4081  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Spectrecoin or deeponion on: February 23, 2018, 12:06:26 PM
I think you should just invest on both. There are lots of negative feed back on Deep Onion but their community looks very solid and strong. They are winning polls and topped that new Indian crypto exchange poll. That might be the second coming of Verge.
4082  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to get fast rich in crypto world. on: January 24, 2018, 02:27:57 AM

Well, that's very basic. But sometimes the too-good-to-be-true line of argument against scam sales pitch and convincing talks are verifiable in reality. What I mean is that Bitcoin and crypto are growing in a pace that may reflect a too-good-to-be-true occurrences. That is why scams using the Bitcoin and crypto names are growing in numbers and convinced a lot of gullible people. Now, what we should do is to avoid giving money as investments to people. There are so many ways to buy Bitcoins directly over reliable sites instead.
4083  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Next.exchange Community Trading. Crypto-Assets-Fiat-Chat-Dividends on: January 17, 2018, 02:58:00 AM
Do you care to give us, Next.Exchange bounty participants, some official update regarding the next steps you will be doing regarding bounty?

The bounty thread is locked and the last post was made before Christmas. Please do not leave us hanging indefinitely.
4084  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY][ICO] Monkey Capital - A Decentralised Hedge Fund on: January 14, 2018, 03:51:07 AM
Do you guys know in what projects is involved or is connected with Daniel Harrison?

I think it would be a good idea to make a list of such projects. What do you think?

PRE, listed -and still traded- on HitBTC.
Actually PRE is only being sold for 100 Satoshi, sell pressure is irrational, no buying book because every bid is instantly filled.
HitBTC must be also responsabilized for this scam taking so long. Many people bought PREmine thinking it was PreSearch: https://forum.hitbtc.com/discussion/4159/pre-premine-deception

HitBTC has grown a little shady these days. I hope they will start to shape up. A lot of complaints with their platform are being raised. They should try to remove from their list scam and non-functional coins.
4085  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY][ICO] Monkey Capital - A Decentralised Hedge Fund on: January 03, 2018, 09:27:33 AM
I love classic altcoins like zurcoin. But getting involved with Monkey capital is bad publicity. Now people would think zurcoin is a scam.

In situation like this, every project connected somehow with Daniel Harrison may be hurt or fall completely. Sorry to say but i will not risk my money to invest in zurcoin right now. And I advise that to everyone, to you also.

That would be the normal reaction, the domino effect. For sure, everything related to this man will earn bad reputation points. What I cannot understand until now is how come the man is still stealing from people when he is already well-off.
4086  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY][ICO] Monkey Capital - A Decentralised Hedge Fund on: December 29, 2017, 06:43:40 AM
I understand that it is action against Daniel Harrison, and his shady transactions, but what about swap MNY to ERC20? Any news, update, do anyone know anything?

No progress until now most probably. Perhaps Daniel is getting a lot busier now that he has got to face some more complaints which are formally filed in court. Time of reckoning for this man.
4087  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A friend sent me .03 BTC - what to do now? on: December 18, 2017, 03:29:40 AM
So long story short, a friend owed me for a favor and since I did not have bitcoin before he asked If I would take it in BTC. I didn't mind since I can cash out whenever.
My question is.. what do you think? Its a decent chunk of money for me to just hope something keeps rising, do you think I should "let it ride" or cash out and just be happy with ~$500?

Do you badly need some cash right now that you have to convert your Bitcoin? I think there is no need to hurry converting your Bitcoin into cash if you do not have any urgent needs. Bitcoin is still growing and will continue to grow in the coming months. You still have the chance to get a more huge profit. Just be patient and continue to believe in the future of Bitcoin.
4088  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Major benefit of bitcoin? on: December 17, 2017, 01:13:40 AM
I can answer my question by saying that bitcoin has what others don't and that's being the pioneer in the crypto markets. Which is why everything is priced in bitcoin But really....what does bitcoin do better that any other alt? What's the intrinsic value of bitcoin that I can't get with other alt? Transaction fees? No. Fast network? No. scalability? No. A functional product? No. Full anonymity? No. Descentralización? No. So? The markets are priced in bitcoin, and being that base of value is pretty important, but...is that it?

