41  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ POLL ] The Unification Fight: FURY vs USYK 18th MAY 2024 re-scheduled on: May 15, 2024, 10:14:59 AM
No matter how much he tried to pass it off as a joke/banter, I think Tyson Fury must be embarrassed by what his father John Fury did.

I am glad we are now just three days away from the fight. First they could not agree terms. Then, they agreed to fight but Fury got injured. Now they are actually getting in the ring for this anticipated history making fight and they have a two-fight clause therefore you have to expect they will challenge each other at least twice.

Back to the fight itself, if it ends in a draw clearly there will be a rematch. Also, if there is a winner, the loser will definitely trigger the rematch. The fight record of both Fury and Usyk makes this a really intriguing fight:

Most of the time, Bellew does speak a lot of sense and that tweet was interesting.

He made it clear before the first Usyk vs Joshua fight that Usyk would win and he was confident about it after he himself was beaten by Usyk when they met as cruiserweights. Bellew suffered a knockout in round 8 and was on his way to winning the fight because he was ahead on the judges scorecards, that was until the end of the 6th round when he received powerful shots from Usyk before the bell.

After that, Usyk took over the fight and ended up winning but Bellew knew he was up against a technical genius in Usyk that was why he knew he would beat Joshua (twice) and he believes it will be close between Fury and Usyk but according to him Usyk will win.
43  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2023/2024 on: May 15, 2024, 09:10:02 AM
These are the games taking place today Wednesday 15th May:

Brighton and Hove Albion vs Chelsea
Manchester United vs Newcastle United

The result from the game played yesterday was eagerly awaited by all fans of the Premier League and neutrals:

Tottenham Hotspur 0-2 Manchester City

Arsenal were sitting at the top of the table having played one game more but now with both Arsenal and Manchester City having just one game each remaining, it is Manchester City that are two points clear at the top of the table. Both teams are playing at home and both are expected to win their games but at last the winner will be decided on the last day of the season.

As for relegation from the Premier League to the Championship, the three teams have been confirmed: Sheffield United, Burnley and Luton Town.

The OP created this thread in the hope to get some merits and after that he did not make any more posts because he failed in his objective. After a total of 142 posts in this thread, the OP has made only 1 post.

The thread name and content of the OP (as well as his posting history) are enough  to indicate clearly it is another account that is being used to slowly edge towards higher rank in order to join a signature campaign.

As the OP will not lock this thread the common sense approach should be to look this thread and not give in any more oxygen.

All the while others are posting here in reply to the OP and posting to others that have replied, the OP has taken it upon himself to ensure he avoids this thread in the same manner others would avoid the plague. His last post was on 8th April 2024 in a completely unassociated thread therefore what are the chances he will bother returning now that his account has neutral tags for nefarious conduct.
45  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ POLL ] The Unification Fight: FURY vs USYK 18th MAY 2024 re-scheduled on: May 14, 2024, 11:39:54 PM
John Fury disgustingly headbutted a young lad in Usyk's camp yesterday completely unprovoked
John Fury clearly overstepped the mark when he headbutted a member of the Usyk team.We all know this was not the first time he has been an absolute attention-seeker but what happened on this occasion was basically on a completely different level to the usual banter, taunting and occasional pushing that takes place between two parties.

What he did was unacceptable and definitely he should receive an appropriate punishment for it because it should have been considered an assault and he should have been arrested/questioned at the time.

The Saudi's should grow some balls and send him home. He wouldn't have done that in the UK or he'd be straight back to prison.
Whether he gets sent back to the UK or not, Usyk released a statement about the headbutting incident giving him even more reason to win the fight. It is starting to look as though the time for jokes is over and this is finally getting serious.
46  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2023/2024 on: May 13, 2024, 09:04:28 PM
There was one game being played this evening Monday 13th May:

Aston Villa 3-3 Liverpool

Aston Villa scored two late goals to get a draw and a point in a six goal game against Liverpool.

These are the results of the most recent games:

Sunday 12th May
Manchester United 0-1 Arsenal

Saturday 11th May
Fulham 0-4 Manchester City
Bournemouth 1-2 Brentford
Everton 1-0 Sheffield United
Newcastle United 1-1 Brighton and Hove Albion
Tottenham Hotspur 2-1 Burnley
West Ham United 3-1 Luton Town
Wolverhampton Wanderers 1-3 Crystal Palace
Nottingham Forest 2-3 Chelsea

I think the priority for Manchester United must be to make big changes in the squad. Maybe it might not be mainly due to the manager. Because Erik ten Hag hasn't had a very competitive squad this season.

