601  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How much could you earn in a day ? on: October 27, 2023, 11:59:09 AM
I dont know where to begin and i have tried looking for someone to talk to regarding this. its really silly questions. Im going to just put it out here. hopefully someone can give me some clarity.

You don't know where to start, which means you are newbie to the market. The more interesting thing I want to tell you is that I wonder why newbies without knowledge or experience always choose the hardest way to make money on the market. Can I ask what made you choose to trade futures in the first place?

My advice, you should stop learning about futures trading, it is not suitable for newbies. Your participation in futures trading will only bring one result: you will definitely lose money. You should cultivate and improve your knowledge and holding is what you should start with, not futures trading. There is no method or means to help us make money easily, especially in the financial market.
602  Economy / Economics / Re: The impact of war on global economy. on: October 26, 2023, 04:40:00 AM
War is never a good thing, the only ones who benefit from this are the arms dealers and those who resell war machines after the fact. No one, not even the rich are exempt when a threat of global conflict occurs.
Certainly 100% true. War means loss. Maybe those who know how to make good use of technology or those who are in a strong financial position are relatively less harmed in war, but it is sure to be harmed by both parties. However, the war that is being practiced in worldwide is definitely not a good sign. All the powerful countries here want to keep their power over other countries. When there is no agreement between the two then the war starts. Wherever war is consisted, it has more or less impact on the people of the world, directly or indirectly. Therefore, instead of supporting war, any conflict should be resolved through reconciliation. If war is seen as a tool to sell arms then surely those countries will lose everything at one stage.

War only brings losses to the participating nations and soldiers, while arms dealers receive the spoils unscathed. Therefore, war is the loss of innocent people, not the loss of some other people who create war for profit.

No one supports war except arms dealers and those who crave power. The ongoing wars are due to a struggle for power, so I think there will be no reconciliation if no country gives in first to reduce tensions.

By the way, I noticed that the countries that get rich through arms trade are mostly great powers and they are becoming stronger instead of losing everything like you said.
603  Economy / Economics / Re: Cracking the Code of Saving Money... on: October 26, 2023, 04:25:37 AM
Saving money is not a complex thing that needs cracking to get a code to save money.  It is not a space science after all.  What it needs is discipline and the attitude of being thrifty.  If one really wants to save money, he can always set aside some percentage of his income and start budgeting after he set aside the money for saving.  People are flexible, they can adjust their means of spending according to the available funds in hand.  So saving money is really easy if one only desires it.

I agree, saving is not too difficult if we are determined to do it. Saving means avoiding spending on unnecessary things, avoiding waste, and depending on our spending needs each month, we save flexibly and not too stereotypically, things will never be too hard. Only people who lack determination think that saving is a space science. But to have a better life, we need to focus on increasing our income and not just focus too much on saving, that will not help us get better.

The rumors are still quite hot and I think this will be a very interesting thing if it really happens. It is reported that Graham Potter will become Manchester United coach to replace Erik Ten Hag. Maybe some time ago we heard that Sir Jim Ratcliffe would acquire 25% of Manchester United's shares, so it is possible that he also has the authority to determine the coach for Manchester United.

I don't know what special relationship Sir Jim Ratcliffe has with Graham Potter, but seeing the poor results achieved by Graham Potter while coaching Chelsea last season, it will only make things worse at Manchester United. Wouldn't it be ridiculous if Manchester United trusted Graham Potter to replace Erik Ten Hag? and I think this will only anger Red Devils fans. Could Graham Potter be heading to Old Trafford? And have Manchester United taken the right steps to improve their situation in the future?

I don’t see a possibility of that happening when Erik Ten Hag is getting the results. It is already concluded that Graham Potter is not experienced enough to handle such a huge responsibility after failing at Chelsea. It will only take more than just a shareholder power to install Graham Potter as the new Manchester United manager after Ten Hag.

I will also say that I don't see how that is going to be an improvement, even if that does end up happening. First of all, it is a little weird because they are giving the job to someone just because they are friends with him. Not because they think he's going to be able to bring in good improvement. And Manchester United really needs to stop thinking about things like this, if they want to have actual improvements, to be honest.

