped using it because I am not getting anything through participation I better of with IDENA another low cost low risk project where you can mine their coin through validation.
382  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Maximalism Has Won on: January 09, 2021, 01:56:24 PM
I disagree that institutions are not interested in altcoins. There is undoubtedly interest, but it is different from bitcoin. Bitcoin is considered by all market participants as an investment, first of all, and altcoins as a tool. And I can't say that the interest as a tool is bad - bitcoin started with this.

They are not going to ignore altcoins institutions are no different to us investors, when they see there are profits to be made investing in altcoins and they see the potential and use case of these altcoins they are going to explore these altcoins and they are likely to invest here, it's hard to ignore altcoins like Ethereum Cardano Binance coin among others.
383  Economy / Speculation / Re: I doubt Bitcoin will dip below 20k again on: January 09, 2021, 11:37:28 AM
Too many institutions and big money behind it now!!!   Whats everyones opinion explain?BTC
The crash of 2017 was because of the absence of institutions that cannot support the crash, few whales and many small investors, things are very much different now, there are many whales and institutions are coming in, and the number of small investors have also grown.
384  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Wallet was scammed of my 400 uni on: January 08, 2021, 07:04:39 AM
When it comes to wallets and your coins it's how you protect, scammers are everywhere they target people or wait for people to get trap, there's nothing you can do now it's your loss, Binance will only act if it is a huge amount like hundreds of thousands, but if it's only 400 UNI you have to deal it with yourself, if you want to go to that scammers you will have to spend a lot of money to track him.
385  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Do you know A platform for protect us from scammers ???? on: January 08, 2021, 04:36:50 AM
when i was searching on internet i could see this website accidentally , and i read their white paper and web site  , So i think it might be very useful for every person in this crypto field , because they trace all illegal activities, inform users, and protect us. also they will have blacklists for wallets, people, and exchanges that are involved in any kind of Illegal crypto Activities and crimes.

I think they are basically focus on legal protection for defi.

Web site - https://efectus.net/
Whitepaper - https://efectus.medium.com/why-is-efectus-network-needed-for-the-defi-ecosystem-f053ad52e83c

I think all of us should help to this project .... But still they have no event for get some funds , Anyway i will help them ,
what is your opinion , do you agree with me?HuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuh

They have a good project, I just don't like them asking funds they are no different from the other scam sites if they do that, we already haver a section here and the people here are also good in exposing scammers and their scam projects and they are not asking anything for posting their finding, so it's better for them not to ask for funds, so they can get more supporters.
386  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Too many project SCAMS - PLEASE CAREFUL on: January 08, 2021, 03:10:07 AM
By the end of 2020, along with the strong growth of Bitcoin, some people used the trust of many to scam.
For example:
- Create virtual projects,
- Create virtual tokens,
- Create an investment website for the purpose of calling for investment,
- Create an airdrop that calls for people to deposit fees to pay tokens
- ....
Everyone should be careful when participating in projects like that.
Thank you so much.

After what happened in 2017 and there after  I'm pretty sure many investors have learned their lesson especially old investors, they now know what to look on a project, it's potential so far many new projects are caught trying to scam investors they are expose, the community is now good in hunting these bad actors.
387  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: do I still have a chance to get profit? on: January 07, 2021, 11:08:05 PM

link : https://entry.money/

I invested in Entry ICO (2018) and until now the project from Entry is still running and the team is still actively responding, but Entry can only be sold and bought at Entry exchange (don't have any other exchange besides their own exchange), while at Entry exchange doesn't have volume yet and Entry still doesn't have a price, so is there still a chance for me to get profit from Entry? because the team is still active and the project is still running.

I hope Entry can indeed give me profit in the future, because I just only haven't sold Entry from all of my investment in ICO, so for now I only invest in Ethereum and Entry (although Entry doesn't have a price yet), because I have sold all my coin to buy Ethereum.

