1561  Economy / Speculation / Re: 1 Bitcoin = $1,000,000 on: March 31, 2016, 06:22:55 AM
At the rate that fiat currencies are losing their value, we might see a Zimbabwe scenario playing out soon, and a $ 1 000 000 per Bitcoin would be nothing strange. Let's say this does not happen and the fiat currencies keep their value, how many people will be willing to pay that amount of money or better yet, who would not have sold when the price reached $10 000 or $100 000 per Bitcoin. In the end, most Bitcoins will end up in the pockets of the super rich as a collectors item and a token to present their wealth. ^sad^
Welll putting it in that scenario, then it does make it plausible.
A country's economy can change for the worst in what is no time at all now a days. Just take Iceland for instance. Going bankrupt because it relied on fiat as it's currency is not a stable thing regardless of which country's government backs it. Having a crypto currency takes this ill nature away because it is free from regulation of any governing body or country for that fact.
1562  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: March 30, 2016, 06:56:07 AM
Now why would you do that? Why not us both to maximize your potential income  Huh
This is a more logical strategy to make bitcoin/fiat work for you to become successful financially.  Grin
1563  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best strategy in Roulette ? on: March 30, 2016, 06:54:12 AM
Because i am a slow gambler, i like my bet to be 50% so i usually put my bet either in red or black or odd or even, the one that i recommended is 1:3 payment like bet in 1-12
I never get lucky when i bet in single number
That is the same way that I that place my bets. Either in the 1st 12 or the last 12 and hope for those numbers to roll. I don't know what the percentage is for this method to produce a win but it's more than 50%, that is for sure because you have 24 of the 36 numbers minus the 0 going your way to win.
1564  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: kRAZY Winning Horse Tips For Show...♞♞♞ [W 120/L 38] on: March 29, 2016, 10:28:08 PM
Where do you try your luck to place a bet? Any suggestions  Huh

Your record is impressive, would put a small amount to test it out. But is there a minimum to put on horse races?
1565  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best strategy in Roulette ? on: March 29, 2016, 10:25:51 PM
someone mentioning "Voisins du Zero" methods in this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1392235.msg14140959#msg14140959

and this is preview how we use this "Voisins du Zero" method

interesting , but not tried yet because this method required a large bankroll i think. play it for 5 or 10 rounds maybe will not work , also sometimes need to doubled bet. the guy succeed earn 3.8 btc.

No time now, but I bet this has the same expected value as every other strategy. Feel free to figure it out, I'll do it when I get home tonight if everyone is lazy. The only good strategy in roulette is to be the house.

OK, let's break this down.

You are risking 9 chips.

3/37 times it will land on 0,2, or 3. You will win 22 chips, but lose 7 chips you bet elsewhere. So 3/37 times you will win 15 chips.

2/37 times it will land on 4 or 7. You will win 17 chips, but lose 8 chips you bet elsewhere, so 2/37 times you will win 9 chips.

2/37 times it will land on 12 or 15. You will win 17 chips, but lose 8 chips you bet elsewhere, so 2/37 times you will win 9 chips.

2/37 times it will land on 18 or 21. You will win 17 chips, but lose 8 chips you bet elsewhere, so 2/37 times you will win 9 chips.

2/37 times it will land on 19 or 22. You will win 17 chips, but lose 8 chips you bet elsewhere, so 2/37 times you will win 9 chips.

4/37 times it will land on 25, 26, 28, or 29. You will win 16 chips, but lose 7 chips you bet elsewhere, so 4/37 times you will win 9 chips.

2/37 times it will land on 32 or 35. You will win 17 chips, but lose 8 chips you bet elsewhere, so 2/37 times you will win 9 chips.

That leaves 20/37 times that you will lose all of your bets and lose 9 chips.

EV=(3/37)(15)+(2/37)(9)+(2/37)(9)+(2/37)(9)+(2/37)(9)+(4/37)(9)+(2/37)(9)+(20/37)(-9)

EV=-.2432432432432432

So you expect to lose .2432 chips every spin.

If you put 9 chips on any 1 number:

1/37 times you will be right and win 315 chips

36/37 times you will be wrong and lose 9 chips.

