Heat vs Memphis - under 214.5, baka mag low scoring @1.80

Per Bookie live betting, Magnolia is still favored but only a slight favorite as from -8.5, they are down to -4.5 now.
Magnolia won but it was a very close game. I wonder what would be the handicap in the next game. It seems like Phoenix is also a tough team, they were able to keep it close but their inexperience was their disadvantage in closing a game. It's 1-0 now, but this is a best of 5 series, so it's still too early to conclude. Next game, it might still be the Phoenix covering the handicap, or they might upset the Magnolia to tie the series. About the 2nd game, it was a nail - biter game. It's a game of run but in the end it was only a 2 points win by the SMB. CZ Perez was the best player but JMF has a huge contribution that game, his offensive rebound help them secure a win.

So far, I also going to put Crawford at the top and next is Inoue as he again unifies all the belts from his current division.
If Inoue goes up in weight and will become an undisputed champion again, then we can expect that he'll replace Crawford in the ranking. Inoue probably has more achievements as a champion but maybe Crawford is more deserving since he has fought more dangerous fighter than Inoue. it's hard to make a debate on who is the number 1 or not because as a fan we are too bias, so let's just based the ranking on the publishers report and we can all agree with it. After this fight with Nery which I'm sure Inoue will be victorious, maybe moving up should be next, forget about other challengers lining up, Inoue has to chase making a history again.

Thank you @roycilik and @BK8. That was indeed a long run, and with a necessary pause, that's alright. I'll be waiting for the comeback!

Crypto investment vs real estate investment : Which one more dependable in the future Though have been in the crypto space for quite some time now, I knew little about crypto. A friend of mine just introduced me to real estate investment. Which one should I go for with a capital less than $2500?
If you find the passion in digital currency, investing in crypto particularly bitcoin would be the perfect choice for you. However, with bitcoin's high volatility, that increases the risk to lose and if you're not brave enough, you will never have the courage to beat the risks. But one thing is certain, bitcoin investment brings out the best profits in the market, so might as well take a chance on it. Now, if you are hesitant with crypto, real estate investment may work for you. Still, knowledge and skills are a must. If you think you're still in the learning process, then don't jump investing your funds in real estate as the chances to succeed is still low.

You got it right but the most important and key step from all those points is having priorities. One must set proper priorities on their expenses. Most people fail to create a "budget" plan and remains broke by the end of the month just because of spending money on things they could have "lived" without. They give priorities to "useless" things and then they end up struggling to pay their bills. If paying bills is your priority, pay that first. If paying your debts is your next priority, then do that. "Saving" can also be a priority. After you are done saving, the rest of the money that is left is yours to spend on anything you want. Budgeting is not as complicated as people thing. As long as they keep themselves organized and spends responsibly, they will always be able to follow their budgets.
Saving is not hard unless you make it complicated. Except for those people who don't have source of income, then it's impossible for them to save as they don't have an income to budget in the first place. However, I believe it takes discipline to finally see yourself saving without alibis or excuses. Some may have a lot of money but were unable to save because they can't control their expenses and instead spend like there's no tomorrow that comes. Probably, more like a one day millionaire.

I'm just a newbie and I don't have other opportunities to make money irl because of my place of living and age. I tried already bounties and airdrops, but I'm not lucky in it. Thanks for your advices!!!
Sometimes, luck isn't enough. You need to keep looking for other airdrops until you get the chance to be part of it and paid well luckily. Patience is a virtue as what they say. Others have succeeded but they have tried it a lot of times looking until they landed a significant one. However, if you don't know how to invest, then try learning it. Crypto space is known for its investment so learn the process so you will make it one of these days and invest successfully.

There’s no specific reason that proves you need to lose first before you gain your profits. That is not a requirement either. Whatever the outcome of your investment reflects how you manage them and how you overcome the risk associated in such investment. Losing is not pre determined, as well as gaining or profiting. But what is certain is that losing and winning are both present in bitcoin investment. It’s only a matter how you can manage your losses and improve for the better. And appreciate your profits and be motivated even more.

This is good, they are trying increase their market in the Philippines, and the partnership with Pacman was already enough for them to be recognize in the Philippines. I'm wondering if Pacman were on that event, but even if he didn't come, it's still a good marketing strategy for BK8 to be in the heart of the Philippines. Maybe soon when they get more Filipino gamblers/sports bettors, is it possible they'll add GCASH? (most popular mobile wallet in PH).

Unfortunately the streak is over. You're not happy? Now the Raptors will forever be the team that lost to a team that had a 28 game losing streak until they beat them. I was hoping the streak can hit 30 but I also had a feeling the struggling Raptors might be the ones that will fall to them. Detroit was also just a 4 point underdog so Vegas also had high hope for this to happen. Seems like their performance on their previous game had help them to win here. They were close on beating the Celtics, that was helpful to increase their confidence on the game. Raptors also played without OG Anunoby, so that was big for them and Detroit took advantage on that. Regardless though, a win is a win, so I think I should be happy with their win. Hopefully they'll start losing again!

Know the perfect time to trade, and get rid of trading when you think there are low probability to be in profits. That way, you will minimize the risk from losing, and you will maximize your potential profits once you trade only when the market is impressive to trade. Trading should not be made on a daily basis, most especially when your funds are tight and when the market is not favorable to trade. Because if you resort into overtrading, you will gain more losses than profits, not just for beginners but even for seniors as well.
Knowing when to trade and when not to is very important, otherwise if you keep trading and constantly seizing the market opportunities even when its not applicable to, you will never have a successful trading and you would only resort into regretting and blaming yourself for your consistent losses.

