Are these sold yet? My offer still stands at 1.3 and I'll cover shipping.

The crowd funding period is over, where is this going to be for sale? Is there still going to be a physical copy available? If so, what's the price?

Kickstarter would be cool but it'd mean we can't pay in crypto currency. How about a crypto version of a crowd funding site? There's http://www.startjoin.com. Physical makers for maxcoin and cryptovault used them. Wow, didn't know that site, I think I'll go that way ! Thanks for the hint ! Are you still moving forward with another round of coins with a new design?

Wow, this just gets crazier and crazier. I have not checked the threads for a few months and now there is a 17BTC maintenance fee on my account. I have less than 3k shares left on this account and 460 2nd gen shares. Is the maintenance fee on 2nd gen shares as well? Are 2nd gen shares even online?

You have my attention . Let's see how this goes and if everyone wants to meet up or just sell to someone else. I maybe in Frankfurt around the 1st of July. What about others?

If this is not a scam, then why does LTCgear not respond to charge back disputes? Nothing from the emails I sent or directly to my bank. Paypal is of no help and will not provide any additional information with a real name, address, and phone number.
LTCgear stopped accepting paypal right before the TOS change from 60 45 days to 180 days for filing a dispute (11/17/2014). This corresponds quite well to their claimed 'attack' and dragging out this process. We are past the 60 45 day point, so don't expect further payouts from LTCgear.
When exactly did you pay with Paypal? I was under the impression this was not possible since May or June 2014... Last date was 11/10/2014 I thing paypal was for selling a hardware. No hardware - no PP Seriously, I posted a screen cap back in Oct or Nov proving this. I think it had to be manually unlocked for someone's account. I emailed several times to get paypal access for buying anniversary packs. Unfortunately, I bought most of my shares with BTC and only a few with paypal. Turns out paypal is of no help anyway. The reason I bring this up now is it adds some rationale for delaying the collapse of LTCgear just long enough to keep people like me from filing charge backs (even though they are very small amounts compared to the BTC I invested). For those of you who also used paypal or any other means of payment, now is the time to start the dispute process. It does not look like it is going anywhere on my side but maybe others will have better luck.

Here are some screen shots if anyone needs them for filing complaints against LTCgear. If you have older ones, please post them. Paypal is of no hep with this. LTCgear stopped accepting paypal days before Paypal changed their TOS (11/17/2014) from 60 45 days to file a dispute to 180 days to file a dispute. Still no real contact information either from Paypal.

Yeah, these are useful. Did anyone take screen shots of the all of the different delay messages posted on ltcgear.com? PM or post some of them here if you can. I could use them for my CC dispute and as evidence if any of the legal complaints ever pan out to anything.

I know of someone who paid with paypal recently... I'll ask him via pm if he could chime in. If he does that's great, but I don't know if he cares much anymore or wants to get to involved in this..
Please PM me with the info you get. I do have a friend in Romania who is willing on going down to the address's I have. I just want to confirm them before I waste his time. Email: jaykevirtual@gmail.comIRC: #ltcgear - Username: Jayke Anybody who has information feel free to contact me; Post here also; http://www.politisti.ro/topic/12947-cristian-schipor-urgent-advice-needed/If I ever get justice, I will make sure each and every one of you who appreciate my time are paid back. Depends on who grades them...ICG hands out higher grades than ANACS would for these. So a MS-69 ICG is probably an MS-67 ANACS wise. Also ANACS is a more respected company #3 of the big four. ICG being #4, but the top 2 will not grade physical cryptos Blazed I bow down to your wisdom. You were pretty much spot on. Really good to have a direct comparison like this though. Thanks everyone for doing this, and for doing it so openly. Really helps us all. It's not a complete lose on my side either. Keep in mind these were originally MS68 from ICG. The MS67 is still with in +/-1 grade. So, I still get one of them back . I do concede that ICG looks to be one to two grades higher than ANACS on these coins.

has anybody at all been paid by hash profit? anyone at all?
I am sure no one has been paid by HP yet. It looks like they have some shill accounts who keep supporting them despite them going AWOL for more than 2 weeks. At this stage, it is pretty clear that they are running their final con with HP: Charging users 0.03 to send an email to them! Some people have tried emailing and have got no reply, in some cases the mails bounced. This is clearly a ponzi scheme at this point and i advise people not to spend 0.03 to keep emailing them. I am sure HP will be back later in the guise of another ponzi company to rip more people off. stop sending HP messages! you've now given them another 2.3BTC https://blockchain.info/ru/address/1KGBAM4jFzGF8rcPA2BtLnhDZ3ZcHkp4hGWow, these funds could be used to pay a lawyer to try to track down HP and begin the legal process. Is there a trusted member here who want to start a fund for this purpose?

but the auction page leaves me a bit confused
It's to offer a safe way to sell on shares and get the best price for them. If GAW is any comparison with this, they took weeks to get their marketplace to function as it should. It turned out to be more difficult then they originally thought to implement. Payouts is what I am hoping gets sorted soon.

It looks like you now have to pay a premium (0.03BTC) for the privilege of sending them an email. Anyone care to share the blockchain info if you succumb to paying their bounty?
That's not new, it's been there since this whole thing went down. I must have missed it before. Does the site have a virus or something? My malwarebytes went crazy and had to be reinstalled after visiting it with Firefox on a Win PC.
