Regardless of whether criminals use Bitcoin or fiat to facilitate illicit activities under the hood, at the end of the day, they are free to use whatever they want as long as it is convenient for them, and there is nothing we can do about it.
Plus, the notion that "bitcoin is used only for buying illegal shit" is perhaps a clever move of the government to brainwash people. They know that the average person does not bother to do their own due diligence, when in fact using bitcoin is much more unsafe than conducting transactions using fiat. It's all part of the game where blaming bitcoin removes the accusations against scammers and money launderers who use fiat.

I managed to bypass the captcha twice with scores to beat around 18 or 20+, and I really enjoyed the game, even though it took me about 10 minutes to find the sweet spot for the bird to fly. It's a nostalgic experience for me since the last time I played the game was when I was in junior high school It's make sense how the coins get more bigger and bigger when the thread get more long, because it's too prevent from people to reply on mega thread.
I thought the number of coins to be collected was random LOL!

I think you will be wasting your time, effort, and money if you pursue a formal education. You can just study cryptography, programming, C++, DSA, databases, and networking. You could easily acquire knowledge in these subjects through workshops and YouTube videos that are much cheaper and can be studied at your own pace.
The only caveat I see doing this is that, you have to create your own roadmap of subjects that you need to study based on what you want to achieve. Plus, the discipline of spending a fair amount of time consistently.
It is better to learn theoretically and create your own bitcoin/blockchain projects instead of wasting resources for a piece of paper and a title that no one cares about. Unless you are doing it for enjoyment, which I still think you are not.
I don't know, maybe I am just sick of the current educational system we have now. Sometimes, the internet, especially YouTube videos, is way better than those PhD professors in my university.
But hey that's just me!

Binance provides the nonself custodial hot wallet to its users where they can store their funds.
You could use the term " custodial" instead of nonself custodial to avoid confusion. Centralized trading platforms provide high security to the funds and if the user manages well on his end the security is enough to block serious hacker attacks.
No! Not your keys, not your coins. - https://chainsec.io/exchange-hacks/Time in spot trading trade is executed in real-time and in the future as per name the trade is executed in future time.
I do not understand this. I have never heard of real and future time before. All that I have known before is spot and future price. Time is just time, nothing like real or future. What if I go for perpetual future. You can also close any position opened at any time, even in traditional future. Perhaps he just meant that "futures trading" is a bet on the future price of a specific asset, such as bitcoin. This is why we have the concepts of " shorting" and going " long." When we say "short," we are betting that the price will go down, while going "long" is betting that a specific stock will go up. Additionally, the term "future" refers to the date in the future when a price has been agreed upon to buy/sell something, hence it is called a "contract. And binance also offers that service too! The "perpetual future" you are referring to is a bit different. In perp trading, it does not have any expiry date, and that's the reason why you can close any open position at anytime.

Am I the only one who thinks that the new feature of the bot can help reduce the amount of spam on the forum? I mean, being notified immediately can help you avoid posting a similar comment that other members might have already posted, especially when you are late in seeing the thread.
Plus, being one of the few people who posted on the first page of the thread makes your post more visible, increasing the likelihood of receiving merit for your post, that is, if you have something interesting or helpful to say.

Sheesh!

The last time I heard, rollbit says it's about user interface (UI) issues . Now, apprarently, it turns out that there is a bigger issue going on with their license not being renewed before the expiration date. Well, why in the world Rollbit did not take into account the renewal before the so called "expiration"? And what's this? Curaçao casino legislation does not recognize renewal of casino licenses. Every 3 years a new casino license application must be submitted and processed.

Ever heard of In-between or Acey Deucey or Yablon. This card game is also popular in the Philippines that no other casino offered exactly the same game. It's a simple betting card game that can be played with two or more players. And you are basically placing bets on whether a third drawn card will fall between the two cards that are already face up on the table. I even created a thread asking about the game here. - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5241940.0

Take a look at the CoinMarketCap's snapshot histories [1] of every cryptocurrency that has ever existed in the market, and compare which crypto has stayed in the top 10 and which ones have been removed from the top list over the years. From there, you will understand why Bitcoin is the safest asset you can find and why most people recommend it in the first place. Not to mention how clever Bitcoin's technology is compared to other cryptocurrencies, which are just copycats with no definite use case. Using demo account is like smoking a nicotineless cigarette.
And as others have said, it is only useful for learning how to use the platform (e.g., buying, selling, SL, placing order, etc..), and not something that will teach you proper trading management as it is lacking some kind of consequences when a trade goes south.
The only difference between a real and demo account is the mental aspect of trading...and that's self explanatory.

It is not surprising that a country that is regarded as "crypto-friendly" is taking steps towards regulating cryptocurrency trading. Last time I heard, Hong Kong plans to implement these regulations by June of this year, and that Chinese companies are showing interest in creating web3 businesses in Hong Kong.
Furthermore, it is not surprising that this fundraising event could be a tactic to maintain their country's reputation as Asia's "crypto hub."

I have had my old Ledger Nano S for almost 2 years before I replaced the OLED screen because the brightness was slowly fading to the point where the display was barely visible [1]. On the other hand, I have had my Trezor One for almost 1.6 years now without any software or hardware issues. However, the longevity of any hardware wallet on the market still depends on how frequently it is used. Therefore, it is extremely important to always have your seed phrase backed up on secure storage in case something goes wrong or the hardware breaks. Not pretty sure how the humidity could affect the hardware though.. [1] https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5406622.0

Currently, I am willing to accept any decision made by the forum administration regarding the restriction of signature campaigns for Bitcoin mixers, even if this is my first time being accepted into the highest-paying mixer signature campaign as of this writing.
The only thing that anyone who is currently advertising mixers can do is to ensure that they are contributing to the betterment of the forum, even though mixing services are a controversial topic that could be perceived as either good or bad.
Time will tell what will happen in the next few weeks or so..

can you share here I just want to know in which post that staff should not participate in mixer campaigns.
You can read the whole context here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5445490.msg61980665#msg61980665We (staff) were asked to stop advertising mixing services.
Now I wonder, if the staff aren't allowed to advertise such kind of services, then it is highly likely that we as forum members will eventually become restricted as well. It's just a matter of time where other mixing services will start to withdraw one-by-one .

Butthole? Just kidding! Do you still remember what Tommy Shelby from Peaky Blinders said, that everyone is a whore and we just sell different parts of our body? Well, in my case, I am selling my brain to earn money and accumulate BTC. Interestingly, sometimes it's quite the opposite; I sell my BTC for things that I know will only bring me temporary happiness, LOL.
