Very good, so I guess the classical jersey on the left is the regular playing kit and the tribute on the right will be the "away" kit.
We are only 2 months from the RWC in France, it will soon become time to be getting properly excited.
So far representation for countries playing there by people who visit this thread is:
Australia - Timelord2067 Wales - Welsh Argentina - darxiaomi Ireland - aoluain
Anyone else out there lurking who will be viewing some RWC games? and making a few wagers?
Nice resume you made. About the kit yes you are correct the regular one its the one on the left. I think we can make some pool contest between us for the RWC, i dont know if you are familiar with Superbru, but Rugby predictions are available, so we can make some pool prediction for RUgby WC, i dont think we an have a sponsor because we are really few, but between us putting like 2 mbtc or 1 mbtc or for fun. Let me know what you think. Yes indeed darxiaomi, we should make a pool system, hopefully we get some more interest in it. I think myself and Timelord talked about doing something a while back Australians will barrack for New Zealand unless we're playing them or visa versa, so count me in for New Zealand and Australia (unless we've got a Kiwi lurking amongst us?)
Ah shure put me down for France and South Africa too if we are doing that 🤣 NRLWests Tigers are up first this round against #3 on the ladder, The Sharks, thats another tough draw for them. Will over 47.5 @ 1.7 be a worthy bet?

Schwartzman will play against Sinner... 3 matches have been played and all 3 times Sinner has won! (Last this year in Barcellona - Clay surface). Sinner is very confident in grass surface so probably it can be an easy match for him, specially if he will be in a good fit. Yesterday disappointing loss for FAA this year has been really disappointing for him Interesting win by Wawrinka, he was quoted as underdog (up to 3.50) but he was able to overcome the match against Ruusuvuori. Everything ready for Alcaraz, it's very hard he will face trouble against Chardy Ah yes Sinner should win against Diego. We are still waiting for Sinner to have a "brilliant" GS and get to a quarter final and Diego is not having a brilliant season but I would really like Janick to make a big mark at Wimbledon, he is big favourite for today 1.05 v 10.0 Up until about 2 years ago Wawrinka was my favourite player. He plays against Etcheverry which I think he should win also. So my two bets today are Bublik to beat Wolf and Wawrinka to beat Etcheverry. honestly, sinner has really disappointed me in so many "simple" games that I'm almost afraid to place a bet on him... Injuries, loss of concentration, lack of form, in short, a strong player shouldn't have these problems if he intends to become "number 1" or at least obtain results beyond the norm.
Today it is interesting to follow Berrettini vs Sonego. Berrettini (Wimbledon finalist) is going through a very bad period (he practically lost all the tournaments in the first round ....) I was hoping that this year Janick would do big things this year but it hasnt worked out that way...so far. Here is a question which can be asked of a lot of the younger players, is the high prize money and expensive lifestyle a distraction for them? On Berrettini, he just cannot get back to his former performance after the injury last year.

Contrary to what some people think there will always be a divide between rich people and poor people, Bitcoin wont solve this but it can offer everyone an opportunity to store and transfer whatever wealth they have without permission from a third party.
We are already seeing interest from "institutional investors" towards Bitcoin, just look at the amount of Bitcoin ETF's that are being applied for, this is to facilitate the wealthy people and their appetite to invest in Bitcoin. Poor people unfortunately have very little to start with so it will be difficult for them to develop their wealth.

I have actually only one bet on for today and thats with Bublik - I really hope his recent great form is not short lived and he can win today against McDonald, Its currently on serve in the first set 3 - 3
Bublik is good, but he is down at the moment, and I usually avoid players that are mid range and recently had good tournament result, IMO, there is no players except for Djokovic and Alcaraz that can connect two finals in a row, on any surface, and grass is probably hardest to do that my bet is on Hanfmann, currently up against Fritz, had him to win set, but also to win match on higher odds/smaller bet Djokovic started good, easy win, although tie-break had to be played in third set At some critical point the match between Fritz and Hanfmann have got suspended due to darkness. More matches have been suspended whereas it is the only match that is at the deciding set where Fritz leads 3-2. Tomorrow both playing the deciding set with full energy could turn the match in any direction. A great comeback from Fritz, if not the match could've been won by Hanfmann long back and the points were 4-6 6-2 6-4 5-7 2-3. Well Bublik got the job done, he didnt disappear after losing the first set but powered through to win the following 3 - good performance but I'm not sure how far he can go, he plays Wolf next, I might back him again? Fritz is having a battle royale against Hanfmann, the remainder of the final set has yet to be played and it could go either way another battle royale was Mmoh v Felix AA, 3 tie breaks in the first 3 sets and Mmoh was able to break Felix in the 4th to win. Sofia Kenin winning Coco Gauff came as a surprise in this American derby. I was pretty sure Coco was going to win but I didn't place a bet for some reason. Boy was I lucky! Kenin won this in three sets 6-4, 4-6, 6-2.
That was epic, I watched almost the last 2 sets, Kenin was on fire, some of the shots she made were fantastic but also Coco made a lot of unforced errors and had to try and play up to Kenin's performance.