And I am telling you, if this ends up happening, it is going to be worse for Manchester United.
605  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Maybe I should have taken this risk earlier. on: October 25, 2023, 11:28:02 AM
You know, it's rather peculiar how many people experience regret when Bitcoin experiences sudden surges, even if they didn't incur any losses or part with a single cent. I'm aware that Bitcoin sometimes offers unforeseen opportunities for anyone holding it to turn a profit, and it seems to be a trait possessed by those who maintain their faith in Bitcoin even during price dips.

Are you interested in owning Bitcoin and reaping the benefits? You can do so now and relish the rewards when the market turns bullish. There has indeed been a recent price increase that's caught the attention of many. However, I'd venture to say that we haven't quite entered a true bullish market just yet. When it comes to ETFs, the real bullish market will only be confirmed when the SEC announces the full acceptance of Bitcoin ETFs.

Perhaps this is why they are delaying the approval of the ETF, since the bull market should begin a little later, in a few months, in 2024, and until then this news will be manipulated as best they can to get the maximum benefit from it. Even if the bull market has not arrived, buying Bitcoin now at 34k does not seem as good an idea as when the price was at the level of 15-20k. This is, of course, everyone’s choice, because even from the current level you will most likely be able to get x2, maybe even x3.

I agree with you that buying at a lower price is better, but bitcoin hasn't dropped to $15k or $20k anymore, and if they don't buy now how can they enter the market? Not everyone has the opportunity to buy bitcoin cheaply, how could newbies to the market buy bitcoin for 15k$ last year? If you think $34k is not a good price to buy, what is a good price to buy? Are you sure the price will drop to $20k or $15k? Or will you regret it even more when the bitcoin price hits $50k or $60k in the near future? Buy and invest in bitcoin as soon as you can and hold on to it for a long time, it will never let you down.
606  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Shame on haters for claiming that crypto is widely used in terrorist financing! on: October 25, 2023, 11:11:06 AM
It's a fact that cryptocurrencies are sometimes used for terrorist financing and other illicit purposes, but that doesn't necessarily make crypto the primary player in such activities. According to Chainalysis, only "1% of the entire crypto market is involved in illicit activity." This is because there are alternative sources for these funds that are much larger than the crypto space.

To be more precise, cryptocurrencies, fiat currencies or any instruments are not created with the intention of being used by criminals or intended to be used for evil actions. All those evil things come from human behavior and it is humans who are evil, no fiat currency or bitcoin is evil. Neither Bitcoin nor mixers have anything to do with crime or terrorism, but unfortunately, criminals use them and we have no way to stop it. Everyone understands that it's just human behavior, but people who hate bitcoin will always use it as an excuse to talk bad about bitcoin. But that doesn't change the fact that more and more people are realizing it so we don't need to explain further, Bitcoin has nothing to do with terrorism or crime.
607  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: October 25, 2023, 02:45:20 AM
Basically having a consistent performance just relying on a great coach is not easy or maybe the opposite, because when the team has a great coach and a great squad too it still does not guarantee that the team will be able to be consistent throughout the season. Therefore, the result that happened at Bayer Leverkusen was great because yes, only with the extraordinary ability of the coach but was able to make Bayer Leverkusen consistent so far this season. But of course, there is still no certain guarantee that Bayer Leverkusen will remain at the top of the Bundesliga standings until the end of the season. But yes, because currently Bayer Leverkusen is still consistent with good results in each match, these results at least can make us believe that Bayer Leverkusen has a good chance also in this season to get trophy.
It's true, players and coaches are two factors that complement each other to achieve success in every match played. Xabi Alonso in my view is quite phenomenal, he has a very good approach with his players and can bring out every potential that the players have. The score of seven wins in eight weeks is not just luck, and they have managed to top the standings for now with 22 points. Regarding Laverkusen chances of winning the Bundesliga, it is still quite difficult to guess at this time, perhaps it will become clearer when the season enters the second half.

