Go ahead and PM me. I accept cash and WU, and can fill your order.
I'm not sure if you're just trying to be funny or if you're going through some sobriety issues. So you want about 8M USD WU'd to you today. Or sent by FedEx perhaps. Yes, sounds doable. And of course there's no question about sending the $8 million first. OP, can you just check if WU is open now? Then you can head over there and send him the 8 million bucks. Oh and no need for escrow of course. This guy seems to be on the up and up with his 700 BTC all ready for take off. Hey alia_armelle, wait for the MTCN. He will be back shortly from WU.

You must give more information about your collateral. Without it, lenders will not take your loan request seriously.
Read the section's stickies about which or what collateral is considered valid and acceptable. ID, passports, bank statements, links to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram accounts are all not valid. Neither are immovable properties if you are unable to put them in the lender's or a trusted escrow's control. Collateral will be returned to you after you fully repay the loan.
For more information, contact lenders here and ask them about their terms. Some of them have their own lending threads.

Hi, I'm new to Bitcoin trading. I was wondering if anyone knows if www.safecoinescrow.biz is legit or a scam. Thank you. Sounds and looks like a fake escrow site. Not recommended at all. Don't send any coins to that site. As mentioned above, trusted escrows on this site are recommended for all your escrow needs. If you intend to engage an escrow on this site, be sure to contact that person on his official thread or profile. Never rely on links or websites provided by whoever you are transacting with.

It’s 100% a scam. Facebook and Craigslist are littered with these gadget scams. You know it’s a scam when you are offered something for free. There are no free lunches on this planet. Accepting Cryptocurrencies only. Will be shipped after payment.
That’s one more scam indicator there. Scammers hate escrow. They can’t steal when a middle man is involved in the trade.

Thanks for your information! In terms of payment method,I can do as much as I can to cooperate the seller. I don't know how long will it take to increase my limit in coinbase or byitstamp,I am sure I have already verified completely.
Be sure to use a trusted escrow when trading with anyone. Trust me on this advice. You will be thankful you did. Never send money or coins upfront . You would never send or loan money to strangers without any assurances of repayment, would you? Sending money first to anyone here is similar to loaning them money. In return for coins or money sent first, you are promised the same value with a certain margin. That's essentially a loan. Go to the loans section and see how strict lenders are with their collateral requirement. What I'm saying is when you trade with anyone on the exchange section, treat the trade or transaction as a form of lending. You have the money and you want coins. Now someone wants your money and offers to give you the coins you need. Would you send the money first? No, right? So the solution is to use a trusted escrow who will hold the "collateral" (the coins) before you send the money. The safe way forward.

If you are in the US and want to buy bitcoins privately and pay for them with RMB (CNY) only then you can't do this on an exchange. For 20 BTC or more I'm sure exchanges will want enhanced verification and even with that they will still impose transaction limits.
If trading privately and if you must pay in RMB, then sellers will ask a forex margin equal to what currency changers will ask for converting your RMB to USD. That plus the seller's selling rate for the coins.

Hello, Im searching for fair rates want to buy every month around 1500 - 2000eu bitcoins with Europe PayPal saldo. Send me your rates in private message or email jan.de.groot@protonmail.com, i want to start first with low amount to build op good relation Kind regards If you want fair rates, the first step is for you to play it fair and safe too which means avoid paying by PayPal. PayPal is notoriously reversible. You can dispute the payment after receiving the coins which is a major risk factor. Promises to never reverse the payment are not a reliable assurance. To build solid trade relationships here, you must start by using safer payment methods and escrowed transactions.

Escrow ok.
Seller:Yes, that's how it's done safely and correctly. Make sure you emphasize this requirement to buyers. If you are asked to send the coins upfront, decline. If you are offered a more favorable BTC value but you go first, decline. If you are asked to send some of the coins first and the rest later, decline. Scammers will do this and tell you it's about "testing your credibility". This is called the increments scam. Do not send any coins upfront. Not even a very small amount. If scammers realize they can't convince you to send 10 BTC they will try to steal just about anything. Even 0.01 BTC will buy them food for a few days. Use escrow for any amount. PayPal is notoriously reversible. If you deal with an untrusted member, you risk losing your coins and PayPal funds. Scammers exploit PayPal's generous 180 days window for disputing and charging back payments. They simply invoke the fraud defense and if bitcoin is involved, PayPal will (on the balance of probabilities) reverse the payment. Even PayPal payments sent as "Friends & Family" can be reversed if the scammer carefully plots the scam and reasons for the reversal. For example by sending the money while his browser is connected to a VPN and later telling PayPal his account was accessed from another location and it was a fraudulent payment. Another way is to submit a charge back to the credit card linked to the PayPal account. If the money was paid from a hacked or phished PayPal account, then you will most definitely lose your coins and money. Escrow can neither help nor protect if you accept PayPal as payment method. That's because PayPal's reversibility risk defeats the purpose of using escrow which is to make sure all parties honor the terms of the trade. The scammer can reverse the money after he gets the coins so there is no point in using escrow. Bank deposit.. this will work but tread with caution. It is a method used by scammers for MITM fraud. Do your due diligence and make sure you check and double check the depositor's information before sending the coins. Make sure the depositor is the actual buyer. Some banks allow depositors to reverse the cash deposit. Even if this practice conflicts with banking procedure rules there will always be a moment of negligence or ignorance which is when the teller allows the reversal and you risk losing the deposited funds and coins. Use escrow and never send the coins unless you have cleared funds on your account. Be careful of scammers depositing checks which will later bounce or never clear. Some deposit stolen and counterfeit checks. Banks usually pre-clear them so they appear as "credited" on your bank account. Don't be fooled by the positive balance. When the check is later found to be counterfeit or stolen or issued from an account with insufficient funds, it will bounce and you will pay a hefty penalty. Buyer:If you are considering buying OP's coins, do your due diligence too. Use a trusted escrow before paying any money. Make sure a trusted escrow confirms the coins are in his control before money changes hands. When contacting and choosing a trusted escrow, use that escrow's official profile page or thread on this site. Make sure (and double check!) that it is not a phished or cloned site.

