4781  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: what you should do crisis time in trading ? on: April 20, 2018, 10:44:14 PM
I saw many people are struggle with money management in crisis time and loose their attentions. as result many people get frustrated. they will try to get out from this situation very badly ..what do you think how you can manage your money in this situation or what would be your step?
Money or Risk management would be hard to attained if you dont have a strong awareness and discipline on ones self which you cant really handle out situations like this if you cant able to control specially your emotions. Crisis time can really be experienced anytime into this very volatile market. You should be aware and prepare for that thing because once it hits you,too much stress can really be obtained on where you should prepare yourself on how to handle that.Experienced would vary and teaches you along the way.
4782  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Did you agree Chamath Palihapitiya Bitcoin price prediction?? on: April 20, 2018, 10:27:19 PM
No,i do not agree with him.
even though it's a good thing for us,what we are looking for now is a global adoption.
if we are reaching that point i am afraid only a few from us that could afford to buy it.
with that people will hesitate to use it as their main form for every transaction, what we are looking for now is a global adoption.
it is too early for Bitcoin to reach that,it might reach that point after 20 years($100.000).
of course it will only happen if everything is went well like (regulation, globally accepted and fraud control).
for now ? it is far from that.
(we could see it,but it will become a bubble)
Even thinking off 100k usd on 20 years would be somehow hard and we dont even know if bitcoin would still exist those days or crypto will sustain further on future. We do really indeed need adoption! I dont really care too much if we do reach up new heights on bitcoins price and same as you said anyone cant really afford anymore to buy such matter.Regarding on those bold prediction i do see that those are just coincidence  Cheesy . No one can predict future thats why we do make speculations.
4783  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Significant Trade Volume Triggers Localbitcoins KYC Requirement on: April 20, 2018, 09:53:11 PM
Every business has a good time and a bad time. With this kind of forced verification attempts, the bad time will start for localbitcoins. I am sure a lot of traders will be migrated to paxful after such kind of verification attempts. Even though I didn't get such notification from them because my trade volume with locabitcoins is not very significant, but it's better to be sure than to regret later. I am switching to paxful now and I am glad that paxful is already active in my country with lots of traders.
This is already somehow anticipated which sooner or later KYC procedures or implementation would happen specially when trading volume would really already create some noise. For now there would really be such transition of traders which they would highly migrate to LB to paxful which i do agree on your point. KYC era will surely go across into various platforms and services for sure.
4784  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: How to keep yourself protected from crypto scams on: April 20, 2018, 09:29:29 PM
good article and some great tips we all can learn from.
Its true that its mostly newbies who are going to get scammed quicker,
they need to learn about the likes of Pump-N-Dump schemes and HYIP sites also.
Scammers are devising really convincing ways to trap people from Phone calls, e-mails and crypto scams.

Thanks for posting this!
And the reason the newbies are the ones that fall the most in those scams is not just because they're newbies is because they are investing for the wrong reasons, they see the examples of people that became rich with cryptocurrencies and they want to emulate their success not thinking that they are the exception and while there is a lot of money to be made you need to be constant and you need to be patient.
In short most of them do hurry to become rich which they do see those successful person do make easy things for them to achieve those situation which it isnt really right at all.It would takes time and patience for you to achieve such manner and come to think of you would need to put up money to earn money. Theres no easy get quick rich scheme on here.

Talking back about protecting yourself from scams. If you just starting up then better read up feedbacks and suggestions which will really give you idea and later on your experience will teach you gradually along the way.
4785  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is airdrop a good idea before ICO? on: April 20, 2018, 09:09:47 PM
Hey, guys!
What's your opinion on airdrops? Is it a good way to draw attention of community & possible investors to a project?
Airdrops is one of the ways on distributing tokens to the public for free with just a simple sign up then you are eligible to recieve those free tokens. Therefore this do really create an awareness towards the ICO or upcoming sale. This is why we do see airdrops everynow and then when theres a sale. Getting investors in all sorts of marketing and next to that is on doing bounty campaigns and so forth.
4786  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 4 Tips to Becoming a Better Cryptocurrency Investor on: April 20, 2018, 08:52:07 PM
Building a good strategy is very difficult and mostly depends on the one who use it so I don't think there may be some compliacated strategy that is suitable for everyone. Hodl is good for everyone but it is simple strategy.
We do indeed create our own strategy which we would able to realize it along the way but to read up those things above those are really good informations which can a certain person can applied to himself but i would say it wont really be an easy thing.Being investor do really have lots of significant factors on where we can able to resist temptations and wrong decisions towards on what we saw in our surroundings.
4787  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Wanchain a sound investment or over hyped? on: April 19, 2018, 10:56:47 PM
Wanchain is a great investment. It is a fork of ethereum with private transactions that cannot be tracked. It also has an otc function in their wallet. Their progress is also great, they are constantly improving and they will be running ICOs on their platform. Do you remember what has happened with ethereum after they have annouced that they will be running icos? It pumped so much. I think that wanchain will do the same just wait!
Not against with Wanchain but i would rather to prefer Byteball when it comes to have its own chain which isnt dependable into other existing alts in the market but well they have still lots of time to prove themselves that they are really worthy project. For now its being hyped up and for those who did buy in the lowest prices do make some serious profits. Its up to you as an investor to get out directly or hold it for long term.
4788  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: New Bull Run? Market Cap rises +3,4% daily (+8,5B/Day) for 12 consecutive days!! on: April 19, 2018, 09:55:10 PM
This confirms to me that we are most likely starting a recovery. There will of course be drops and corrections in a recovery, but I believe that most cryptocurrencies already bottomed out and we won’t see new lows for any of the top coins. I’m no expert and I could be wrong but that’s the way it appears and I expect a slower steady rise from here.