Two years is such a long time to get a profit, we can consider a project a big scam if there is no further development for several months and there is no update and their is no community to speak of, I have not read about this project and we can consider this project as one of the projects that's worth forgetting like all the other thousands of scam projects that die a natural death.
388  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP Price After Lawsuit? on: January 07, 2021, 02:50:06 PM
What do you people think of the XRP price after the lawsuit?

Feel free to comment what you think!

I've checked the market just right now, and I'm surprise that Ripple is fighting back and the price is pumping weeks after the suit
$0.341770, 29.7% increase within 24 hours, and 52.2% within 7 days, I don't know if the Ripple community can sustain the pump,
I still think that it's risky to invest in Ripple because of the lawsuit coming from SEC, they are up against a powerful authority in investment industry.
389  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling as a profession: there's people who live out of gambling? on: January 07, 2021, 02:26:00 PM
The sports betting sectors are one of the sectors where bettors can make a living out of it, because it involves a lot of analyzing and checking every players, odds, it is a gambling sector where you have a good chance to win, but since this is a gambling it's always 100% winning, you have a chance to win here than dice, slot and other similar games.
390  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Help for mine on: January 07, 2021, 12:47:35 PM
Dear all, i am new member.still i doing very small of mining at home.i have 2 RX580 8GB cards.i was used for minig some of website.( i cant tell that name here.i think its not good) so my qustion is i want to know how to mine solo.without any website. I wad planing to upgrade my mining Hadware.before i upgrade i would like to know that.can i mine solo without any involment.

THANK YOU GUYS!

Solo mining is out now, you cannot keep up with small hashes and you are up against huge mining pool, there is no way you can match these mining pool, in fact many small miners are selling their mining rigs, and just decide to buy coins to HODL, you can mine other coins but do your own research on the potential of the coin that you want to mine.
391  Economy / Speculation / Re: $80k within 6 weeks, new ATH October 2021 on: January 07, 2021, 08:24:57 AM
Everyone expects a replay of 2017 so this would be a good way for the market to juke expectations.  Think more like 2013 with a big peak early in the year and then a consolidation leading into another $200k+ rally at the end of the year.  The current rally feels like it has too much momentum to be stopped before $70-80k.

Credibility?  Not much but I bought my first Bitcoin in 2013 and I've been watching the market for a long time.  Just putting it out there.

I believe the momentum will keep going although there will be correction but these corrections are opportunities for investors to buy and stock more, I just hope there will be more good news coming in so we can sustain the bull run until last quarter of the year, this what we have been waiting to happen for so many years now.
392  Economy / Speculation / Re: What if Bitcoin drops to $15,000? on: January 07, 2021, 04:25:10 AM
If Bitcoin drops to $15,000, many institutions would likely load up and drive it closer to $100,000. Thoughts?

The possibility is slim at this point in time where momentum is very high, but if ever it drops to $15k then you are in for a big luck, and this is such a big opportunity for all of us here, since we can buy Bitcoin at this level again, just like what happen when Bitcoin drops when the news of the pandemic broke out.
393  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Discipline keeps you grounded on: January 06, 2021, 10:42:42 PM
During a bull run or bear market; it is easy for newbies to make more money. In fact newbies make more money during the bull run than long term trader, the core problem is that newbies tend to lose those profits back to the market when the bear struck and the long term traders keep making their profits all year round.

You have to understand in reality that you cannot be consistently profitable except you are disciplined and glue to your rules.
The truth is, you know the right thing to do as regards crypto currency; just do it.

Newbies will understand how things is working once they start losing and winning money in the market, experience is still and will always the best teacher, and no investors and traders did not lose money in the market, this is part of the game and this is how you manage you losses in gain in a highly volatile market.
394  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ripple XRP Price in 2021 on: January 06, 2021, 04:32:25 PM
it seems that the ripple case had quite an effect on the xrp price and some exchanges closed their xrp trade, So I think XRP is struggling enough to climb higher, but then again we don't know what will happen someday.