Injury problems also got bigger in time and the season turned into nightmare. Even if all of their injured players recover I don't think their squad is good enough to compete for the PL championship.

Defense and midfield must be their priority to consolidate. After that it wouldn't be bad to sign a good attacker also. Rashford is one of the most inconsistent players I have ever seen.  Sad
Maybe the biggest change they need to prioritise is a new manager?
47  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥🔥🔥 BC.GAME - CASINO AND SPORTSBOOK | $1,000 GIVEAWAY LIVE! 🔥🔥🔥 on: May 13, 2024, 11:43:23 AM
Let's start with "know your casino" which coincidentally follows the same acronym, but you as a user have to be proactive about where you put money.
I like the play on the acronym  Grin
KYC = Know Your Customer
KYC = Know Your Casino

But nothing, absolutely nothing related to the documentation process exempts you from having any problems with withdrawals, but if you know your casino, and it has a reputation, the endings for withdrawing your money are happy.
The issue is this is precisely the point of contention. Far too many casinos (and/or online gambling/gaming websites) have been using this as an excuse to not only stop withdrawals of any winnings but they have also stopped customers withdrawing their own deposits and that is really is not appropriate conduct. The forum has far too many complaints about casinos not allowing withdrawal of deposits.

All customers signing up to any casino must read the Terms and Conditions but they must always keep in mind eventually one day KYC will be asked for one reason/excuse or another.
48  Other / Meta / Re: The effect the mixer ban has had on the forum. on: May 12, 2024, 10:46:05 PM
So you want theymos to leave the USA and find a friendly country to run bitcointalk.
I cannot recall any member stating that they wanted (or suggested) theymos to move to a different country in order to run the forum but I recall reading the question being asked a couple of times.

The question should be dropped because theymos will never move to a different country in order to operate the forum from a different jurisdiction and furthermore, the forum is not doing anything illegal.

The USA claims mixers are used by terrorist groups to help fund terrorism.
Well, banks and other financial institutes were being used by all sorts of nefarious entities long before crypto was ever invented. It seems as though by associating crypto with crime some countries are blurring lines and it does not help.
49  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [WARNING] BitcoinMiningSolutions.ca || FAKE TEAM on: May 12, 2024, 09:27:16 PM
What happened: This project has a fake team.
If scammers are still trying to entice victims by using fake token sales (and pre-sales), it means there is still a market out there for this type of scam. As long as people keep falling victim to them they will continue creating more fake token sales.

I hope potential investors manage to see through this scam and they do not lose money to them.

Oh, my God. I thought the days of other people's fake photos were over back in 2018, but we're seeing them again. Now that the use of AI is so widespread, it is very easy to create an undetectable photo, but scammers do not even bother to do this. How funny everything is! It looks like a child was doing this. Nice catch, OP.
Scammers find themselves feeling over-confident therefore continue to make the simplest of errors. The fake photo phenomenon will not stop because it is an important tool scammers need to employ in order to fool investors. They hope to catch a small number of victims in one trap before they move on to the next scam.
50  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Sportsbet.io - A Case of Selective Withdrawal Approval and Dubious Practices on: May 12, 2024, 09:08:43 PM
First, I cannot prove or disprove guilt or innocence but the burden of proof has to lay with the one alleging there was wrongdoing. If I post an allegation about you stealing $2400 I have to provide some evidence to support my claim. Plucking allegations out of thin air or making them on weak foundations is not the way forward and never has been.

Second, if the OP has not even explained the full story and does not provide screenshots of transaction, Sportsbet account area etc then there is no compulsion on any member to waste their time speculating about what might (or might not) have happened?

As the OP is no longer posting here, I will unwatch this thread as there is nothing any member could add that remains on-topic while the OP did not explain his allegation in full.

I start off pro player with all cases, the book must prove guilt, but don't come to any conclusions until facts are produced. At the same time I would ask that you do the same thing.
51  Economy / Reputation / Re: JollyGood's Low Quality Assumptions against me on: May 12, 2024, 12:40:37 PM
I think it is safe to conclude he had no intention of leaving therefore his goodbye post was a piece of drama based around attention-seeking  and with the hope it would bring him merits as well as sympathy, but unsurprisingly neither happened.