EV= (1/37)(315)+(36/37)(-9)

EV= -0.2432432432432432

HOLY SHIT, exactly the same thing, like every other ridiculous strategy you will come up with (unless you make a  bet on 0,00,1,2,3 on an American table, then it will be worse.
I was reading the exactly same thread last week and was going to try it out.
But if you calculated it as not working even 80% of strategy then forget it. It was just by luck that he got that amount back from just 0.5btc.
1566  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best BTC casinos? on: March 28, 2016, 07:26:50 PM
Going to give these dice sites a try but never used them before.
Any of them have these doubler promotions going of as of late so I can get my bet back if I lose  Undecided
1567  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: March 28, 2016, 07:20:50 PM
As i see so far this season , Leicester City are the most hard working teams on the Premier League
If you do watch Leicester City match , you will know that
For example , Jamie Vardy , a striker that like to chasing around the ball and some time even tackle the ball in front of a goal keeper,  it may look silly but that prove that he is a hard worker and he never give up
So i don't surprise they are now in the top of the league
Maybe some of you might think that they are just lucky , next season they gonna fall from the league , pressure from Champion league , FA Cup  and Blah Blah Blah ~
But I think when this season end , they are just getting start
Leicester City gonna be the next BIG THING!
I watched their match a couple of weeks ago and was really surprise with their play.
They have become a force to be reckon with as of now.
I think I will put 0.2btc on them just like kanazawa did  Grin at 1.63 odds to win it.
1568  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Latin American economies are turning to bitcoin on: March 28, 2016, 06:14:43 AM
This is why bitcoin will not completely be accepted in all the corners of the world. Authoritative countries such as this that are making criminals out of miners or people who are wanting to use bitcoin such as in Russia where they are banning it's use and will probably arrest people who they are suspecting that are using it. Can't believe in this day and age that you have to go underground to use a technology that can help people out in their daily lives.
1569  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: WHICH BITCOIN WALLET IS THE MOST GOOD AND CONVINENCY on: March 28, 2016, 02:53:21 AM
Just go basic:
Use Blockchain.info it is what you can use anywhere anytime without any problems.
Most say hardware wallets. But not everyone can afford to buy one and can justify the cost of one for the amount of coins they are going to hold in a wallet anyhow.
If it is a small amount just use the basics  Wink
1570  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: 0.3 btc in a week on: March 28, 2016, 02:48:04 AM
it really difficult to earn 0.3btc per week, the most reasonable way to earn 0.3 is by doing freelance job, plus with faucet and ptc

from what i heard it is possible to reach 0.3 per week using faucet but you need work super hard to earn

Nope, you can't earn 0.3 per week from faucets, even you have many referrals. The easiest way to earn bitcoin is signature campaign, if you have high rank i think you can earn 0.3btc/week.
That is not possible to make that much from A signature campaign. The most I have seen offered is 0.045btc per week for the best campaign payment and that is at a legendary ranking.
If you can earn 10x that amount, then there would be a lot of spamming going on in the forum or the price of bitcoin is at 100US per BTC again  Wink
1571  Economy / Speculation / Re: BITCOIN - Time to buy? Time to sell? on: March 28, 2016, 02:38:28 AM
We hit 430 about 10 hours ago, right now it's at 425 and declining slowly. Definitely a time to sell, let's say we sell 10 bitcoins for 425 right now and it goes down to 415, we're looking at $100 profit. Not too bad, profit is profit, much better than losses.

That is some good amount of profit for just 10 hours of waiting  Cheesy
I bought over 1 bitcoin last night, but should of hol them until today instead of spending them right away.
Never thought of getting into exchanging but with this $10-$15 increase in just a short amount of time, I am tempting to start it.  Wink
1572  Economy / Gambling / Re: It finally happened to me! 3.8 BTC in profit @betcoin.tm xD on: March 28, 2016, 02:33:04 AM
Congrats sir how about the tip? get withdraw it now and give some tip to me..
Your so lucky that you make a profit..

Begging for bitcoin is a kind of frowned upon man lol.

