3901  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Big Dump on: February 16, 2021, 09:54:50 PM
It is really difficult to give advice to anyone about his coins. Because it is very difficult to predict in which direction the market will go in the coming days. Now if you sell your coins at a loss and if the next day the market is pumped again, then it will be very frustrating.

So I always leave the responsibility on the investor to make his own decision, if you are too hesitant to make a decision then you will not be able to make the right decision.
Yes, it is really hard to suggest on what they should gonna do yet even ourselves do also have a hard time on determining if its already the right time to sell for profits.

We cant really just ignore the possibility that there might be some further increase and as a human being then its just normal for us to have those insights or hunch that

it may go further which would really be resulting into hesitance or making up decision.Correction or price dumps are inevitable thats why we should really be smart.
3902  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How to deal with high fees defi? on: February 14, 2021, 11:57:41 PM
Conclusion: swapping asset under $100 is not worth it.
It seems literally they are making their actual business here; Why we need to pay for approval and then for processing in a decentralized environment. These things are honestly making me thinking like we are into a dictatorship. They fix some unnecessary steps with insane fees. Really ridiculous. I am sure like ICO boom, this defi hype also will bite dust in near future as they are not finding their success by solving the real problem but doing business by sucking people's money in different names.

Due to high fees, I have already decided not to go for encashing as of now as I got few of them through airdrop and bounty rewards. They expect me to add more tokens before encashing, but I take another routine which costs nothing to me.
There's no point on making out transactions now if you are really dealing with peanut amounts but if you do deal up with big amounts then these things wont be an issue.

If those people do find out that fees arent worth then they do just simply skip out this moment and wait up for the fees to subside.

There's nothing we can do yet because finding up alternative ways are still on ending up on high fees.
3903  Economy / Gambling / Re: 💰www.bitcrasha.com |⚡️Free BTC|⚡️⚡️$100K Jackpots|⚡️⚡️Free jobs and earnings|⚡️ on: February 14, 2021, 10:32:21 PM
This being licenced by Bustabit will add value to the platform. Bustabit being one among the crash game provider with years of reputation makes room for fair play. As in the statement, we'll have an classic gaming experience on bitcrasha as it is the V1 of Bustabit.

In the thread it is mentioned of free jobs and earnings. I don't know what you've mentioned as jobs, and if you've mentioned about gambling as job, please change it for the good.

One of the thing i do check on when a new crash game that launched in the market is that i do immediately look in https://www.bustabit.com/license.txt

If this site does have purchased that source code or not and this one had purchased which is a great thing but doesnt mean that it will assure success into this market.

You are right on what you had mentioned about free jobs and earnings topic title which is really misleading.
3904  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: "BTC giveaway" scamming sites get mind boggling BTC inflows... on: February 14, 2021, 09:25:37 PM
You can check out @DroomieChikito thread here and see how many scammers are using Elon Musk face to promote fake BTC giveaway.

In this case, I would lean towards what @hatshepsut93 said, they will initially "deposit" huge amount of BTC to that address to look more legit and attract noobs in crypto sphere to deposit there hard earn money.

Yup, it was just a lure in for those noobs to believe that this might really be a real giveaway since of those inputs and outputs on said address.

Only noobs would really fall for this one and to those who doesnt have common sense and thinking off about easy money.

Sooner or later they would realized that they had been scammed and keep whining and crying that crypto is shit.
3905  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does knowing your sport and teams really make you better at betting on them? on: February 12, 2021, 07:59:19 PM
Without even basic knowledge would really give out a problem. You dont even know even on the slightest information on the team or player which you are bound to make bets.

You are just making some blind bets and i dont see any enjoyment involved with your betting since you dont even know on whose the one you've been betting on.
Of course where having knowledge is important so that you would really have some advantage or edge for you to win.
3906  Economy / Speculation / Re: What's reason for pumping btc price? on: February 09, 2021, 10:13:42 PM
Reason?

~Demand
~Adoption
~Hype

Paypal adoption and that Elon Musk 1.5b purchase did really push up the market or bitcoins price.
If you had invested earlier or able to buy while its still cheap then thats already a guaranteed profit.
3907  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does Trading have an advantage over investing?? on: February 09, 2021, 09:12:24 PM
Both could be profitable depending on our skills and the coins that we're investing or trading with. As for me, we could do both at the same time but we should have enough knowledge on how to deal with the market so we'll never have regrets in the future. It's your choice because if you want to gain a profit in just a short period of time then trading would be the best for you.
We can really have both if you do know on what you are doing but of course it would really be needing more capital for this one.Investing is for long term and
trading is for short term and you are right that this will really be needing skills and experience for you to do both things in more efficient way.

