381  Other / Meta / Re: Report Malware and Suspicious Links here so Mods can take Action ! on: March 10, 2024, 09:54:55 PM
I have doubts about the wallet software that this user promotes

Account: mistaphi

self-moderated thread: EARN BITCOIN and pay lower transaction fees with this new Bitcoin Wallet

Promising a "net return of 15% on all on-chain deposits", sounds suspicious of course.

Wallet link for download
Code:
http://verify-site.000.pe/get_wallet.php

Metamask warning about this link

do you plan to make this an open-source or not?
No, the code will not be open source.  If it was feasible for a project like this to be decentralized and open source, I certainly would've implemented it in such a way.  But doing so would only open the door for scammers to access the code build their own scams on top of it.  And this is not something that I'd be willing to risk.
382  Economy / Exchanges / Re: eXch - instant exchange BTC / LN / XMR / LTC / ETH / ERC20 on: March 10, 2024, 09:44:13 PM
My first experience with you about the exchanger.
After this, I will no longer return to regular exchange offices. Thanks for your work.

I don't know if this is a typo. But you need to replace one letter

It is and is not a mistake.
It's not a mistake because previously, the official domain for this exchange was exch.cc, but due to certain problems, everything was later moved to exch.cx. you can see by the account name that opened this thread.
The mistake is probably that it has not been changed, the old domain should not be mentioned, it only introduces additional confusion.
383  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Blackrock control BTC? on: March 10, 2024, 09:32:30 PM
They already can manipulate BTC price in any way.
This is not true.

I'm not really sure.
A large amount of Bitcoin is in the possession of a trader whose sole interest is price oscillation and making a profit from it. Maybe they don't have that much strength for sensitive manipulation right now, but they are moving towards it.
I agree with the OP statement that this ETF, Blackrock crap is not a good thing for Bitcoin in the long term
384  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [List] Instant exchanges on: March 10, 2024, 07:03:13 PM
ّIn my opinion, Flashift's place in this list is really empty because with Flashshift https://flashift.app you can find the best rate among these exchanges. Please add Flashshift to the list.

Things don't quite go that way. The idea of such lists is not to collect as many instant exchanges as possible but to be a list of verified services. This is not the case with you.
For example, it is strange to me why you have referral links from other competitors on your page. Are you developing your business or is it an affiliate business?
385  Economy / Exchanges / Re: eXch - instant exchange BTC / LN / XMR / LTC / ETH / ERC20 on: March 10, 2024, 06:39:35 PM
Overall, it was a good experience, but one that could have been better if I could have used Tron for my USDT instead of the Ethereum network. I'd much rather pay $2 in fees than $20.

The Ethereum network has long since become unusable for small transactions (I hope Bitcoin will not follow the same path). It's good that there are alternatives.

A few days ago I also used exch exchange, but because of the transaction cost, I chose LTC with a dynamic fee rate as an option. Like you, it was a great experience, everything was done very smoothly and quickly

btw. I like the new blue background, it suits me more than black.

387  Economy / Reputation / Re: DT1 and DT2 members who have negative feedback (or are banned) on: March 09, 2024, 09:48:27 AM
This list hasn't been this short in a long time Smiley And nobody on DT1 has negative feedback from DT.

It was 19 members last week and 18 this week - who got his red tag removed?

So the forum administrator is fine moving with a red wow! Who is this theymos? The more you attempt to figure out who he is, the more difficult it gets.

Or someone with a red tag fell out of DT.

I'm not sure how this AI detector works ( this tools can mislead) , but how did you evaluate my postings using common sense and the ones I responded to as being on topics and decide they were written by AI? If you pay attention to my posts, you will see that all of my responses are on topics. I don't just post; I make sure to quote, and all of my quotes are always on topics, which AI can't do.

Your posts failed on three different AI detector tools https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5456516.msg63769426#msg63769426

If you ask the question correctly, the AI will always write on-topic content. No one claims that some AI bot leaves posts for you. As long as you are transferring content generated with AI tools.

Honestly, these posts that were deleted by the moderators are absolute nonsense. It's even worse if you actually wrote something like that believing that it has any value. No matter how this "case" of yours ends, I advise you to think carefully about everything and accept the suggestions you get here. Judging by your answers in this thread, it is obvious that you can be constructive and direct in your communication and there is really no need to litter the forum with spam.
389  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [FREE RAFFLE] - Custom eXch Cryptosteel Capsule (#1)! on: March 08, 2024, 02:11:17 PM
oh for sure - I get it and the math is easy to calculate. I personally would still prefer keeping it simple and using only the block hash on its own - if no winner, then next block. Seems more fair and more simple to me.

