Thank you, now there are two of us at least It would be nice to get some more involvement...Come on guys retweet ... or better yet you could post one yourself.. I tweeted, I vote, I tell people to pick up some fibre yet the price still drops. What else can we do here to make our bags not so baggy? Mine on xpool.ca with your fibre address. It will help push up the price with more buy pressure.

It'd be nice if the poll was updated. I'm having trouble choosing which pool to join. I was a user of TradeMyBit before they shut down. Now on multipool, but don't know if that's the best one for my current hardware.
Whats your hardware? I have custom ports Vardiff, Manual and ports specific to KNC Titan miners with recommended configurations. www.xpool.caCheers!

Mutipool.us looks good, there are a lot of votes for it, but I want auto-exchange all mined coins to BTC, in other words, I want to use my scrypt miner to receive payouts in BTC! Why don't they do it?.. I do that with my multipool. www.xpool.caCheers!

I can see it's mineable but I'm wondering if nothing else is going on? Thanks! not much I'm afraid. It was abandoned cause the miners left and the diff was to high to sustain it. There were talk of a takeover to re-code the diff or merge mine but no one with enough experience is able to get that done. I found an alive node and am re-syncing my wallet from scratch, I'll throw a miner on there for a while & hope for the best. addnode=191.237.129.52:2207 It's still on my old pool as well, www.hasher.ca

Admittedly, it was a low quality post, claiming only "You're beautiful " So I guess it was deletion worthy. I just don't like being used to push other people's mindless agenda's, so I got a little mad when that almost just happened. Though, I guess I kinda deserved it when the first thing I posted here was me bitching that I couldn't compile without playing guess the dependency. It's fine though, all that would come out of it would be that I made a sockpuppet account and continue posting here, if people can't restrain themselves. You'll never know, but I will. So I guess it comes down to - will we throw names at each other, or will I lie to you, or will we just accept that I'm not the one here pushing much of an agenda, so long as you don't spend time researching all my post history looking for the type of ice cream i like? there's also a handy section in the source... doc: https://github.com/laowais/bitcoindark/blob/master/doc/build-unix.txtThere's no magical dependancies that only btcd requires, it's pretty typical for any coin. If you're taking the route of compiling, check the docs so understand what you're getting into is all.

We (frohike and me) are working on bringing phabricator.supernet.org back up, it has some problems atm. It is a very good issue tracker (and more), well suited for instantdex bug tracking.
This should be up already so people that find a bug(s) can log it and it be tracked and weighed for significance and bounty assigned. Found a minor search bug, sleuth pushed fix already. Order books disappearing but is known already?

w/e im over it.
I'll just sit on it for another few months until you guys can read minds.

Not bad, only lasted 13 mins.

So tired of fucking w shitcoins.
Why, after 460 pages, do I have to even guess what dependencies I'm missing to build BTCD.
Also, why isn't there a binary ffs?
Try the first post. Helps if you mention your OS and errors. It's usually pretty obvious what deps your missing as it'll say it can't find such and such. No one can read minds.

I don't get this - why I see different balances in block explorer and in my wallet..?
My wallet is ok, it is 100% synced...
Your wallet will show a combined total of all addresses as when you stake, it's often on a different address even though you can't see it. Explorer will show the specific balance for that specific address. It can not know all the addresses that belong to you, so that's why there are differences. uh that is totally weird.. but balance from the wallet is correct, right..?? Yup. It's PoS functions. https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Proof_of_Stake

do we have masternode wallet
You're in the wrong thread. There is no such gimmick called masternodes with BTCD.

Just downloaded the BTCD- wallet on windows. But it isn't syncing. Closed and reopened a couple times, didn't help. Any ideas?
Been answered many times before in this thread. Check the OP.

(FK: I don't know how to get cryptsy to float a NXT/UNO trading pair: can you tell me how or do it yourself?)
At one time I looked into creating a NXT asset that would have been backed by my 400 frozen Mintpal Uno. Glad I didn't actually do that, since by a miracle I got my Uno back from Ferdous Bhai. Such assets can be created in about 1 minute and traded through NXT, even listed on sites dedicated to trading/tracking NXT assets. A Uno/Nxt trade pair seems unlikely on Cryptsy, but may eventually land on Cryptopia. But for anyone who has an interest in NXT and UNO, I would support them in trying to conjoin those interests. Why not spread the idea of Uno to NXT markets. Or mine for them both on xpool.ca

VARY is NOT merge minable. There is NO auxpow in the src. Why did you say this?
Is VARY supposed to be merge minable or not? Added mining pools and a bit more information.. ....... This brings us to Variance. If this staking system works well, the plan is to bring it over to GorillaBucks. The only difference is that we will leave mining active on this one until Block 8 million. This coin is merge minable with BTC and we will work with pools to get this set up later on The way stake rewards are calculated are dramatically different in Variance. For this reason, we need to ensure the network gets to block 100,000 as quickly as possible for system scaling tests. The most efficient way to achieve this is to keep difficulty low for the first 100,000 blocks. Everyone will have a fair shot at the initial rush, but I would very highly suggest against renting rigs. Mining pools will most likely not be able to keep up with the rush of blocks being found prior to block 100,000. After 100k, it will start moving to more manageable, long term levels. Variance also comes out of the box ready to be merge mined with Bitcoin, PPC, and any other SHA coins that are set up to be auxiliary chains. With Proof of Work active until Block 8 million, this will be a feature I actively pursue making use of ...... Coin Specs
- SHA 256/Merged Ok
- Four Minute Blocks
- 1 VARY per PoW Block
- 1 Hour Deposit -> Stake Eligible
- 8 Hours Mine/Mint -> Full Confirm
- No Yearly Stake Rate
- Scaling Stake Rewards
- Large rewards scaled down
.....

@crackfoo - you got a detailed email from me for your problem And I replied. Nothing has changed on my config... why all of a sudden is it doing this? ja i know your pool worked fine before the update, but hackers setup worked fine, too. weŽll work on a solution for you. I also mine Dash and do not have any issues with the same system setup....