Let us not forget, he created the account with the ultimate intention of enrolling it in a signature campaign but after he became fully aware he lost hope of achieving that, he decided to use the ineedhelpplease account to make a nuisance of himself until he gets bored and focuses his attention on any other accounts he controls.

Wheres the option to delete my account

This will probably be my last thread

So, now that time has come. I quit this website since I have no use for it anymore,

Didn't you want to leave the forum? There was a farewell letter, wasn't it? Why, then, are you worried about some tags? If I ever want to leave, I won’t care.
52  Other / Meta / Re: Post per day/ per month falling. on: May 12, 2024, 10:40:55 AM
This thread has 100 posts but the OP has contributed to a total of just 3 posts and they were on 15th April, 16th April and the last of those 3 posts was on 20th April 2024.

Clearly, the OP no longer has an interest in posting here therefore the best course of action to consider is to lock it before the the off-topic conversations and signature spammers bury an memory of what the OP wrote in the first place.
53  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ [POLL] FOOTBALL: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 on: May 12, 2024, 10:33:29 AM

Champions League Final
Saturday 1st June 2024

Wembley Stadium, London

If Real Madrid make it to a Champions League final, what are the chances they will lose?

This is not a usual 50/50 situation because Real Madrid have won the (European Cup/Champions League) final 14 times and lost only 3 times. They last lost the European Cup/Champions League final in 1981 and since then have won 8 finals. They have played 17 finals.

Borussia Dortmund have played in two European Cup/Champions League finals. They won in 1997 and lost in 2013.
54  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ POLL ] The Unification Fight: FURY vs USYK 18th MAY 2024 re-scheduled on: May 12, 2024, 10:15:14 AM
It's hard to predict for sure, which on paper should make the fight more exciting, I just hope it isn't boring. I think Uysk will give a boxing masterclass which can either be exciting or dull. Fury has the potential to KO him but he'd need to be the first to do so. Tyson could play dirty if he gets frustrated which will add some spice to the fight.
It cannot be denied, this fight should be an exciting blockbuster that should go down in history for all the right reasons BUT we have seen far too many boxing fights that have turned out as total disappointments. If Fury and Usyk start the fight with too much caution, it could take away the entertaining factor.

This is a heavyweight unification fight, the first since 1999 therefore everybody is hoping for a memorable money in history.

I still do not have a favorite for the fight, I will choose before that day.
When you look at the phenomenal boxing record of both Fury and Usyk, you have to simply respect them for what they have achieved. Usyk stepped up as an unbeaten unified cruiserweight champion to heavyweight champion.

If Usyk wins, he will be the first champion in history that unified both the cruiserweight and heavyweight titles and did it by winning all of his fights. He had an impressive 16-0-0 record at cruiserweight and now a 5-0-0 at heavyweight record including winning the WBA, IBF, WBO, and IBO heavyweight titles against Joshua in just his 3rd heavyweight fight. He has an overall 21-0-0 record (including 14 KO and 7 on the judges scorecard).

If Fury wins, he did it the hard way by overcoming adversity including serious mental health issues. His first professional fight was in 2008 but when he beat W Klitchko to win the n WBA, IBF, WBO, IBO, and The Ring heavyweight titles in November 2015 he suffered mental and physical health issues and did not fight again until June 2018. His overall record stands at 35-0-1 (the only draw being the disputed result against Wilder in the first fight of their trilogy). He won 24 by KO and 10 on the judges scorecard.

It is very difficult to pick a winner.
55  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Sportsbet.io - A Case of Selective Withdrawal Approval and Dubious Practices on: May 11, 2024, 04:13:38 PM
The OP is not posting here and for that reason there is no way to understand what the full allegation against Sportsbet actually was. It is not fair for others to speculate when the OP can write walls of text but not even explain what he claimed happened.

I have decided to unwatch this thread because quite clearly it has been derailed to the point the OP has become obsolete and everything that remains has become off-topic.
56  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2023/2024 on: May 11, 2024, 03:01:12 PM
RESULT:

Fulham 0-4 Manchester City

In the early kick-off game, Manchester City scored a massive 0-4 win over Fulham and have moved back to the top of the table. Both Arsenal and Manchester City have played 36 games (and both have just two games remaining) but Manchester City have 85 points whereas Arsenal have 83 points.