No one holds the future of crypto. While most of the crypto influencers claim that they've seen it coming and they know exactly where this present crypto market is heading to, then the more that we should start avoiding them. Know that what they are doing is just to establish hypes and fuds, and if you are completely weak, you will really fall on their traps. Ignore the hypes and you will have a safer crypto investment.
Paid or free channels are never reliable. Invest on your own knowledge first before you invest to them. Remember that in crypto, there's no one you can trust but only yourself. So be as knowledgeable and experienced as you are so you can always rely on your own market analysis and predictions.

The planned third title defense will be against Johnreil Casimero, a 3-division world champion. Inoue and Casimero were scheduled already to unify their belts when the pandemic of COVID-19 happened. It was canceled but it seems like they are destined to really face each other.
There's so much hype on this third potential match of Inoue on 2024. If this is already on the books, then we will have to wait because I think that he's going to beat Casimero as well. But as long as it's not yet official and confirmed because it's still far and too many things can still happen within the period of time. Most likely Inoue will win but I don't see the fight to be an easy win by Inoue. Of all the boxers that Inoue beat, I believe Casimero is different. There's a chance that he could hurt Inoue since he is also a heavy puncher, and not only that, he is not afraid to go toe to toe, that's Casimero, he is a road warrior, so venue is not a big deal for him. Honestly, three matches for a year, that's a lot IMO. Are there any other professional boxers that have fought three times a year or more than that?
Yes, Emanuel Navarrete fought 3 times this year. You can look https://boxrec.com/en/box-pro/602423

To those who considers making profits a priority in gambling, ()
Just simply don't invest your emotion when you are into this. Being emotional in gambling doesn't help at all, what you need to do is to deliver using your skills that are develop by your mind, not by emotional experiences throughout your journey as that is not being objective on what you do. In terms of strategies, and on how to develop our skills in gammbling, we might be able to come up with one solution, but once emotions are the topic, it's hard to come up with a unified solution. That's the reality!

If Celtics are able to reduce their extreme dependence on 3 pointer shots, and find other ways like driving into perimiter more and geting more point from the paint area, they'll be a team to be in the league this season and I'll tip them as my favorite for the championship this year, provided they are able to keep their core players fit and avoid long term injuries that could deter their ambitions.
I agree with this, they should not be too depending on 3 point shooting, they have the size, so they can attack. Tatum and Brown, these two can create their own shots, and Holiday as well. I guess they are a different team this season, a much more improve team, and they have a good chance of winning a championship this season as long as both Tatum and Brown are consistent.

Just to remind everyone about betting on the Celtics vs Raptors as per report: Jaylen Brown - AVAILABLE Jrue Holiday - AVAILABLE Al Horford (rest) - OUT Kristaps Porzingis (left calf injury management) - OUT Jayson Tatum (left ankle sprain management) - OUT https://twitter.com/celtics/status/1740873166669463700So KP and Tatum are out, against a pesky Raptors, not sure if this is a trap or not, but the Celtics is just -2.5 at handicap and 1.51 ML. Edit: Boston leading by 20 points. Boston still manage to win the game. I thought it was -5, but regardless though, still they didn't manage to cover the spread as they only won by 2 points. With that win, they remained perfect at home, and maybe next game Tatum will be able to come back again and they'll continue with their dominating performance. How about the Atlanta Hawks? They were up at least 20 points but ended up losing by 7 points. This team is very unpredictable, if their shots are not falling, they'll likely lose because of their poor defense.

Just wanted to touch base and see how your holidays are going. Any significant updates in your portfolio? Historical data indicates that significant holidays, such as Christmas, tend to bring about noticeable shifts in trading patterns and market sentiments.
Despite of the holiday affairs, my coins are still intact and would likely to invest more by 2024. I would not miss the opportunity this year since bitcoin ETF approval and bitcoin halving are bound to happen so the best I can do for now is to keep buying through DCA and hold them until new all time high achieves. By 2024, I have also plans to diversify bitcoin with some physical investments, and maybe some potential altcoins that can also be profitable this year. 2024 might bring a lot of uncertainties but as always I'm ready to grind.

|
|
We still don't hold guarantees that bitcoin ETF will gain approval this time. It could be approved, or it could not. And the only possibility to happen if its not going to work this time is most probably we will see bitcoin price in a sudden decline. If ETF fake news approval has made an instant price surge, then most likely we will see the opposite when ETF approval gone wrong. However, this is just my personal point of view. No one actually knows what's going to happen if ever bitcoin ETF approval will not happen this time.

For the betterment of their current campaign, I think Mikey can help them, but in terms of long-term relationships, it's not good to sign him back, they are just showing him that he can do whatever he wants. TNT or PBA should take things the right way. We all know what he did and how he disrespected the franchise. Now that he has decided to play back, is it just so easy for him?
That's how it is man, Mikey were able to play his card well, so he won. I would not even be surprise if TNT sign him with a good contract because it seems like the Mikey benefited on the current situation of TNT where they lose some star players, especially the import. Once a contract is signed, we can pressume it's short term, it should be a long term like other standard contract in the PBA. TNT can take this season as not for them, and re-group again next season or enter a trade that will give them players who can help them, though it's always the team owner's decision if MVP decides to re-hire him, it will be a safe comeback for Mikey for sure.
I don't know, but I have a feeling that they don't want to waste the talent of Mikey, and they believe he is very vital for the team's success, that's why they are gambling, talking to him and maybe sign him soon.
