The two which stand out AKA within my budget for me in tomorrows auction is the Cryptolater and Nattymind.

Unfortunately the 20% buyers fee is an added extra I am kind of reluctant to pay.

Its actually 20%  ($20 minimum per item) plus sales tax plus shipping. For instance, I bought 4 items @ the Nov 2023 auction.

My bill came out like this:  $880 in successful bids. $196 in premiums. $80.70 in sales tax. $26 for shipping. for a grand total of $1182.70 for my $880 in bids.

All I'm saying is it adds up quickly. Would much prefer to buy here on the forum and with btc.

These are the three I was keeping an eye on with the Denarium less favourable for me.
They all went obviously higher than I wanted but probably on par with what was expected
of them.

But again the extra charges pushes the end sale price way too much over.

as PreciousMetapsICT posted - we are looking at an extra 25%, ok they are graded and slabbed
but its just too much, happier to use the forum collectibles board here.

47  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: June 20, 2024, 07:38:02 AM
am i missing something? I dont see the issue, there is always going to be an immediate
switch from Hard to Clay to Grass back to Hard court.

...also at Halle this week in the mens doubles Sinner and Hurkacz are playing together.
They beat the #3 seeds Withrow and Lammons yesterday and play Reboul and Doumbia in
the quarter finals today. There is definitely a ramp up of activity in doubles this year
prior to the Olympics but I dont know who is playing for sure yet.

We all know Medvedev isnt really that effective on grass, Zhang beat him yesterday in
three sets. Also big names through, Zverev, Berrettini, Tsitsipas and Sinner.
48  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ UEFA Euro 2024 in Germany ⚽ - Qualifiers👉Group Stage on: June 20, 2024, 07:20:08 AM

As I expected, Switzerland will definitely be able to turn things around. Because the match is still quite early and anything can still happen. The goal scored by Xherdan Shaqiri in the 26th minute allowed Switzerland to breathe a sigh of relief again. Because now the score has changed to a draw again, namely 1-1. It would be very exciting if Scotland also got a goal back and Switzerland equalized again. But I'm sure it's Switzerland who will score again. And I think the minimum score in this match is 1-2. Switzerland continued to dominate this match and continued to create good chances. And I think the Scottish defense will also start to get overwhelmed and make some mistakes that allow Switzerland to score again.

And yet, in the end we got the second unexpected result of the day (after Croatia failed to beat Albania) as the game ended 1-1. Based on the results of the day, we can say that Switzerland guaranteed itself access to the 1/8 (no one doubted about Germany initially) and Croatia most likely will not make it to the 1/8. Will they be able to beat Italy? I don't really believe in it. The maximum will be a draw and with 2 points it is very optimistic to hope for 1/8.

Unbelievable really, I'm thinking now that betting on the group stages isnt as predictable
as I before thought.

The big upset of the day was Albania being able to draw wit 2 goals to Croatia, that leaves Croatia
with a job of work to do in their last match against Italy.

Big match today against the top two in Group B and two big names in world soccer Spain v Italy,
I's staying away from betting on this one.

This is hard match for Portugal because it's not easy to beat Czech Republic i can see Czech Republic was attempts to targetting draw result and it showed from their game plan that since the beginning of match Czech Republic has been putting all of their players into their defensive lines or parking bus strategy because they know Portugal is very dangerous and they focusing to their defense and several times attempts to threaten Portugal defensive lines with counter attack strategy
And this strategy was succeed to make Portugal gets in trouble and they even can leading the match from Lukáš Provod but Portugal hasn't give up and they focusing to attack and the result is they can scores 2 goals from Robin Hranáč own goal and super subs player Francisco Conceição and congratulation to Portugal because they have been through an this match with the winning result

All in all this game was very exciting and an interesting game between the two teams. Portugal were under a lot of pressure at the start and they faced a tough loss. When the Czech scored a goal in the 62nd minute, Portugal were more than disappointed and more than excited to level the game. Although we saw the Czech lose the match due to a mistake, Robin Hranac's own goal beat the team, otherwise the result would have been a draw. Later, Portugal team attacked a lot and Czech team also defended a lot, but Portugal scored a goal in the 90+2 minutes and the result was 2-1. However, after making enough attacks and doing everything well, they succeeded in getting the win.

Goggle p
Interesting stats and I thought the Czechs played more varied and interesting, while Portugal were remembered in the first half only for Rafael Leao's yellow for simulation. In general, it is strange that players still try to simulate and fall for no reason, knowing that there is VAR.
Also Portugal scored goals after mistakes of defenders, the first goal Czech goalkeeper unsuccessfully kicked directly into the leg of his defender, and in the second Czech defender made a mistake and a player of the Portuguese national team from a meter rolled the ball into the goal.
In general, another boring game from the national team of Portugal, which nevertheless fulfilled the task, scored 3 points and most likely with a probability of 80-90% will be out of the group.

Pressure was building for Portugal as the match progressed with 74% possesion and
especially in the closing minutes after the Czech's were able to score a draw. What
a massive decision it was to bring on Francisco Conceicao just after that goal
and for him to score the winner on the 90th minute.

Interesting stat for the Czech team, 1 goal from 1 shot on target!

