I'm dissapointed in the support here. Last week, I sent an email asking about your stance on the BetSoft progressive jackpot not paying. Since then, I have not gotten a reply at all. Not even something like "we are forwarding this to upper management" or something. I assume you decided to ignore me, since a few days later I got an ad email stating that you guys added a new BetSoft slots game. 20 minutes for my question answered in live chat isn't good either.

Why was the sportsbook down this morning, and suddenly removed from the nav bar?

Hi! Yes we actually saw your inquiry and for some reason it wasn't forwarded properly to upper management. We are terribly sorry about that.

1. Betsoft - We have had direct contact with them and the player in question won the jackpot during free spins rounds. It is in the game rules of betsoft that a jackpot is not valid if it's not won with actual money, but the casino in question had not protected themselves properly through their T&C. That means that it is at their sole discretion to honor their agreements with players, and this issue is limited to only this particular casino and their player. If you need anything else feel free to email management at admin@mbitcasino.com

2. Sports - We were unable to take our sports platform out of beta and finish the final version of this platform for players. For that reason we are temporarily suspending the action and working further on our sports platform behind the scenes. All balances for our sports players have been pushed to the casino for withdrawal or play. We are very sorry about this and this was certainly not expected beforehand. We will come back bigger and better, readily prepared to provide our players with the sports gaming experience they deserve.

Any idea when this sportsbook will be back on this site as I am looking for a reliable on with better odds than the one I am leaving because I lost too much due to their incompetence already and ready to move forward in my sports bookie.
Have an eta or has this been voided from your casino completely?

Hi Arcteryx,

Our sportsbook has not been voided completely, we are just in the process of making several improvements. It should be live again within the next few months.

Thanks,
mBit Casino
Ok thanks for the update on your sportsbook because I am looking forward too using it once it is live again.
I will sign up for an account when this does eventually happen.
Thank you for the quick response on this. That is the way customer service should be for a large company as yourself. Smiley
1062  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin worst decision you will ever make? on: September 04, 2016, 07:34:35 PM
The worst mistake that I have made I would say is believing in a HYIP scheme when i first started out in using bitcoin.
I made the little amount that I had from faucets and put it all into one of these investment sites.
They started paying for the first two weeks but then it slowly died and stopped with the increments to my account all the sudden. I made almost what I had put in but still lost 10mbtc of my bitcoins.
Never again will I trust in those HYIP sites. They are only in it for making money or in this case bitcoin for themselves. Embarrassed
1063  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you be interested in a bitcointalk lottery? on: September 04, 2016, 06:11:02 PM
I would be interested in signing up for a lottery. Since they are commonly not too much to enter then I say I would be able to spare a couple of bits at this moment. Wink
Just announce when it will be held and I will enter in. Grin
1064  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: List your favorite GAMBLING site... on: September 04, 2016, 06:09:28 PM
I have come to use directbet.eu as everybody have said nice things about it and has given them good reviews in the past with minimal amount of complaints as from what I have seen.
It is a solid casino and their sports odds are second too none.
1065  Economy / Gambling / Re: BookieBig - World's First Sports Betting Chatbot Service - DAILY FREE BET on: September 04, 2016, 06:07:27 PM
Interesting concept you have constructed.
I will give it a chance when I have enough bitcoin to spend on sports gambling again.
But the price is too high as of now to let any bitcoin go, Embarrassed
1066  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scammer Senior Member "bigs21024" on: September 04, 2016, 03:31:39 AM
Uh did you not look at this users profile before dealing with him.
There is nothing but red remarks from alot of reputable users already.
That should of been a clear sign to stay away from dealing with them.

Is there a reason why Nitrogensports isn't on the list? They have been quite reliable, fast withdraws, and very friendly support staff. I'd highly recommend nitrogensports.
I was also wondering the same thing because I have heard good things about them and was looking for more incentive too want to join them now that I am in search for a new casino and was looking for one with a sports book as well which they have. This one just might fit the bill. Grin
1069  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you be interested in a bitcointalk lottery? on: September 04, 2016, 03:17:09 AM
If it would work just like how a real lottery works then I can see it being successful and become a not scam job as some here might think.
It can be done and I have seen similar things like raffles being pull of here so why not a lottery. They are sort of similar in certain ways. Smiley
1070  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or a gold bar with the same value? on: September 04, 2016, 03:14:52 AM
As much as I love bitcoins, I would definitely go with the gold bar. Better safe than sorry.
I know what you mean there.
Bitcoin is just to volatile to trusted 100% and with this amount of money I would say the same thing. Better to be safe than sorry.
Plus gold bar is solid substance that you can hold in your hands while bitcoins are not. Unless you put them on a coin or something. Wink

