5601  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Attraction on: December 04, 2016, 02:30:08 AM
One reason why btc attracts me is Im just earning it from my phone. Though its a bit hard. You can earn from nothing to huge without going outside. And I can gamble without knowing my true identity.

How do you earn using your phone? Through signature campaigns or faucets? The money you earn through faucets probably won't be enough to pay for the data charges on your phone.  Grin
Well someone could get some decent amount of money from faucets, though. Just referring the bunch of people who are actively claiming every day and you will get some commission out of it, though it will require so much effort to be realised the result is worth it. And that's why some people still keeping up with the faucet
5602  Economy / Services / Re: Need someone who can help me with recovering my gmail account on: December 02, 2016, 08:25:09 AM
Your mistake is not setting up a recovery email at the beginning and not changing the phone number. so there's no chance to recover it back (i guess) and the only way is the seller who holding the phone numbers. though there's a big chance that the one who possibly changed the password was the seller

The plot twist: The one who changed your gmail password is the seller of those accounts.
I'm bit confused why you had to buy gmail account if you could make it yourself. Well mate, I think there is no solution for that.
Gmail sometimes requires a phone number for verifying in certain countries and in some countries phone number is really hard to be obtained in bulk

5604  Economy / Services / Re: Big Signature Campaign Coming Ethbits on: December 02, 2016, 08:09:48 AM
I've got a question here. When is the deadline (an exact date and hour)? As I've seen so far, most of the signature designers here are only posting about their work in last few minutes of the deadline to avoid from being copied their designs. Maybe you can determine the deadline or even more specify this contest to make all clear
5605  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This School Accepts Bitcoin ! on: December 01, 2016, 07:37:23 AM
thats actually pretty cool, but i doubt that a small school accepting school fees in bitcoin does anything for bitcoin. Would be kind of tedious for the parents to pay fees with a currency thats volatile and fluctuates every day.
That's right if the impacts weren't going to be overwhelming and will not do that much to bitcoin, but it's not kind of tedious for the parents if they were paying the educational fees with bitcoin. the fluctuation may make them pay even lesser than through usual currency or even higher. such a risky indeed
5606  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Please teach me how to grow my bitcoin on: December 01, 2016, 07:22:52 AM
Its one possible way i think is to invest in mining.. but before investing u should know about scam and real miners.. go through a deep investigation find every even and odd of it..then invest a very little for testing and when it fullfills your task then u can invest the major.
you could not make that much money if you are planning to mine bitcoin unless and until you are planning to start with a big investment you wont get any profit out of it since the difficulty is increasing with time it is not a good time to invest in mining.Trading is the only way to incease your portfolio
Getting involved into a "cloud mining" is indeed not profitable at all. The rate of getting scammed is high because most of them are not an honest website which provides real mining rig for rent but Ponzi scheme, but if you're having the intention to buy mining rig by yourself and setting it up. it might be quite profitable if you're mining some kind of altcoin which having pretty easy difficulties but will not going to be profitable if you're mining bitcoin honestly
5607  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best Investments on: November 30, 2016, 07:56:27 AM

Hold bitcoin is more safely and proven profitable. After 5 months I bought 3 btc, I was got profit more than 30%. Before close this year, I will buying 2 bitcoin again and hold again.
That's true as long you can wait about few months which many people don't have the patience to. though 5 months is really long time so 30% profit of 3 bitcoin is quite worthy the time, but you can grow up this coin quite much faster if you can afford some risk. but there's no point addressing this thing if you're seeking for the safest way so, stay with it
5608  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If bitcoin died tomorrow on: November 30, 2016, 07:41:22 AM
I'd porbably put all my money into Dogecoin and wait the next week out until I'm suuuuper rich
Dogecoin is quite good but not the best option so far. it's indeed proven had been living for a long time compared to another altcoin but the market cap is not so big even only have $70,000 from what i've seen in coinmarketcap.com thus the chance for you to be rich would be lower compared if you're using another altcoin which have big market cap
5609  Economy / Economics / Re: You should never trust banks on: November 30, 2016, 07:27:03 AM
That just seems quite odd for me because i think bank are not going to close someone's account without any strong reason and evidence.beside of that there's must be something wrong you've done before, but well that's quite reckless to seize their client's fund without givinga notice.
and that also why some people are becoming bitcoin users because they want their funds to be free from the government, bank, or another shitty problem that might come
5610  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Bank??? on: November 30, 2016, 07:19:51 AM
Do we really require a bank for bitcoins as we are already well secured with wallet systems. The wallet system is so comfortable and adequate. It reduces our time and energy. We do not require to reach a place or someone for any transactions. All are inbuilt in wallets.