The current situation is not good for Ripple, they just lost one spot in the market standing, big exchanges are de listing Ripple and any development are on halt by Ripple, and there is a possibility that it could spell the end for Ripple they should do the right thing and address the issue as soon as possible everyday things will get more badder and badder for Ripple.
395  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why did Bitcoin raise past $30,000? on: January 06, 2021, 02:20:43 PM
I don’t know why Bitcoin plummets, but it seems to be a gamble with all sorts of currencies.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

It could be, the volatility is always a part of the market even if the market is moving up there is a possibility of correction and dip, whales are investing huge and so are institutions, there's still a possibility that other whales will dump, always watch out for the news, right now Bitcoin and Ethereum are the safe bet.
396  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The gambler who manages to beat the casino on: January 06, 2021, 12:23:05 AM

And with time, casinos found out how they did cheat during their winnings.
Remember, these casino people are sharp to identify possible tricks that these gamblers are pulling off.
It is better to earn money without any swindling involved.
Because either it will haunt you or you will get into trouble once uncovered.
Beating a casino is rarely heard of when you apply honest strategies.

The worse thing that can happen when cheating in a casinos is when you are posted and ban on all casinos, casinos online or offline are interacting with each other so they know names and personalities of gamblers that are cheating, or who had bad records, they take note of that and they are not allowing them to play in their casinos.
397  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Binance.US is going to suspend XRP trading and deposit on: January 03, 2021, 03:16:42 PM
This time is very critical for xrp, i think all are exchange site receive smell of scam from this centralized coin also reason of lost trust over xrp.

There's a possibility that we are not going to see Ripple in the market anymore, I don't know it's fate this 2021 if they can resolve this issue or they will go down, of course they will take this fight to the court but SEC is serious on their allegation and they know how to take you down with their suits, good luck to Ripple holders they should decide now if they want to dump.
398  Economy / Speculation / Re: No Resistance From $30K-$40K? on: January 03, 2021, 10:49:53 AM

If no resistance is getting build after 40k$ , then Bitcoin will simply skyrocket to 50k$.

I have not imagine it can happen this early Bitcoin soon to be $40 k and we are just in a first quarter of the year if things continue like this we can reach $50k to $80k I don't rule out correction or dip but we'll never go back to $15k anymore the momentum is just to high for Bitcoin to crash, now every satoshi is important now.
399  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price will Rise to $60,000 by December 2021 on: January 03, 2021, 10:34:18 AM
I do believe that the Bitcoin price will rise very faster in the year 2021 because Satoshi Nakamoto is going to buy more Bitcoin to push the price up. He has got plenty of money to play the  Bitcoin game to take the  Bitcoin in its next stage.

I can believe other reason but not this kind of reason, why would he buy and when he is already had close to 1 million of Bitcoin that is if he still has access on the wallet, where he store it, and what made you think he will I just don't see the logic, price will go up because institutions and whales are coming and new investors are buying too.
400  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Telegram Groups? on: January 03, 2021, 10:23:37 AM
Hello guys. After checking for quite long time, I see there's no single reliable Telegram ENG group?

Let me clarify what I mean - I saw hundreds of ICO, bounty, investment, signals, whales, P&D, etc. groups - 100% of them are scam, don't have anything useful or created just to get advertisement payments by reposting news, nothing more. In Russian it's almost same, but not 100% - 10% of groups are really good, professional, authors do very good analysis (NEVER SELL SIGNALS - if you see someone selling signals - ITS SCAM), either from fundamental side, from technical side, or from other aspects. Is it really so bad and trashy in ENG TG space?

Happy to see recommendations, unless its about bounties, DeFi, HYIP, ponzi, signals, ICOs...

Telegram is not a good place if you want to check the latest on what's happening in the community, much better to follow Youtube and twitter channel of news aggregator like Cointelegraph, most of the people in telegram are just going to sell you crap, they do not have reputation to protect unlike on Twitter and Youtube where the competition drive them to be honest and transparent.
