3981  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to trade after all time high on: January 08, 2021, 10:20:44 PM
Can anyone please suggest that, how should we trade when Bitcoin or any token is above it's all time high.

At that time we don't have any charts,so we should trade with the help of indicator only.....

You need to define why you trade crypto currency, do you trade crypto currency because of its all time high or because you want to take profits steadily without fail ? As  a trader; you should have percentage profits target and not concern yourself with all time high. Long Hodlers should worry about all time highs. Do not lose focus while trading.
All time high wont really be an issue for most traders because they can trade out without any problems, it doesnt matter if its a bearish or bullish market because as long the market moves
then this is where people do love  to engage.Trading in all time high wont be an issue.

Its true that you should not panic out or dont lose your focus when you do trade because this is where things becomes messy when you havent done your typical trading system.

For people who do see this as an issue then they should skip out things if they do see that they arent really ready to engage yet.
3982  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We can reduce our chances of loss on: January 08, 2021, 09:15:27 PM
I am writing this specially for newbies

Rather than investing in a shit coin to have 2x 3x profit within a day,If we invest in the top alts when it is in the Deep, then it can give a good profit.
Specially in a case of newbies, they always run behind 2x or 10x profit and in maximum cases they loose their money , but my friend's 10-20% profit is also very good.
And please don't enter in market when everything is pumped,if you miss this opportunity then wait for the other one.

Good point but not all will really be having that kind of mindset and majority will really be aiming for faster and bigger profits in a short time. They do like to exchange 10-20% gains to those 5-100x or profits.

Due to greed and being too impatient then you would most likely end up into this path but when the time comes that you had already lost your money due to this very reason then  thats the time
you would really be changing up your course.

Stick to the top ones but doesnt mean it will give out some guarantees.
3983  Economy / Speculation / Re: When and How much low on next Bear Market? on: January 08, 2021, 07:55:45 PM
It could be 1/3 of the price if even it will be dumped again.
I am sure it will happen. There is always a selling moment. I think they are just holding now expecting more.
It did give them more but the "enough" thought would come and they will sell.
I hope we could also make our profits once it happens and then back to buying more bitcoin so it will scatter more instead of just whales keeping it.
Always been late when that happens.  Cheesy
Agree on that line that it is too late when it happens thats why we should assumed a little bit more advance on making step but though it is a risky move.

Selling moment is really there but those big players are just waiting for the right moment to sell off. There would always be a point on where these holders
will really be selling out for profits.

Bear market? A market cant be called one if we dont have this.Correction and pullbacks are normal so be prepared for it.
3984  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much btc do you need to secure your future? on: January 08, 2021, 06:58:27 PM
man as a living being will never be satisfied with whatever the result. To secure the future with 1 bitcoin alone is enough as a field of business. Return to ourselves by controlling it to think about the future.
No man would really be contented on limited numbers of coins. They would really be aiming on things as much as they want and possible as they can do.  Wink

When it comes to securing your future then a considerable amount will be enough but of course people do love on having that lavish life and they can buy on whatever they wanted.

So in result they would really be aiming into something which will really be having more on what they can possible get.
3985  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: People paying $1200 for 1 Ethereum are crazy... You only get rich buying CHEAP on: January 07, 2021, 11:59:14 PM
So I want to bring this old topic up, remember when ETH was $1200 and Bitcoin was $15000? Now Bitcoin is $32000 and ETH is only $1000.

Meanwhile I have made x50 and more on some smaller coins. ETH was good when you bought it for $10. Now you need small projects for massive gains. Something will replace ETH and it still isnt even decided if dApps ever will be a huge market anyways.

So something as Nano seems like a way better investment because it can easily go x20 from just a few on Wallstreet seeing its potential.

What are these other coins you made 50x on?
This kind of selection is just like on doing pure gambling. Most of these coins reaches out 50-100x are to those low cap coins. Its a do or die kind of situation where you do just crossed your fingers for it to get pumped.

Back on topic since this one is an old one which do talks about ETH on 1200 then they had already experienced on getting break even at the moment if they do managed to held up that long.

Currently, altcoins are starting to move now if we do look up the situation of the market. For those who had bought cheap while alts are still on sleep are reaping off some gains now.
3986  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Govts would want to regulate exchanges much more! on: January 07, 2021, 10:58:22 PM
Govts would want to regulate exchanges much more!

Bitcoin is now hitting to $40K. Governments will take Bitcoin seriously and will regulate the exchanges much more as many US pensioners having money in the form of Bitcoin among them many are US soldiers, lawyers or government officials. Many of them keep their money on exchanges. Therefore governments may take it seriously just to save the funds of their employees and their peoples.

Giving some points--

-Its never been ideal or safe to store up coins on an exchange. When it comes on storing then nothing beats out when you do store those coins on your own wallet where you do own thekeys.

-Anyone could engage to bitcoin, it doesnt limit out on what is your profession, position or status in life.