Neither could I find the collateral keyword which is how the lending process here works. I even tried using the find tool on my Chrome browser to look for it but no luck.
Masking your intentions to borrow by inviting multiple investors to inject funds into your gambling addiction doesn't help bypass the required collateral. Investing and lending are more or less the same. Money is given to you upfront either way. By definition they are almost the same because the investor or lender gambles on the return of their money with ROI (if investing) or interest (if lending).
Without collateral, you will find no willing investors aka lenders here.

Care to explain in detail how you intend to circumvent the sanctions? Firstly, it is illegal to bypass international sanctions or to act as a conduit in aiding or abetting anyone targeted by such sanctions with a view to bypassing them.
Setting the illegality issue aside, I am interested in the methodology you have in mind. Not that I want to do something illegal or to participate in what you're offering. Nah, none of that.
I'm specifically interested in finding out what you have in mind with this "sanctions buster" model. Do you expect people to send those amounts mentioned above to you upfront? Is this offer something along the lines of requiring ICO funds sent to you without escrow protection? These two questions are what this post is mainly about.

Use a trusted escrow for a safe transaction. If escrow charges a small fee, it's well worth paying it.
You can't put a price on security. Invest in the small fee (if any) charged by a trusted escrow and you will be happy and thankful you did.
Beware of the "increments scam". If you are offered a higher buy/sell rate and spared the escrow fee in exchange for going first, think of the consequences before doing it.

i can contact my investor to transfer to you if you want it...but i need you to send your btc 1st
Who are you fooling? Both DarrenP@rker and JescaChole88 are one and the same scammer. You can also transfer half of your btc...after we make full payment and you transfer the other half of your btc.
This is the notorious "increments scam". The "half now half later" trick. If you fall for it, you lose half of your coins. For the scammer, stealing half is better than stealing none. Solution: always use a trusted escrow when trading with strangers.

I can take all if you agree with my TnC.
Anybody tell me please what is "TnC"? Terms and conditions.

Is there any genuine lending platform?
This is a genuine lending platform. The more appropriate and correct question would be are you a genuine borrower with genuine collateral to offer?

As far as I know, the credit card will be delivered to EU countries only.
I'm a non-EU citizen and I live in a non-EEA country. They delivered the card to me by DHL.

I will send you the same day or within some hours after you send me the Bitcoin.
Absolutely not happening! Are you sober? High on something? Ever heard of escrow? Or do you know about it and you're pretending it doesn't exist? Why should anyone send you bitcoins first? How is the seller protected? With your worthless word alone? Use escrow or nobody should send any coins to your wallet upfront! Your documents mean nothing. They could be anyone's documents. Or even fake ones. What can the seller do with that passport if you fail to deliver as agreed? Auction it off to recover the stolen coins? Advice to everyone: do NOT send any coins without escrow protection to this guy's wallet unless you want to donate them!

Selling a large amount of any crypto currency under the contract and for non-cash settlement
So this is the same way to sell large amounts of crypto currency with this one? By the way under which contract you exchange/sell crypto currency and how you assure buyers that they don't get scammed? We sell crypto-currencies under a brokerage agreement with a licensed European broker. We can sell 500 .... 3000 .... 10000 ... etc BTC Mind explaining further how you intend to guarantee these deals? I assume you understand that you will send those "500 .... 3000 .... 10000 etc BTC" to a trusted escrow here BEFORE any money is delivered to you, correct? Or do you have something else in mind? Absolutely no trades of this kind without escrow protection. Not even 1% of the agreed value should be paid to you or your "licensed European broker" upfront. A trusted broker of this forum will confirm the bitcoins are in his control and then (and only then) will funds change hands. Sounds fair? If yes, then the next step is to give these coins a price tag.

Collateral is the password to this loan. Anything else will not work. Just like an ATM card, if you key in the wrong PIN or password thrice, you will lose that card. Same thing with this loan request. If you avoid the collateral word, you will lose this account.
Confused about the the thread title. Verification is very much a problem if there is no collateral to be verified. If it is not a problem, then post more verifiable information about that collateral here so lenders can decide whether or not it is valid.
But I'm guessing there is no valid collateral here. It's the same old story about securing the loan with ID and bank statements again.

I need $300 worth of BTC. I only have paypal to offer as payment. I know its not safe for you as the seller. Its all I have to offer right now.
If you offer to pay by PayPal you will only get offers from untrusted sources. Just like the one above. Expect a lot of PM soon. Common denominator of those PM will be: 1) your Skype handle please and 2) Send the $300 first. Buying BTC with PayPal will not be easy. That's because PayPal can be reversed up to 180 days. One alternative is to send your PayPal to a friend or family member and they give you cash, then you use that cash to buy bitcoin via a safer and irreversible payment method.