Internet banking is as convenient as the wallets you mention. Smiley
If you use a web wallet, then banks can be considered much safer as well.
Actually, even if you're using hardware wallet or any kind of high-security wallet it's not much safer than when you're saving your money on bank. If your bank accounts were hacked then you will get the replacement fund immediately and the bank will be responsible of it while if you use some sort of bitcoin wallet and getting hacked, there's no one will be responsible for this problem but you
5611  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin transactions - Slow OR Fast on: November 30, 2016, 07:11:20 AM
Indeed, the future of bitcoin is bright, in another 2-4 years it will be huge.

The slow confirms are not a problem.
The slow confirmation will be a problem if you're wanted the transaction to be done urgently but you need to wait for at least one confirmation which rarely takes more than 15 minutes for an average time needed for a transaction to be confirmed and luckily less than 15 minutes.

you're not considering it as a problem. that's okay. maybe you're not transacting so often hence you never really got the experience of waiting confirmation to arrive

To online transactions like purchasing online wherein it will take some time before they send you your items there is no problem. But when we use bitcoin in paying for a cup of coffee in a shop the long confirmation will be a big issue since some confirmation took a 2 to 3 hours time before it is completed. And so if you are a customer you will wait long before you can leave the shop. But another thing, if the shop owner is open minded after checking the blockchain you are allowed to go. But this issue of slow confirmation should not be left aside since big merchants see this as a problem.
well that's right that the merchant could do some steps to check whether the transactions are sent without any intention of cheating by seeing the transaction histories and the fees were spent for each transaction by the sender. but still the confirmation is needed if the merchants are seeking the safest way to deal with their customer.
5612  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying Drugs with Bitcoin ? on: November 29, 2016, 07:51:20 AM
For me this is impossible to used by buying bitcoin because most of the addict in drugs or users are wanting to buy drugs personally they do not want to send their money first to the people did not know to buy drugs.
Hm it seems like you do not know anything about illegal activities which relate to Bitcoin. There are many drug sellers use bitcoin in order to hide their identity. On deepweb and darknet, you can easily find a site which sell drug and they only choose Bitcoin for payment method.

Yes, it is the fact that some users from darknet are using bitcoin for their illegal activities and that’s the matter of worry for us. We should find some solution for this issue because ultimately it is damaging the image and goodwill of bitcoin. Governments will have concrete reason to impose ban of the whole bitcoin in their territories so we shouldn’t stay refrain from such activities and must find some practical solution for such issues.
They are doing it because they can and bitcoin is a great currency for that as it's anonymous, we can't control them but they help us anyway.
help in what factor? i think they're just like ordinary bitcoin users who just spent their bitcoin to get some stuff so their activities will be considered normal in blockchain and the difference is they're will receive illegal stuff. i think they don't really help community but just making the image bad.

and keep in your mind that bitcoin is not fully anonymous because your transaction are stored in the blockchain
5613  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you do when BTC shoots up? on: November 29, 2016, 07:46:46 AM
Usually,  I'd take advantage of the situation and would gladly sell it  but since I'm keeping myself from spending my bitcoins to keep as many bitcoins as much as possible.

I will not do anything, Just continue to hold my bitcoins as usual. This is just a safe approach, Most traders might take the risk to earn more.
the fluctuation of bitcoin might make your bitcoin which you were holding not worth as much as before thus you've missed many opportunities to keep your wealth stay on its amount and value. holding bitcoin which is volatile also having some risk. even though it's about the value you deserve to get at the current rate of the time
5614  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Steam accepting btc - will it affect the forum market? on: November 29, 2016, 07:38:02 AM
I see it as a very good event for bitcoin adoption
this will not only add an option to pay with bitcoins for you favorite games, but, possibly make young gamers who are not familiar with bitcoin
interested in that weird B shaped symbol that you can pay for your games with hence increasing cryptocurrency audience among the youngsters

I'm seeing steam's adoption of bitcoin as good advertisement to their million players who are using their platform. And for sure this can be a good way to make the demand of bitcoin even higher because many will see that by using bitcoin. It will give them more convenience and easy way of paying their in game items for purchasing it.
Well, it's just an image appear on payment method. doesn't attract so many users I guess. Some may get interested and gonna checking out after that, but the rest will don't give attention. Though most of the people don't care about payment option. they just use what they have and they're done with the business

