In my country when you applying for a job there is so many hassle, they have a first interview, screening, exam, back for tomorrow for the second interview, and back again for the final interview and if you badluck that day you will not passed with no explanation. We hope trustlogics is a big help to our problem and may lessen the  unemployment rate.

I feel you bro, I too have gone through such hassle and I have to say, it isn't anywhere near amusing. It is actually pretty tiring which is probably why there are a lot of people that are currently unemployed because clearly, this case is so common all over the world that anyone can truly relate.

that's right! the trust logics is a new form of hiring applicants for me it is a big help to the recruiters

This truth is disgusting. In some countries in Asia, when a company hires workers, they are not looking at the achievements of the person. They dont regard what is written in the applicant’s resume. What is important for them is the attitude of the person. If the person is cooperative, humble and willing to learn, they would prefer to hire that person over the one that has a degree. They would train the person and make a better employee out of him.

That was great! the traditional way of hiring attempts to do this verification by simply using background checks. But if the previous company doesn't exist anymore which believed to be closed already, there's no way that they can verify. But by Trustlogics, there is an available database of companies which we can verify the status of the company and if it does really exist in the past.
And if they did exist in the past how are they going to verify the person personally? I have seen cases like that. The applicant listed in his resume his previous work experiences but when she was interviewed she was asked by the employer to privide employment certificates from each of those past jobs, but since the company has closed already, theough they believe the company existed but they cant verify anymore the person’s claim to be an employee there.
I think the only solution to this is, the applicant has to make sure that if there is no way for him to provide employment certificate from a certain employment company then he should not put it in the list of his previous jobs. It cant be verified so there is no use of putting it there or it can be regarded as a lie.

Well, I think so, and as long as you submit all your documents and personal data to the trustlogic they will find you a new job then,

Innovation is great. I can still remember when i have to buy big newspaper and check the classified ads every morning for new job openings. Same experience here. I used to wake up very early in the morning too to go to the job application site. When i get there, before the office opens the line is already long. TRUST need it for them to scan and to know what to ask for the supporting documents.

I tried registering with Trustlogic platform and it seems that all information or details required can be filled up. From your Educational Background, work experiences, skills, and all similar information found in a resume. Since all information needed are there I was wondering if a resume is really still needed.

As for my personal opinion, I think a resume is not needed anymore. Since all of the information needed was already on the platform, they can easily convert it to a PDF file of they need to print it for special cases. Everything now can be done on the net, this is really an indication that we are in a Digital Era. I even signed documents using my digital pen to some of my transactions so there's no issue with the signature. We are also converting hardcopy files to digital files that can be stored in our database for proper filing and top-of-the-line speed of retrieval.
I also believe it will be like what u said. And besides resumes can also be in their profile. Like if we apply for a job online isnt it that we also upload a photo and submit our resumes online? I hope with the trust logics will end or lessen the problem of unemployment in the whole world,  i believe that all of us have own skill and knowledge but they don't see the right place to go to...  By the trust logics even the lazy person can apply by just register and upload their credentials to them, update their status and wait to verified your application...

No i dont agree with you. Contractualization is not just the governments’ rule. The law permits it but it is the private companies that excercise contractualizations to avoid too much reponsibilities on social rights of their employees if they be permanent/regular employees, that would mean additional loads of responsibilities for them.
This idea is disgusting by the way. Even if the employee has the qualifications to secure the job he is not given the opportunity for it for good because of this selfish idea of companies. The sad part is, applicants will be in a situation of circular and endless search for a new job every Time the contract end and bad is if he reached the age limit, no more companies are going to hire her/him. And one of the sad and difficult part also in this story is every time the applicants apply for a new job they will need to provide all the requirements all over again. Reference and recommendation letters, employment certificate, medical certificate, police clearance etc. it sucks but i hope with Trustlogic this problem will be found solutions to.
They should have a storage Api that allows our data to store our information even in the longest time. It's very difficult for applicants to create new one especially if the requirements is very difficult for them.
They do have this API storage for every user to store their datas to. Another good thing is they will also be building the person’s trust rating for better reference of the jobseekers.

What do mean by saying you will be implementing costumer identification procedure that is greater than that of currently required by Australian regulation? You mean XBrick platform will be tighter than the current KYC procedure other exchanges are having right now? Do you think it will be an advantage to the platform better than the current regulations? As far as i know this KYC procedure is also unwanted by most traders so if you are going to make it more tighter i doubt it will bring more clients to the platform.