I completely understand that Bayern Munchen have dominated in the last decade or more, but the rise of a club like Laverkusen might make them a little threatened this season. Dortmund and Stuttgart could also threaten Munchen dominance this season. Tuchel would be very unlucky if under his leadership Munchen lost their favorite trophy.

This is great. I am absolutely loving this. Because generally, the Bundesliga is not that competitive, to be honest. In general, this league is pretty much one-sided. And Bayern Munich is the team that always seems to be dominating. But this time it is very different. This time Bayer Leverkusen and Stuttgart have also been performing very well. Now I know it has only been eight matches, but I am very hopeful about Bayern Leverkusen being able to be at the top of the table till the end of the season and also giving Bayern Munich a very good competition for the title. And of course, we all know that if this ends up happening, the coach of Bayern Munich is going to be fired immediately.
608  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: October 24, 2023, 03:55:28 PM
I'm curious to see how Arsenal will play against Sevilla. Arsenal managed to get at least a point against Chelsea at the weekend, but now the opponent will be the experienced Sevilla. Sevilla, a team that plays with a really different football mentality both in the Champions League and in the European Cup, will be expected to play a pressing game against Arsenal. Of course, it is very difficult to predict who will win the match or how it will end, but I think both teams can score goals in the match.
The Sevilla team is not weak. Their performance at the beginning of the season was quite poor but now they have managed to solve many problems within their squad. The team is still unbeaten in the Champions League. They drew in both matches. Also, I saw Sevilla's great performance against Real Madrid in the last La Liga match. This team played very well. And so it will not be easy for Arsenal to win today's match even though they have a much stronger squad than Sevilla. I think today's match will also be a draw. Also, I wouldn't be surprised if Sevilla win the home match. Today's match is going to be very competitive.
Basically, Sevilla always has better performance when it comes to matches played in European competitions. So yes, even though Sevilla position in the La Liga standings is not that good, but Sevilla really cannot be underestimated for the match that will be played in the Champions League at this moment. Moreover, it seems that Sevilla change of coach seems to have had a good influence too, because previously Sevilla also managed to hold Real Madrid to a draw. Moreover, in the match against Arsenal this time, Sevilla will also be playing at home which of course, is still quite possible for Sevilla to have a chance of winning. But even so, I personally can't predict which team will win this match because for me, Sevilla and Arsenal have the same chance of winning. So yes, instead of betting with the 1x2 option, then I think it would be better to bet with other options like both teams to score and or number or total of goals.

In the first two matches of the Champions League, we have not seen a better performance than Sevilla. Despite their lackluster performances, they managed to draw both matches. They drew 2-2 against PSV and 1-1 against Lens. So it is understood that although the performance of the team is erratic, the team is not weak. And I would say Sevilla have the ability to win against Arsenal. However, Arsenal lost their last match against Lens. And so today's match is very important for Arsenal. Arsenal's aim is to finish the first round at the top of the table. But dropping points in today's match will make it difficult for Arsenal to go to the top of the table. Arsenal will try their best to get 3 points from this match.

If Barcelona can able to overcomes Bilbao today then they will overtake 2nd place from Atletico Madrid but recent result from Granada is really showed Barcelona performance was slightly decline and losing some of key players really have an affect to their performance especially losing Lewandowski that Barcelona don't have any worth replacement to forward position because so far Barcelona always be rely on Lewandowski to scores goals and recently Jules Koundé also has uncertain condition but hopefully he can be available for this match and i know from meetings statistics Barcelona without any problem can beat Bilbao but now it's different because Barcelona losing some players and Bilbao condition also in the good shape after only lose once from 5 latest matches

The odds for this match

Barcelona @1.60
Draw @3.60
Bilbao @5.00
Remaining without key players will only make Barcelona's appearance less stable. Their goal machine Lewandowski is not in good condition. This will be an opportunity for Bilbao to pressure Barcelona so that they cannot fully concentrate. On the other hand, Xavi will rotate several players, especially his attack line, because of course this requires Xavi to carry out a different strategy.

IMO Both Atletico Madrid, Girona and Barcelona have the same chance of occupying second place in the standings. Just need to compete, one of them gets full points. Because that way it will be easier for us to see which clubs are really benefiting.

