581  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITDICE CASINO - CONGRATULATIONS TO WONTON FOR WINNING 300BTC on: February 22, 2017, 10:01:29 AM
It seems that bitdice is leading the way in being a secure platform since others are losing bitcoin to sercurity breaches lately.
This does show a high level of customer information is a top priority to them and their team.
Thank you bitdice for this! Smiley
582  Economy / Speculation / Re: $1100 broken, ATH incoming on: February 22, 2017, 02:12:18 AM
Where do they get there price from now since okcoin & other chinese exchanges are suspended from trading?

They're still trading. Only Bitcoin withdrawals are suspended.

People can still buy and sell and deposit bitcoins and deposit and withdraw yuan.
Ah got it now JimboToronto. Thanks.
So it is a Bitfinex scenario that is evolving there with out being able to get their coins out if all goes to the fishes in a heartbeat.
That will be a disaster for them but everybody else will be cheering when the price soars.
I just wish to be infront of my monitor when that happens.
583  Economy / Speculation / Re: $1100 broken, ATH incoming on: February 22, 2017, 12:30:53 AM
$1100 has been reached, OkCoin still has a big delay in price, china is no longer relevant. Bitcoin is now sailing with confidence towards ATH, and once ATH is broken there is no stopping, it's anybody's guess how high it will go.

It doesn't matter if there is profit taken between $1080 and ATH, it is now unavoidable and a matter of time when we destroy the ATH barrier.
I actually see it too unstable. From one price at preev rate showing $1104 and at the same time a ticker from hitbtc at $1126.70  Embarrassed
(http://hitbtc.com/exchange/BTC-to-USD)
Where do they get there price from now since okcoin & other chinese exchanges are suspended from trading?

So WhatTheGox?  Cheesy

Why the huge delay in prices being the same on all exchanges? They are usually off by $2-5 sometime but $22.70 off of whack? WTF is that? Cheesy
584  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-02-21] BTC-USD Breaks $1100, Fresh All-time High Incoming? on: February 22, 2017, 12:26:35 AM
Wasn't the all time high $1164 or was that the false one from the Mt.Gox thing in 2013?

Source from wikipedia:
As the market valuation of the total stock of bitcoins approached US$1 billion, some commentators called bitcoin prices a bubble. In early April 2013, the price per bitcoin dropped from $266 to around $50 and then rose to around $100. Over two weeks starting late June 2013 the price dropped steadily to $70. The price began to recover, peaking once again on 1 October at $140. On 2 October, The Silk Road was seized by the FBI. This seizure caused a flash crash to $110. The price quickly rebounded, returning to $200 several weeks later. The latest run went from $200 on 3 November to $900 on 18 November. bitcoin passed a US$1,000 all-time high on 28 November 2013 at Mt. Gox.
585  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: UAE Bank will not Ban Bitcoin Usage on: February 22, 2017, 12:22:21 AM
I would like to think if any institution publicly announces they ban bitcoin would instantly have them viewed as scared of what bitcoin is capable of doing. Also would cause pull back from the public cause they would be viewed as not friendly to competition which everybody knows is always good to the customer by bringing down costs of goods and services rendered by that institution.
586  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bank of Canada calling for Cryptocurrency intervention? on: February 21, 2017, 08:27:45 PM
It sounds to me they are getting scared of how bitcoin has become to big for them to ignore any longer.
I bet you the banks were just thinking if they ignored the problem of how bitcoin is being a rivaling factor to their bottom line then it would simply just go away and die from obscurity.
Now that is the case with it reaching near the all time high and probably surpass that by the end of the week at best.
They are calling in for regualtion now because the want help from the government knowing they can not handle it now that it has gotten to big for them to handle it any longer. And no, a problem for you won't just simply go away and hoping that it will just die off. You have to cut the head off the serpent or it will come back stronger than ever before!
Didn't you learn anything from those medieval movies growing up as kid ceo of the bank of Canada? Roll Eyes
587  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Everyone looses in the long run on: February 21, 2017, 12:06:00 PM
I dont see why people keep risking their bitcoins into gambling knowing they will loose their coins into the short medium or long time, i do understand that be able to make extra bitcoins sound amazing, but the reality is another, we tend to loose money.

Exactly. But some people think they can make more Bitcoins through gambling and justify their gambling addiction by that. What a catastrophic mistake! How many times they have been told that one can't earn from gambling and still they stick to that stupid idea.

