The hiring decisions of Recruiters are significantly influenced by the data contained within a jobseeker’s resume. it is like the typical resume or the curriculum vitae the applicants will pass their basic information to the recruiters and the recruiters will review your and after which if you passed the screening the recruiters will call you for further interview. Yup, you are right. The thing that will determine the hiring of employees or freelancers is the data that they make visible to the public or the company/employer that they are applying into. Which is like a resume online that gets reviewed by the employers. I think it is clearly stated in TrustLogics whitepaper that validation and verification of a jobseekers' credentials and other background information are optional, but is of an absolute advantage. I think everyone will agree that a jobseeker increases his reputation and credibility with validated professional information as it spells "trustworthy" in many regards. Yet, repeatedly, this validation is still up to a jobseeker's' approval. I saw a concept of a fying train somewhere in Asia. It was really amazing. When i saw it i thought about passenger drones. That concept of flying train can carry hundreds of passengers and will be good in crowded areas like cities but the train itself though it departs from the ground it is still connected to the rails. There is this connecting pole that connects train to rail so the train is not dislocated but always stay on its direction. I thought that if it was drone it wont have to be connected to anything in the land.
I’m imagining, if it happens there will be abig change during rush hours wherein everyone is going to their workplaces. With passenger drones taking passengers in a maximum speed it could above the land, there will be no more falling in line in train stations, bus stations and heavy traffic. For sure. Employees will no longer have to wake up 2 hours in advance just to have time allowance in case of heavy traffic and travel delays. People are spending almost 1/4 of the day just travelling to their workplaces and it is everyday with no changes. I've only seen this on a movies before about flying cars and now it seems like it's going to be reality with the drones, i feel that we're getting closer to this and maybe we didn't notice that one day we are already a passenger of this project... We can't tell when and how hackers destroy the system of an exchange because even the strongest algorithms can crack by genius hackers. We don't know how are funds secured in an exchange. All of them are possible in hacking, but I think Xbrick Exchange will become the safest exchange someday since the team developers of this project have already experienced in cryptocurrency. We cannot sure if Xbrick Exchange is really safe unless it will run for atleast 5 to 10 consecutive years without any interception of hackers. I believe that there is no assurance in an exchange, and if it were so, it is just 50%. In other words, we can't hide and secure using internet. There is no guarantee that the system is 100% safe. THat would be their best feature, and their other features would just make it better. Well let me tell you this, a user friendly interface and an seasoned trader does not go so well. Well what do you expect from a platform that can process 2 Million orders per second. I am not familiar with trading and when I was reading the whitepaper of this project I find myself not so familiar with the terms. I had to read a few more times before I get to understand the project. What I know is that its fast, safe and its a world class crypto currency exchange. Excuse me anyway, regarding the statement above you mentioned dude, you cannot say something which is not happening yet. How can you say it fast, safe and its a world class crypto exchange if their project was not done yet? Although, you know that you need to read it more and more for you to be familiarize with the platform. Well it seems XBrick has prepared way ahead of its time, so yes, the 2 Million orders per second can be claimed already. It's about knowing your hardware and software altogether. It wouldn't take a mad scientist to conclude how much time it would take a gallon of a bucket to be filled at the rate of water dripping 1 drip per minute (estimated at 1/4 ml volume). It may be early to tell, but not too early to do the math of estimates. Trust me on that dude. |

Just like you i'm still trying to understand hard the concept of "Global Consolidated Order Book" XBrick sports. seems they are going to have a larger platform, this is not just about trading after all. i think they are aiming for a sports betting site also! If this happened Xbrick will be a big thing then. token holders are not just having it for trading or fees, they will also use the token for betting. i am not 100% sure of this! just thoughts! Betting? Really? Man, i really have to read through the whitepaper thoroughly and try to find this concept of betting within XBrick. Not to blow your bubbles dude, but i really don't think betting is one of their goals, yet again, let me read through the whitepaper to make sure i'm not wrong. Tried lurking within the whitepaper and i couldn't really grasp much ... but i'm gonna try harder. I hope with the trust logics will end or lessen the problem of unemployment in the whole world, i believe that all of us have own skill and knowledge but they don't see the right place to go to... By the trust logics even the lazy person can apply by just register and upload their credentials to them, update their status and wait to verified your application...
I think Trustlogics will lessen the problems of unemployed people but it maybe 50% for awhile but as time goes by perhaps it will be in good progress. By the way, Does trustlogics will give an assurance to give a job for the majority of the applicants? or Trustlogics need to verify it first? we will find out after the TrustLogics will implement their project internationally, because most of the country this is the major problem of a jobseekers,when finding the job that is applicable to them. But i think they will verify it first before they become accepted. The question is, if the employed person has a certificate and qualified to the higher position, is it automatic in the company or is the TrustLogics the one who manage on it? in terms of contractualization it is the governments' rules and regulations, but i think that the contractualization will depends on the company if they will let the applicants from a contractual to regular No i dont agree with you. Contractualization is not just the governments’ rule. The law permits it but it is the private companies that excercise contractualizations to avoid too much reponsibilities on social rights of their employees if they be permanent/regular employees, that would mean additional loads of responsibilities for them. This idea is disgusting by the way. Even if the employee has the qualifications to secure the job he is not given the opportunity for it for good because of this selfish idea of companies. The sad part is, applicants will be in a situation of circular and endless search for a new job every Time the contract end and bad is if he reached the age limit, no more companies are going to hire her/him. Sad.  And one of the sad and difficult part also in this story is every time the applicants apply for a new job they will need to provide all the requirements all over again.
