441  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 🤔 How do you distribute your portfolio? BTC vs Altcoins on: December 12, 2020, 12:52:03 PM
How many percent do you keep in BTC versus altcoins?

Atm I have 35% BTC then a big chunk of ETH and a handfull of other altcoins (see distribution below)

You did not mentioned the exact number, but 35% is good if it is on thousands dollars worth of Bitcoin and 355 is too small if Bitcoin is just worth hundreds of dollars, I prefer mine higher because you are safe on Bitcoin than any other coins in the market, some altcoins have a good potential but this time it's all about Bitcoin.
442  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook Issue on: December 12, 2020, 12:36:40 PM
I am not even aware of it but it's only a few hours I read a lot of post about that in my feeds but after a few hours it was fixed and it seldom happen there is no need to connect this to anything it also happens to other network, no network is perfect most important is they can fix it right away.
443  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Xrp - Spark snapshot on: December 11, 2020, 11:22:21 PM
Too excited to dump your XRP?  Grin Wake up by this time December 12 2020 at approximately 12 am UTC.

I sure would expect the XRP will drop down to $0.24 less than an hour after the snapshot. Its the reason why XRP spike and why many had tried buying the XRP is all because of it.

I hope they won't change their minds that they will not distribute Flare tokens when XRP isn't inside their wallets anymore or else Spark is a bitch

They won't change their mind it's already a commitment for those who participate or else they will lose their reputation, their is no rule that you cannot sell your XRP after the snap shot is over they will become the top coin that did not honor their commitment so I'm sure they will proceed with the distribution.
444  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will XRP Surpass ETHEREUM SOON?! $589 per XRP💥🚀 on: December 11, 2020, 01:14:01 PM
Will Ripple XRP really surpass Ethereum soon?! Is $589 per XRP coin really possible?!
I don't see the comparison where XRP will have an edge over Ethereum and XRP going to $589 doesn't make  sense how and when, it's having a hard time reaching $1 this is a useless thread that has no basis at all and why $589 why not $1 million why not dream high, you lose nothing dreaming of something even if it is impossible.
445  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP Could Hit $1 This Year on: December 11, 2020, 02:03:15 AM
I love XRP to reach $1 right now I'm profit I bought a lot of it because of the flare token airdrop but I now have second thought if the price will push up because there is a halt in the market right now the market is not looking good still going down when on the last day of November it was picking at $19000 still at lost how things will turn out.
446  Economy / Economics / Re: I did some research Biden will make crypto and Usdc coin great on: December 10, 2020, 01:47:03 PM

The question is?
Where does the Bitcoin stand in this?
Do they need the Bitcoin?

There's no way Biden can make Bitcoin obsolete he is not all that powerful to make Bitcoin disappear, the US government has a lot of issues to resolve why not focus on their internal affairs , Bitcoin dominance will still continue even if what you've researched happens, and Biden is not a fool to just ignore the huge potential and dominance of Bitcoin.
447  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Altcoins replace Bitcoin?!?!? on: December 09, 2020, 03:45:03 PM
Will the rise of altcoins eventually lead to the demise of Bitcoin? Ultimately Bitcoin has been tested and it has a place in the crypto world.

I don't see in the chart that altcoins is rising I've checked the Bitcoin dominance it's still the same so you are posting a useless question because these altcoins and that includes Ethereum a threat, they are not a threat as long as Bitcoin dominance is still more than 50%
448  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Could There Be One World Digital Currency? on: December 09, 2020, 12:12:51 PM
Cryptocurrency is becoming a trend despite the shock of the COVID-19 pandemic. This actually raises a conspiracy regarding the possibility of changes in the financial world to use digital currency as one of the goals of the New World Order or the global elite.

COVID-19 itself has had an impact on worsening economies in many countries. But is there an adaptation of one world currency? Can Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies be a substitute for money in the future?

