It's the first time I hear now that they have to postpone the launch of their platform. Where exactly did you get these information from? And what kind of licence do the need to get first before they can go on with the release of the platform?

They are tentative and a bit not sure about their statement on their platform launch.  I am very much excited to see their platform going live this last month of the 1st quarter but to my dismay, they have postponed it and saying that probably it is between this month and May.  I keep on following them on their telegram channel and this is the current talk of the group.

So this means a maximum of 2 more months until the launch? I can live with that. Better to have a well prepared launch than one where the product has still a lot of bugs and doesn't work properly.

Yes, they said the platform is ready, but they are waiting for the e-license to be released, probably they wanted a good impact to the market before releasing the platform.  Less hassle if they have complete legal documents to operate, but before that, they keep on saying they are ready to launch with or without the e-license,  but then they decided to just wait for it.
462  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] SOMA - The Social Marketplace on: March 31, 2019, 07:44:38 AM
I would assume some people tried to do the PnD, given its relatively low supply on exchange. I have my tokens locked on private wallet, as I assume how lots of other holders too, which really made soma prone to volatility. A surge of interest upon launch will hopefully help solving this case

Seems a desperate attempt to hype the price because of the nearing release of their platform.  Or probably someone FOMO'ed and buy the token aggressively in the market.  Same goes to the other token I am following, one of the member of the group got a FOMO and bought the token from 600 sats to 800 sat, while the normal trading price is around 600+ sats.

Is this true that they going to postpone roadmap and we will not see platform in this month? They have been promising to launch platform in Q1 this year, and now they saying that they dont have lisence?

That's why you should always be skeptical when any ico says that they will get licences later on. It's like many icos haven't even bothered to check how hard getting them would be.

465  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is crypto politcs bad for the Blockchain industry? on: January 28, 2019, 07:14:38 PM
I am really not that political man even though there are several meaning of politics. But for me, I think it is something like conflict of anything. I may say that healthy competition is better because not all projects can always be accepted and implemented. We need to justify our main purpose and goal. That way, we really need to be very wise and careful in supporting a certain project.
466  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No Regrets in cryptocurrency on: January 28, 2019, 07:02:33 PM
I agree with you that we should not regret anything in Cryptocurrency. Instead, appreciate all the goodness of Cryptocurrency in our lives. Just remember that you will surpass all trials and difficulties when you stay or remain optimistic. Don't give up!
467  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Expect the Unfavorable Bounty Hunting Situation in the Present day and Beyond!? on: January 28, 2019, 06:52:15 PM
It is our choice to do the bounty campaign and we have all the right to decide what will be our goal and what will be our mindset. Well, I chose to support projects that I believed that has great potential and will help us all as individuals in our daily life. It is not all about money but of course we need to be wise because we really need to help our own families.
468  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto currency Happiness for everyone on: January 28, 2019, 06:41:23 PM
It is kinda ironic that you don't want a bad news about Cryptocurrency but you have shared a bad news about it. But it is okay, we learned to manage our fear, uncertainty and doubt. I hope you can also learn to manage yours too because all the types of news will come but you have to prepare for it and be strong.
469  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Tired of waiting? on: January 28, 2019, 06:30:51 PM
Waiting doesn't mean doing nothing. Well, we should not waste our time and our life waiting for something to happen. We should somehow take a break with our family. Make your self fruitful in this season, we can learn something new while we are waiting. Be productive!
470  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I wanted to know if there is a hodler right here? on: January 28, 2019, 06:20:40 PM
I don't think hodling a token supports it. The best thing to do is to make it active in the market like trading or investing. But before we do that, we should know how to trade it. Trading is much better than dumping it all in a very low price. Well, we have all our strategies and decision and we have to respect that.
471  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should We Trust Blockchain ? on: January 28, 2019, 04:19:45 PM
Everything can be hacked, nothing is impossible to the technology. But the characteristic of Blockchain which consists of hash is very difficult to crack. It is not practical to hack blockchain becauae of expenses. Everything will be affected. Should I trust Blockchain? Of course YES!
472  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any way I can exchange all altcoins for free? on: January 28, 2019, 02:29:48 PM
If something like that exists, I am wondering how it will survive and how will it work? I think that would be a great project for the cryptocommunity especially those who are new to cryptocurrency. I think they can offer that free exchange if they have something partnered with it that generate income.
473  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto is not a get rich quick scheme on: January 28, 2019, 01:25:58 PM
At first, we have that very hype attitude that we will be rich by simply entering in the world of crypto. But as months and years goes by, we will have that feeling of maturity on how we will help to make cryptocurrency a source of passive income for everyone.  At that point, helping others is more than precious than having so much money.
474  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust celebrities endorsing cryptocurrencies? on: January 28, 2019, 12:55:19 PM
Using celebrities in every advertisement is still the best option to attract people. But if we are really an analytic person, we should carefully study the project and all aspects about it before we invest in cryptocurrency. One of the most important thing to remember are not the advertisers but the team behind the project and all their qualifications.
475  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is regulation good or bad? on: January 25, 2019, 01:19:51 PM
Quote
I say regulation will, in the end, be a good thing for crypto..