Barcelona @1.60 is probably still pretty safe, @5.00 for Bilbao is a risky bet, but I'm interested.

If we talk about what has to happen in this match, I think we all know that they have to win in this match. At least they have to win if they want to stay at the top of the table. The point difference between them and the first-placed team in the La Liga competition, Real Madrid has been increasing. Even if they are able to win this match. They will still be one point behind Real Madrid. And I do not think the match is going to be as easy as people are thinking for Barcelona. I believe this match is going to be tough for Barcelona to win. The last match should have been a win for Barcelona. Probably they will be more determined to win in this match because of that.
611  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you prepare for a Bitcoin bull run? on: October 22, 2023, 12:07:30 PM
It's about 185 more days till a 2024 Bitcoin halving.

185 days might be an opportunity for me to keep trying to collect every satoshi in preparation for Bullrun. The more I collect, the more opportunities I have to make a profit during the bull run.

Maybe if within 185 days there is a decline in the price of BTC this could be a golden opportunity to make purchases and increase your Bitcoin savings.

If you rely on history, the bull season will not come immediately when the halving takes place, but after the halving takes place, it will take us a while longer to activate the bull season. So if things repeat, you will have more than 185 days to accumulate bitcoin for the next bull season. But if something unexpected happens like some recent predictions that we will have a bull season before the halving then the time for accumulation is very limited. No one knows what will happen, so take advantage of every possible moment, don't wait for the price to drop further or believe that the bull season is still far away and hesitate to buy bitcoin. Buying now is always best.
612  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin can change lives on: October 22, 2023, 11:54:14 AM
Keeping records and history is a very important aspect in the crypto industry, as it helps us know the the event that took place in the past.

So many people, when you suggest investment in the crypto industry, they will tend to make excuses of market volatility and coin performance in 365 days without even doing there own research, what about some years back?

In 2010, one Bitcoin was just $0.20, and buying 5,000 Bitcoin would cost only $1000.
Compare that price as of then to today's price $27k plus,  you would be obviously filthy rich.

I hope that this open the eyes of most newbie's the potential of Bitcoin, if you are already in the Bitcoin market just be happy because this market have a lot more to offer,

The most simple but effective way I use to navigate my way in the market is the DCA method I use, accormulate as much Bitcoin as possible because the bull run will definitely change the history of your finances if you position your self right and wait patiently for the bull run to come .
Don't let your life rely only in Bitcoin mate.

Yes this is profitable and promising , proven to be climbing value from year after year , but this does not change the reality that we need to work to become rich.

we need to have  a real life and real earning , let bitcoin as your other source of investment but never to  expect this market to change your life.

Our life relies on how we are pushing it, don't blame bitcoin if time comes that you did not changed life because of completely waiting here,

have a work, have a business , have a plan in real life.

I bet you that not only the OP but many people are having this mindset, many people are even selling their assets to focus on the bull season expected to take place after the halving. Optimism and expectations about the future of bitcoin are commendable, but our abuse and dependence on bitcoin in the hope that its growth will make us rich is quite risky. As for those I mentioned, I wonder what they would be like if there wasn't a bull season after the halving?

You're right, no matter how good bitcoin is, we should never rely solely on it to live. This life is very unpredictable so always have many plans for life instead of relying on just one plan. We cannot invest all in bitcoin and do nothing, and just wait for it to increase in price to become rich.