Both does have advantage and disadvantages to each other but why would really need to chose if we can have both and make most money on it.
Sounds easy but it wont really be that simple.
3908  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My Journey : Doubling my BTC investment on: February 09, 2021, 08:14:04 PM
My this post is linked with my previous post. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5251838.0

Before current bull run I have 0.1 BTC in my wallet when BTC was trading across 10k. I thought I bought BTC at much high price and it wont go up from here on wards. But things charged.
I am lucky enough to double enough my investment in BTC, thanks to current bull run. I sold my holdings at 30K and I am happy that I am able to get good return. No investment can give such return as BTC is giving to its HODLERS.

If a novice person like me can invest successfully in BTC then anyone with little knowledge can do the same.

Congrats buddy and not only to you but also into those people who had invested and believe in bitcoin into those times where doubt and fear can really be seen or felt in the market.
For those who had bought on that time and didnt mind off the risk too much did really get some nasty rewards in a short span of time.Imagine on how far we have come from
10k price to 46k or almost hitting up to 50k which is really a great achievement of all.

You didnt only doubled your investment but rather making it triple since you had sell off in 30k price point.
3909  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The gambling black market thrives in Britain on: February 08, 2021, 08:20:58 PM
If people prefer the black market (with all its risks and disadvantages) then this means that the government does a shitty job and the "white" market has the worst conditions. It works the same in all areas, excessive taxes, regulation and other restrictions on the rights of people lead to the fact that they try to avoid it and thus a black market appears.
It is not just that, black market have a loyal customers and the head of the operations knows a lot of people. Not to mention that the money you mean on the underground are tax free, and if I am right, they do not profit big on gambling, they want the loan sharking part of the operations. It is partly the fault of legal gambling businesses and the authorities on why this underground gambling dens are not dying, the businesses are strict and the wins are not that great, on the authority side, they seem to enjoy the profits of corruption.

This is exactly what I said - if you impose inadequate taxes, then people start to evade them and a black market arises. This also applies to other restrictions. The easiest way to defeat the black market is to have adequate rules and regulations in the white market.
Even having that adequate rules and regulations in a legal market wouldnt still be a viable solution because there would be people/owners would really be going into this path.

Some would go align with paying up the right  tax and there would be some that wont really be tending to pay which do really ends on this.

Its no surprise that each government would really have different take when it comes to gambling industry or business.

3913  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Crypto Pump Island a scam or legit? on: February 07, 2021, 09:51:43 PM
Hello, guys

I have access to the telegram group Crypto Pump Island signals. It is a legit channel where the admin shares the signals that you have to invest. Just that. There is no much more about the channel.
If you want to have a try, please add me on telegram @pelukas_vgo (+34 722 12 44 69). I create a private group where I share the same signals with you, and if you like, the price will be too much lower than the original asks for (he asks for 0,03 BTC).

Even if you would go it more lower or lets say 0.01 BTC. No one will really be paying up something like that just for them to get those pump and dump signals.

Even if its for free  then its not advisable for someone to join up these things yet the tendency of getting ton loads of shit tokens is high.

You wouldnt know if those coins had already been pumped and just luring out those noobs inside for them to buy and then you do sell off your load to
secure your profits.
3914  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Newbie gambling sites on: February 06, 2021, 08:12:57 PM
I was late enough to have gotten myself some FunFair (FUN) before the fun began. Now it has already climbed above 100 sats. But I guess it will still continue to rise.
Well I don't think it will go up immediately in sats, since BTC is currently pumping but I think in few months it could reach 150 sats quite easily. Smiley

It has actually gone up already. If I am not mistaken, it has even breached the 200 sats level just within the month of February. Perhaps some people who were privy to the plans and decisions were already purchasing a lot of FunFair (FUN) tokens even before the announcement came out or even the rumor started spreading. That's already at least double the price from January.

I was thinking the price would still continue to climb but then I guess there were already heavy dumping plus Bitcoin is currently in a strong rally. The price of FUN in terms of Bitcoin is affected.

I was bit surprised that Funfair did able to pump out and i was well aware of this coin existence but i never anticipated that it would really be making some significant move

onto this current price increase rally in the market.Same goes for DOGE situation where everyone didnt anticipate for it to happen and same goes with this one.