That's the power of gambling. People continue to gamble even though they know that most of them will lose in the end. Gambling able to hypnotize people with the lure of victory.
The last line of your remarks summed it up completely! Wink
This is what all casinos rely on from luring their customers in to their casino or in this case their site.
Gamblers are blinded by this wanting of victory sometimes at any cost to them.
588  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITDICE CASINO - CONGRATULATIONS TO WONTON FOR WINNING 300BTC on: February 21, 2017, 01:28:56 AM
Wow just saw bitdice's increased max win, it's over 100 btc now! looks like a lot of folks have invested into bitdice's bankroll.
Increasing max win of an gambling sites is a good sign.Because it clearly showing that bitdice is a overgrowing gambling casino community and growing company that you can trust investing in.It means many investors invest and trust on bitdice thats why bankroll and max win on the site increases gradually.Good to hear that

Sometimes many investor invest on each site does not mean that the site is really trust worthy, some of them just believe that they can keep on getting good income by investing on the site so they wont bother if it is really trust worthy or not, as long as they can get good profit daily they will keep on doing this. But I am sure bitdice is trustworthy site which has a beat security among other sites
This is so very true. They did have a contest going on to have someone try and hack an account on their site with holding some btc in it. There was a bounty available if some did successfully do it but nobody did it.
So yes their site is safe in regards to this.
589  Economy / Gambling / Re: [SCAM] mBitCasino just CLOSED my account after a 3.5BTC I TRIED TO CASH OUT!?! on: February 21, 2017, 12:52:59 AM
You had created two separate accounts on their sites with the same name (yours) Roll Eyes ??
That is what I got from the response from the mbtcasino representative.
Is that right? Tell us that can't be so. Sad
Because if it is infact true then they have you by the balls so to speak because it is stated in their T.O.S you can not have duplicate accounts using them and have one active while trying to do a withdrawal.
You have no traction in your argument and might as well cease and desist right now.
Because they can prosecute you by their laws since you are using their site which is their property and not yours.
And those two accounts I registered were by error on my part and did not have any kyc or aml verification on them at all so it was not an issue like the one you are in now.
You are over a barrel on this one bud.
You better stop now before you start to regret it if you go forward with what your trying to do.
Extortion is an offense and you do not know the laws where they are located even if you did know where they are for real. Their chat service is outsourced and not the actual location of their main company or operation. Even their marketing directors are from different locations you do realize this don't you mate? 590  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can I transfer my cash without leaving a trace? on: February 21, 2017, 12:37:46 AM
No not in this day and age. It is completely not possible. There will always be a paper trace.
And that is because of the advent of terrorism and bank executives stealing from their customers also with wall street failing and their CEOs stealing their employee's pensions out from under them.
Why do you think Goldman and Sachs and all those other wall streeters in the big crash in 2008-2009 were trying to burn all their companies past bank transactions? Because their was a paper trail to trace back to them all for defrauding their own companies for personal gains.
591  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Biggest Companies Integrated Bitcoin? on: February 20, 2017, 08:03:09 PM
If you are referring to bitcoin then I would say Dell has started accepting bitcoin yet again.
Just check their website there is a whole entire page dedicated to it now with step by step instruction on how to buy all computer needs and other stuff on their site using bitcoin. But they are using coinbase for accepting the payments. Undecided
So that could be a turn off for most people here with the sudden retraction for using them with the snooping around in their customer accounts by federal bureau of investigations in the states. They are after all based there.
Now if it is about the blockchain technology that is different.
Banks are the ones who are investing heavily into trying to come up with a way to make their own version of bitcoin so to offer it as an option to their clients to their banks. This is being done as we speak.  Lips sealed
592  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We Have A Bitcoin City! Soon We Will Have Bitcoin Country! on: February 20, 2017, 05:43:21 PM
You all have heard of the Russian prophecy?
#russianprophecy

But that was going to happen in 2016. So a year late but still able to happen due to Trump is being control by Putin
even if he doesn't know it yet.
Putin will have him press the red button and destroy all his own missile silos and then come on in the front door with ease. Embarrassed
593  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin Talk Market Place on: February 20, 2017, 05:36:04 PM
It will be good to create a site name ' Bitcoin Talk Market Place ' Where any one can come to show their product and buy and sell all things in Bitcoin. Satoshi Nakamoto wants to sell his Bitcoin Magic Mouse to raise $200,000 Dollars to donate to a charity. He will publish an Auction Notice soon.
What do you mean by this? Himself or a proxy who will handle this sale?
And how does anyone know about this in the first place.
Very odd thing to say in his name wouldn't anybody else agree with this?