5616  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why in some countries Bitcoin is banned on: November 29, 2016, 07:26:35 AM
That's probably because they're fearing for their national currency, which is probably in great troubles now, or they wouldn't do it.
If their national currency (local fiat) is in trouble of having such a high inflation then their economic will also be in trouble. For the sake of keeping their economy stay in good condition then they don't have any option but banning bitcoin. It's not wrong for them, but maybe bitcoin can be an alternate option there if government just limit the usage of bitcoin. Though it's impossible to really limit the usage of bitcoin unless they put effort into it
5617  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Storing of Bitcoins is against Bitcoin. on: November 28, 2016, 09:28:31 AM
Not really it's against bitcoin because Satoshi had not set any rules and regulations while creating and launching bitcoin so we have full freedom of our money. We can even hold our money or use it for online transactions

yes i am sure that we can store our bitcoin for ourself and its not against with bitcoin and i am believe that satoshi will not disallow us to store or keep our bitcoin into our wallet.
if satoshi does regulate bitcoin to such thing then it's really against what people said. bitcoin is freedom so it'll be the right for any bitcoin users to use their coin as their wants, whether they're going to save it or spend it doesn't really matter. and not against bitcoin
even if bitcoin being used for illegal things like what've been happened on darknet. it's the right of the users
5618  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if POKEMON GO let people earn Bitcoin? on: November 28, 2016, 08:26:38 AM
pokemon go player decrease in a huge amount because of there always new update

Exactly especially if you do live on a third world country in which must of the people uses cheap smart phones. Everytime they do an update obviously the requirement also increase. Regarding to this, it is already off topic tho.

The possibility only is that if the user decrease the potential of this idea also does
Well there's also a good cheap smartphone are getting around in third world countries such as those stuffs which was made originally in china or Chinese phone
it's indeed not as good as the popular brands if you're looking it from the quality but the specs are decent. really cheap but useful I'd say especially for those who can't afford even a phone which cost $150 upper
5619  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Difference between Bitcoin and real money? on: November 28, 2016, 08:24:12 AM
I think the main difference is freedom and control of your own wealth, just imagine I have transact with Bitcoin this morning with ease and very low transaction cost, and also sure that my information will not be stored and used by anyone

You are wrong with it, if you are using coinbase I have read some news that the US government is obliging coinbase to get the information of their customers.

The transactions covering year 2013 up to 2015, I'm not that updated if that is really a real news. That's the difference of bitcoin and real money.

Transactions in real money are charging high fees unlike with bitcoin fees are very cheap.
coinbase is not the only wallet available in bitcoin world and if coinbase was proven storing information about their customers just simply don't use it. use a usual desktop wallet or even hardwallet wallet then everything will be fine. though the transaction will always saved on blockchain means will be there forever
5620  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So, why do we need to use Bitcoin? on: November 28, 2016, 07:29:59 AM
yeah we need to use bitcoin because bitcoin is very famous and stronger currency and bitcoin is very secure currency and maximum people want to store their money in bitcoin because bitcoin is safe currency.
how can you call bitcoin is a safe haven currency while prices dangat beganti sooner or arguably fluctuate? What do you think if someone asked about this to you?
I think bitcoin not exactly safe because the risk is high

I think the one you quoted is referring to the security of the coin.  The bitcoin you hold cannot be freeze by any  government because you alone have access to it.  Aside from that carrying bitcoin around is easy because you can save it in just a single piece of paper, or usb, or in your mobile phone.

About the fluctuation, this is the reason why bitcoin got the interest of investors.  Fluctuation that enable them to earn more.  Risk is always present in every investment so I think there is no difference if you invest in bitcoin or any other investment out there, with the use of bitcoin or real money

I don't get what you mean by the words I highlighted, you are suppose to check your post before hitting enter.

Anyway, it's real that bitcoin fluctuates and by putting your money in bitcoin it's already a risk, so no safe haven for me.

dangat beganti = greatly changed

if you're talking about security. the wallet itself really vulnerable to cyber criminals and once the information about yourself leaked such as a private email it'll really threatening your security. The only way is to enable double authentication to improve your security.

The bitcoin cannot be freeze by the government but can be seized like what just happened in Australia when they're auctioning the bitcoin they've seized from someone means it's possible
