You can add doing captcha solver. It paid per 1.000 captcha and the rates is depend what time do you work. The rates is around $0.3-$1.2 per 1.000 captcha. If you can type fast, this job is good for you.
I have tried this but do not recommend it. This method is very time consuming and only good if you have good dexterity. I found you have to sit in front of the computer for an hour at most to continuously type and found that only 85-90% were counted towards the solved ones that were accepted. If you can sit infront of your computer doing 1000 in one sitting, your hands will cramp up and possibility cause irreversible damage to your wrists/hands. Is it really worth it for $1.20?

Only when they reach 2000$.
You will be waiting until the year 2020 until that will happen. It won't be at that price until it is accepted as the primary currency of the world. By then we should see it evolve into a different money all together I would imagine.

How would coinbase know that you using what you send for gambling unless they see incoming bitcoin transactions from those sites. Xapo I don't think really cares what you do with your bitcoins as that is the way it should be. Your coins are to do what you want with them. But I see that they don't want break any laws by condoning such activities.

Economy / Economics / Re: Is the number of available bitcoins decreasing?
|
on: March 26, 2016, 11:55:44 PM
|
That is not possible. It is set a certain number and that can't change, no matter what. There are just people who hold or horde a mass amount of coins so it just seems like there are less available but believe me, there are not. There will be the same amount of coins from the first day they were available for acquisition as will be the last coin is obtained by that one lucky individual Please note that 21 million is not impossible to change. It is technically possible to scrap the cap, although at this time there is every indication to believe that would urreparably damage Bitcoin, so isn't likely. But that assessment can change over the next 100+ years that bitcoins will be created, assuming the network stays viable the whole time. (With the pace of technological change and innovation, I don't consider that a safe bet by any stretch of the imagination.) In the next 100+ years there will another technology to replace bitcoin as innovation always overcomes what we currently call so advanced now. So, as of now I can not see anyone wanting to scrap the cap, even if they could as that would go against what all believe in now: To keep bitcoin and the blockchain going as long as we can without a slow down in it's progress.

Always comes down to the news on television about innovation of the industry no matter what the subject. This one being on the financial/business news cast that I watched one afternoon back in 2012. That was nearly 4 years ago but it seemed just like yesterday. I wish I was into it earlier as when that guy bought a pizza with them. I would like to know where the person who received that mass amount of bitcoin is now and what they did with all those coins

I notice this delay too from the normal wait times for even the first confirmation. I now have to wait for 20-60 minutes for it. I send in high priority to sites that usually get this transaction within minutes but in the last week they have announced they even have extended wait times as of now. When this will be rectified, it is not likely to be resolved to return to the way it was. That is just the price of complexity to the thing called the blockchain.

Maybe I am daft but I tend to buy bitcoin at whatever price it is at the moment. But in the future would love to speculate with enough coins to profit with.
Thinking about profit so soon is not really being realistic, especially with bitcoin and it's volatile nature. It can be swinging high one minute and plummeting the next. But given a scenario to factor in like the halving that is coming a few months from now, I can see why people are buying up bitcoins now in anticipation of that.

Economy / Gambling / Re: Is it profitable to run a dice gambling site?
|
on: March 26, 2016, 05:44:29 PM

I wonder if it's profitable to run a dice gambling site (like dicecoin.io) ? I'm seeing that site has 30,000 BTC wagered in 2 years.. Huge amount. Certainly it's not easy to operate, promote and maintain by one person but I can absolutely code a site. Is it worth to start? Have a good night But you have to consider what the payout of the winnings will be. Of that 30,000 BTC I would imagine 3/4 of that are paid back to the players. I don't know how dice sites work but it is your typical gambling ideology of how most of them operate. Is the probability for these sites better than roulette? I wouldn't know that either but if it is, then that payout seems about right.

I didn't have Mycelium installed my self, but Installed it today, as its a great addition needed to bet on directbet, very very handy this tool to have on mobile and looks quite secure so far.
That's exactly why I like it too. It is mobility so you can take it anywhere with you as well as being secure from hot spot hackers. It is good for using with gambling sites because it is quick & fast to respond on the go. Highly recommend to use this wallet if you want reliable and a secure bitcoin wallet on your phone or computer.

I need a 0,011 bitcoin loan for 11 days, any help out there?
What about collateral? And you being a newbie member. What incentive does the lender have that you won't just run off with the bitcoins and not repay the loan when the 11 days are up? There is trust system imposed here, do some exchanges then come back to ask for a loan when you have some trust from other members here.

Those are some weird names for your accounts I agree, don't need to post the account information directly linking to the profiles. That is what the above link is for. There are members here who frown upon accounts that are sold and they tag them as so. Just so you are for warned. Too bad you can't edit threads in this section or you could of just deleted the links

Of course it is bad for the oil industry because without cars that use the gasoline that comes from oil , what would we have use for it then? Natural gas runs almost everything these days, atleast in developed countries. I think even Brazil has moved from gasoline from the oil industry and now use ethanol made from corn.

There will always be a use for the banks as they are a system that has been around since the dawn of time, where the cave men were trading rocks for things and there was one that had more rocks then the others In my point of view there will be a bitcoin bank soon enough that will allow for you to trade it for fiat if you wanted too.

on: March 17, 2016, 03:16:05 AM

I swore a vow of no credit cards about 15 years ago and I've never looked back. Credit cards are trouble for me and they're one of the ways I manage my money. I always say I'm going to save 6 months' worth of living expenses in case something happens (a damn good idea) but I never do. Most of my money is in the stock market and only a tiny bit of it is in bitcoin.
Why a vow off credit cards? A bad experience or you saw what they can do to someone as in destroy their lives if not handled correctly?