I'm not sure that the simpler way is "if no winner, then next block." if no winner again, then next block... I have seen similar raffles where several blocks were needed.
bitmover's tool is also provably fair

It's probably a matter of habit, you've been used to using one method for years.
390  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] BitMixList.org - Bitcoin Mixer List on: March 08, 2024, 11:24:50 AM
The site explains it (I'm not adding a link because I don't want to reward them with another backlink):
Quote
Entire Review bitmixlist.org
Company Review
..cut
Yadda yadda yadda Cheesy

This is probably an auto-generated bunch of nonsense. Some AI tool that checks basic things about site and domain settings.
For example, the SSL certificate is now free on almost all hosting services and only a complete amateur will not add it, because it does not require any knowledge. Everything is done in a few clicks.
With or without Cloudflare, there is no indicator whether a website is a scam or not.
They automatically write an analysis for the webshop, even though the site does not have to have one.

They and similar services do more harm than good with these AI scam analyses and deserve a rating of 1/10 because only makes it harder for those trying to do their research.

Nice work bitmover.

What is the matter with the implementation in browsers for mobile devices? I am specifically interested in Safari
392  Economy / Reputation / Re: Reee: Which campaign has the most spammers? on: March 08, 2024, 12:40:09 AM
I agree here that Stake is by far the leading campaign when looking at spam production.
It is completely unclear why this is so because they currently have the largest weekly budget and everything could look completely different.

For me, the best thing is that the campaign is managed by a team of 6 people, which leaves only two possible conclusions. they deliberately allow this spamfest or they are incompetent to manage such a large campaign.

Get to know our Management team:
- Jesse: over 8 years experienced gambler (casino & sportsbook) and with a great knowledge about crypto. He is the responsible for messaging new approved members. He also check everyone posts to prevent issues with people who use to edit empty posts to abuse from the campaign (an issue we have faced 2x in the past). Working with me for like 4 years.
- Adrian: over 8 years experienced gambler (casino & sportsbook) and with a great knowledge about crypto. He is one of the guys to read & rate everyone posts and also works in the payments sheet. Working with me for like 6 years.
- CapHook: joined casino, sportsbook & crypto world early 2021. He is also one of the guys to read & rate everyone posts and also works in the payments sheet. Working with me for over 2 years now. (he is also the one to handle things when I am not around)
- Tiiks: joined casino, sportsbook & crypto world late in 2023. He is one more of the team to read & rate everyone posts. He also works in the payments sheet.
- Bere: joined casino, sportsbook & crypto world in the end of 2022 (when she started to work with me). She is responsible for reading & rating every single post from the campaign members. She also works in the payments sheet as a final reviewer (to prevent mispayments).
- Me: joined casino, sportsbook & crypto world early 2014. I am the responsible for handling custom deals & sending the payments. Beside that I am the one to reply to all the questions & try to solve any issue our campaign members may have as long as these will not overpass the campaign rules.

393  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Wasabi Wallet - Open Source, Noncustodial Coinjoin Software on: March 07, 2024, 08:57:45 PM
Why would you want dex? To use altcoins, such as ERC-20 USDT? This is not the point of this wallet. This is a bitcoin wallet, with bitcoin advanced privacy features.

Maybe not for ERC-20, but maybe some time at some point BRC20. It's kind of part of the Bitcoin network.
To be clear, I would not support something like this, nor am I a fan of tokens on the btc blockchain.

Special thanks to examplens for his creativity and art.

The team has approved the first three avatars:

All those avatars have Fibonacci elements, that's hugeblack's preference. (even avatars with owls)

Where did you get this information from, we wonder  Smiley :

Since I know you like owls

The thing is that we are currently working on our mascot, and if we ever implement it, it may not be in line with the owl and may be confusing for our brand awareness.

Now everything is clear, the new mascot should be a mouse. We know from earlier that the cat edits the spreadsheet on this campaign and now she doesn't want Owl as a competitor here.  Wink

We prioritize genuine feedback and would love to receive reviews from real users. If possible, please leave your thoughts about us there!

I will write a review here.
I received some funds on the account for testing and the system seems to be functional. I will write some more details, probably tomorrow.
398  Local / Hrvatski (Croatian) / Re: Staking kriptovaluta on: March 06, 2024, 11:48:49 PM
staking USDT-a na Binance je 30%. Trenutno sada 25%. Ali bio je 30%

jesi probao?

Which, if I've done my math right, means next week will be the fifth anniversary. Prepare for celebratory shenanigans.
How can we possibly prepare for that? Cheesy Lots of sleep? Or the opposite? Training? Alcohol?

If someone were to offer wine from plastic bottles, it would be a real celebration.  Roll Eyes

It's not mandatory, you can turn autocoinjoin off from the coinjoin settings in the ". . ." menu at the top right part of your client.

My mistake, I was looking for Coinjoin settings on the connected Ledger hardware wallet.   Embarrassed