In the opening match of the week, championship contenders B. dortmund will host werder bremen at home. It will be a match in which Dortmund is a heavy favorite at home and considering that there will be a champions league match during the week, they will definitely want to win this match. It will be a morale booster for the Champions League and a chance to rest for an extra day. If Dortmund win, they will take the lead with more than one game in hand. They will want to close the week comfortably.
If Dortmund undervalues Werder Bremen because they have a Champions League match against Newcastle, I personally believe they may be playing with fire. Even though Newcastle destroyed PSG, Bremen can yet shock the system. What if Dortmund rests some of its star players and things go wrong? Only three days will be given to them to prepare for the Newcastle encounter. I understand that the Champions League is important, but if they defeat Bremen, they have a chance to take the league lead. Is the risk worthwhile? They must consider this carefully
PSG defeated Dortmund in the first match of the Champions League and Newcastle beat PSG by a big margin in the second match of the Champions League. Where PSG didn't care about Dortmund how can they dream of doing well against Newcastle. Dortmund will have to accept that their dreams of making it to the next round of the Champions League this season are over as their next match is against Newcastle where their equation must be to get full points in a match that is very difficult for them. Just as Dortmund is planning to get full points against Newcastle, Newcastle is planning how to get 3 points against Dortmund and go to the next round as the group champion.
Dortmund was able to win against Werder very much in favour of Dortmund. They played good football in this match. The score was close. But Dortmund was able to get three points.
In the next Champions League match against Newcastle United, I think Dortmund might struggle to win this match. Because that match is not going to be easy like this one. And I am definitely certain that in the match against Newcastle United they are not going to be able to dominate like this.
They will certainly struggle to win that match. Newcastle has again played a great game, but what's immensely impressive at the moment is their ratio of shots on target to goals. I thought against PSG it might also have been coincidence, but they have had these games quite often when they don't have a lot of chances but win by a big margin regardless. Going into that Champions League game with a 4-0 in the last Premier League game is good mental support.
In contrast Dortmund only won 1-0 and they know that if the game is close against Newcastle, it is mandatory for them to improve their conversion of chances. I doubt that one goal can be enough to win in Newcastle.

Newcastle's match strategy is excellent. And because of the match strategy they are able to perform very well despite being a mediocre team. Newcastle also did very well against PSG. Newcastle managed to score 4 goals despite not attacking much. Their performance is very organized. Every attack is planned. Newcastle kept their defense tight and then tried to attack. This makes it difficult for opponents to break down Newcastle's defence.

Dortmund are in good form in the Bundesliga. However, their performance in the Champions League is a bit slow. Their performances seem to favor the Bundesliga over the Champions League. However, Newcastle will have to play well if they want to beat them. Especially the attacking players have to play well. Otherwise, they will not be able to break Newcastle's defense.

615  Economy / Economics / Re: How do you manage your finances and family if your income is low range? on: October 21, 2023, 12:34:41 PM
Low income or limited salary will not be a big problem in meeting the family's main needs, you can still meet various family needs as long as you can manage your expenses appropriately. Allocate money to items that the family needs every month, such as basic food items, children's education costs, electricity and water. Always avoid spending money on things that are not really needed in order to save some money for other needs.

Apart from that, if you don't have another source of income, you can use your free time to work on the empty land around your house, start planting various kinds of plants such as tomatoes, chilies and other vegetables. By having produce from your own garden, you can increase your income and save money on shopping for kitchen needs.

Are you married and how many children do you have? From what you said, it seems very easy to balance life without stress or too much effort. If life is so easy, why are there still billions and billions of people still living in difficulty and poverty? Why are there still millions of people working hard 16-18 hours a day but still not having enough money to make ends meet?...There's a lot for you to explain with what you're saying. But that's life, imagining and speaking will always be easier when we ourselves are in that situation, we will know how difficult it is, and how not easy it is to overcome it.

I guess, you are a lucky person and have got a high-paying job, or you are still in your parents' arms.
616  Economy / Economics / Re: Isreal and Palestine war and losing your wallet phrase and password on: October 21, 2023, 12:22:30 PM
Wars don't just break out, there must have been some signs and if you are living in such country you need to get the hell out before it gets worse, I knew some people living in Ukraine before the war began, they evade the country and after the real war on Ukraine started.

This is one of the reasons why emergency money is good, always have this in mind, as your home might become that of a stranger some day, I trust myself in this category as I am not always that lose when it comes to unexpected events, I am the type that always expect the unexpected.

Since you aren't in Israel or other countries that are at war still doesn't mean you should be prepared, as I read someone saying why worry when you are not in such countries, no where is ever safe and there is nothing different between you are people living in such countries, same thing can happen in any country, big or small.