Germany v Hungary today, its only going to end one way with a Germany win, Hungary are
11.00, Germany 1.24, have to bet over on this one for sure.

Nice match by Sinner today. Odds sky rocket after first set arriving up to @1.90 --> Initially it was @1.15
I think it was a real crazy value since Griekspoor is a nice player but not able to fight for a whole match against the 1st player of ranking.
In second and third set there was no match... let's see how the Italian player will perform next, this is not the best surface for him so "surprises" are behind the corners....

Yea the first set was great tennis by both players but Sinner only got better as
he quickly got ued to the grass. He made a fantastic shot in the 3rd set, people calling
it the shot of the year. After making that diving winning shot his confidence grew
even more.

Other top seeds as expected won today, Tsitsipas, Zverev, Bublik but the upset of the
day was Rublev losing to Giron...in 2 sets!

He needs to try and manage his mentality, he was so angry and hard on himself
during the match.
53  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it time to buy the dip in Bitcoin as it drops to $64,000? on: June 18, 2024, 03:26:44 PM
If it was me I would be buying now.

I assume that the OP has a substantial amount to spend/buy otherwise a drop of $4000 wont make
too much of a difference if you are spending $1000

@ $60,000 - $1000 will get you 0.01667BTC
@ $64,542 - $1000 will get you 0.01549BTC

Difference of 0.00118BTC - $76

Is it worth the risk of it not falling further for such a small gain? the market could end up going
the other way and you lose more by not buying now and HODL'ing in the comfort of owning BTC

Best Regards,

Am I the only one that is underwhelmed by this offering? Maybe its cuz all the CAS coins are out of my budget, but besides them its the same ol same ol lealana listings with a sprinkling of other items. Wish there was a more diverse offering myself. Either way - good luck to the bidders and sellers.

If Stacks would drop the requirement of everything being slabbed and graded, you would probably see some cooler stuff. But I would appreciate it more if we would just see older makers.

The two which stand out AKA within my budget for me in tomorrows auction is the Cryptolater and Nattymind.

Unfortunately the 20% buyers fee is an added extra I am kind of reluctant to pay.
55  Economy / Collectibles / Re: MrHodLClub - CHECK YOUR FUNDING! on: June 18, 2024, 11:57:33 AM
The only person I talk to here is Stackitup. In fact, I shouldn't even be talking here; I have a website and a support email address. He can contact me there. That's where support is, not here.

I will not communicate anything further on any post here or on the forum. If anyone needs help, they should do like 99% of the people and write to me at my company's email address. It concerns only him and me, and none of you.

You love drama too much on this forum. Congratulations, I see you have a lot of time to waste. Best of luck to you in your childishness.

Sincerely.

Thats a bit unfair MrCryptHodl, this is a public forum and anyone is entitled to post in any thread.

You were happy to converse with anyone who had an interest - sale or no, for your collectibles in
the past, so its only courtesy that you answer and try resolve issues and complaints when they
arise here too.

You really expect a team that has this guy will perform?

Ukraine is overrated just because they have few players that shine in Europe:

Dovbyk, Girona's striker.
Lunin, Real Madrid's goalkeeper.
Zinchenko, Arsenal's defender.

While the rest of them are just mediocre players that play in their domestic league, same to Belgium, I'd say Ukraine and Norway are nothing different, they have few good players, but they will not win, it's a good moment to bet against them.
Surprises can happen in football and no big teams can avoid bad days for them. Ukraine and Belgium had their bad days in first matches in Euro 2024 but the Euro is still going and they still have two more matches to correct mistakes.

Belgium played not too bad but they lacked of luckiness to at least have an equalizer goal and their players like Lukaku and Doku are responsible for some wasted chances and not best decisions they made like pass or shot.

With Ukraine, they did not play well to get any sympathy for their first defeated match and Lunin with experience at Real Madrid at highest level like Champions League, can do better.

Yes surprises can happen for sure, IMO all three matches from yesterday were surprise results

Romania 3 - 0 Ukraine - maybe not a massive surprise, its just the 3 goals scored without reply
Belgium 0 - 1 Slovakia -  obviously nobody expected this result
Austria 0 - 1 France - a surprise that France could only score once.

Big worry for France last night in the injury of Mbappe, he wont need surgery and they are looking
to have a special mask made for him to get him playing again at the tournament.
Any team is bigger than one player but Mbappe is definitely a big loss while he is out.

Link to a pic of the hologram, we need to see both sides of the coin!

Oh holy good fcuk, this is in the unobtanium sector.

Very nice and very well done!

Over on my pyramid thread the likes of Coldkey would be even outside any placing on that
pyramid of collectibles, these along with the Bitbills set. would also be outside the pyramid
but at the opposite end!

The photos aren't great, but if there's enough interest I can get them out of their safe space and do a higher quality shot with some other pieces.

There was a brief mention of a thread dedicated to pics of members collectibles, if that
ever happened, these of the Bitbills set should be the first post perhaps?

I did make a thread years ago here for ANYTHING COLLECTABLE.}}}  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5107629.0

Ah yes I remember that, it should be pinned to the top of the board, would Cyrus be
able to take care of that?