-Government doesnt really mind off about saving the funds of their employees, they do always come after with taxation.
3987  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's the biggest mistake you've made on crypto? on: January 07, 2021, 09:54:04 PM
Unfortunately, it is almost impossible to do without mistakes, but it is even more difficult to accept them and realize that this is just a part of our life.
For me personally, it was devastating to sell a few bitcoins at a low price back in 2016. Of course, the understanding of my mistake came only in 2017.
We did mistakes on 2017 and we might make mistakes again for this year. The common mistake that we did was we never bought at the low price and sold at the highest price.
It is happening again for this year with some investors but for us who have learned, don't make the same mistakes and take your profits.
For people who do caught in FOMO then for sure they would really be experiencing some loss and for those who do have experience back in the past will really be

keen on making such step and hesitance but with those noob mistakes on diving into the market without any analysis did really play out well. For those who had bought on 20-24k

to believe that the price might shooting up more then they did really a right call. For those who have doubted then we had already made out an another mistake.
3988  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is this the right time to reinvest into Bitcoin? on: January 07, 2021, 08:57:20 PM
I know it's not only mine but story of most of us who didn't invest into bitcoin once it crossed $20k mark assuming it would go through correction phase but it has gained almost 100% more since that time and I am not sure if it's worth risking to invest into bitcoin when it's nearing $40k?

Please share your opinion without any generic response like "there is no good or bad time to invest into bitcoin".
When it comes into these kind of decisions then theres no doubt that people will really be having those second thoughts in mind on buying when bitcoin hits up its ath.

We had already experienced about big correction and we cant avoid not to think that it might happen again once we do hit up all time high.So investment decisions

will really be needing some sort of risk for you to buy on even if its already on high price. For those who took risk then they are the ones who do make out some
profits at this moment.
3989  Economy / Economics / Re: Fake COVID-19 vaccines....by Paying in Bitcoins on: January 06, 2021, 11:32:01 PM

I doubt that they are not that dumb to think that those vaccines being available in those market is actually legitimate and effective. The internet is known for a lot of bizarre and dangerous things, and the fact that there are not proofs that these vaccines are even true makes it more reason to not buy them. The main idea of it being sold in risky sites or places reeks the smell of a no-no.
Dumb or simply suicide kind of decision but there are still actually who do really buy with these unknown vaccines specially to those who are desperate fellas that had been affected by Covid
or their kin or relatives which might really be that interested on buying in a dark market. It is really just dumb for you to consider this option knowing that there are no proofs that
this one is legit or not because if there is already some cure then it would really be announced publicly. There no way that they would get ahead before the official announcement
and distribution. There no point on buying into these marketplaces and specially wasting up your coin into something which you dont know if its real or not.
3990  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The Rise of DeFi — A Temporary Threat to Major Coins? on: January 06, 2021, 10:35:40 PM
i'm sure that defi is not like trending tool but mostly a great decentralized concept and it even will replace traditional centralized exchanges. i prefer to choose credible defi and especially - dex projects to invest
We cant deny that decentralization is always the best but in the reality we've been facing, we do much prefer on using up CEX which is clearly evident.

Rise of DeFi? I dont see anything special, there might be some projects which did succeed but most of them are just like into those ICO projects that had flooded out the market.
Its not a threat because this is just an another project that do focuses out on a certain key area.
3991  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: You all were right. I was wrong! on: January 06, 2021, 10:09:10 PM
You know it is quite better of you hold bitcoin rather than xrp or eth, as you can see bitcoin keeps on growing each day, it might have some dip recently but as you can see it is almost 36kusd now, I have read a thread in here asking if those people who bought bitcoin @27k are fool, maybe we can sa that if they are strong and did not panic they will have a 10Kusd profit now, and it continuesly pumping. I rather hold bitcoin or eth maybe now , I've hold xrp as well but fud came so it is not good to buy xrp now at high price or if you bought it I think it will take too much time for it to grow again.
Setting aside about XRP, it isnt really worth to buy in now specially of the current issues but it isnt bad to consider on buying when its already on the bottom.Just give some time for it to settled
and it might sound dumb to buy but it isnt really a bad idea either because getting cheap prices as low as possible will be the main target not for those low cap coins but for those projects which had been
on top rankings for a while now.Due to unpredictability of the market, we cant really tell whose right and whose wrong because it cant really be avoided for us to miss
out those opportunities to make money due to bad decision or doesnt react at all.
3992  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Who the hell is doing this? on: January 06, 2021, 09:09:54 PM
I wonder, who is buying Bitcoin and alt coins like $ETH, $BET & $LTC so high now. what happened to the buy low & sell high rule?

Buy low and Sell high rule isnt applicable for most people yet there are fellas who do go after with long term holds no matter what prices that they've entered.

It might look dumb to buy on these peaks but doesnt mean that they arent aware on the situation that theyre into but they dont really care at all because they are
going for long term.No matter how bad the price will be on next minute then it doesnt matter because they already accepted the risk since from the start.