Theres no free lunch here, but your own bitcoin you make on your own.
Why even ask for bitcoin, he say he lost some of the bitcoin he has as his roll for that round.
If you want to get bitcoin, try it for yourself to see if you have this "beginner's luck" that OP obviously had but lost it in no time, as always happens to everybody eventually.
Luck does run out, keep your winnings an know when to call it quits.
1573  Other / Meta / Re: Legendary one day? on: March 28, 2016, 02:25:02 AM
lol LEGENDARY AT LAST

Look at all these sub human heros lurking around here.. lolol jk ^_^

Feelsgoodman.jpg

So if the guarantee is at 1052, I'd be curious to hear who has the current record for latest legendary.  Seems OP here hit it somewhere around 1008 (exactly?).

I'm in the 900s and I'm still hero, I'd like to see if I can last longer than 1008 before I rank up.
Looks like you hit it below that magic mark just as you were asking who have achieve it before 1000.
I on the other hand have along ways to go.
1574  Economy / Economics / Re: guys, what this means? on: March 28, 2016, 02:22:31 AM
lol am i the only one who doesnt see what hes trying to say? just see a graph with "jesus is coming?"
The price of price has risen by $10 since last night. I bought at $416 12 hours ago now it is at $425 when I checked 2 hours ago when I want to buy but am not now  Cheesy
That is what this post is trying to say with this resistance of buys being represented in the graph.
1575  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: I'd like everybody's opinion on this... on: March 28, 2016, 02:15:24 AM
There is a difference but they both end up the same, in the victim losing their investment in the end.
Ponzi is a pyramid in where there are other participants involved to keep the rouse going on long enough for the one at the top of the pyramid to cash out as much as they can. The longer it goes on for, the more the top person gets.
A scam is an attempt to cause fraud of an individual or a group of people out of all their money that they offer to put into the hands of the fraudster.
Careful being put into any of these situations. Get your facts straight before giving out your money or bitcoins.
1576  Economy / Services / Re: [FOR HIRE!] Looking for a casual online job! on: March 28, 2016, 02:07:59 AM
Daily bump! The minimum wage in my country is $27 am hour, but I'm willing to be paid at almost half that rate, at $15!

15$ per hour? thats too much. In my country minimum wage is only 1 or 2 dollars per hour. and 10$ full time job..

My friend, I live in Australia. Different places have different standards. I could go work at a MacDonalds and make what I make here in an hour, but I'm a lazy shit and I'm too tied to my computer.
But that is 27 aussie money for minimum wage. Minimum wage in U.S.A is not that high. If it was then everybody would be working at mcricks!  Cheesy
Most employers for these sort of jobs pay in bitcoin now, just look in your local news print for them.
Cheers mate  Wink
1577  Other / Archival / Re: *_*SIG FOR SALE*_* $1.50 in bitcoin for 2 weeks on: March 28, 2016, 02:02:34 AM
hah, you are a newbie account. No one wants your sig space.
He is not necessarily a newbie account per se. He is now a Junior member so he does have some clout (a little bit more) on the forum to even join a signature campaign himself now, instead of selling his signature space.
1578  Economy / Services / Re: HIRING!!! Do repetitive work and get paid in BTC! on: March 28, 2016, 01:59:02 AM
Hey guys what is the status of this job opening? Has anyone been hired to do it and have you been paid? I am seeing a lot of people signing up but seems no one has done anything yet.

Exactly ! And i don't know why people are signing up still they shouldn't till he pays someone. Maybe he wont even come back ? Who
knows ?
I know what you mean. They ask you do this work for them then once it is complete, they never sent any payment to anyone that has worked for them. Escrow the bitcoins if you want to be serious about this job offering. That is my main concern when I see adverts like this asking to complete tasks for them.
1579  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: need 6 $ in paypal I will give 5 $ btc on: March 28, 2016, 01:50:57 AM
Why ask for $1 below what one can buy bitcoin for? Usually it is the other way around if you are wanting to
deal with pay pal especially for you being a new member here with no trust rating for himself.
But yes it is strange what timelord has mention in the above post.
1580  Economy / Services / Re: I need a good Bitcoin wallet.(for exchanger) on: March 28, 2016, 01:46:31 AM
Being a newbie account and asking for i.d  is highly suspicious to the most seasoned bitcoin talk forum member.
Atleast show us a website if you are a legitimate business man. Every business now a days has one to conduct a valid reason for a person to even consider doing business with anyone, so they can research the given facts for themselves.