One world currency sounds to good to be true, almost impossible because each country has their own financial structure and political philosophy, the Euro currency is very much different, I doubt if that possible for one world to have one currency, much more using Bitcoin as the one currency.
449  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP Rallied by 91% In The Last Month on: December 09, 2020, 12:20:11 AM
XRP rallied by 91% in the last month, what could be the reason behind it? There is also news speculating that Ripple (XRP) will reach 10 to 20 dollars at the early stage of 2021. Would it come true? What are your thoughts on these guys?

Sharing this article: https://crypto.co/.../why-xrp-rallied-by-91-in-the-last.../

It's because of the flare token airdrop many investors are buying because of the airdrop right but once they received the airdrops or snapshots happens expect the price to drop I don't believe it will reach $10 in 2021 it's having a hard time to even reach $1 even though there is an airdrop coming.
450  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: IF ONLY BOUNTIES WILL KEEP THEIR PROMISES. on: December 07, 2020, 11:21:32 PM
Majority of the bounty hunters knows this but unfortunately, since they are a bounty hunter and it's their job they have no recourse but to do bounty hunting and continue promoting projects and just crossed their fingers that the project they are promoting will turn out to be great project and profitable.
451  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is this a good time to invest? on: December 07, 2020, 04:26:50 PM
Hello my bitcoin brethren!

I come to you with a cunundrum today. One that's been weighing on me heavy for the past week.

Is it a good time to buy bitcoin, for a not too long term investment? And not just a couple of bucks but rather with a sum that would definitely sting (but not cripple) if the pendulum swings the wrong way.

I know your guess it as good as mine and the whole don't put in more than you are willing to lose and bitcoin is the least predictable investment venue...but perhaps you might know something I don't, especially consider how sharply it's been going up lately.
Some I realized don't like sharing what they know if they have juicy insight that they feel will change the course of things unfavorably for them if that knowledge was made public. If you are one of them, maybe you can PM me? 1 person won't make a difference.

So yeah, looking for expert, honest, advice.

Thanks!

I'm not an expert but do invest money that you can afford to lose, yes for me this is a good time to invest, Bitcoin is very much ripe to break his old all time high and to set another one, all speculation and prediction are pointing to another all time high, and Bitcoin @ $19200 is the good time to buy.
452  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Email address exposure in spreadsheet on: December 07, 2020, 02:36:32 AM
Bounty managers please kindly start hiding emails in your spreadsheet because I always like using new email for bounty participation and I surprised that there are many offer mails in my email account, some are free airdrop some are affiliate marketing offers, I still remember that some people are selling email addresses online, it will be easier for such people to go through bounty spreadsheet and pack the whole email address

Don't give you email at all the project might use all the emails they've collected to send you offers and links to phishing sites, they don't need our emails only our report and our proof of authentication with our wallet address, if they are asking it that's dubious and they should have a good reason why they are asking it.
453  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it a scam? on: December 06, 2020, 11:39:44 AM
What APP are you using by the way? I think you should only trade on reputable and trusted exchange sites to avoid such scam it looks like a scam to me because even if there were trading fee I don't think it would deduct you huge amount.

OP should name the application so members will avoid that application it's pretty obvious that he has a bad deal based on his experience, like all the other's opinion it is a scam and you should create a thread on this application on the scam section, so those who will read will avoid this application and only trade on reputable exchange, it will save you time and money.
454  Economy / Economics / Re: How long will it take banks to phase out physical cash completely? on: December 06, 2020, 11:20:39 AM
the most important thing is infrastructure and regulation. for infrastructure 1-2 years it is sufficient for areas of the country that are already progressing (Europe, Japan, America). while for countries that are still in the developing stage it will take longer. talking about regulations it will not be easy for all countries to agree to them. do we have to force the FED to change cash with crypto? I don't think they will

Nope. Do you think that it's possible for developed nations such as Japan and the United States to outlaw physical cash all of a sudden? I don't think so. Even in these countries, there are a lot many people who don't know how to use digital cash. I'd say that full implementation of digital cash is at least one or two decades away.

