41  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Bitcoin is dieing? on: August 22, 2017, 06:37:53 AM
Technically it went down to 3600 and already rose to 3820 already. Dying ? an 8 % drop doesn't mean bitcoin is dying. You can't get impatient over such a small drop. It is expected that bitcoin will reach close to 3400 in the next few days.

Are you guys going to be accepting bitcoin cash in the near future, or will you guys stick to bitcoin for the long term ?

I have seen speculations that bch might take over bitcoin. Wondering if you would allow people to deposit.
43  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bitcoin and USD wallets on: August 19, 2017, 05:47:28 PM
USDT aka tether should usually be fine but there are a lot of questions about its credibility seeing the amount of tether there is in the market. Also read an article saying these exchanges create more artificial tether than what really is out in the market to manipulate the btc market.
44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you see alts have chances against Bitcoins? on: August 19, 2017, 02:36:48 PM
I just invested a lot of my holding into TenXPay. It offers something to solve the number 1 problem bitcoin faces, i.e Real world use of those funds. Since it allows people to pay through credit cards and all using their bitcoin balance, it will change the way things are right now.
45  Economy / Speculation / Re: from $4350 now down to $3860 per BTC.. what is your prediction ? on: August 19, 2017, 02:35:40 PM
It will fall as long as bitcoin cash has a strong hold in the market. Currently bitcoincash is at 20% of the price of bitcoin. Since they were forked, therefore the total value is what actually reflects the value of a bitcoin. If BCH goes up, then btc will go down.
46  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Cash is better than Bitcoin. on: August 19, 2017, 02:33:26 PM
I thought the whole point of bitcoin was to introduce decentralization as countries these days don't stop at creating cash without it being backed just like Venezuela.

To stop all that and get governments to be accountable, there has to be something.

I have a question. I like the looks of the site but i see 4 million dollar worth 40 million coins. The revenue of the site for the last 4 years has been 100-150,000$ each year. Thats 1/35th of the amount tokens are valued at. How do you guys propose that massive difference or being able to run the site for 30 years ?

They were horribly under-capitalized (I've run small businesses under those conditions, and it's a significant constraint).

The thesis is that a proper marketing budget (plus technical advancements that are already mostly completed) should result in a significant increase in revenue. We'll just have to see how that plays out.
Even then, I don't expect it to jump to a million. Specially now that all the best sites exist like nitrogen which destroys any other sports book out of the way. Would be interesting to see how this roles out though.

I feel the old investors should have been taken care of some other way.
48  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Excuses on: August 14, 2017, 12:09:31 PM
Did you ever gamble with other's money to pay your own debts or otherwise to solve a certain problem through gambling?

That would be the most stupid thing to do, specially you are bound to affect the relationships with your friend and family just because you don't pay them back that amount incase you end up losing.
49  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [ANN] Bittrex - Next generation exchange (btc/ltc/eac/ppc/rdd/ftc/and more) on: August 14, 2017, 12:02:29 PM
Bitcoin really needs to get down its ethereum and waves confirmation requirements. All other sites do like 12 confirmations o eth, while bittrex has 36 confirmations, which literally takes an hour to get the money on to it. Can it not be decreased ?

51  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin over 4000 in Aug? on: August 13, 2017, 12:22:14 PM
Its $4080+ right now. We should have another target for prediction now i guess. Though it can drop again but i don't want to think negative, so i'm hoping for it to reach $4500 as soon as possible so that our confidence gets boosted a little more and then we will start predicting for $5000 in coming days. For now, congratulations to all bitcoin lovers for reaching $4k (including me  Grin).

Well, the sell orders on bitstamp or other sites show that people are still not willing to sell. So it can actually go up to 5K since there are only 600 bitcoins on sell order, whereas at 3800 we have a wallet of around 1000
52  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it worth using bitcoins anymore for gambling ? on: August 05, 2017, 03:32:39 AM
Right now the price of bitcoin is 3100. Which makes the fees around 4$. Even worse reason for using bitcoin to gamble. I feel to find a viable use in the future, the protocol needs to work on decreasing the fees to take care of the high fees.
53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Have you dumped your BCC yet? on: August 05, 2017, 03:31:21 AM
Wanted to. But there hasn't been a solid guide on how to cash out bitcoin cash. I don't want to move my bitcoin out of my wallet, but only the bitcoin cash. If anyone has a way or a guide, please let me know.
54  Economy / Gambling / Re: ◥◤ NitrogenSports.eu ◢ BET on MLB ◣ Join The Future of Betting ◥◤ on: August 02, 2017, 11:50:27 PM
I wanted to be sure about this.

If I had bitcoin on nitrogen, then I won't be eligible to get that part of bitcoin cash, correct ?

I am assuming Nitrogen will be cashing out all that cash then ?
55  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin Casinos on: August 02, 2017, 07:29:30 AM
Well just like Coinbase and other bitcoin service sites, it is their own wish to refuse Bitcoin cash.  Nothing wrong with it, and is just a business decision.

Like others said, its just like not accepting any other altcoin if they didn't, in the first place.
56  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: PSA: Pokerstars accepts Bitcoin! on: July 27, 2017, 02:59:58 PM
Good news, as i know to play on their site requires verification. Is it still necessary if we choose to use bitcoin for deposit / withdraw if yes i think will be better we play poker site that accept bitcoin but does not require verification.

Ofcourse they will neeed verification even for bitcoin deposits. They can't afford to have money laundering on their platform. And your second point is true. Here are some of the good options, nitrogesports, swc etc.

Thank you for following guys. Yes was a great game at great odds. I am going for another MLB game for today.

MLB - Boston Red Sox v Seattle Mariners - Game: Boston Red Sox -1 - 1.588 (-170

Betslip for Reference

Good luck to you guys if you follow!

Nice hit brother. I can't believe I missed the Brewers and now this one.

Question for ya, how come there are different plays here compared to other places you post? Just curious if one group is better than the other or should all be bet the same etc??

Thank you in advance. GL sir.

-Bones

I have been following him on both the threads. Both his threads have been doing really well and I think my net profit has only been affected by 2 losses so far and over 15 wins.

I have a question regarding cashing out investments. Say If I invest certain amount and I wish to caash out my investment tomorrow. Will I have to rely on the market to buy my tokens out ? Or will I have the option to cash out by selling them to you ?

Dean offers a buyback which means quarterly he will buy back up to 10% (Dean can request more than 10% if he so wishes but that is the minimum) of the token holders' tokens. On top of this you can sell it on the market.

Is this the answer you were looking for?

I think as long as there is an option to sell our tokens in a market to any other public than should be good. No need to wait for their buyback option unless if they give a better price to buy back than the market price. Casino investments usually give decent profits in the longer term.

That is if the market considers the tokens to be at the right price. Just like altcoins that value can go up or down. But in this case if they do have a buy back option, thats good. But now I have the same question as Snub.

Yeah, I feel the same thing. Depositing through neteller takes away the point, because you would still be stuck with money on pokerstars as you will not be able to withdraw it from there after.

If you are looking to get yourself verified on Neteller, then might as well use a credit card itself.

How are you stuck with the money on PSA?
You can withdraw it back to Neteller?

I mean, what would be the point of gambling if you can't win  Cheesy

No I meant, you will not be able to withdraw your bitcoins back out. Even though you can withdraw your balance to neteller, I don't believe Neteller allows you to withdraw your account balance into bitcoins. Its only the deposits in bitcoins that they accept.