Natural intelligence is being replaced by Al. This is the situation of things with the way all is going. The pursuit for the creation of wealth has led to growth in technology and job loss.
I agree, I dont think that going forward humans can compete with the speed AI will be able to solve complex problems. Not that long ago, early learning maths were about learning the tables, being quick at multiplying and understanding some basic problems. I feel that today that is not going to be enough and is not either the best use of the pupils time for teachers and schools. What do we humans have to change about teaching to face a future with much more powerful machines and sophisticated AI?
and I'm not sure a different approach in teaching will bridge the gap needed to stay in touch with the pace that AI can learn. Learning tables has to be the foundation to every math problem. The only alternative could only be starting kids of with their tables at age 1 or 2 instead of 4 but realistically how much benefit could a child earn from starting 2 seasons sooner when the potentially reach the limit 2 seasons earlier. The human brain can only compute so much right? https://www.popularmechanics.com/science/math/a28943849/unsolvable-math-problem/

So many picks to choose from today. What are you guys going with? I just started to filter them - grass is always so much harder due to a low number of tournaments being played on it. Any help is appreciated Good odds on Nakashima vs Thompson, they are placed at 50:50 odds and I think Nakashima should be a favorite here. I have actually only one bet on for today and thats with Bublik - I really hope his recent great form is not short lived and he can win today against McDonald, Its currently on serve in the first set 3 - 3 Im watching the match between Mmoh and Felix AA and its one set each and in the third set its on serve, Mmoh had massive odds this morning, this will kind of be a bit of a shocker if he manages to beat Felix.... odds are currently 2 35 - 1.60

and there are some tough draws for the first round for some players:
Bublik v McDonald Kecmanović v Schwartzman Hanfmann v Fritz Sinner v Cerundolo Thiem v Tsitsipas Berrettini v Sonego
These are matches which could go either way for those match up's while the likes of Medvedev, Rune and Alcaraz have easy draws, these should be sure bets if there are preferable odds
Alcaraz v Chardy Medvedev v Fery Loffhagen v Rune

MicroStrategy is heavily invested in the Bitcoin network, not just in bitcoins. Even though I have like months to watch what's happening with MicroStrategy and the like, I remember very well Sailor being obsessed with bitcoin and lightning.
I believe the answer to your question is that most institutional investors prefer the convenience and regulatory oversight an ETF can provide.
Microstrategy and Michael Saylor are indeed fully into "Bitcoin". Institutional investors generally are not buying Bitcoin they are more happy to have a certificate to say they own Bitcoin leaving it up to the ETF provider to make the transaction of acquiring the actual Bitcoin. Its also worth noting that Microstrategy is a public liability company so they first have to seek approval to buy Bitcoin before they do so and then have to make the purchase public so everyone knows, what they do is not a bragging sort of notification, they are required to do so. Its the opposite with private companies, a lot of them in general could very well be buying Bitcoin and we are not aware of it.

I would be really shocked if at some point Microstrategy doesn't turn out to be a villain. For some reasons people feel the need to worship centralized entities But how John? Sell off their holdings? . . . which they own and is their prerogative to do so. Anyway the market would hoover them up and the shock would only be temporary. The way Saylor talks and has educated a lot of people to the fact that there is no other vehicle to compete with Bitcoin to store wealth for the long term. It is a fact though that those coins will hit the market at some stage, possibly not all at the same time and possibly 30, 40, 50 years from now, thats my belief.