Your questions may have no as the answers but it is because you have asked the questions which Bitcoin needs a little improvement. Try to ask some other questions. For sure these are not the only things that matter. Try asking, for example, is the appreciation of its value consistent? Or is it widely accepted all over the world? Or does it have a very strong and solid community behind its back? But then again, Bitcoin is not forcing anybody to invest or use it.
4089  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Good news from USA and Japan. on: December 16, 2017, 05:10:29 AM
Usa is selling seized Bitcoins money and converting it back to usd, this shows they are interested in the coin and will be happy to allow price hikes happen cause they'll profit a lot from sales. I feel usa shall sooner or later back Bitcoins indirectly.

https://arstechnica.com/tech-policy/2017/12/feds-moving-quickly-to-cash-in-on-seized-bitcoin-now-worth-8-4-million/?amp=1

While a Japanese company has decided to pay part salary in Bitcoins, now how many of us wish we're part of that company don't we? Their motto to spread Bitcoins and gain more knowledge on its working that's good right for the crypto king.

https://amp.theguardian.com/technology/2017/dec/15/japanese-company-paying-employees-bitcoin

Both countries are highly developed ones. And both no doubt are very much aware that Bitcoin as well as other cryptocurrencies exist because people are supporting it. In Japan in particular, Bitcoin is very much vibrant and so many Japanese are into crypto. USA has a very stringent rules regarding crypto, their SEC is not even allowing its citizens to participate in any ICOs. But otherwise, everything's pretty bright for Bitcoin's existence.

I forgot to post on this thread that I joined in the signature campaign, wearing the appropriate signature and avatar. They look really good.  Grin
4091  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is the Ethereum network so slow now??? - Answer here on: December 15, 2017, 01:59:01 AM
Well then, it simply means Ethereum needs to upgrade itself especially in terms of scaling. These last several days have been very hard for people that need to do transactions in the Ethereum network. Ethereum has to do something. Otherwise, people will get tired of this mess and will opt to get out of the network. Crypto Kitties have caused so much trouble in the network. Seriously clogging the network is not good because it will cause a lot of pending transactions.
4092  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sell your house for investment in btc. on: December 15, 2017, 01:10:40 AM
Just imagine selling your $259,900 house for 43BTC and 2 Months in street.

and after just 2 months sell 43BTC for $498198.

Again buying the previous also you will be in profit of $472298.

would you try this technique.

LOL. There's the Bitcoin hardliner. You have just made my day.  Grin That proved to be a good move but it was also extremely risky. You could have ended up living in the streets for good. I think it is a little bit cool but only if you do not have any family to support or provide. You may risk everything in that way. But if you have a family, that is not a cool idea definitely. The point however is that Bitcoin will always increase in value.
4093  Other / Off-topic / Re: Can Bitcoin be ban? on: December 14, 2017, 03:56:13 AM
Can Bitcoin be ban?

Yes, in fact it is still currently banned in some selected countries. There were also countries that used to ban Bitcoin and its uses were deemed illegal but eventually such state policy was overturned in favor of Bitcoin. If I am not mistaken, Indonesia used to make an official state law that banned Bitcoin. But right now I think the country already officially acknowledged the existence of such a technology. In fact, many Indonesians are already into it.
4094  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think is Bitcoin become legal in all countries? on: December 14, 2017, 02:32:41 AM
Bitcoin is legal by some countries but some countries still not accepting the bitcoin.
What you think is Bitcoin become legal in all countries?

If we take into account all countries, then I would say that it will take more than five decades before it finally happens. Bitcoin, remember, is a digital currency, which means a country has to be fully digital first before jumping into a decision of allowing Bitcoin to become legal. That is the case in more advanced countries such as Japan. But what about a lot of countries in Africa? Do you think Bitcoin or any digital currency for that matter is a practical invention there? Of course not.
4095  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: will people lose intrest? on: December 14, 2017, 01:51:55 AM
Hello!