I don't agree with you. I myself am a citizen of Ukraine, a resident of Kyiv. On February 24, I suggested that my wife leave the city, since there were very high risks of both shelling and the arrival of the country’s troops, an international terrorist, in Kiev (by the way, they even partially entered Kiev in several areas, but were destroyed). My son and I went and signed up for the Kyiv Territorial Defense. Why ? The answer is simple: this is MY country, this is MY city, and if we all “ran away from the war”, both in Kiev and in Ukraine there would already be the so-called “Russian world”, but in fact - a mixture of Nazism and terrorism, i.e. .e. RASHISM.
There would have been many millions of civilians killed at the hands of Kremlin Nazism, even more cities and destinies destroyed. Therefore, we MUST defend our land, our country, our family!

My wife did not go anywhere, saying that we must go through all this only together. In Ukraine, women also behave courageously and responsibly...

Regarding the storage of access data to wallets, I forwarded them to two of my friends whom I trust and who live in other countries (immigrants from Ukraine, but in the 1990s-2000s they moved to live in other countries), leaving the contacts of all family members (phone, various instant messengers, mail , social networks....), in case of unforeseen situations, and loss of contact with me

I won't discuss the wars that happened and who was right and who was wrong. But if everyone tries to flee the country when it is at war, are we patriotic citizens? And if everyone has the mentality of running away, who will stay and fight to keep the country? This is a selfish mindset and people with this mindset do not deserve to return after the country is at peace. They are even more unworthy of making any demands from the government because they do not help the country.

Regarding storage, there are many ways to do it because we live in a technological world, as long as we can still connect to the internet, I think finding a temporary storage place will not be too difficult.

This is football, the impossible likely happen, ofcourse I've seen surprising results over time and Chelsea versus Arsenal match, I strongly believe the Blues will have their way against Gunners. Remember Chelsea shared points with Liverpool in the first opening EPL game this season, my big question is directed to you, don't underestimate the Blues simply because we made few decline in previous games and dropped points against average teams. The fact is out, Chelsea is competitive this season, perhaps it's not easy for the a new coach, Mauricio Pochettino to meet the high demands of the blues but he will try his best to fit in.
I hope so. And why he's at it, I'd advise he strengthen his midfield because that could be a point the Gunners can take advantage of. You will agree with me that Moises Caicedo is still adapting to the club and hasn't gained that confidence he used to have at Brighton. Do you think that the Chelsea midfield can stand Arsenal in the midfield department.. Declan Rice, Martin Odegaard and Thomas Partey(if he'd start) have proven to be very formidable trio and if you have watched they know how to break into any opposing teams and do you think the  Blues can steal three points? Remember that the only big team they're defeated is Brighton meanwhile Arsenal have got the two Manchester sides in their bag. Even though the two are arch rivals, Arsenal have not lost since the season began and would be looking to add to their tally.

I think Chelsea will have some problems trying to score in this match against Arsenal. I see some problems with Chelsea not being able to understand what they are going to do when they are in the half of the field.  Sometimes the players actually look to be clueless about what to do. They look up for auctions and do not see any good position to pass the ball. And I will say that the midfield needs to get stronger. Because that only translates to the attacking lineup not having a good supply. Anyway, I don't think they are going to win this match against Arsenal, doesn't matter how much they try.

Speculation about Lionel Messi returning to Barcelona continues to be discussed, but for me it is not a desirable scenario. Lionel Messi's contract will end in year 2025 and if he plans to return to Barcelona in the following year it is much less likely. If he intends to play in the World Cup for his country then the most likely thing is for him to stay in MLS with an automatic contract extension and I believe this to be a much more likely scenario for him than returning to Barcelona.

Of course no one knows how the rest of Lionel Messi's career will go in the future, but I think Barcelona should think about other options compared to bringing Lionel Messi back to Camp Nou. The salary issue may be a consideration and Lionel Messi is unlikely to be willing to accept a small salary to return there, although that is just my assumption.

