Will Mining fee's keep mining alive?

That's the plan. Once all (well, almost all) coins are mined, miners get their rewards from transaction fees - and not from block reward.
542  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [FTC] The FeatherCoin Information Thread on: May 07, 2013, 08:41:08 AM
According to feathercoin.com it will take another 11 days before difficulty adjusts.

Is that accurate, or is the stats page bugged? Shouldn't take that long ...

Or is it because difficulty went down from 188 to under 60?
543  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL 6 May 2013 ASIC Update on: May 07, 2013, 08:27:01 AM
Right on! Only one or two more weeks then!   Cheesy

Hmmmm ... where have we heard that before?

544  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Who all has received Jalapenos? on: May 07, 2013, 08:19:09 AM
I am trying to find out if they are still shipping or have stopped for some reason, I am not interested in pictures of chilli's or other silly pictures, and general defamation of BFL. I want to know if people are receiving product.

Hey, genius, are you still torturing your brain?

Let me help you.

How many paying customers did post "Fuck yeah! I just got my Jalapono!!!" ? About 1.
How many paying customers did post "Fuck those BFL crooks" ? About lots.
545  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Who all has received Jalapenos? on: May 06, 2013, 10:22:33 PM
I plan to order a couple of Bitforce 5 units. In the home page it says 2 months to receive them.

It's BitForce 5 GH/s SC, not Bitforce 5.

5 GH/s because it needs 5 times more power than estimated/guessed/prayed for by BFL. And SC like Scam.

Is this for real?

Yes. Everything BFL says is for real. They are very trustworthy. Not.

546  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [ANN][CNC][1% Fee] CNC Simple Pool [LP/Stratum] on: May 06, 2013, 10:01:59 PM
Pool is very unstable for me.
Lost connection to Stratum a few times.
Up and down. Up and down ....

Can't connect. Timeouts.
548  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will be next for BTC-E.com on: May 06, 2013, 08:56:57 AM
BTC-E.com has to be careful to not loose it's reputation. Adding a new coin every week is not very professional.

imho MtGox approach is much better: Only add mature coins.
549  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Who all has received Jalapenos? on: May 06, 2013, 07:17:54 AM
Wasn't there some post at the start of April that said BFL would be ramping up to ship 400 units per day?

Yes, that's what Josh said. But Josh has said a lot of things that turned out to be overoptimistic, misjudgements because of his ignorance, or blatant lies.

550  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CNC listed on bter.com! on: May 05, 2013, 10:09:49 PM
I second that.
551  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CNC listed on bter.com! on: May 05, 2013, 09:39:40 PM
i have cnc and btc etc.

even if i go to : https://bter.com/myaccount/deposit/CNC , it doesn't work, any page related to account balance it's broken

Did you already got a reply from support?

I didn't ...
552  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CNC listed on bter.com! on: May 05, 2013, 09:28:27 PM
it'a a script bug, just wait they fix it.

No.

This bug occurs not for every user.

I just created a dummy account and http://bter.com/myaccount/withdraw/CNC works fine.

Whereas for my real account, where I have funds in it, I get this SQL error message.
553  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CNC listed on bter.com! on: May 05, 2013, 09:24:36 PM
no problems here

You can get to the deposit/withdraw pages?

No.

Code:
You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '39906' at line 1

WTF!!!

I get this too, and my 1 BTC deposit isn't there.

EDIT: I can get to FTC deposit, but not BTC deposit? WTF?

Contact them at support@bter.com so they know more users have this problem.

I already wrote a mail.

555  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: bter.com: Buggy on: May 05, 2013, 08:59:54 PM
imho stuff like this should never happen on a life website!

It's not some unpredictable error. They fucked up an SQL statement without testing it on dev system.
556  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / bter.com: Buggy on: May 05, 2013, 08:56:07 PM
When I want to look at my funds I get a blank screen showing only one line:
You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '39906' at line 1

I hope my transferred funds are not lost!
557  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [ANN][CNC][0% Fee][GIGABIT] CHNCoin Simple Pool - Technocoma.co.uk on: May 05, 2013, 05:32:32 PM
Something is wrong. I've been mining two hours with 4000KH/s and only got 1.4 CNC so far.

Estimated Per Payout says: 4.01284409 CHNCoin

This is my payout history:
10136   2013-05-05 12:56:02   Credit      50564    0.717252
10086   2013-05-05 12:53:02   Credit      50560    0.698293
10052   2013-05-05 12:28:02   Credit      50490    0.038147

Which is far from 4.01284409 per payout.

Could you please add "unconfirmed payouts" under "Transaction History"? Most other pools have this.

559  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [ANN][CNC][0% Fee][GIGABIT] CHNCoin Simple Pool - Technocoma.co.uk on: May 05, 2013, 04:52:59 PM
I am getting very little rejects. But the statistics of my workers only show about 1/2 of my hashing power.

(a few minutes ago they where all over the place, like 10x to much).

What's going on?
560  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [ANN][CNC][1% Fee] CNC Simple Pool [LP/Stratum] on: May 05, 2013, 04:43:40 PM
cnc.dontmine.me seems to be most of the time down.