As long as the government governs, we should really abide by its laws and regulations. Not compliance from that laws makes us illegal. Let us just look at the brighter side. When we are considered legal, we will know our limitations and we can do freely without violating any law. That will surely make Cryptocurrency well known and well used all over the world.
476  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will cryptocurrencies be able to use for payment? on: January 25, 2019, 11:38:48 AM
Lots of blockchain team have developed blockchain and cryptocurrency for payment.

Will cryptocurrencies be able to use for payment?

Will it be useful and convenience?

Which coin do you think the best for payment in the near future?

Well, that was the main reason why Bitcoin or Cryptocurrency was created. To be an alternative mode of payment to.all transactions and it is already happening right now. The usefulness and convenient is the one they are working right now. Transactions were really fast and convenient. You don't need to carry anything except your mobile phone to pay for your transactions or a crypto debit card. Bitcoin is still the best.
477  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Power of Decision on: January 23, 2019, 09:26:32 PM
This is a bit of good advice I think but we should still consider that in every decision, there is always a factor that we need other's opinions. What I want to point out is that we will come up with our decision based on the opinion of others, our personal research and the trend that we are seeing the coin in the market.

This is the purpose of having this forum because everyone has its own opinion on things and we are sharing what we know especially to newbies that are really new to Cryptocurrency. Well, if the newbies will not somehow base their decision on what we say, what is the essence of having all these conversations and discussions?

I think the best way to do it is to gather all the information that you need (including other's opinions) but you have to decide for yourself.
478  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are your plans for this year on: January 23, 2019, 09:06:32 PM
It is just okay to look on something from a different perspective and be ready for what will happen if your plans didn't succeed. That is the reason why we need to have plans A to Z if needed. We should also learn to diversify our funds so that we can simply move on when one plan will fail. As for me, I am learning something everytim e I have time so that I can do trading or other things when investing is not good at that time. We can also do Bounty Campaigns like this that doesn't require funds. We can do everything if we want to, just continue learning.
479  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Courage for cryptocurrency participants on: January 23, 2019, 08:52:22 PM
In crypto currency it is likely that

You will fall.
You will fail.
You will stumble.
But facts remains that you must always pick yourself up as long as you remember that you are in control of your portfolio and choices

And Nobody else can decide for you because you have

Nobody to blame for wrong decisions except Only you.

Remember Only you have the power to change your options and choices of investment
Your time will come with you prevailing

You are correct when you are referring to what we call as failing but picking yourself up again and getting up is already winning. What we need to know about life is that life is beautiful yet sometimes difficult but what we need to learn from these things. Trials and difficulties will simply make us stronger and wiser. In doing crypto, we will experience difficulties but we will surely learn from it and we will know how to handle these things next time. Time will come that we will just laugh at this life's experiences and enjoy life at the fullest.
480  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Advice for Bounty participants on: January 23, 2019, 08:40:28 PM
I understand everything has not bloomed and bloomed well
But let’s endeavor to be at an alert because in crypto currency

When you are tired weak and feeble, that is when good and valuable projects pass you by
But when you are excited to work, you get only peanuts project

So work now that you are weak
Persevere and don’t burn your opportunity because of short term  comfort

Very well said! I think this is a good time that people that were here because they just want to be rich overnight will be gone and will be filtered. Most of us are working so hard to get our money, some are quite lucky that they have landed here before the bullish days and acquire an unexpected amount of wealth. So continue on what we are doing, spreading the good news to everyone and time will come that we will also reap whatever we sow. Harvest time is coming.