For gambling site recommendations then there are lots and most of them had been mentioned and said so theres no need for me to repeat.
3915  Economy / Economics / Re: Would another war in the middle east affect crypto on: February 03, 2021, 10:49:47 PM
The impact of the war in the Middle East is not as good as Musk's twitter
*OK, you're 100 percent right...
the war in the middle east is an eternal war that will never stop until whenever. btw, I don't really care about wars in the Middle East because usually, it's just a case of fighting over land and oil rights, and believe me it will have no impact on crypto prices.

There's no correlation about wars and bitcoin market.Come to think on what happened when we do suffer on this covid 19 pandemic? There might be some declines
but doesnt mean that this had be the reason on such dump because price can move without any viable reason.Same goes into these kind of fundamentals
where wars wont really be significant that could really affect bitcoins price or the entire crypto market. So its not really that a serious
matter for you to mind off if you do plan to make use of it or including into those fundamentals.
3916  Economy / Speculation / Re: Alert: Get ready to deal with FUDS about Bitcoin on: February 03, 2021, 09:08:05 PM
I developed an anti-FUD core resistance since I entered the forum in 2014. I have seen them all so far: mt.gox, china ban, finex hack, silkroad, used only by criminals, used only by terrorists, the flippening (!)... shall I continue?
Spend a few hours learning the basics about bitcoin and no fud will shake your hodling nature.
FUD shall not pass.

I think that everyone who starts to learn about the cryptocurrency market has to pass it. Unfortunately, many new users are investing at the wrong time and communicating their disappointment in the form of FUD here on Bitcointalk. As you wrote, FUD will not end, nor will the fact that someone in the market has to lose so that someone else can earn. This is just what it looks like and it will be
People would realize it as they do hover out into this market. It would really be a included into this continuous cycle where fuds and shills will really be circling around.
You should really deal with it by emotion because this will really affect your decision towards your investment because if you dont able to handle it well then
this will result into a mistake and you should let or make yourself aware on  these kind of events or happenings.Instead on panicking then it would be wise
if you do just utilize up these things and be smart into your next move.
3917  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin vs eth on: February 03, 2021, 07:28:30 PM
A year ago I bought 1 BTC and 20 ETH
I have very high hopes for eth and was wondering if I should transfer all or some or none of that bit coin into eth.
It’s dumping right now but I was thinking since there’s a discrepancy in the price might be a good time to get in
Let me know ur thoughts
Thanks so much
The question is, do you still hold 1 bitcoin and 20 ethereum now? Because if you already sell your bitcoin and ethereum, you will not make a big profit now. Bitcoin and ethereum can increase so high this year, so if you still have your bitcoin and ethereum, you can expect to make a lot of money from both bitcoin and ethereum. But we do not have an exact number on how high bitcoin and ethereum price will increase later because, in the crypto market, there are many possibilities for those coins to hit the very highest price.
Only he knows if he had or hadnt sold off those bitcoin and Eth and just like what you said if he had still able to hold off those coins then profits that the made are really significant

but if he had sell off earlier then it isnt still a bad call as long he do make profits then that would be still considered as a good move even though the profit is less but
profits will be still profits.

Questions on mind will really be popping out when you are actively trying to look on market price but if you do plan for long term then
these things wont really be bothering you.
3918  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When Do You Take Profit From Your Altcoin Bags? on: February 03, 2021, 05:34:22 PM
We have different strategy to make profit from altcoins but mine is if the altcoins increased around 20% then I will take my profit just a short trade only and for stop loss maybe only -10%.. I also have some altcoins that I hold for long term, hoping to double my money in the future.
My bag is composed of long term coins and those short term ones.It cant really be denied that we are really aiming for that 10-100x gains on an altcoin excluding
those top one of course but for short term then its always good to stick into those huge volume or those top tier coins in the market.
Managing your bags would really vary on each person because we do have different decisions towards on profit taking.
Neither it would be on 10-20% or would go after with 100%-200%, depending on what percentage do a trader would really be contented.
3919  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Trust your gut on: February 03, 2021, 03:22:40 PM
My whole family told me to sell bitcoin when it dipped from 41k to 30k (i bought at 10k). I just laughed and HODL’d. If you believe in something don’t allow yourself to get influenced by family or people online.

100k EOY🚀
Congratulations for your assertiveness  Grin. and now make sure you win with the great advantages of today's market. the trend of the great shark is moving out of the pool and that will explode the strong waves. 100k $ would be great for the long term but better if BTC reached 50k by the end of February.

I'll give you that!

but actually you can make more money if you had just sold on 40k and then buyback in 30k.Rinse and repeat.Well, this is only good for those who can
actively engage with the market but for someone who do decide to play somewhat safer then holding would be the best thing to do.
Your instincts or gut will surely help you along the way but not as really that reliable since it wont really be that precise for you to depend.