Don't be so quick. We need much more to say we are out of the bear market or that we entered a bull run. Sure we held the last low of 6k but this could easily just be another lower high on the weekly charts and dip further eventually. The regulations are still pending and they can change the market drastically. Until we break 12k I won't see this as a bull run. (talking in bitcoin price)
You are right we should not really be too confident on saying that this is already a bull run.We do see such increase which is good but i dont really trust how do price moves because anytime there might be some negative news ones again which will be the cause on dipping again on 6k price on bitcoin and other altcoins in the market which would hit up their lower lows once again.Id love to see 12k price on btc and recovering up atleast 70% price of coins to their recent ATHs.
4789  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pornhub has started accepting crypto on: April 19, 2018, 08:47:13 PM
Why it was Verge?Somebody explain me,cuz these guys recently had problems with their product
And we don`t see the growth of this coin so much,so what will the future be?Smiley
Why verge? because Pornhub company did select such thing.Even though we do see problems into their products but doesnt mean that they wont really be adapted. We are seeing currently verge do dumped its price after such announcement with the collaboration to Pornhub. We wont know on the things would happen ahead but they do really take consideration for a crypto to be accepted into their service on where this would really be beneficial to Verge hodlers  Grin
4790  Economy / Exchanges / Re: What's going on with Poloniex? on: April 19, 2018, 08:17:19 PM
Do they normally ignore customer support tickets?
Back into the years when they are just starting and in the top spot they are really responsive but nowadays they are messed up with their service and so as with their support.

Am I the only one that has problems with them?
Hundreds of users for sure do have the same problems as yours.

This is why im skipping on using up their exchange and do jump with bittrex and so as with Binance.
4791  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Buy antminers with loan on: April 19, 2018, 07:55:36 PM
Hello guys, since you can make loan on buying any tech and etc things, is it possible to buy antminers officially from Bitmain with bank's loan?
I don't mean direct loan from bank, I mean loan you make when buying smartphones for example.
Also if this is possible, can we took loans online and which banks (your local) offers that? What are bank's terms? (interest %, period of loan).
You may ,you may not.Don't consider Miners any different from the other white goods you buy on a loan. There is no absolute answer for your question,it all depends on your country of residence, bank policies and or the economical conditions.
If you have a valid collateral, you can request a loan on bitcointalk. However possibility of getting your loan funded on bitcointalk is rare.
When we do talk about loan on bitcointalk for the sake of purchasing antminers then most likely no one would really agree to this reason unless if you do have a acceptable valuable collateral then it might be considered but i dont see that someone would really grant this kind of request.

When it comes to bank loans, we can make personal loans which it isnt really necessary for us to put up on where those funds would be used as long you agree to their terms and interest rates then i dont see any problem on here.
4792  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ICO or buy later on exchange ? on: April 19, 2018, 07:32:32 PM
Buying coins before ICO is a risky thing but the benefits and profit is awesome if the project gets success. You need to do a thorough research before investing into it.

Buying coins post ICO is bit costly but the risk is bit reduced compared to buying before ICO but here also you need to do a thorough analysis.

Suggest you to invest in existing coins first if you are new to crypto market then try for ICO post or pre investment on a later stage.
As we all know the Higher the Risk the Higher the rewards we can able to generate on and this do happen into this scenario on where this decisions would really vary entirely on us. If you can embrace such risk then proceed if not then better to wait and buy on exchangers later on.You would really need to be keen or researcher if you do really like to benefit on pre-sales.Once you hit the right project then it would be an easy money for you.
4793  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Winner of this year, ETH or BTC? on: April 19, 2018, 07:09:53 PM
Bitcoin is the king and ethereum is the queen, so we know which are the winner of this year bitcoin is still the winner based on the capitalization of marketcap https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin/ and ethereum is the queen due to however ethereum is number two in capitalization of marketcap, but actually it is just my speculation due to we are still in middle years, the final result can be seen on the end of year.
Even though we are still on 2nd quarter of this year i would say BTC would be still the king of this year and more upcoming years to come and theres no doubt on that.BTC community or supporters is too big or many which we can really presume that it would really still remain on the spot no matter what but there are possibilities that ETH can overtake bitcoin yet we know nothing on this world would be on top spot or being permanent.
4794  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Massive loss 40% underwater on: April 16, 2018, 10:17:38 PM
Got in at the height of Jan this year and all holdings lost more than half from the previous peak.