Bitcoin Video Review of Crypto Games - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LQ6-e3_ttGA

very well done and informative. Definitely need more of sports gambling sites
for people to view before joining.
Would like to see this too because the site that I am using currently has lacked in service and their live betting has cost me more than I care too discuss because of the interface being unreliable at times during a live match.
Also if you can do a review on MBitcasino that would be very well appreciated. As I requested this before.
Thank you.
1072  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Looking for a poker site on: September 04, 2016, 02:29:15 AM
The most commonly well known on is Pokerstars.
Neymar has promoted them on a commercial so you know they are the most successful site if they can afford to pay him to advertise they site on television commercial spots. Grin
1073  Economy / Gambling / Re: 999dice on: September 04, 2016, 02:27:45 AM
I think I heard about this casino last year and actually used them too play my first dice experience. Never withdrew anything from them because I was on free promotion credits but lost them on the play.
If they are a scam I would not be surprised in the slightest. Undecided
Because their probability fairness was not correct. Sad
1074  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you trust to bitcoin casinos? on: September 04, 2016, 02:25:17 AM
I have trust in the ones that I get good customer service from if I am having any problems with my account or in their service.
Isn't this what customer service is for? Roll Eyes
If a casino is not address a concern that a customer of their's have then they are not doing their jobs and do not deserve that person's money or time go to their site any longer.
It is just that simple. Wink
1075  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: US Open 2016 - Thoughts and Tips on: September 04, 2016, 02:21:17 AM
Novak Djokovic has now a lucky draw. Raonic and Cilic in his half of the draw have lost and have been eliminated. But Not lucky at all. Hahaha

He needs match play and the intensity of a match to get into his rhythm, get into the zone, and feel the ball.

Novak had 2 easy games, one was retired without a game, the other was retired just played 6 games. He is now very energetic to play against remaining players, he will be the winner easily.

It is good for him if the other players retire because then he does not have to play that hard in the end games. So he rests himself for the next match that really matters. So this is his advantage then if they all just fall before finishing a match.  Smiley
1076  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you prefer Bitcoin sportsbetting sites over traditional fiat ones? on: September 02, 2016, 10:12:56 PM
I do enjoy using bitcoin casinos rather than fiat ones because with those I would have to use my credit card in order too buy credits and tokens. There was always some skepticism whenever I would do that.
I always had in the back of mind there could be a potential threat of credit card fraud happening from a hack attempt or some other way those hackers get data from all those sites that hold customer information.
1077  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: US Open 2016 - Thoughts and Tips on: September 02, 2016, 10:09:55 PM
Novack Djokovic is having a very good time,at the moment. i guess he will win the tournament this time around since all of his opponents are retiring due to injury, first it was Vesely and now Youzhny.
So what happens to those bets that were placed for him to win. Do they just cancel the bets and return you the amount that you wagered? Or do they consider this a win?
I remember betting on Radiwaza(sp?) and her opponent got hurt during the last set. My bet was pending but I did not check to see if it was settle as a win or not.

If you made the bet of Novack Djokovic winning this match i guess you won the bet ,but i made a set by set base bet and they just returned my bet amount since they didnt play the game.
Oh yes then that makes sense. I think the match that I bet on was not due the competitor withdrawing from the match because of injury it was due to a rain delay which they resumed the next day.
Yes Novak would of won on all bets placed on him because the opponent conceded the match.

Can you do a review of Cloudbet & Mbitcasino?
Those two are the ones I am deciding on who to stay with and which one to leave when my bonus expires within the next few months.
Would be greatly appreciated!
Could you send me pm with the link to the video please?
Thank you.  Smiley

1080  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling be considered a "high risk investment"? on: September 02, 2016, 08:42:02 PM
i wouldn't say it is an investment. You are playing the games they have for entertainment purposes so they are giving something for you for taking your wagers.
Now if you are putting money into a casino such as a moneypot then I can see this as an investment that you are more than likely will profit from.
With the more players they have the more profit the casinos can acquire from them losing.
