1181  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How about this for a winning run ($7600 made this evening) on: August 03, 2016, 11:07:35 PM
Wow that is a big haul on just weekend bets. Those are large wins and major take home.
Maybe I will start following your picks for the next time you place bets on the same games and teams.
Betting using ETH is alot better to use than btc cause it just feels more like you aren't losing as much because it costs less per ETH than it does per BTC. Wink
I should try that instead. Smiley
1182  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [Bitfinex Hacked] So , learned the lesson ? on: August 03, 2016, 11:02:51 PM
No lesson learn from this for people will continue to use exchanges and store most if not all there coins in their exchange wallets. So this will happen again and again and again. That is the way human nature is. It is just a never ending cycle of insanity as this is what the definition of it is. Repeating the same mistake over and over again expecting a different result. 1183  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Take a Chance? - Parlay Of The Day! on: August 03, 2016, 10:55:27 PM
Parlays! Are they too risky? Do you ever do them with a positive result?

Parlays are good if you add no more than 4 matches and try to play with lower odds. Let's try something for tonight's International Champions Cup games. 2 matches parlay:
Bayern Munich v Real Madrid - Over 1.5 Goals @ 1.16
AC Milan v Chelsea - Double Chance, Draw or Away @ 1.23
Total odds: 1.43 (Odds are from directbet.eu)
They both look like a lock in for the odds are marginal and combing the two together in this parlay makes the total odds reasonable to place a good amount of bitcoin on for some nice profit.
Didn't know the International champions cup trials started just yet until I went to a previous post here. Now got to get to the sports book to place these picks!
Thanks for the selections mate! Grin
1184  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Bitcoin price is going Down....Any changes in your plan? on: August 03, 2016, 10:47:34 PM
The price is now recovering, but I do not believe that it will return to the same previous levels this year.
Looks like it was just an offshoot and it is recovering back to what it was trading at in the morning before all hell broke loose after the hack.
But getting back to topic:
The price is down but my plans have stayed firm as they always have and i will be investing into as much as I possibly can but with an eye to the sky to make sure it is not falling from now on. Wink Grin
1185  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: how many gambling sites have been hacked? on: August 03, 2016, 10:42:37 PM
They have been hack jobs performed on numerous bitcoin casinos but they would rather not disclose this to public as it is bad for business but they get out to the media from the ones that have been comprised.
Not necessarily bitcoins have been stolen but users emails and passwords for their accounts.
The last big one that I can remember was Cloudbet that happened late last year.
I think it was just customer email accounts and players passwords but I could be wrong. Undecided

1187  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Skills listing for fiat to get BTC ? on: August 03, 2016, 04:42:22 PM
Honestly many way to earn fiat in btc.. just like signature campaign doing bounties in altcoin section offer your skills in services section.. make your own faucet and put ads to your site and blogging related in bitcoin with ads also can help you to earn bitcoins..
Also you can earn bitcoin by blogging and upload files $21 in bitcoin per 1000 download..
I can say that many stores and adnetwork are paying bitcoins right now.. its your choice if you want to try to blog..
There is also a somewhat new site that came out for bloggers called streemit.
I can't tell you much about it because I don't blog or do reviews but I hear it is paying $0.02 per upvote for some. That is alot of money in fiat (I am not sure what they pay you in fiat or btc) if you have alot of followers on reddit or facebook. Those two seem to associated to the site because it asks you to link your accounts with their service.
Anyways it seems like a very successful way to make fiat or bitcoin right now for it is new.
1188  Economy / Gambling / Re: Is 999dice really scam? on: August 03, 2016, 04:36:53 PM
When a site has no terms and conditions to uphold then that is major flag to not associate yourself with them what so ever. Because if you do they can change their rules at any time and could with hold any funds in your account stating you broke there t.o.s even if there aren't any to be seen. Roll Eyes
1189  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Bitcoin price is going Down....Any changes in your plan? on: August 03, 2016, 04:34:19 PM
For now i have a new plan instead of holding bitcoin right now better to buy bitcoins because the price of bitcoin is low..
I am lucky that i already sold my bitcoins when the price is 650 now my plan is to buy bitcoin with partial of my sold bitcoin..
Don't buy now you should wait for some time Because now only it started to falling. So when it stable that time you can start to buy Bitcoins. If you buy now, and the price again goes down means it is big lose for you.

And this price decrease is not affecting to Gamblers. It will effect only for Traders.
This makes the most sense when for deciding when the right time to buy is.
The bitfinex incident has not been dealt with and not all the information has been provided yet. So it could be worst or it could stay the same. The bitcoin price will reflect that outcome in the coming hours. So you best choice would be to wait to see where it stands before making any rash decisions about buying an large amounts right now.
Traders are indeed the ones who will be hit the hardest because of this rapid fall. The ones that were holding alot are in panic mode right now. I would not like to be playing the market right now trading bitcoin. The ones who are buying them up are the ones taking the gamble if you ask me.  Undecided
1190  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Looking for trusted gambling sites on: August 03, 2016, 04:28:37 PM
Trusted would be the ones that have reputable forum members who are active here. So if you were having any concerns with their services you can contact them directly. Those other sites have you go through some support center whom do not check their tickets as frequently as they would for a pm sent on the here to those full member-hero members that run those services.