Very frustrated and was afraid that crypto will be zeroed out, so sold at massive loss more than 50%+ realized loss

After sold last week, all coins came back up 10-20%, even more frustrated, what to do?
Theres nothing you can do since the damage had been done already unless if you did able to buyback on cheaper coins on where the market is still on the dump side.If not then you would really end up regretting and realizing that you shouldnt able to sell out those coins and you might able to break even or getting some percentage profits when price recovery happens.Dont be stressed out since most newbies on trading or investing to crypto will definitely pass this experience and atleast you do already learn on how market behaves.
4795  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Most crypto millionaires forgot that they had crypto! on: April 16, 2018, 09:36:47 PM
This is very true if you invest in a sound project that end up making it big, what do you want to say of some projects in the space that have done ICOs and THEIR VALUE HAVE GONE ALMOST to zero, what are you going to say about projects like Mastercoin and many more like this, for a fact most projects will not come out of this recent dump thesame
For sure millionaire stories would turn out to be poor stories or either just break even. Not all coins do have the same path or do have the same chances on pumping out thats why i do consider that being millionaire is being mixed with some luck. For those who adopt on earlier years and tend to forget it and later on discover that their holdings did progress its price then they do deserve such thing. 50% chance on heading that way. Back in the years i would consider that there are lots of potential coins will make you millionaire if you did able to hold it up for 2 or more years.
4796  Economy / Marketplace / Re: 1 Year in Cryptocurrency still no luck earning bitcoin. Need some real advice. on: April 16, 2018, 09:06:24 PM
Need some expert or real advice on how I can earn bitcoin. thanks

You're saying you're in crypto for one year. What are you doing - mining, trading, buying and staking? Why doesn't it work for you?
I think, he is still reading and posting and reading again. Sometimes, we need some friends to assist us and give us some advice specially here in crypto community, this is too complicated and lot of scammers ( add hackers ). Thinking that the author of this thread is doing his usual job in reality, which is good in other way than doing nothing here in bitcointalk.org.

You're probably right. But even in that case one year is supposed to be enough for anyone to start asking more specific questions (at least) Smiley
The only possible reason which comes to my mind is that the person who is there in the world o crypto currency since last one year is only there physically but is not present there mentally and that he is not that much interested in that as he should be.

You need to learn so many things at time when you are there in the world of crypto currency and that learning of more things can only help you in having more earnings.
One year time is already quite a long time to consider and you would probably learn up the things on here on crypto. Its quite impossible for a person didnt able to progress on his own inspite on the duration hes staying up to this forum itself. Earning bitcoin do have lots of ways it would really vary or depend on how you would apply it. Doesnt really need any advice but somehow its much better to see some guides if you do find out that it doesnt work for you.Just try and try.
4797  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: newbie bounty manager on: April 16, 2018, 08:18:51 PM
I would not worry. Often for the company to create a new account on the site.
This tends to be the case which it do happen anytime to see a newbie account to handle out a specific campaign but sooner or later it would took into their consideration that they will hire a reputable manager which will caught up attention to the public specially when managers are those famous ones. Newbie manager doesnt always signifies that they are already scam because some of them do have the experience on handling out people or participants.
4798  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Tradebattle - battles for traders on: April 16, 2018, 07:33:17 PM
Very soon the battle of traders will start. Do not miss this spectacle!

Good! We are waiting for the beginning of the battle of traders. I made popcorn Cool

Have you made popcorn?  ahaha, but what about beer?  Grin
When will the application for registration in the battle of traders be ready?

Hey,

This week we will finish the work on the application. Now you can leave your email on the Tradebattle website.
50 traders wont be too much? considering into those number or spots then it will surely be filled too long but well considering on the entry cost its quiet understandable. This is a good concept yet this would be a battle and showing or proving out yourself that you are better trader than others. Some might join not for the prize but on the competition itself.I didnt read up the link, do the winner will be proclaimed in highest percentage gain? or on amount?
4799  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SCAM ICOs developer as a new genocide system on: April 16, 2018, 05:58:29 PM
`snip`
Im with this, and i fully agree on the things you are saying on here and i do feel your motive and insights but we cant really change the reality that we will not able to stop those doings. Why? people are way too greedy, the word "dignity" wont really be applied into their vocabulary which means they dont really care at all on what would happen or the things being affected on such scam motives and as long they can able to make money and benefit on their own then they dont really care at all.
4800  Economy / Exchanges / Re: BINANCE FAILED TO LOG IN on: April 15, 2018, 10:00:45 PM
I used to have binance issues when I first started using them. You have to use Google chrome because using Microsoft Edge just doesn't cut it -- too many errors. It seems the site, like most sites, is only fully compatible with Chrome.

Sometimes, too, your Google 2fa is wrong or you're just a couple o seconds behind the new code. That plays a huge role. And sometimes the 2fa just fails for no reason at all Tongue.

If you're still having issues, try these tricks. Thanks to OP for figuring out that you also need to clear your browser's cache.
If you had read out the recent update of OP it do already mentioned that he do already have access to the site.
Actually i had experienced that downtime,we dont know what actually happen since binance didnt make any announcement towards that downtime but well its not already an issue since we do have already the access as of now.
