Good morning bitcoin land, I wait like everybody else here so that Kraken will re-open and be better from what was. It's very clear that a system that was designed to serve some thousands or some hundred thousands was not possible to serve millions.. I hope everything goes well with your update! Please keep us informed and do fast  |

They have informed you to trade and be cautious ... (not you... i mean they informed all of us)
I understand of course your problem i am in the same boat... and is quite a long time into this situation.
This is something that i forgive them even if i lost some on my trades.
50.000 new users per day is not something you can ignore... imagine the tickets the verification and the load of the server..
of course i know ... why they are getting paid>? to provide us the service ... ok.. i agree.. i also think of that..
but to me more important is the security that is top level until now and i will continue do my trades on Kraken.
patience is what i propose from my point of view!

17k is basically holding. It looks like a strong support area. I can't begin to imagine how much it costs to move the price down as they just did. Does anyone have statistics to offer - like number of coins dumped, or a similar metric?

Hey, I was wondering, how do you know there are bots doing this ? How can you figure it out ? So, the price is artificially maintained by bots placing and erasing orders ?  Yes, if you are the most fast man in this world - and specially now that Kraken lags YOU CAN NOT place orders so fast...you need do that through the API... I undestand ... hmm, but that reflects on other exchanges too ... I bought some ETC today on cryptopia and things went smooth, but the price was the same. some times is the same some times you have an open window for arbitrage like is now happening on BTC on Gdax and Kraken. look the difference... The good think in my opinion is that you bought. Since the early days i remember that you loose only if you not bought .... seems to be the law in the crypto so far... and when trading you need have strong hands...for example today i sold at 32.90 and went up to 34! i did that with plan to buy back lower and so it happened but not all times you will win... if you trade you need know that you will loose also.. |

nice pump on ETC right now.... who sold at the top incoming dump or more pump??? I was curious about this pump. Is it because all the other altcoins are pumped? i have only a feeling that is not for this reason. let's see, if i am right next half an hour we will see the dump |