From the list I would say the first two. For sportsbetting I would not really know for I don't use those two listed. But from recent posts their has been some concerns regarding nitrogensports.
I would suggest looking into those first before deciding between the two for a sportsbetting site you would like to use.
1191  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CarlesPuyol Prediction Thread. Total profit: 0.59BTC - 112% ROI on: August 03, 2016, 04:21:41 PM
Your winning ways are still looking good after all this time from what I see as of late.
Keep up what you are doing as your roi just keeps going up.
It was that 97% hump you needed to get over then it looks to be keeping above 100% from now on.
Smooth sailing for you from now on with your future bets.

Best of luck to you on your matches today Carles!  Grin
1192  Economy / Gambling / Re: Lost $40 Btc in a Bitcoin Esport Betting Site on: August 03, 2016, 04:18:10 PM
Yesterday there was another guy were telling that he lost his deposit in that casino too. I don't believe it has something to do with hackers, keyloggers, trojans. Some shady shit going on that website, i think you are very lucky that you get away with 40bucks, the guy from yesterday lost hundreds of btc's if my memory serves me right.
I know i saw the same accusation against this particular being posted a short while ago too.
This can not be sheer coincidence that these things are happening all the sudden when nobody really had any major complaints like this before.
Could they maybe be going bankrupt and trying to rake back as much bitcoins as they can before closing it's doors?
1193  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Europa League/Champions League Lounge on: August 03, 2016, 04:14:48 PM
I saw Celtic play in their previous match and I must say they are in true form this season cause the opposing team had alot of difficulties with in them throughout the entire match. I think they actually ended in a draw. It was tv so I watch it on and off but didn't stick around to see the entire outcome because of a tennis match that I had some money with was on at the same time. Undecided
1194  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Bitcoin price is going Down....Any changes in your plan? on: August 03, 2016, 04:11:44 PM
This situation is really heart breaking to hear. Cause one minute I was looking at $650 then boom the next it was $530! I said what the hell?! Shocked
I never say it take such a skydive without any downward decline before. It just dropped like a bullet all at once.
I must say I was shock. And I knew something was up with Bitfinex when I went to check preev to confirm my fears on the price's sudden devaluation because it did not show anything when I clicked on Bitfinex to see what the price was compared to bitstamp's. It was just gone. Embarrassed
1195  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: did you put all your money into bitcoin? on: August 03, 2016, 04:06:21 PM
I don't think anybody puts all their money into bitcoin. That would be taking a huge risk and people now don't do these things unless they are wanting to loose their house and the farm as well Embarrassed.
When it comes to this type of question I am thinking they would mean assets too become people tend to use their houses as a means of leveraging with the money that they use when they take out a mortgage.

Let me know if I am wrong with the assumption to the titled question belonging to this thread.
1196  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do bitcoin accepted in your country? on: August 03, 2016, 04:01:29 PM
It was when it started getting recognized and shown in the media quite a bit. But that was when it was the "new e-currency that you need to try!". Those days have gone and it is pretty mainstream now and more people have heard of the since then. But those places that accepted it for payments don't anymore since that latest and greatest thing buzz has since subsided.
1197  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to motivate women to use Bitcoin? on: August 01, 2016, 12:42:33 AM
Motivation to bring women to bitcoin forum depends on their situation. if a  woman has a strong motivation to learn something to make money, I'm sure it would be an easy task to explain. Yes this is my experience. It was not very difficult for me in making my spouse learn btc, because she has experienced the benefits of btc. I have earned her the bitcoin.
The question is not how to bring them to this forum. If your wife spends your bitcoin,it is not necessary she is interested in bitcoin.Does she prefer bitcoin over fiat?

Women like anything that has value to it and they can buy their makeup or dresses with it.
So whether it be fiat bitcoin or gold they will take it and spend it to the fullest extent too their little heart's desire.
But yeah to answer the previous poster's question if it feels like the dark ages in here. I will say yes to that too. Cheesy
1198  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: --MLB 2016 Betting discussion-- on: August 01, 2016, 12:38:23 AM
Pirates overpriced on the road and brew crew getting it done! always nice when things work the way they are supposed to. Too bad stupid toronto lost in
extra innings otherwise a great day
Yeah I hate betting on them. They lost on my bet for the first of the month then I said I through betting on them. And what happens? They go on a tear all month long! Roll Eyes
Then on the last day of the month they do exactly what did on that first of the month game by fouling it up by a run in extra innings. Never betting on them again! Angry
1199  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price Increase Incoming. on: July 31, 2016, 04:25:50 PM
It will more than likely increase because of the interest involved in this virtual currency that has taken the world by storm. Not everybody knows about it yet but when they do during the Rio games this week then it will be known by the whole population of the country of Brazil for all their shops are more to accept them for all the travelers they will have and not paying the banks any fees for those foreign transactions are too delicious to them to pass up. That will rise the price dramatically.
1200  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is this true? beginners in gambling are the luckiest? on: July 31, 2016, 04:20:04 PM
It is called beginners luck and it is very true.
Those that go in not knowing anything are more likely to win big because they don't overthink on what they are picking for the proper outcome.
I had this happen the first time I started betting but of course as you go on you loose this luck very fast.