If bitcoin died do you think people will lose intrest in other cryptos aswell? which altcoin would you invest in if there were no bitcoin?

I think if Bitcoin dies, the entire cryptocurrency world will be severely affected. There will definitely be a backlash of support of cryptocurrency but it will fall short of causing the untimely death of the whole of crypto environment. There are still a lot of cryptocurrencies out there that also thrived in similar ways as Bitcoin did, which was entirely different and running apart from the blockchain of Bitcoin.
4096  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is bitcoin dangerous ? on: December 13, 2017, 03:16:35 AM
I'm wondering why bitcoin was made if there are too many currencies in each country, why would anyone add or make a type of currency in the internet? For easier and faster transactions or so ?

I believe you have not yet read the entire objective or at least the basic ideas that serve as the foundation of the creation of Bitcoin. If you take a little time to read them, you will be explained properly why Bitcoin is invented and to which specific problems it tries to address. But overall, the point is that Bitcoin is a currency that will try to make us free from the banking system which has always been present in all our transactions in life.
4097  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will you sell your Bitcoin at $100,000 or what? on: December 12, 2017, 11:49:10 PM
I don't have much of bitcoin to sell it below $100,000 - and will probably do this one year after.
Still have some doubts.. Maybe $200,000 will be a better point?
Please give an advice, your opinion is important!!

PS. It's not a joke. Please be realistic while estimating..
Gonna bring up this topic close to X-Mas 2018.

Well, you still have a lot of time actually before your price target will be achieved. So do not trouble yourself yet about when to exit from your Bitcoins. Bitcoin's price will not just shoot to $100,000 overnight. While waiting for that price to materialize, you better look for some other ways to create some more additional Bitcoins to your portfolio. About a better point, I think it comes when you least know it. Time will come you really need some money.
4098  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Last Activity Of Satoshi Nakamoto on: December 12, 2017, 02:51:10 AM
Actually didn't he resurface briefly a couple years ago when the news was trying to "out" someone as being him?  I thought he sent a message that said "I am not Dorian Nakamoto."

Was it really Satoshi Nakamoto that sent the message "I am not Dorian Nakamoto."? I think everyone could easily send a message saying that line. Or was there any detail that we could use conclusively to say that it was indeed the real and true Satoshi Nakamoto who disowned the claim? Well, Satoshi has gradually grown into a legend, some sort of a name that is both true and not. What is more important is that his legacy will remain forever.
4099  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Getting porn sites to accept bitcoin on: December 12, 2017, 01:36:59 AM
Ok guys. It's time to inform porn industry that we want to pay in Bitcoins. You have any ideas on how to do it? Bitcoin is perfect payment method for p0rn - anonymous and very fast. And they don't care about fluctiation because they profit anyway.
If some major sites will start accepting bitcoins, there will be huge demand for Bitcoins  Cheesy  What do you think?

For me, this is a great idea. The anonymous feature of Bitcoin will for sure be maximized and exploited to a great extent by the users and porn fans. If I am not mistaken, there are already a big number of porn sites that offers a tokenized approach to the pornography industry. I have encountered XPlay, PCC, Live Stars. If I am not mistaken, these are all part of the adult industry that are now bringing blockchain technology into the industry.
4100  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much risk in bitcoin investement ? on: December 11, 2017, 06:53:34 AM
I just wanted to know that, what amount of risk is there in investing in bitcoins.
Right now i am planning to buy btc approx 3-4 btc and just hold them as i guess the price of bitcoin will increase in future and i will get some good profit. But i want to know what is the risk involved. Can bitcoin price decrease and is this right time to buy the bitcoin.

The risk is much lesser as compared to the majority of altcoins whose projects are not even functioning well in the real world. Bitcoin may be considered existing and acquiring value only on the basis of its being the top and most popular coin in the world of crypto, but it cannot be contested that it is actually the goal of every single cryptocurrency enthusiast to acquire as much Bitcoins he can. That is the truth. And that is one reason why Bitcoin will be increasing all the time.