Messi will never return to Barcelona (and Europe). Even while playing for PSG, he did quite a lot of damage to his image as he showed far from the results that were expected from the winner of so many PR awards. Now he is rapidly aging, and given the fact that even in his youth, speed and the ability to run a lot were not his strengths, now this will be too obvious. This return will be a failure because he is no longer at the level of the top teams.

There is no way he is going to be back in Barcelona. And I don't think he is going to be very valuable if he does even return to Barcelona, to be honest. Because Barcelona needs young players right now. If they bring in Lionel Messi, they will have to give him a lot of money as a salary. And I don't think they can actually afford to do that. If Lionel Messi agrees to take a huge pay cut then I think it will be okay. Otherwise, I don't think it is going to be worth bringing him. Instead, it is going to be better if Barcelona concentrate on bringing in young player who will be able to give their service for a longer period of time.

~

One advantage of real estate that we also need to mention is that it can even bring us passive income, something not all assets can do. If you own real estate, you can rent it out short or long term and you will receive a monthly income stream without losing full ownership of your land. To be fair, bitcoin and real estate are both assets worth investing in and holding for anyone. But saying that bitcoin is better than real estate in every way is a bias against bitcoin.

I do agree that Bitcoin as investment is not better than Real Estate, at least for now, because Bitcoin is extremely volatile and harder to predict compared to Real-Estate investment. But all that being said, Real Estate also has it downside, there are more risk on real estate, more of the time related to the tennant, if the tenant is bad the maintenance fee for the real estate could reduce the profit, not to mention other force majeur risk like fire and natural disaster. While Bitcoin is free of all those kind of risks.

Well, those risks are very minimal and it has a little to no chance for a natural disaster to destroy your property.
If you have tenant issues, you can always have them ejected from your property as they are causing a trouble inside your premise and then replace them with a new one eventually.
Those risks you have mentioned are actually controllable, real estate still has a wayyyyy lower risk than bitcoin to be honest not being biased here.
You know what's another risky thing about bitcoin except from it being extremely volatile? The fact that you don't have a tangible asset, the risk of it getting stolen by someone is always gonna be the risks you are carrying day to day. You could lose your bitcoin in just one Thanos snap if you're being too complacent about your security.
Could someone steal a real estate property away from you?

I am a bitcoin investor, investing mainly in bitcoin and putting a lot of faith in it. I hope I will make a significant profit from it. But I also want to say frankly, it would be biased for bitcoin if someone said that bitcoin is safer than real estate. An asset with a capitalization of hundreds of trillions of dollars, a long history and a demand for it that never stops, how can it be said that it is riskier than bitcoin? An asset that is highly volatile, still so new and has a very small capitalization.

Any investment has risk, and bitcoin is obviously riskier than real estate. But that doesn't reduce bitcoin's appeal because the riskier it is, the higher the chance of getting high returns. Opportunities are always hidden in risks. There is no asset that is both safe and highly profitable, which is absurd.

Unfortunately, I have never something like that. First, I don't have a wife and I am 90% sure I may not have one in the near future. Second, I don't have that much Bitcoin worth gifting to anyone I love. Now, I do appreciate what you have just done and I am sure that your wife is a happy wife as she now realized that you think she is valuable enough to be worthy of your trust...and of course, love. I am wishing both of you 100 years of happiness and abundance - you deserve each other and may your family increase by a hundredfold.

Wait wait what happened bro. Why are you so sure you will not going to have a wife? You okay right?  Grin

I think the idea of gifting Bitcoin to someone we love is not a bad idea at all. If I have a wife and a kid I would definitely give them some crypto wallet with some bitcoin in it. Since Bitcoin can act as an investment or tool against inflation is a win-win solution.

No offense, but I laughed when he said he definitely wouldn't get married. I guess he's been abandoned in love many times and has lost faith in women, LOL.
In reality, bitcoin is just money, another form of asset. So, it doesn't make much difference whether we give bitcoin, gold or whatever to our wife. To me, as long as they know its value and like it, give them whatever they want. When giving gifts to our wives, give them something they like, not something we like. If your wife doesn't like bitcoin, don't force her to accept gifts reluctantly.