I agree with two or three decades or the government can opt to create their own, I don't think they will adopt existing coin, they will prepare to adopt their own which they can regulate and fully control but awareness is the first key, the whole world should have a full awareness of how Cryptocurrency works before they support.
455  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How prepared are you for Spark token on: December 06, 2020, 10:48:40 AM
Hi please include Abra in your list they announced that they are going to support Flaretoken airdrop too https://www.abra.com/
Abra is very popular on some countries Abra is available in 150+ countries.
456  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Errol Spence Jr. vs. Danny Garcia IBF & WBC Welterweight Title on: December 06, 2020, 09:36:49 AM

Bad strategy for Garcia, he should have followed the technique of Shawn Porter which is very aggressive, in that fight, Spence has struggled a bit but won in the end. I lost my respect to Garcia, I thought he is a tough guy but I'm disappointed because he does not know how to adjust.

That's already 3-0 for Garcia there's no way he has to go but go down or retire because he cannot beat the top names on his division, Garcia is a good fighter but not in the league of Crawford and Spence maybe he has a chance if he fight Pacquiao both of them are counter puncher and of the same body frame.
457  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Errol Spence Jr. vs. Danny Garcia IBF & WBC Welterweight Title on: December 06, 2020, 06:11:02 AM

I agree, he still look sharp, so for those who have been questioning Spence, you have been answered, lol. The score card of the judges is close though, but for me, it was a lopsided victory for Spence.

If boxing god will intervene, we might see Crawford vs Spence next year

This is the fight that should happen, they are both ripe, two undefeated in their prime, the promoters should compromised to make this fight happen, the best should fight the best so we know who really is the best, this is what the fans wants to see and promoters should give it to them, there is no justice if we cannot see these two fighters fight in the ring.
458  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Four Years of Living on Bitcoin Alone. Can You Beat That? Is that even possible? on: December 06, 2020, 05:43:02 AM

Yes, their claim was that they liquidated all their assets including savings, retirement accounts, cars and clothes and bought bitcoin when the price was $900 in 2017. But my concern was how they were able to leave the investment there and spent only from their bitcoin holdings all these years with full confidence and trust. I must say it's an inspiring story if that was actually true.

That's thinking forward in the future and it actually pays off imagine $900 and $19000 price now is such a big difference, that's such a huge profit but it will only be a big profit if they are still holding majority of their Bitcoin, this is a good example of trusting in the future of Cryptocurrency I'm pretty sure this is not an isolated case and there are a lot of stories like this.
459  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: good news for bitcoin at the moment on: December 06, 2020, 04:14:30 AM
Well known international restaurant franchise Pizza Hut has started accepting payment via cryptocurrency in Venezuela, South America.  As of now they are accepting Bitcoin, Dash and XPT (CryptoBuyer's * coin).  Soon they will accept more alts.  Which is a great news for all cryptocurrency lovers.  For this reason my personal target for bitcoin on 2021 will be $ 25k at least.  What about yours?

 * CryptoBuyer is a Panama-based company that provides cryptocurrency ATM services.

How could I not agree it's a moderate prediction, compared to other who predicted $50k to $100k  in 2021 without coming up a good data to show just a feeling that it would, that news coming from Venezuela is great news for those living in Venezuela and will increase awareness on Venezuelan and neighboring countries.
460  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people avoid bitcoin? on: December 06, 2020, 03:15:34 AM
I do notice that some people naturally don’t allow bitcoin in any of their daily transactions even when it faster and easier, they still don’t prefer using it, I have noticed this a lot, Some classes of human,Sometimes when they are to receive money from another country like international transfer sometimes it takes 2 3 days to arrive,They will advise them to use bitcoin and they still don’t accept it even it faster and easier. Now how come we make bitcoin come to people.

Ignorance and lack of education, I have a friend who thought for a long time that Cryptocurrency is an MLM company and he is not the only one there are a lot of people who are no aware or educated on how this technology works, this is because those who are using Bitcoin on their MLM and Ponzi Scheme are very active in promoting their Ponzi scheme, giving Cryptocurrency a bad name.
