There isn't any point. If you want to get into mining then you need to make the investment yourself and not purchase contracts from these sites. Why would it make sense for them to rent out their mining rigs to people and promise returns? When they could just mine and keep all the profits themselves.

I reported the post and it seems to have been removed. Seems Lauda has already given negative trust for it too. Nice catch.

Stop posting those types of replies. There's nothing that you can do about it, except for prevention by improving your post quality and following the forums guidelines.
If you are unsure why your post was deleted, you could message a mod and see whether they reply back to you.

That information won't be sufficient. The only way to recover an account is through an address/PGP key. Providing information about PMs isn't enough. IP addresses aren't considered proof either. They may accept the "cloakcoin" address if you can sign a message with it, you'll have to find out by sending that information via a PM to cyrus/theymos.

Sounds like it's been locked. I don't think the email is actively monitored anymore so you would be better off messaging them here. You'll likely need to sign a message from an address if the account has been locked. Follow the information here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=497545.0

You could import the private key on a offline computer probably the best way if you don't want to pay the fees, but will take a little bit longer. There's no real best way really. It depends on whether you can justify the fee. If it's only a small amount then it's probably just easier to import the private key.

Unfortunately, even though you have supplied sufficient evidence, it will probably be a few months for it to get recovered. There's been a few requests currently on the meta board where people have been waiting several months and are still waiting to this day. I doubt it will be prioritized because it's a legendary or because you need it asap.

Hello,
I don't know who is the right person to help me but my account was hacked.
PGInvest was my account and got hacked and i can't recover it. What can i do?
I can give all the info on that account. like signature before the hack. siganture before it was changed to the pre-hack.
profile image before the one that is there now.
What can i do to recover my account?
If you read the thread, you would of come to your answer within a few replies. You need to sign an address which your account either posted publicly, or sent via a PM. Giving just what the signature had/looked like isn't proof of anything. Follow these instructions: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=497545.0

Stop looking to use cloud mining/mining websites you earn money. You will not or if you are one of the lucky ones to make a profit others after you will not.
Think of it why would someone be willing to rent their mining equipment out to you when they can simply mine it themselves and take all of the profit? Mining is only feasible by doing it yourself.

Hi I am in a very similar situation. I have also been waiting 3 weeks for my transaction to confirm. Is anyone able to help me out?
TX ID is a5a59ec8a15348eb53a371fdf05bf951b96da13883b9b62db35e8cda4cd28e73
You sent 5.666 sat/B as fees which is very small. You'll be waiting a very long time for this to confirm. I don't think I've seen such a low fee before. You arn't going to find many miners/free services willing to help you out due to the small fee. I would suggest contacting a paid accelerator service if you need it to be confirmed.

I wouldn't recommend buying off sole traders. Bitmains support and delivery is very slow, but they are probably the best option to purchase from. If things go out of stock then I suggest waiting. You could try the hardware section over in the marketplace on this forum, and trade with either trusted members or use a trusted escrow service.
Buying off someone randomly off a company on AliExpress probably isn't the best idea.

I will post all info if one of the mods I pm'd doesn't get back to me.
I still need to get my wife to change all her passwords when she gets up in the morning (its 5am here). I've spent all night changing passwords. He hacker deleted all references to BCT in my email so I'm pretty sure they copied all my pass info too. They held onto it for a while I think.
PM me if you want the ICO. I'll be up for a few more min.
My proof is irrefutable. I just know they might retaliate. I need to secure my home network completely before that happens.
Mods don't tend to get involved with scam attempts/scamming. Therefore, it would be better to just post the information here when you are ready in the correct format and any DefaultTrust/DefaultTrust2 members will have a look at the evidence provided and react accordingly.

You posted this thread? Just wait the 360 seconds and you'll be fine. Sending personal messages also counts towards the limit. So if you sent a personal message and then tried to post you would hit the limit.
|
|
|
The difference between activity and post is you can post everytime you want and its counted, but the activity has limit ,it is only 14 activity in 2 weeks. So it means you only have 1 activity in one day, but in post you can have more post every day no matter how much you like but its not counted as same with your cativity.
If I understood well, this technically means that activities count is updated once every two weeks and 14 activities added to ones previous count? Basically. As long as you have posted at least once in that period then the 14 activity is added as potential activity. But, activity will never be higher than posts. So unless you already have 14 more posts than your activity it won't jump 14.

True indeed, the newbie jail thing can be imposed again but with better restrictions which deride the disadvantages away and concentrate more on the advantages.
I do not get why de newbie jail got removed anyway? It was a good concept to keep the shit out of the main board, and prevented peopple from making a shitload of alt accounts. Probably because it's easy to bypass and just hinders the legitimate people who are registering on the forum. I'm going to quote Saltyspitoon's comment on the newbie jail. Ehh, I was a moderator luckily only for a few months with the whitelist system, and it was not fun. I remember going through newbie jail, I dont think it had a post requirement at the time, I just left Bitcointalk open for 4 hours and just went and did something else. I also delayed signing up for a few months, using a friends account because I didn't feel like going through newbie jail. People don't seem to realize that getting rid of newbie jail doesn't really change much, it just delays spammers/bots by 4 hours, so essentially after 4 hours of changing the newbie jail system, things would go back to normal. Anyway, report bots/spammers/account farmers if you see them. There are a few staff members who are really good at purging large numbers of spammers at once. Report one, and 20 will go away quickly.
He experienced first hand what is was like to be someone who was forced to go through newbie jail, and someone who dealt with the newbie jail as a moderator. Maybe, like Radioactivetechguy suggests it could be beneficial to alter the newbie jail to better comment the issues stated above. But, then again there's only so many limitations you can put on a user and if their goal is to make money through signature campaigns then they'll just grind it out.

So why do I have 66 posts but only 56 activity
Because you've only posted in 4 activity periods. Activity doesn't equal number of posts, but when you have posted in a 14 day period. Each period has a specific start date & time. Here's a post with all the start dates: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=582736.0

Oh I see! I thought posts were scrutinized before they qualified into activities and thus when the posts become activities they are permanently fixed. Does that mean previous posts/activities you made in say a month ore more ago can still be deleted ? And is there a special way to keep track of deleted posts ?
Any post against the rules can be deleted if it's caught by a member of staff or reported by a user here. Dosen't matter if it was a day ago or a week ago. If a post is deleted a message is sent to you, if a thread is deleted then you get no message. There isn't any way of looking at your previously deleted posts, unless you have received a message via personal messages. Just put some effort into your posts and don't break the rules and you won't have to worry about losing activity.