Arsenal travel to Manchester United tomorrow in a game they must win to keep pressure on Manchester City otherwise their title hopes will be hanging by a thread and could be over on Tuesday when Manchester City travel to Tottenham.
57  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Sportsbet.io - A Case of Selective Withdrawal Approval and Dubious Practices on: May 11, 2024, 10:13:23 AM
I’m not looking to continue petty arguments but will reply to this. With this case I'm not sure how people can take Sportsbet's side if it's a jurisdiction infraction. If the OP is from the UK and deposits $50,000, makes one bet and wins $3000, can Sportsbet take $53,000. They should take the $3000 winnings and return the $50,000 deposit. I have no problems with these cases if winnings were voided and the balance returned.
Can you provide a link for this alleged incident if has been reported in this forum as an alleged scam. It is important to stay on topic but if for the sake of reference another case is being mentioned members cannot take the word of another member at face value. As long as you can provide some sort of link that explains the alleged scam, it can be looked at.

It’s not my intent to rock the boat and I admitted my mistake but I don’t need lectures from anyone on how and what to post. Normally I'm respectful to all posters that don't attack.
Who lectured you?
58  Economy / Reputation / Re: JollyGood's Low Quality Assumptions against me on: May 11, 2024, 08:50:42 AM
The OP has given a new meaning to wall of text.

Another piece of drama being created by an obnoxious member that realised he will not be able to use this particular account for whatever purpose it was created for because it has come to the attention of several members for all the wrong reasons.

I could not read through the ridiculous post that has just been created by the OP. Who would have either the time or the patience?

Which words could describe the situation with the OP in an apt manner? Ramblings. Nonsensical. Unnecessary. (There are several more).

I guess it must look as though all of this drama is trying to be generated just because of a neutral tag or two but the reality is much more than that.

On the surface he created the ineedhelpplease account to remain anonymous while he initially made allegations against Rollbit (a casino I have zero affiliation with) and then the account morphed in to posting in boards and on subjects that newbies simply do not (such as excessively in Reputation).

He certainly put a lot of effort in to the wall of text.

I’ll admit I went overboard with Sportsbet although everything is true. Long history with Jeremy, Steve and another after I gave them a “C” rating. Lots of attacks in my thread and elsewhere.
I cannot recall reading your thread therefore I do not know anything about it except for what have written here but if you accept you went overboard constantly attacking Sportsbet then I hope that part of your posting has come to an end.

With Pmalek he posted Sportsbet is his favorite book although he's not part of Sportsbet. Pmalek doesn't always tell the truth about Nitrobetting, otherwise I find him a great poster. I got blindsided because I didn’t see the false attacks coming from Pmalek.
Him stating his favourite book is irrelevant and it does not seem as though he attacked you and I have not seen any false attacks. It seems you are taking almost every opportunity to attack one company you do not like and the problem here seems to be that you are associating any member that either is part of their signature campaign or simply providing positive comments without attachment as part of them. It is unnecessary for you to do that.

edit, I sure hope that you aren't accusing me of anything with Blackjack.fun. I stay in scam accusations and my thread.
No, I was pointing out similarities between you and another specific poster that is all.
60  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2023/2024 on: May 10, 2024, 03:30:28 PM
If Manchester United want to be serious contenders for the Premier League and Champions League season after season, they must replace the manager and they must sell the players that are simply not up to the job.

There is a dilemma Manchester United will face in their game against Arsenal. If they win, they will help rivals Manchester City win the Premier League title and if they lose the game it will help Arsenal push Manchester City until the next game of the season (which will be the last game of the season). Having said that, the way Arsenal have been playing compared with the way Manchester United have been playing, it seems as though Arsenal will win the game.

It was a such a big disappointment for Manchester United fans. Seeing your team being that desperate must be frustrating. Plus, Manchester United have been struggling like this for years...  Sad

When it comes to the odds for the Manchester United - Arsenal match, I see some interesting differences on some websites. Arsenal have the same odds however Manchester United's varies from 7.20 to 6.40.

Maybe it isn't a big deal, I don't know.  Grin  At the end of the day, I just expect Arsenal to win this one way or another. They have to if they want to keep their chance for the PL championship.
