On the 9th of Feb, 16 days ago, I sent to Quintin & James my apostilled affidavit claim plus a apostille of my passport (as an extra - in all it ended up costing me well over $150) & asked for it's receipt to be acknowledged to me so that I could know it was being processed because I have never once had one single reply from Quintin as yet to any of my emails & questions, when this didn't happen I wrote to James a few times to chase this up & he has been very prompt at replying & agreed to include me in the early ASIC mining group as I have my claim pending since before that was announced & have stated my desire to make the paid upgrade from the beginning, I don't know why James can't just process this himself but anyway I really hope that it may finally get to be done this Tuesday, the 26th, so it can be wrapped up before BFL hopefully start shipping ASICs in early March.

gigamining is a company registered in USA as per gigavps.
If they have registered the company means then they must be already showed the details to USA & world if it's an international company.
They are the bond issuers, who FIRST has to give the details to the client, when clients approach them to buy bonds & asks client details when clients wants to buy their bonds.
When gigavps gave details of his company, when the clients (WE) bought bonds from them?
Its the shop owners who has to show who they are & what they selling - first, not the client who wants to buy.

People in here should calm down with dox'ing people. Im all with you if the person involved did actually scammed you, but you could do it more private, lets say in a private section of this forum, and the mods giving access there to some members after providing some proof, or some other way. I dont say that to protect any scammer, but it could possibly end sadly for the victim(s), according to laws.

FFS. pirate was doxxed long before his ponzi collapsed precisely because the identity of someone to whom the community is entrusting hundreds of thousands of dollars (millions, if you believe the upper estimates) should be publicly known. This. Everyone knew his identity anyways, but I do agree that it SHOULD be in a place that only involved forum members should access. It's not great for random people on the Internet to google "pirateat40" and get all his info. I'm not trying to "protect the scammers," but I feel that we shouldn't post his information completely publicly. If I had my way, I would hire people just to stand around his home and give out flyers/post wanted posters all over the place informing the community of his evil deeds. He could probably just pay the people to go away. Instead of giving posters, if it is pasted at places where many people gather, it will provide much better results. |

I have only 16 bonds of gigamining.
In India, for legal works, which has to be done by timely & correctly, we need to bribe 1000+ INR.
For illegal or other works, then maybe up to 10 times or more.
When i bought gigamining shares for 1.6 BTC/share, no one told me that i have to give all these affidavit or Apostille or notary details to get back my dividends & shares.
While all other bond/contract issuers can give back dividends with out problem, but gigamining cant do it.
Gigamining is the biggest or highly priced shares, which is the 1st one to receive assets holders data.
A simple, bigger screwup done by nefario &, we, who are the assholes, believed that by buying bonds, we will get dividends, which wont even give the ROI, gave our hard earned/mined bitcoins to strangers, who know how to become millionaires or billionaires by other people money & can live happily.
All the laws are sleeping or lost or not even their, until a day before glbse crap shutdown.
After that every thing came alive.
I have seen/read about many piracy, anti piracy things about sharing movies or music..... & law cant punish any one, until the law is made. That made many early shares escape with out any punishment or fines, except bitcoin.
Seems all laws suddenly changes or contracts breached in bitcoin world, whose is now a days run by mafia's or corporates, whose only motto is suck money as much they can, even in dead bodies.