Satoshi Nakamoto used a magic mouse to invent Bitcoin and Blockchain in May 2007. He has asked me find a way to auction his magic mouse in the Bitcoin Talk Forum. As you all know that the true inventor of Bitcoin and Blockchain Technology has never used a single Bitcoin. He wants  to raise $200,000 Dollars to donate to a charity. So he wants to sell his magic mouse by auction in order to raise the funds for the charity. He is thinking to ask the Bitcoin Talk Forum Boss  to open a 'Open Market Place' within the Bitcoin Talk Forum where people can buy and sell their things. The sales will be handled with mutual agreement by both buyer and seller. I am not using his pseudonym name but he is beside me and he has appointed me to do the survey about it.
Really now? Roll Eyes
I like your way of talking the talk and walking the walk. Wink
But if Satoshi is sitting right beside you then have him sign a message from his account here.
I dare you. Oh I double dare you.
And if you can then I will buy that mouse from you.
No wait! I will buy two from you on this fantasy market place we are all looking forward in seeing.
Send me the link! Wink
594  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-02-20]U.S. Senate Confirms Bitcoin Supporter Mick Mulvaney As Trump’s on: February 20, 2017, 04:14:16 PM
So are people's views on if Trump is good for bitcoin changing with this new shift in power of the U.S budget to a bitcoin advocate?
It does seem to bring some optimism here about the bitcoin price about to skyrocket once it does in fact happen and Trump hands over the reigns to him and allows him to make the decision on where the U.S economy should be heading towards and that might eventually be in bitcoin's direction to bring it more into focus for all to see it for bringing us economic global stability.
Since China is going by the way side and Japan keeping their exchange wars busy, now is the prime time for the U.S to take advantage of this golden opportunity before it goes back into Chhhinnaah favor! As Trump does like to blame their economic disaster on all the time! Undecided

This is good news for the bitcoin initiate in the White House.
Now he can whisper sweet nothings into Trumps ear while he is sleeping so he actually can say he hear of bitcoin.

596  Economy / Gambling / Re: [SCAM] mBitCasino just CLOSED my account after a 3.5BTC I TRIED TO CASH OUT!?! on: February 20, 2017, 02:26:24 AM
I think a simple solution would be is to have this so called friend talk to their support and have them physically close his account by their chat representative.
I did this because I told them I created another account by mistake and forgot the password for it so i created the one that I was talking to them with. They closed it and wasn't able to log into to it later when I did find the password while going thru some old documents on my desk.
It said a message something like "This account was inaccessible and is closed." So that confirms they did it and I continued using the new account which was using.
I think I did claim a 25 spin bonus on both of them. But never withdrawn from the old one.
So that might be the problem if they see the other one your friend had did a withdrawal of the bonus which was received.
You can try that if your friend can remember his password and get them to close it.
That might be your only other option.
597  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] BlackCoin (BLK/BC) | PoS | No premine | No IPO on: February 20, 2017, 01:44:15 AM

Blackhalo has the "cash for coins" template. This is perfect for the Chinese! The initial inspiration for double deposit was to help the Chinese get money in and out of Bitcoin without any risk and no arbiters and no fees.
This is perfect solution for this situation in China, but why this is not priority of PR team? This is good opportunity for BLACKCOIN now use it wisely. Look how Monero stayed calmed. Because they know what they have and they will rise for sure.
I remember having some blackcoins in a wallet when I first started out  staking coins to give it a try.
Lost the waller and didn't try to get anymore.
Good to see there still is interest in it almost two years later.
I might try to collect these again and see where they take me.
Any exchanges taking it yet?
598  Economy / Speculation / Re: When the all time high gets smashed on: February 19, 2017, 08:41:33 PM
I remember the same time last year it was around $700 right?
And it started to cool down after that.
So if history tends to repeat it's self then expect it to go down before it goes up.
So expecting it to get to the ath we might need to wait for it to go down a couple of more times so we don't have  it's just a bubble response later on.
599  Economy / Speculation / Re: The only way to get rich is by riding the next big alt pump on: February 19, 2017, 05:51:50 PM
Stratis is the next big thing. It is Bitcoin written in C# with sidechain capability and many more.

Stratis is awesome, it will be insanely pumped in the future, it may be like another ETH or XRP, has so huge total market cap.

Can you say something more about Stratis? I can see that they are partners with microsoft azure like lisk and it seems the the team is serious and strong. Price also seems very stable in the last six months and it does seems like its still cheap to get in...
I have asked the exact same thing too.
Are the developers still here and able to answer any questions live about it if you had any?
Seriously looking in to collecting some to see how it goes then if all does well store to stake it in the wallet.
600  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Goodbye Bitcoin on: February 19, 2017, 02:00:10 PM
At the moment the Bitcoin turns to bull, I know it reached your target selling price. You do whatever you like. But you couldn't stop others to invest in it.
That is the underlying thing that keeps other stocks and assets on the market from going belly up and dying on the stock exchange floor. The investors who believe in it and will keep it going for as long as it takes to see it become either a success or let it die and become an ultimate failure.
It is always up to the investor and the level of optimism they have in the asset, in this case bitcoin, they are favoring.