Something to consider  Grin Wink Cheesy. I participated few months ago in a big project, with big budget and more flowery and elaborated whitepaper. At first the developer was very active in explaining and answering queries in the thread. Successfully finished their ICO, distributed tokens to both investors and bounty hunters, i got mine too, but one by one all the developers, campaign managers and everyone involved in the project are all gone. See. It is not always in the whitepaper and the budget and how they appear impressing. I hope BIDIUM will not be like that project. 
I agree,I really think that bidium can be bigger than amazon and ebay beacuse in bidium theres no hassle of converting crypto so we can buy  from there, i know alot of people will take the advantage of bidium.

I've visited their site it was a good website and almost all of the details are there to know what Bidium is all about plus the people and developer there are well experienced in the cryptocurrency world. It's not too long to see this project to be a successful one.

this will engage with different countries and each of them has a law for employment.
they will need to do that big load of work to get the permit in recruiting people in the different country for a different job.
What are asking exactly by the way? They will not be providing employment they will be providing personal and professional data for every applicants which will be accessible to employers, companies or manpower agencies as their references for the applicants personal data.

Lol! Buyers though they are always right as you say must abide by the rules bidium imposes. It could be programmed in the platform already that once a transaction been left unfinished and unattended within 24 hours will automatically be cancelled by the platform even if sellers would want it extended.

I can still remember when i was in college, i applied as a contractual employee in one of the fastfood chains in my country. I gave my biodata, i was interviewed, was happy and confident in answering all the manager’s question, at the end i was not hired when i asked why the note written in my biodata was overqualified.  Grin. It was sad because if i had this opportunity to store my datas in an accessible database employers can just pick me up according to what is written in my profile and according to their expectations on me and not just waste my time trying to apply everywhere and be rejected just because i am overqualified.
Overqualified? Yet, you did not accept in the firm you have apply. For sure, there is a person who is more qualified than you or the interview personnel wants his relative (colleagues, friends, family) to be part of that job. Of course, we can't deny that there are anomalies in hiring industry. Most of the time, the jobseekers are filtered based upon the closeness of the applicant to the interviewer and not by means of skill of the interviewees. I called them as backer and TrustLogics will definitely exterminate them all.
you got it. Probably. Sometimes they just put any reason they want so they can just reject the applicants and put whoever they want. This is the problem also we have in our country. There are too many qualified applicants but they are not given a chance to be hired according to their skills because of the process you mentioned above. We call it in our language “padrino” the applicants though not really qualified since they have someone inside who can back them up, so they are accepted regardless of their qualifications. I tried also but can’t connect to the server. The site could probably be under maintenance. Dont worry since the main sale has not yet started they could probably be making some corrections adding some features in their website.
I dont know. I hope I am mistaken, i have been wondering about this thread, i cannot find the developer and the CM also is not around. All the questions and misunderstandings people have have no answers. I hope this project is not a scam. I dont feel it comfortable to have every single details about me to be open to the public or if not the public to every viewer i dont even know.


At this time, there are lesser people who care that much about privacy. Just try to look at the millions if not billions of people that posts their daily lives and personal information on various social media platforms for attention and other reasons that only they would know. But I feel you bro, I privacy is really important to some people specially in this industry because most of the people here have come for the anonymity or at least a bit of it. Which is why I think that they have already thought of this and considered putting options for people to be able to customize their own settings so that they can be in control of how much people can see or who are the people that can see personal information that a user shares to. I am sure that they have already thought of this because they too know that some people value their privacy a lot.
Exactly. Have you seen in facebook alone, how many people are complaining about account being hack or stolen or identity being duplicated or stolen also by an unknow person? If it happened in facebook it could also possibly happen everywhere but thanks to validators in Trustlogic. This time every profile created will be verified if it is genuine or dummy profile.  
That's why in social networking site it's not advisable to give your information especially your birthday, email address even your phone number. The world is full of sin and everything is in the internet so be careful on sending datas.
Ya right dude but we must understand that not everyone is knowledgeable in  social medias. Some of them do not even know that there is this word called privacy settings and even if they know some of them dont really know how to fix their information private.

The trust logic's platform is to have the recruiter and the joob seeker smooth transaction,
it is like a normal job fair or career fair but the difference is the trustlogic is via application and online through the blockchaim tectnology.
Correct, their platform is what we need nowadays to help the jobseekers find their job easily and to make sure that they find the right job according to the profession that they graduated. Recruiters will make their job also easier because they will find the list of applicants online and can sort according to the qualities and profession of jobseekers.
Exactly and the applicants will not be wasting money and time in providing their important documents every time. It is not easy to fall in line whole day or half day in my country just to get a certified copy of their birth certificate, NBI clearance, police clearance etc. and when they apply the agency or the company will be taking everything from them. When they need it again they will have to waste another days to provide them. Sad.     Sad
