Well it really depends on the price of the boards. I mean let alot the water cooler and power costs a huge portion of the possible money that can be made.
Lets just assume for a second that the board runs at 800gh and because we are pretending, lets say the difficulty is not going to get any higher. So after 100 days you would only generate 1.064 BTC. IF we assume that the water cooler is 60$ and the psu is 40$ That leaves at the current price 260$ that the board price can be.

I'm starting to offer escrow service. 1% or 0.1 BTC, whichever is lower. Im really not sure why anyone would by from hashcoins. I mean the regular prices you will never breakeven. Even with the current discounted prices your chances of breaking even are slim.
Not to mention there are many posts here of people complaining about them.

Your picture looks almost fake  This company almost looks fake. Why are they selling "Apollo v3" which is 550 gh/s per chip at 0.9 w/gh And "Zues v3" which is 900 gh/s per chip at 0.65 w/gh. Seems like BS if you ask me. Apollo v3 redesigned rev 2.3 to rev 2.4 (650-700Mhz) Zeus v3 redesigned Yoli. (850-975Mhz) Please stop trolling us! No one's trolling you, but your numbers don't make sense. You can't get 900GH/s of out of a GN chip at 975MHz. The theoretic maximum with no inefficiencies is 768 hashes per clock cycle. You most certainly can't do so at 0.65J/GH, even at the chip level. If you were running 15 ASICs you might be able to get reasonably close to 4500GH/s and 2800W, but the listed specs are extremely hard to believe. In the absence of some sort of evidence I'm sure you can understand why people are skeptical. I think on hashfast site they claimed they got 860ish GH per chip. I am not sure what gh/watt ratio it was, or if it was even stable. |