-snip It is Eubanks to win the Mallorca Open final against Mannarino 6-1 6-4 in direct sets. Both the players were on the same scale of performance as well as had closer odds before the start of the match. This is the first time Eubanks have reached the finals and he have won it easily. With the winning power Eubanks is to play against Brazil player Monteiro in the Wimbledon.
Eubanks won pretty easy, and in straight sets, he was not favored by bookies, but brought me some money grass is diffficult to play, and Mannarino is clay player, so I was surprised to see him finals, and having @2.3 on his opponent that showed good performance was a right choice Cerundolo won as well, but I didn't have the courage to put him on my parlay congrats to both of them Good pick casperBGD to go with Eubanks instead of what myself and Joca97 did and back the experience of Mannarino. That was a massive win by Eubanks 6-1, 6-4 in just over 1 hour. This was his first ATP final appearance and his first ATP title - well done to him. He is back in action on Tuesday at Wimbledon against Monteiro - he will be full of confidence, lets hope he isnt complacent and can keep his focus.

yea painful for the Tigers, no score at all and the cowboys probably think they are legends??
Tigers has a few "good losses" to run some teams close but losing.
Another totally skewed game today, Bulldogs failing to score and the Knights racking up 66 points, whatever about failing to score in a close game but these results are just baffling.
Its half time in the last game of the round, looks like the teams are evenly matched 12-10 to the Sea Eagles...

|
Well I'm 0 from 2 ATM in this round and its not looking good for the Wests Tigers who are up against . . . the Cowboys who look like they have decided to turn up the performance dial and start playing and winning some games.
Wests Tigers better have a BIG answer in the second half and knock the Cowboys off their high horses!
Next up is the Bronchos v the Dolphins, its a must win for the Bronchos to keep in contention for that shared top spot. . . and for my last bet of the round 🙏. . . or else its another empty wallet. . .

I'll be in for 1 of each too please Would love to book #32 in each

Mostly when a big win happens like this for lower ranked players they lose a match in the next two rounds. He will be playing against Lopez that is really old but has too much experience on grass and his serve is really good so i think he might win this match against Hanfmann.
Well he has moved through the quarter final by beating Lopez and is now facing Mannarino the 4th seed in the semi final. Going back to his win against Tsitsipas, that was massive. Tsitsipas was by far the highest ranked player there. It also asks questions of Tsitsipas, where is he going? personally I think he needs a new coaching team, he needs to ditch the family input big time. Back to the semi finals in Mallorca, Eubanks v Harris could be a close one, similarly talented players there and the only seeded player left is Mannarino, I think they are all of similar talent really, anything can happen. Didnt espect such an easy win by Hanfmann but i guess Lopez is just too old. Lopez also with this loss finished his long career to bad he didnt win this tournament. Also Hanfmann will go against Mannarino that really good lately. I picked Mannarino to win so hopefully he wins it easily so that i dont have to stress a lot. Well, the run of Hanfmann was stopped in the semifinals by Mannarino. Lopez definitely seemed to be an easy opponent for Hanfmann. As we saw that the match didn’t even go to the third set. But in the semifinals, Mannarino did not let this match go to the third set as well as he was able to close this match in the first two sets. But I have to say in the semifinals. The first set was very competitive. After the first set, I thought this match was going to be really close. But Mannarino was able to make sure that he gets the win in the second set as well. Like i said Mannarino has experience and crowned my bet with a win so pretty happy with the results. Always when low ranked players beat top players they lose in next two rounds its like not written rule . Mannarino might even win this tournament because not many good players are here because all of them are preparing for Wimbledon For now the higher chance of winning is with Mannarino. Taking into account the performance in the previous tournaments Mannarino have got better results than Eubanks. Lets see whats gonna happen in the final. Eubanks have fough hard to reach the finals as the semifinals and quarter finals were really tough fighting matches. He'll push himself hard to win the title. Good bet @Joca97 - Mannarino is a decent player and is seeded #4 in this tournament but Eubanks is also a decent player, I have seen him a few times last year and looked like he could have a great future... same can be said I suppose for a lot of the younger playersI'm going today with the seeded player as I would say Joca97 is too! he's not a bad price @ 1.68 on Rollbit but Eubanks is close at 2.2