Dont get surprised if there are people who are willing to buy specially Bitcoin.
3993  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Things will be different this time around on: January 06, 2021, 06:35:22 PM
To all those saying altcoin season won't likely happen, in January 2018 altcoin season was able to triggered because bitcoin was done for at 19k to 20k at the time, this time bitcoin isn't done yet, you can see that dominance is increasing too, it might take longer than expect, stop expecting history to repeat itself in same ways like 2017

You cant blame out people not to have those kind presumptions about history to repeat itself. We cant remove on someones mind into those things that theyve been thinking.
Even myself do still doubt for this kind of rise, we cant just expect that it would continue and able to reach up heights without any some sort of hard correction.
Its neither a yes or no for things to happen after this run. This might be a different or would be just the same on what we had saw in the past.
If we do try to compere the level of adoption and acceptance then its quite obvious and evident.
3994  Economy / Speculation / Re: Yes, you who are waiting, what is your excuse now? on: January 06, 2021, 05:41:40 PM
I have read a number of questions such as 'when to enter?', 'what is the best price to buy?', 'should I wait?', etc. And statements such as 'I am waiting for a dip to buy', 'I should've bought at this and that price', 'Bitcoin is now very expensive', etc.

In the past 24 hours as per CMC, Bitcoin has reached $34,346.59 USD and fell down $28,722.76 USD. There was around $6,000 USD in difference or should I say discount.

To you who waited for a dip, did you buy at $28,722.76 or did your hand shake? Did you act on it or did you wait for more? The train slowed down for you. The price fell down for you. Did you buy?
For sure this situation had made out neither those who wait for the dip and for those who do eventually shake off their hands when they do saw that the price had go down so fast.

I can really tell that lots of people had presume out that this might be the another 2017 event that did happen in the past where the price had crashed down to the floor.

Lucky for those who entered in 28k and able to make profits in a short span of time when the price had clinged up to 35k which its really a good positioning in a short span of time.
3995  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Did I just lose my wallet? on: January 05, 2021, 11:59:27 PM
My computer crashed but I had my bitcoin address and password in my password manager so I thought I was good. I installed the Bitcoin core app again, but can't figure out how to open my existing wallet and realized the password I have isn't the seed-like sequence of words I thought it was. Am I screwed?
As long the HDD is still fine you can still make out some recoveries of the files inside it. As long you do know the password then it wont really be needing some seed.
3996  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Tips to find new gem on: January 05, 2021, 11:23:02 PM
hey folks, i'm new in crypto and want learn more about this. As BTC has already pump a lot i'm trying to find a new gem with a low marketcap which can have a decent run in the following years. I can read sometimes some people picked some coins and did a lot of profit, and i was wondering how they can do to detect a coin with a lot of potentiel. I started to search but to be honest i don't know where to start. I was wondering if some people could share their experiences and how to be able to detect a coin Smiley

It all matters on what project is all about, people do check:

-Real life usage
-Known developers
-Realistic roadmap
-Good Whitepaper
-Team behind are knowledgeable and capable of things.
-Dedication and seriousness towards their project.

These are common but be careful because scammers could really have these kind of traits
to fool people or investors.
3997  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Resources for trading strategies? on: January 05, 2021, 10:25:59 PM
There any good guides out there?  How to divide your investment, strategies to follow, etc.  Long term or short term?

When it comes to guides then GOOGLE would be your friend. You would see lots of guides online and this is where you own understanding and decision
on which one you would gonna follow or would be ignored.

This forum itself does have lots of people who do give out their own speculation with corresponding chart showoffs which i do see to be helpful for those
people who do just recently start up on trading.Just make it sure that you wont really be falling in the hands of any FOMO or FUD thing.

Put some effort on making a little bit research.
3998  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC To 1$ on: January 05, 2021, 09:57:07 PM
DONT be fucking stupid, when it was 20k$ i said it will dump to 3.6k$ you dont believed , Now iM TELLING YOU btc WILL go to 1$  soon, There is no logic in crypto, do you understand?
Then why you're here on the first place? People who had been engaging on this forum are believers that bitcoin would really going to moon and will be globally adopted.

You can even tell that bitcoin would be dead and you do have some point since all of us do have our own perspective and believes towards price. If you do saw that bitcoin would go back to
$1 then no one will force you to convince.

Wait, are you a prophet?  Grin
3999  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is alt season? What does it entail? on: January 05, 2021, 09:24:03 PM
I don’t understand what an alt season is other than altcoins growing in price. Why do they grow in price? How do people determine whether an alt season has begun?

When  we do talk about literally on the term you had mentioned then you do actually had already tell on what it is.

What does it entail? This is on when the market shifts where people who are in bitcoin market will go back to alts market or lets say they can both correlate when it comes to
price trend or movement. Funds that do flow in the market will go into alts which do results into price increases.

This is why some of people do buy up cheap alts when bear market hits because they do presume that there would really be a switch up.
4000  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Had you sold your Bitcoins ? on: January 05, 2021, 08:30:37 PM
I sold enough BTC to pay off the mortgage on my house + all taxes due from the sale Cheesy
Am keeping the rest as a retirement next egg.

Had done the same thing where i had need to pull off some of my profits for paying up my house mortgage too and same goes with my car mortgage too
and the rest will be kept for long term aspect but cant be sure if it would really be held up more yet i have already gradually getting those parts by parts.
Well,as long this run wont stop then i would really be getting sufficient amount to pay off my obligations.
Its not bad to sell off though as long those are gains and you wont really be missing it out.
